Lego is always a brilliant gift especially for children! Brought as a gift and was assembled in minutes of it being opened. If someone likes Lego and Minecraft this will be a hit!
Brought and gifted to my step son who loves lego and is obsessed with minecraft. Took him less than an hour to build and has additional minecraft lego sets and will sit and play with them for hours
My boys loves it, we added a basic green base plate for more playing space, he’s obsessed with anything minecraft and we figured him playing with lego helps move him away from screen time while still playing with something minecraft related.
A great Lego set which looks really nice when built. Admittedly, I am slightly biased due to it being rather cute, but my children do agree with me so there is that.
Very clear building instructions, as is always the case thankfully, and a nice set to sit and help build. Priced well (unsure of the current price but it was good when purchased) and the box was in perfect condition when arrived and no dreaded bashes.
High quality bricks which is definitely worth the additional cost as these last brilliantly. Would recommend this set to anyone even if not a Minecraft fan or buying for one. The cuteness factor alone certainly helps with this!

When I put 4 stars to the sturdiness, it was only because I found IF you had to move the piece, then some of the items like the tree can come off easily.
And the mushroom House is a wee bit tricky to put together, it’s separate piece does fall easily if it gets knocked/bumped.
But overall a really fun piece to build and own!
Perfect for any one that loves Lego and also Minecraft.. it’s Lego so not much more to say but much cheaper to buy here than in any shop I visited (even when the shop was on offer)

Wenn die Kinder das Spiel noch nicht kennen und noch kleiner sind, ist die Spinne und das Skelett auch noch nicht bse und sitzen mit den anderen am Essen am Lagerfeuer oder das Skelett hilft die Kuh zu Melke

My daughter loves Minecraft and with her birthday coming up I just had to buy this. I got a bundle deal of two sets, the mushroom house and the fox lodge. The deal was pretty good with both sets being just under 30 which is a steal when most places retail these sets individually as somewhere close too 20.
The sets haven’t been opened yet as I’ve put them away for her birthday but it’s Lego so what could be wrong with it?

Insgesamt hat das LEGO 21179 Set 272 Teile. Der Aufbau geht sehr einfach und gut von der Hand und wird in der Anleitung sehr gut beschrieben so dass es Kinder ohne Probleme selbst Aufbauen knnen. Die Aufbauzeit liegt bei etwa 15 – 25 Minuten je nachdem wie viel Zeit sich das Kind dabei lassen mchte. Die Kinder haben Spa mit dem Set zu Spielen und haben Ihre Freude daran. This was bought for a birthday present. The reciever was well pleased with item, Lego is always a firm favourite. Easy to assemble instructions and always sturdy and robust.

Bought this as a gift, recipient was over the moon as they are a very big minecraft fan, they loved it so much, had so much fun building the lego and playing with it.

This Minecraft mushroom house would make an excellent gift for any Minecraft fans as well as Lego lovers .
The pieces are so small so although the build up house it won’t be as big ,it will still take time and patience to build the house.
Got this for my nephew who is at that age where he discovered Minecraft but is also into Lego games.
As his birthday approaches ,this would be a nice desired toy for him.
The quality on the pieces can be seen ,as with any other Lego set.
Won’t say more as the set is as expected ,price wise is reasonable therefore I gave this Lego set 5 stars.

Perfect little set and great value for money, good way to get some rarer characters too
This is a Minecraft set built with lego combo. It arrives in a colourful box .
It’s aimed at 8 plus and has 272 bits split into 2 bags. There is a instruction book with 62 steps and a progress bar at the top. This took my 10 year old 40 mins with no help. It’s a mushroom house with lift off walls and roof including a bed,crafting table and ladder.
There is also detailed garden and tree . I knocked one star off as its really small and the platforms come apart even with carful play that my son found very frustrating as it ended up with him having to rebuild.
It’s a good set and a great price
This is a Minecraft inspired Lego set , I’m not very well aquainted with the characters or Minecraft In general but this playset looks attractive and the colours and figures are bright and appealing.
This set is affordable at around 18 and you can get other Minecraft sets that can be added on too , to broaden the creative play. You can’t go wrong with Lego . There are small pieces that are a choking hazzard and smalll children would need supervision as younger siblings always like to play with the older children. Recommended
A fun LEGO minecraft set that is small but adds a handful of minifigs to add to your world of minecraft LEGO sets. Unfortunately you’ll probably end up with duplicate minifigs from this set if you already have other sets, but they are good value included in this.
The build is straightforward, easy to do and adds a little extra hideaway in your bigger builds.

This is everything you expect from Lego, a great set in an attractive box and a must for Minecraft lovers. My granddaughter loved this set; she isn’t particularly a Minecraft fan but she got a lot of play and fun out of the set and found the instruction sheet easy to follow. She particularly liked the fact that the house opened up to allow you to play with the interior. Lots of fun for Minecraft fans but still fun if you’re not.
Minecraft is perfectly represented in LEGO, as naturally blocky, and Minecraft game play can be reflected with LEGO play.
My 11 year old helper built this Mushroom House set.
She found the hardest bit to build was the spider.
The easiest bits to build were the rushes.
It took about 40 minutes to build with a little bit of adult help with the spider.
On completion she was particularly keen to show the interior furnishings. The scope for play was good with this set, especially for the price, due to the detailed interior furnishings and the outside garden details.
As you would expect for LEGO there are spares provided for the very smallest elements, pictured.
I’d note this took longer to build than the Fox House despite being cheaper at time of writing so in this regard represents better value for money, also due to the play elements.

This small kit went down well with my Minecraft-obsessed granddaughter.
It features one of the latest characters, Spider Jockey (so I am told, I find the whole Minecraft thing a bit confusing to be honest!).
Rather small as a stand-alone kit, but it fits in with part of the Minecraft universe: well made as all the Lego products tend to be.
Retailing at 17.99 it seems expensive for what you get, but that is the market price for genuine Lego items, and they do give considerable imaginative play for your money.

These new Minecraft Lego sets are a super idea for Minecraft fans over the age of 8! This mushroom house looks amazing when made up and was played with immediately it was finished. It’s just the perfect combination really and at a great value price too. Really impressed!
Lego. What isn’t to like unless you stand on a piece of course.
The Lego ideas are growing all the time and this Minecraft set went down very well with the children.
Picture instructions are easy to follow and the children had fun constructing this and even adding bits from their own collection.

My daughter has it sat on her desk right now. She says that the only problem with it is that it can come apart easily as there are only small pieces holding the whole thing together. Other than that, she loves it and said that it’s easy to put together as the instructions are clear and they even provide extra parts just in case.

My son has most of the Minecraft sets that have been released over years as he enjoys playing the game as well as building the Lego to play with offline.
He was happiest to get the Mooshroom & the Spider.
He sighed & added the Alex to his army of Alexs because she is in WAY too many sets although as he did point out ‘at least it’s not another Steve’ (In our house our army of Steves is way bigger than the army of Alexs).
This is not a long build but should keep builders occupied for a bit & the house is small but nice.
The walls are meant to be easy to remove which does mean they are also easy to knock off accidentally.
The Minecraft specific pieces in this set such as the face of the Mooshroom, the crafting table & the spiders head are printed. There are no stickers in this set.
There is no such thing as unwelcome Lego in my house but this is really a bit underwhelming when you can get sets like the Trading Post set with the Llamas in or the Fox Lodge for the same price.
This set is definitely for children that love minecraft and it’s a fantastic one. Everyone loves Lego and this one is another fantastic set that’s great to buy as a gift. We definitely recommend it.

Il personaggio che mi piaciuto di pi e che mi ha convinto all’acquisto spider jockey. Lo trovo fantastico.
Dentro al pacco troviamo : Axel , un ragno, uno scheletro con casco incantato, 1 mooshroom.
Ci sono 272 pezzi da assemblare suddiviso in 2 buste pi un manuale che ti aiuta passo per passo alla costruzione.
Mio figlio di 7 anni con il mio aiuto ha costruito la scena in circa 50 minuti .
Siamo entusiasti di questo gioco.
La casa si apre cos permette con la fantasia di giocare nel suo interno.
Ci sono le scale per poter scendere dall’albero.
Forse si poteva espandere il giardino per aumentare la base del gioco ma alla fine ho comprato sempre su Amazon altri set a poco prezzo e sto creando uno scenario minecraft.

Are you a Minecraft fan? If yes, then this newly released LEGO 21179 Minecraft The Mushroom House Set is a perfect choice. Within this set you get a total of 272 pieces.
This set features red toadstool toy house with lift off-roof and walls to use the crafting table and furniture inside. For the outside there is a mooshroom to milk, a chest to discover and a skeleton spider jockey to battle
The top part of the mushroom can be removed and this gives you access to the inside of the house where there is a table and bed where Alex can lie down.
Overall the build was fun however play wise it did get a bit boring after a while but I would still happily recommend.
Looks just like the Minecraft game,kids will definitely recognise this set and enjoy making it. Easy instructions to follow and very age appropriate an 8+ year old will have no problems making this set . Perfect for a Minecraft fa
Inexpensive to add to collection of the Minecraft sets one of my nephews has. Rather specialist so appeals to fans but not so interactive (all bricks are interchangeable with standard Lego).
Lego quality – will last years. How many toys can say that.
Easy to follow construction manual – all pictures.
Similar to another Minecraft set I reviewed (the orange fox lodge), this was fairly similar to put together. Younger kids will need some help but should be do-able for 7+ and not a huge amount of parts.
I actually prefer it to the other one (personal preference) – I find the building more interesting.
Price point is good. Quality great as always. Nice gift for people who enjoy Minecraft and Lego.
My son really likes this Mushroom house set from Lego, something different to the usual Lego Minecraft sets as this one features the Spider Jockey which hasn’t been seen before in Minecraft Lego, plus, the house is a great looking feature. My son is very happy with his purchase, he has been saving up for some time now to get his hands on these new Minecraft sets from Lego.
The set comes supplied with the following mini figures:
1 x Alex
1 x Spider
1 x Skeleton with ‘Enchanted Iron Helmet’
1 x Mooshroom
The set contains 272 pieces in two bags, the construction manual has 62 steps, completion takes anywhere between 45-60 minutes. The manual is very well laid out and easy to follow with good instructions, a progress bar at the bottom of each page gives you an indication on how close you are to finishing.
The roof on the mushroom house detaches to reveal the bed and crafting tablet, a ladder allows Alex to reach the house from the ground. Even though spiders and skeletons have been seen in previous Lego MInecraft sets, the ability for the skeleton to attach to the spider is new, unless you were to make adaptions yourself, thus we have the Spider Jockey which is found in the game. Spider Jockey’s have a 1% chance of spawning in the game and become a very fast mob, a spider and skeleton isn’t a good combination when seen in survival mode!
My son mentioned that he wished that Lego had added a bit more terrain to this set, more base plates, to allow for extra play room with the set, apart from that, he’s happy.
