This review is exclusively on the after sales support. The team proactively resolved the issue I had, making me very happy at the end.
I have used this for about 2 weeks now, and I have had no issues. I currently have a monitor and 3 other devices connected and it works without any signs of slowness. I am using a dell xps 13 with this product.
The docking station worked great until this morning, I bought it 4 months ago and now one of the HDMI ports just quit working and my return window just closed a few days ago, so its pretty much useless to me now.
Update: After being contacted by the seller they send us a replacement and everything is working as it should, thanks!
Using it with an Elitebook 840 G8 – three monitors ( 2 x HDMI and 1 x VGA) in extended mode – Windows 10 – and the laptop display stays active also. Running the audio from the hub also. All good, no issues so far. Browsing and office apps, no games.
The product does the job, no major issues, just a couple inconveniences:

When the computer goes to sleep, the monitors require to be turned off and on before they will wake up and periodically they will not come back at all, requiring a reboot of the computer.
The USB-C port with the power indication will not charge a standard iPhone (but this is just nitpicking).
Overall, good product.
