This is our first venture into a hot tub and we and the family are impressed. Works well, fits about 4 at a push, certainly 3 with ease and is not too big for me and the missus to enjoy either alone. I rested it on two layers of flooring. The Lay-z-spa and some garage / workout foam flooring to provide thermal protection below.
Costs to run… well I reckon just ticking over with no use, covered etc at 35oC, about 1.50 a day (it’s outside and in Yorkshire so depends on ambient temp!) rising to 4-4.50 when being hammered by the kids that don’t pay the leccy bill at 38oC +) for 10+ hours. We will probably empty it October to Mid-Spring as I suspect costs will outweigh the pleasures.
As for hassle… it’s like having another pet. Keeping up to the filter and chemicals is definitely worthwhile.
Easy to set up and use, although not keen on the automatic lock for the heater/pump control panel.
Overall I would recommend the Ibiza for good value for money.
We had one previously like this but renewed our old one as you can leave this one out all year, easy to assemble and inflate.
Went with this model which is one of the more expensive inflatable options for my first delve into hot tubs as I was unsure about the inflatable element. I have to say very impressed. Instructions are reasonable, though could be more detailed. Relatively simple to put together and inflate. Once setup and filled with water though it’s brilliant.
Very sturdy, heater is good and efficient and jets are nice and powerful (don’t get me wrong this doesn’t have the fancy massage options of the expensive types) but for the money it’s great and all the family love it. We have used it every night so far. And just trying the timer option as busy for a few days.
Chemicals are a bit of a chew to get right, but I think that’s hot tubs in general. I would advise investing in foam mats underneath to protect and insulate for costs.
Suitable for kids as well (mine are eight and six) one of them has sensitive skin and no adverse reactions at all
Bought this hot tub due to the fact that we will not be going abroad this year due to restrictions. Its absolutely wonderful, spacious and very relaxing. I/we often use in the Mornings/ Evenings which is so relaxing and guarantees us a good nights sleep. I work nights and put this on to warm up at 3am and when i get home it is at the set temp ready for me to get, it keeps the heat in really well with cover on. Would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.
First off, I was very impressed with the comms from the seller – went above and beyond. Arrived on time and In perfect condition. I agree with other comments that the set up guide was pretty poor but that said, a bit of googling and you tube videos and we got there in the end. We had it set up and filled and 6 hours later we were up to 35 degrees so no complaints there at all. Very strong and sturdy – we’re very impressed so far. A good purchase and a welcome addition to our garden 🙂
My old Vegas hot tub had come to the end of its life so this is the replacement.. The hydrojets make such a difference to the overall spa feel. Sometimes I don’t even put bubbles on and just use the hydrojets.. very powerful
The side walls seem a lot better than the old vegas hot tub, they seem a lot more sturdy.
The only thing I’m a bit disappointed with is that it lacks a WiFi-connected pump, for a 2021 model it really should be coming with a WiFi pump so you can remotely turn the heater on and off but it’s only a small issue!
Had this for nearly 2 months and it’s used daily, best thing we’ve bought highly recommended.
Easy to assemble. Perfect size and so relaxing. I would definitely recommend!!
Brought at a brilliant price. We are a family of 5 it fits all of us in and have space to move round not all crushed in like ants. Easy to set up easy to put down
Highly recommend for a big family who want a hot tub. Loads of bubbles loads of room loads of fu
I bought this spa after being really disappointed with another make that broke shortly after buying it. My daughter with SEN loves water so I needed to find another reliable spa by a recommended manufacturer; I’ve found it with this model!
The set up was quick (instructions could’ve been a bit clearer [ended up looking on the internet to clarify some details]) and once it was filled with water, I left it on overnight and by the early morning, it was a wonderfully warm temperature and ready to use.
The jets are powerful and massaging, the spa appears sturdy and overall it is easy to use. The inflated lid is an added bonus to maintain the waters temperature and keep electricity bills affordable! The filter is easy to clean and the chlorine attachment is an added bonus.
It’s definitely worth paying the little extra money for a decent spa and I would highly recommend this model and manufacturer.
My daughter and I love it and have used it everyday since it was set up.
Amazing quality and great price. We have already used it so much and doesn’t cost very much to heat and run. Very happy
Not quite what i expected as outer and inner liner not one unit
Advantages to this would make it more resilient but outer cover looks a little saggy
However I bought it for my grown up son and he loves i
That’s my second lazy spa and tick all the boxes
Very impressed with the quality of this hot tub. Water jets are much better than bubbles, quieter, good massage and doesn’t cool the water so much. I have reservations about how much energy it uses, not great for the environment, we will only use it for odd weeks through the year.
Start with the purchase i bought this in the Prime Sale around 140 less than i had been watching them on Amazon and Ebay so happy there, the delivery which was excellent kept me updated and was bang on time, set up- i got it at 1300hrs and it was up and ready for water at 13.25hrs after carefully unpacking, water took about 90 minutes and we shocked the water with Chlorine, note Bestway do not send jugs and spoons for the chems so have that ready, an old mug and spoon would do the job, but don’t sprinkle Chlorine in. Heater on at 13.30hrs set to 35, it was at 35 at 01.30hrs and at 0900hrs we turned it up to 40, did all the tests, added a bit of PH- good to go at 1430hrs. Bloooody lovely. Only bad thing the instructions are not very detailed they could do a picture step 1/2/3/4 it would be much easier. Very happy
Very happy with this lay z spar, the LED lights look good at night, I only paid 526. Which went up in price the next day and again the day after.

Love it, the kids love it, we all love it. Brilliant and simple to set up and maintain. The remote operation (via the phone app) makes this a winne
Much better version than the previous Vegas. Really great hot tub.
Seller sent a euro plug version, this caused a fault with the pump system as the EU plug does not offer sufficient electrical earth grounding. I had to change the power supply to a UK plug in order to get round this which was slightly annoying and delayed set up.
I’m quite a syndical / critical sole, so for me to give a 5* rating across the board is most unusual!
Really impressed with quality and content of this item- We purchased the Paris tub.
In my opinion worth investing in a good floor base- we went for decking + foam matting, and overhead cover (we went for a haxnicks sunbubble- which also helps keep water warm).
Bubbles and lights are superb. For an inflatable (compared to cost of fixed hot tub that you would pay ten times more this superb value. Only concern as a new purchaser is longevity and spares/repairs, especially pump/heater which to be honest I’ve not looked into yet at still enjoying the novelty of having hot tub!!! Enjoy
For 500 it is a great option if you are not sure you want to pay 5000 for a proper hot tub.
They are very sturdy. It’s relaxing and gets up to 40 deg and hold the heat very well.
Second one of these I’ve owned. First lasted 5 years without a problem.
Once assembled and the cofusing instructions are deciphered it is a very good product
You have to anticipate the weather 10-12 hours in advance though,
Grandkids love it so worth the money also bought it with grey under mat and chemical start pack as an amazon package, found out the manufacturer don’t support the package they send with i
A lot bigger than I thought and well worth the money and the jets are amazing
Got this to replace a 2019 version that was faulty, there is definitely a difference in proportion to the older models. This one is lower in the sides but a larger internal diameter. I prefer it, but taller people might not. Just something to bear in mind if you’re used to the older version. It’s a good looking little spa, be prepared for the electricity bill. Invest in a spa jacket and double upon the floor foam. This model has freeze guard for all weather use but I don’t think it would be wise to use in the winter, it would literally cost the earth. In summer it balances out with lower cost of heating and cost of going to a pool regularly with our little one.

Arrived earlier than expected, went up no bother and is so much better than our last one. The seller was lovely and really helpful, would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone.
It’s lovely, the tub is strong and the jets are amazing. It’s very expensive on the electric to run it especially when you use the jets/bubbles. 2 to 6 a day depending on how many times the jets are switched on. I don’t think it’s big enough for 4 people unless they’re really small, skinny people!!!! Comfortable with 2 people in it though. Having said that it is a luxury item and it is very luxurious, relaxing, and sensational when in the hot tub.
The instructions left me confused. I have a physics degree and work in software engineering. The are generic and you have to figure out what applies to yours and what doesn’t. Once you figure it out, it’s great. It can heat up 1.5-2 degrees hour, so to get to 40 degrees can take 15+ hours, so some planning on when you need it hot is required.
The bubbles are ok. Cold air which lowers the water temperature quickly.
In “proper” hot tubs they would be water jets instead and more intense. The bubbles do a reasonable job of relaxing aching muscles.
Very noisy with the bubbles running.
Overall though, I love it.
Be sure to clean the filters regularly, use chlorine tablets and water ph controls.
Also worth getting the foam floor matt, makes it nicer to sit in.
Instructions are not the greatest but plenty of instructions on YouTube. Excellent temperature for a fairly nippy March. Easy to assemble and great lights in the evening. Lovely to chill out after work with a glass of vino.

Made my winter bearable! There is nothing like hot tubbing in zero with the stars shining. My 6 year old daughter and 36 year old husband love it. My husband is 6’10” and he fits in it fine, it would be cramped with 5+ people in my opinion. We put a mat under the tub, easy to setup and fill, we watched a YouTube video to help us with setup.
It costs us around 30 a month to heat (we keep it at 20C) and use it just over twice a week. It was fine during freezing weather.
Dog is curious and likes to jump on it but it’s well protected so he’s not damaged anything.
Highly recommend especially with the lights.
Love it so easy to set up and so relaxing the best thing we have brought never out off it.
fantastic for the money very pleased with the product excellent relaxing and easy to use once u have the water balance correctly.
Pictorial instructions aren’t that clear but I did work it out within 20 mins. Didn’t think the pump was working at first but then realised you have to hold the start button until it bleeps.
Brilliant product, used it every day since balancing the chemical levels. Very good quality and really relaxing!
Only downside is the instructions on assembling, not very clear and there are parts in the box you do not need but easily rectified by watching a YouTube video on assembly.
There was no receipt in the box to extend warranty
Great quality product, has survived winter outside in the uk which is pretty impressive. Does require the filter to be changed quite often but overall very happy with my purchase
Got this when it was on sale, and it was a great buy. Great if you don’t have the money to buy a proper hot tub, but in a way so much better because you can take it down and pack it away when you’re not using it.
Bought this 2 years ago for a good price. Easy to keep up and good to have with a few friends over.
Great product, bought this for my mums 50th, she suffers from fibromyalgia and this helps… although it takes time to heat up it’s a great product, it’s not too noisy and the size is decent the installation was easy but I followed the videos online. the packaging could’ve been bette
Best thing we’ve bought… fizz in a spa on Xmas day whilst the dinner cooks
Excellent piece if our, sturdy efficient and great fun. Years well, plenty of bubbles when needed, easy to inflate and deflate with pump, all round fun tub.
Ordered to replace previous one I had for four years. Was packed so well I just connected up to inflate & filled with water. Pump was better model. Still takes ages to heat up water. Quiet to run until you use multi jet bubbles.
Best thing I have ever bought use it every night after work and weekend with friends for the money its supe
Nice and big. Heats quickly and is not expensive to run.
I have had this just over a year and at first used it constantly over the summer months, although the novelty has worn off a little I still use it when I have a few days off from work. It takes a lot of electricity to keep warm in the winter so I pack it away when the winter arrives. It certainly could have a better filter, this is the only drawback I can think of.
Brilliant and heats up perfectly to 40 degrees! Does exactly what it says it does . A great spa ! Kids love it without the heater on during hot days !!!
Would recommend. Would say up to 4 adults or 6 kids. Make sure you buy the chemicals though. Used frequently, a lovely little luxurious treat.
good value for money, the jets are good used most days
Love it! Great product used it every day since putting up ,me an wife suffer from arthritis to varying degrees has helped no end ,only down side instructions a bit sparce but anyone with common sense can work them out, i.e how long to clhorinenate ,timer function instruction printed very tiny ,apart from that would recommend to everyone ,also arrived next day very promt.
Really good value, easy to install and perfect for these long hot summer days. I did have previous experience as a friend has had this model for a few years and it has lasted well. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent!! Had it for one month my lot love it they are never out of it. Easy to set up easy to drain great quality
product is as described ..easy assemble, love it…delivered ahead of time
Good ass spa enjoy it a lot but it’s not easy to defla
I am sat in it now with bubbles coming up, and the machine is turned off, amazing
I cant recommend this spa enough. It is so comfy and is just as good as any proper hard covered hot tub I have used. The bubbles are amazing. Only downside is there are no lights built into spa like Paris model. The pod is quiet too when running.
My favourite purchase ever ! Was a bit apprehensive if it would live up to the hype and would be just a one time use purchase that would then sit packed away in the shed!
Couldn’t be more wrong. Was easy to set up ( do watch the short how to set it up video online). We set it up with 2 of us but could easily do on your own.
We have used it daily since. I would advice buying the chemical kit and protector mat to go under it.
A great purchase and really good quality product. I am really surprised and pleased.
Seats 4 comfortable. Easy to maintain daily if got the chemical kit.
eally love this tub i havent been out of it since we got it highly recommend
Simple to set up and use, grand kids love it, can’t wait for summe
Working well, although going through filters quicker than I anticipated.
Great buy . The whole family enjoys using this, quick An easy to assemble . Love i
Fantastic!! The whole family loved it. Bit of a long haul (2days) to dismantle and empty it but it’s worth it.
Having owned the vegas when it first come out then selling it due to the winter approaching I miss it like mad! I’ve now bought this one and this is the updated version. It just gets better! I like the test and reset buttons on the cord, much easier than trying to reset it with a screwdriver! I also love the fact that now you can pop the bubbles on without it turning the heat off. Very happy with my purchase.
Came very quickly. Easy to assemble, just plug in pump and inflate. Took a few hours to fill and was ready and heated next day
Excellent product. Cant believe how good it is for the price.
I don’t know what I was expecting for the price but this hot tub is fantastic. It’s pretty easy to set up and then you’re good to go. We bought this primarily for my disabled son to relieve his tight muscles – which it does. He says he feels great and it’s definitely helping as we can’t get him out of it! I would without a doubt recommend this hot tub but I would suggest buying the chemical starter kit when you buy the spa.
Oooooooh yes, well packaged, on time and easy to set up and operate.
As good as any spa ones,
We love this, summer and winter it’s great.
fantastic way to chill out, not as good as the real thing but a great way to see if the real thing would be worth the money
What a fab buy and so much cheaper than some other retailers.
Bought mine around a year ago but only just got round to being able to use it and wow! Got a bargain with this in the sale but would gladly have paid full price for it.
Absolutely love it, I’ve got it permanently set-up on my decking. Height sitting inside is just right to have your arms up over the side.
In terms of running costs it’s not too bad as long as you choose an energy provider that don’t charge too much for power.
We turn it off unless we’re planning on using it the next day as it works out cheaper than leaving it on consistently.
e.g. In the summer if it’s a good day I’ll turn it on in the morning it will be perfect when I get back from work.
In terms of chemicals, I bought a chlorine floater and pop in a tablet whenever it’s empty ~once a week. The own brand water testing dip sticks are pretty average, I found AquaChek to be a lot more accurate/easier to read. Finally, I bought a special hose attachment to clean the paper filters so that I get about 2 weeks out of them instead of 1-3 days.
One thing I could never find was good info on costs. We’ve got a calibrated energy meter and so were quite keen to find out costs. They are below.
Heating up
– Take external temperature (i.e. water temp) say 20deg
– Target temp (to heat to) 40deg
– Heats @ approx 2deg/hour ~1800W = 1.8kWh per hour
– 10 hours to get our 20 degs = 36kWh
– Take your electric kWh cost x 36 = cost to heat up
Maintaining heat while covered:
– Roughly 50% of the energy to heat it up ~0.9kWh
Best….purchase….ever! Why has my world not had a hot tub in it sooner!
It’s easy to put up, easy to fill, ..easy to maintain, you get the idea. We bought a 3x3m waterproof gazebo to go round it and it’s become and all weather tub now.
I love it, everyone of my family loves it, and I can 100% guarantee…you will love it too!
What you waiting for?….go buy one! 🙂
Fantastic product. Easy to put up, manage and control. It’s vital that you clean the filter every day – we have kids and invested in extra filters so if it gets really dirty we just change it. This is so relaxing at the end of the day.
Wife nagged me to buy one, reluctantly gave in,awesome! Takes ages to heat up when first filled but after that takes a few hours.
Treat yourself you wont regret it, only downside is the wifes “told you”,oh well!
Prompt delivery. This was purchased for my wife who is very pleased with the product. The only criticism I have is that the instructions could be clearer. Great product.
brilliant so easy to set up quite when on ideal in the rain to
Amazing. Easy to set up. Does take a long time to heat up. But when you use it , its amazing.ok for 4 people but wouldnt squeeze 6 in.
Best thing I ever spent 300 on. Yes it’s a faff to store but why would you ever want to take it down?! Top tip – buy the Bestway drain pump. Yes it’s overpriced but you will be able to drain your tub properly in 20 mins with no faffing.
Tub itself seems well made, well designed and even the husband is converted. Seems durable so far – the cat likes sitting on the cover. You will need an outside plug or a strategically placed window (and then either disconnect the pump each time or keep the plug covered somehow when not in use). Also a local drain / sewer.
Also fill it from the hot / mixer tap as then you can use it straight away (takes about 2 hours to fill) rather than filling and waiting a day for the water to heat using the pump (also more expensive to heat using electricity!)
Only improvement would be variable bubble settings as the single setting is a bit loud when you’re sat in it for chilled convo (excellent for drunken ones though) – we end up using it quite a lot without bubbles as basically an adult paddling pool / inflatable pond.
Def worth the money even if it only lasts a year – saves the commitment and cost of a ‘real’ one with 90% of the same benefits. Also portable – emptied and took ours down in South Wales Friday evening and by midday Saturday we were back in it at full temperature – in Twickenham. Packed it down again on Sunday and back in it in South Wales Sunday night!
Great for the summer a pain to empty and change the water over – not a valve
Wished we had bought this sooner, easy to install and use, very powerful jets, took ages to fill and to heat at first, but after we set the water treatment ph level correct, we are always in it. Not sure how much it difference it will make to the electric bill, but i have read between 10 or 30, but whatever it is, it’s worth it.
Great size easy to put up whole family loves i
I use it everyday as I do manual work and the bubbles relax me. Filters need doing everyday which is a must but well worth it.
Nice size very comfortable i spend more time in it than out of it.
Came on time and instructions were clear. So far, meeting expectations.
very nice purchase – we all love it – its very important you keep the water clean and the spa maintained – Great all round family fu
Pump and heater surprisingly loud until you’re in the tub, think microwave level of sound. Heat amazing, bubbles perfect. Easy to assemble. Padded bottom very comfortable. You do NEED to buy a pack of chemicals and test strips with this purchase.
Fantastic!!!! Very easy to set up & get going. Well worth the money. Wish I had bought one sooner!
Excellent product, easy to put up and it was delivered a day earlier then expected
Does what it says. Had no problems so far although only had it up 2 weeks.
Love our new hot tub and has been well used already
Amazing product. Super fast delivery and easy to contact seller of needed to. Would recommend this to anyway. Fab price
Excellent product..we had hours of fun last year with it and expect more this year. Not too difficult to put up, the dvd shows every step of the way. It also very sturdy…highly recommended
great for those winter nights that you want to chill out cant wait to use it in summer too!
Amazing bought it for my mum and she cried she loves it and helps withy the pain in her back best thing I’ve ever bough
Best thing ever looks awesome in the summer house quick delivery too x
