Got 1 for my son who was going to pay 320 ,found it on Amazon for 215 so ended buying myself 1 as well.
Doesn’t seem as deep as my last Vagas lazy spa .Think it might just be very slightly smaller as from maximum water level to the top rim ,as seems just as deep in the water depth.
New design in pump square not a egg .Lift/ tilt control panel, easily altered as you don’t have to hangover the sides to change the settings when in the tub. There is also a new tube protruding at the bottom outside to let the water out ,another good upgrade from the old style. You can connect a pipe easily to drain it where you want it to go. The other new design is the tablets go into a cap/cover where the water returnsinto the tub.It has a freeze protection system also but not used as yet .Believe price gone back up now .What I paid I am a happy customer.
How did we survive without this?…. We’ve bobbed around in expensive, fixed spas and always comment on how they don’t match up to our Ibiza. Very clever and sturdy construction, easy to assemble/disassemble, and the pump unit works brilliantly (plenty warm enough with loads of bubbles). I would say it’s more suited to 3-4 people (6 is rather ambitious), but it’s the perfect pool in every other way, highly recommended!
PS: Get yourself a foam matt to pop it all on. Then once you have the water shocked and settled, we found a floating dispenser with Clearwater’s Multifunction Chlorine Tablets to work best, keeping the water safe (consistent PH etc). There’s very little maintenance to be fair, but I’d keep a bottle of Foam Reducer handy as it can sometimes become a little frothy… and you’ll need filters, maybe replacing them every 3-4 sessions. To date, it appears to be quite economical, no huge energy bills after using say once a week.
Brilliant. Delivery was on time, brilliant price. The spa is super easy to inflate and larger and deeper than the average spa and powerful hydro jets. One downside, I haven’t managed to connect the app but that’s not a big problem as it wasn’t the reason I chose this spa. I am totally in love with the Milan Spa and would highly recommend….so relaxing.
I brought this to keep the kids entertained throughout the summer holidays for those days we had nothing planned. I had been looking for a while and refused to pay the extortionate prices some companies charge. This was too good to be true, that I was anticipating a bad point but it’s been great and worth every Penny. Even great for the adults with a cheeky glass of wine to unwind from the day. I did purchase the light separate which just adds to the atmosphere when it’s dark in the evenings. Very happy purchase.
Short review. All great. A lot of fun and chill. Ill give 5 stars but the pump unit leaking… what You need to know. 5 hr of heating water from 28 to 33 Celcius degrees will cost you about 6 .
Great price easy to set up and perfect for relaxing after hard day’s work
Hottub is amazing my family love it easy to set up
Love it and got it in the sale, it’s sturdy and so easy to assemble
This is very similar to a hard shell hot tub but obviously much cheaper
Fits 4 people in comfortable
Had a round tub previously but after so many repairs had new
A great purchase
Also we only turn up temperature when needed that day to keep electricity cost dow
Great spa easy to use but I found the instructions are terrible so go online and watch a video on how to set it up firs
A great quality got tub. Recent enhancements make it quick to set-up. The wifi is a nice touch, turn the temp up or down, filter on and off the same with the bubbles from your phone anywhere you have data signal
This does have two massage settings, press the bubble button once for full bubbles, press the bubbles on and off then on quickly and you have the less powerful massage. The hot tub looks excellent set up looks like it’s much more expensive than it actually costs
So far so good
Depending on the location not so easy empty and clean I have to buy pump to drain.
Great hot tub anc WiFi enabled so you don’t waste energy easy to use app on your phone
My body feels like a new woman, don’t tell the wife .
Purchased this as a 60th birthday present for my wife. Item arrived promptly. Relatively easy to set up, any issues were soon resolved using u tube. Due to hot weather we did not have to wait long for water to heat to a reasonable temperature to use and i have to say this is a BIG hit and has got me so many brownie points it is unbelievable.
Only time will tell ref reliability but at moment i have to give maximum stars.
It’s very good Amazing after a hard day At work
Great product at a fantastic price, easy to set up and inflate, couldn’t believe how solid and sturdy it was and the jets work so much better than I would have ever thought! Loving the square shape, feels somehow more roomy than a round one. So happy we purchased this, a great and much used accessory to our patio furniture!
I got my first hands on look at one of these at a friend’s party. My son had a blast and we bought one for ourselves the next day. We had written them off for years as just a cheap bit of rubbish for those that can’t afford a real hot tub. How wrong we were. I’m a total convert. They are easy to setup and hold their temperature amazingly well. Mine is set to 38 and has never gone below 36 all summer. And that was after prolonged use with the bubbles raging. The only difficulty is with water chemistry. That is something all hot tub owners have to deal with and is no worse here. You need to test regularly and be prepared to make adjustments. You’re going to need to buy all the relevant chemicals and test strips. Not a major issue but I’m used to more complex versions of this with my marine fish tanks. This is a walk-in-the-park by comparison. Just worth researching so you know what you’re getting into.
So easy to follow the instructions. I’m mid 60’s female and I got it assembled and running water into it in 1 hour great purchase.
We use this all the time it’s pretty expensive to run buy yourself a electric usage plug like ours you can get the of Amazon dead cheap. This is ours running for about 2 weeks we keep it at around 38 degrees on constant and use the bubbles a lot.
Great hot tub easy to set up and use only downfall the straps that keep top cover on not stitched as they should be.
Easy to assemble, took no time at all to get ready. If 4 people are going to use it don’t fill to the upper level as it’ll overflow once in.
There’s no arguing these spas are great and we really enjoy ours. That said, we had the older model Vegas. We only purchased a new one because the inflatable got filthy when oil off of our decking got on the bottom (through the rubber mats). The new pump though better looking, doesn’t seem as powerful and the filter wants changing every 4/5 hours of use unlike the old pump. So much so, as we still have the old pump we’re considering swapping it over.

Easy to inflat. I would recommend gym/garage rubber flooring. Spa is brilliant. Very pleased
What can I say love these products and they have never let me down .. we are slowly working our way up the range and are always delighted with them
This product is very good quality and very easy to assemble. Highly recommended.
Excellent buy much better than our other spa.quality and build is superb lights work well filter system very good no complaints so far.
Easy to assemble. Quick to heat up and perfect for relaxing
It is lovely, easy to put up and use, feels lovely and relaxing in it but I must say it did not warm up well or stay warm. I done what is said but even after 8 hours it barely made a difference. I still enjoyed it but make sure you but the hot tub chemicals as it froths up a lot.
I’m generally happy with the spa, but the lid has a pinhole puncture and, even after patching it, deflates and is essentially useless. I would really appreciate it if someone from Lay-Z-Spa could contact me for a replacement. Help via Amazon leads to a Lay-Z-Spa login page… I have no account and no recourse. I cannot make a request for just this replacement part via Amazon, only the entire product.
Thank you.
Good sturdy spa but sadly it arrived with an international plug therefore couldn’t plug into a standard British socket! Luckily i had an old pump so managed to use that but please be warned to check!
We had to Google how to set it up and used YouTube quite a lot. Once it’s up, it’s amazing! It’s good size for 4, you can get 6 at a real push but comfortably 2 or 4. When there’s just us 2, it’s pure luxury. It’s quite load, but you can have it on different settings so you’ll get used to what level works for you. We really like that it has the water jets as these make it feel like a proper hot tub. The main advantage us you can take it down. You’d not be taking it down every weekend, but it’s nice to have some flexibility. It’s a huge hit, so glad we bought it!
Brilliant hub tub easy to set up, enjoyed by all the family.
I bought this for my daughter and her family, they love it. She is getting used to managimg the chemicals, though we have been told there are tablets available which make it a bit easier. Grandkids love it too!
Easy to set up, make sure you read the instructions thoroughly though. Once the water is in and chemicals added you are good to go. Used every evening after work jets are fab. Make sure you test the water each day and clean and change the filter regularly easy maintenance well worth the money
I was always unsure about buying a lazy spa and thought they would be poor quality but decided to buy one before buying a moulded one . So glad I bought it, it gets up to 39-40 degrees even in December and January and the bubbles are also powerful, the built in lights create a really nice ambiance.

Best thing I’ve ever bought! So relaxing and worth every Penny! Takes days to heat up though which is horrible
So glad we chose the square model
Lovely and spacious for 2 people and not too intimate with four. Good strong bubbles
Would recommend placing it on an insulated board and a mat to preserve some heat. Pump is a soft drone so not too annoying unless right outside bedroom window!!
It comes up to temperature quite quickly and holds its temperature when left on
37 38 39 is just lovely
the base is squishy and quite comfy. We have it on all the time and were in it on Xmas day!
Once inflated, surround is very sturdy and good to climb over. The lid might need pumping up occasionally but easy to do.
The Clips need to be done up tightly to avoid water pooling on the lid. This will happen if it’s not on a completely flat surface
All in all , very pleased, great Value for money and it has changed our leisure time for the better. Now we go in every evening instead of watching trashy TV, a perfect wind down before bed.

Delivered spot on time… As always (this is my 5th Lay z spa) it seems fab.. Time will tell if it lasts longer than the others
Bought this when our original lazyspa Monaco packed in after 3 years of a lot of use! Splurged a bit on this as I wanted decent quality – super impressed with this walls are so thick you can sit up on edge like a big wide cushioned seat when too hot & it keeps the heat in so much better than the Monaco which had very thin wall. Love that Amazon offer 2 years full warranty which is much better than the manufacturer so happy buying it directly from Amazon – great customer service always
Instructions were a bit tricky, but managed to assemble it in the end. Very good value for money, we love it.

First ever hot tub. Wasn’t expecting too much, I mean- it’s an oversized inflatable paddling pool, right? Nope. Wrong! I LOVE this item. Would recommend to any and all. I use it most days, there is a daily/weekly chore “to do” list (but I like the routine tbh) and it’s all worth it after a long day at work to get in, sink down, hit the bubbles and ease all the day away! On the fence? Don’t be a dode, go buy it now!
This is not a free benefit. I’ve used the lights 3 times, and the unit does not seal. So costs a fortune in new batteries, despite my drying it out after use. A useless and wrongly advertised non-benefit when investing considerable money in a hot tub.

Easy to blow up and fun and great lazy i
love the square shape as have had this product before only slight thing as had this before quality slightly different hence 4 stars otherwise would be 5
How much of my time does it waste, i was supposed to be cutting the grass. Its fab and relaxing, a fab purchase. Make sure you have some chemicals ready as it doesn’t come with any. Not sure it is really ideal for 6 adults, it will hold 6 but 4 is more comfortable. Quality product don’t hesitate if you are thinking of buying.

I absolutely love this hot tub. I’ve owned it for about 4 months and I’m very impressed with how well its stay together even after a few months of not using it. Instructions are fairly easy to follow but if you do have problems there is a gentleman by the YouTube name Adam Abbott who has various videos involving this hot tub. One thing to keep in mind with this hot tub and almost any inflatable hot tub is the size. This one can fit about 5 people but I recommend 4 people for a more comfortable experience. Other than that I’ve been surprisingly impressed and very happy with my purchase 🙂
Wondering if anyone can help. I’m so confused. Apparently the chem connecter goes onto this but there is no way to screw it on? Also, on my spa it’s a hole. But on the instructions it looks completely different? do I just leave it off? Help!!
It’s much better than renting one or a solid tub. It made a great birthday present as it supports the whole family’s wellbeing. I’m surprised how big it is as well. A good buy indeed!
It works brilliantly as a hot tub. There are only 120 jets as stated on the box not the 140 claimed in the advert. The WiFi only works if the spa is placed near to the router which is a problem when put in the garden!
The lid also isn’t the same as the others, the inflatable section isn’t well secured in the lid.
I would recommend though as it is a good size, wouldn’t have more that 4 people in, as it would be cosy for 4.
Love that it was easy to put up. Easy to use although only one jet setting should be a couple. But great for those aches and pains and brilliant for my husbands arthritis

Great product.
Mrs talked me ito getting it.
Didn’t think id use it , but great.
Very relaxing, helps with the ache and pains.
Use it most days.
Easy to manage chemicals.
But you do need to buy chemicals. when you first buy spa you get everything to erect it but no chemicals. Which is a bummer . I thought youd get some just to get you up and running.
Superb, had the hawaii before and was good but the hydro jets one is even better, with paying the extra.
Read the instructions & check out YouTube videos, because the instructions are really quite poor. However, once you’ve worked it out, installation is really simple & quick. The quality is very high, with the plastic being thick & durable. Connecting the inflated liner to the heater/filter unit is easy, and when running with the filter & heater switched on, the noise levels are low. The power cord is long, and it has a cut-out device built in to protect against electric shocks. The plug is small enough to fit a standard external socket & close the lid.
000
Changing the filter is simple, and a floating device makes adding chlorine painless & easy.
The display is easy to understand, but the locking button is a bit of a pain. You have to give a long press to unlock the controls, and it can get a little tiresome after the hundredth time of unlocking!
The filter is efficient, and the bubbles very good and energetic. It heats up fairly quickly, it went from 16 degrees to 40 degrees in around 24 hours, and it maintains the temperature well. The lid is large & sturdy with an inflateable inner that helps stop heat escaping. The buckles require two hands to open & should dissuade younger children, but if you have arthritis you might struggle a little – but the lid will remain in position without buckling up.
This is a large hot tub, it will take 4 adults without the need to keep your knees up around your ears. Some of the smaller models claim 4 adults can use them, but that’s an incredibly tight squeeze – this model is genuinely large enough for 4 adults.
A good quality, large hot tub. If you want a reliable hot tub with plenty of space, this will do the job very well
Pros: It’s a great hot tub. Once you’re in it you don’t want to get out. Cheaper on Amazon than anywhere else we could find. Worth the money (we paid 550). Cons: We had to buy the floormats elsewhere (we paid 50) and you definitely need them. Same with the chemicals/filter.
Pros: Quick to set up once even. Pumps up and heats quickly. Dead sturdy. Alexa feature is good, simple to set up with the skill. It’s amazingly comfy and relaxing. Great value for money as it was just under 400 when I bought it.
Cons:
1. Bit of a fiddle to get it even in the liner.
2. The manufacturer made a packaging error and the box states 120 jets on the 2021 model but the product on Amazon and Lay-z-spa website states 140 jets.
Convinced I had the wrong model Took a week and returning 1 used spa, (having had to drain and clean) to Amazon to get to this conclusion from the parent company, BestWay!

We decided to buy an inflatable, plug and play spa to see if we used it enough to consider a hard spa. However, this spa is such good quality and so like a regular spa pool at a hotel goat I don’t think we will bother. It was so easy to assemble, very sturdy and so easy to maintain. The bubbles are very energetic and the 40 degree temperature is very soothing. We absolutely love it!

Easy to put up just watching a YouTube video. Keeps heat very well too. Excellent size – big enough for a person in each corner! Far superior to the smaller round one we had before.
I had a cheaper version of this for 2 years. It faded, did not hold the heat so well and was harder to drain. It also did not have the spa function and was half the price. However, because this one is superior in every way I am glad we bought i
Don’t usually do reviews but so pleased with the Ibiza hot tub. Arrived earlier than expected, box heavy but manageable, so easy to set up was placed on hot tub mat. Quick to inflate the tub and the top. Filled with water, waited for the temperature to warm up whilst checking with test strips. Finally managed to get into the tub and enjoyed a relaxing spa, should have bought one earlier in life as it’s fantastic.
Absolutely love it, don’t know how we managed without one for so long!
Easy to assemble and use. Perfect addition for any garden.
Easy to set up, used YouTube to see videos.
Great size for a family of 4, plenty of room to move around.
However the lid needs to be designed better, after a while continues to defeat requiring many repairs, unfortunately replacements are very expensive.
Easy to set up and much sturdier than I thought. Didn’t take long to fill or warm up. Doesn’t cost much too run. Best to buy filters in bulk to cut cost down. Definitely recommend this product. Very happy
Love my little hot tub! Really easy to put together and equally easy to operate.
Waited three months for this to arrive to begin with and now it’s faulty trying to get support is none existent can’t get through and all i get on line is no customer with this address
Great product, replaced a Costway which was double the price and not as efficient, also broke after 14 months

Easy to set up and use, recommend buying chemical startup kit. Comes with 2 filters so you will need to buy some.
The one supplied on has 120 not 140 “jets”.
I was a little rushed for time having to set this up and thought the worst it was going to take a couple of hours. Completely the opposite, We had it filling up with water in less than 30 minutes.
Instructions are fairly good, although some of the pictures did have us lining up the wrong pipes but it was obvious. Some text would be good.
Comfortable and relaxing. A good size and comfortably gets in 4 people with a nice amount of movement.
Build quality is very good.
As is does mention it will take 15-24 hours to heat up fully
Bit smaller than we thought it was going to be based on product description. But for a first hot tub it’s a good investment. WiFi connection has do far proven less than desirable and more a gimmick than of any use. Would be great if Lay Z spa could improve on this and also add an electronic spa chemical release mechanism and second filtration unit. Would have paid more if it had been available and slightly larger. The Milan is very snug for three people.
We bought one over 3 yrs ago and this year it sprung rips and having tried to repair them it became unrepairable.
We then decided to get the latest version and very pleased with it. We will have to see in 3yrs time whether we have problems.

Delivery was very good on the Hot Tub, I think it should come with a starter kit of chemicals from Lay z spas. Easy to unbox and assemble/ inflate I would suggest watching the videos on You Tube before commencing they are very helpful especially when using the chemicals. The tub is quite deep so a shorter person will need a cushion, when the jets are on it is quite noisy so think about location, the app is good as well and easy to set up. My biggest gripe is the jets are not adjustable it is 100% on or off considering we bought the Milan for this reason it’s disappointing I have e mailed Lay Z spa and created a job ticket sadly these days like a lot of companies no response very poor customer service. Finally a company should not advertise in its blurb that a product has 2 speeds when it clearly does not !
This is my first hot tub and it exceeded expectations. Is spacious enough to comfortably fit 4 – 5 people, was eady to set up, and the bubbles are really strong for a good massage.
Everything about this is great, except for the securing nut is plastic one piece (in place around jets connection) split the first time I cleaned down pool – after 2 weeks so barely touched.
Otherwise would be perfect score.
This is lovely. I’ve had a lay-Z-spa before but they’ve improved a lot. It was incredibly easy to put up and heated up over night. The bubble jets are strong enough for a bit of a massage, it’s sides are sturdy and it’s so easy to change the filters and add more chlorine tablets. The control panel is great as you can angle it if it’s really sunny. The only down side is that the running cost is quite high.
The hot tub was easy to inflate and set up. Servicing in terms of cleaning and chemical monitoring was straight forward and simple to undertake. It is very comfortable and retains the heat well.
The dislikes are that the top covering is recessed into the hot tub so when it rains a pond forms in the top and you have to spend a lot of time bailing it out or find a way to siphon it out. The sides also show signs of enlarging and I just hope it does not impair the use of the tub.
We bought this after hiring one for the weekend. Wish we had done it years ago. This hot tub is brilliant, took us a few weeks to get the hang of using the chemicals but once we realised that having the ph right was the way to getting the chlorine correct. Make sure you order plenty of the dip sticks to test the water chemicals. We used a lot in the first few weeks. Don’t buy the expensive mats you can get them at DIY places for 1/2 the price.
We would pay a bit extra next time and get one with water jets not just bubbles as they are quieter. We use it everyday and our grandchildren love it. With our holidays being postponed it has brought us a lot of pleasure without leaving the house.
First off I love this thing and had no problem getting it inflated, filled and running. The instructions aren’t great and despite the manual all being in English only has some unclear pictures for the important bits, however there really is only one way to connect everything so not that hard to work out.
I couldn’t get the wifi to connect with my Samsung phone so i pulled out my old iPhone and it connected first time with that. Really not sure who’s to blame for that one but something to be aware of. Once it was connected the app works fine on my Samsung phone though.
Finally this is only a six person hot tub if you’re filling it with toddlers. Two adults is comfortable; a third stops anyone really stretching out and relaxing properly; and six would only be feasible with a significant level of intimacy.
Found the spa so easy to get going , easy after using a YouTube clip on how to set it up as instructions with the tub we’re not the best !! But whole family have been using daily a great buy and seems hard wearing and great fun .
We debated endlessly whether to buy one of these and I did lots of research on the different brands and models available and read carefully various feedback given online.
I would highly recommend you take the plunge and buy one. So easy to set up, arrived in a small (but heavy) box and inflates in minutes. Takes a while to fill up, and a few hours to heat up but within an afternoon we were in and enjoying it.
Solid construction; soft comfortable base to sit on; pump/bubble machine is very quiet; comes with a decent length and robust cable and 3 pin plug; and the bubbles are really nice.
I think 6 adults would be a squeeze (but not impossible at all), but I couldn’t find one advertised with significantly larger dimensions that wasn’t solid and into the many thousands of pounds.
We love it. Go for it!
Pretty satisfied with the purchase a bit smaller than I was expecting but still got six people In without it being to full overall pretty happy and am sure it will get enough fun out of to be wourth the money
This is our first venture into a hot tub and we and the family are impressed. Works well, fits about 4 at a push, certainly 3 with ease and is not too big for me and the missus to enjoy either alone. I rested it on two layers of flooring. The Lay-z-spa and some garage / workout foam flooring to provide thermal protection below.
Costs to run… well I reckon just ticking over with no use, covered etc at 35oC, about 1.50 a day (it’s outside and in Yorkshire so depends on ambient temp!) rising to 4-4.50 when being hammered by the kids that don’t pay the leccy bill at 38oC +) for 10+ hours. We will probably empty it October to Mid-Spring as I suspect costs will outweigh the pleasures.
As for hassle… it’s like having another pet. Keeping up to the filter and chemicals is definitely worthwhile.
Had the older model of the Vegas lazy spa and this one is much better. The height of it is just a little shorter by a couple of cms which makes getting in and out easier. Resting head agains the back is more comfortable. The base unit (not when using bubbles) is so much quieter than the older model which is great. It maintains the heat for longer. It comes with a drinks holder on the device also very handy. The best part which makes a huge difference is the fact there is a port and tube attached to the bottom which makes emptying so much easier. The older model did not have this so the water did not drain out of the bottom well as the pressure of the water on the floor valve kept the water in and you had to lift the hot tub up to allow the water to drain. The new one had the valve which opens to a tube where u can attach the hose for easy draining.
