Fr mich bisher das schnste Set aus der Reihe. Mit dem Klappmechanismus und den vielen versteckten Barcodes gibt es viel zu entdecken und keine Langeweile beim bauen.
Wie alle Mario Sets nicht billig, aber dafr wird damit auch viel gespielt und es gab leuchtende Kinderwagen am Geburtstags Tisch.

Mon fils est ravi ! Encore une fois lego ne se moque pas des usagers. Tout est parfait, grand jouet, explications de montage claires. Mon fils de 11 ans l’a fait seul en 2-3 heures en y allant vraiment doucement. Donc les plus petits seront galement ravis je pense.

Product is fine. Didn’t come in discreet packaging though, which has ruined a birthday present. And this is the only format I have to complain. Thanks Amazon.

Lego these days seems a lot less for the amount it costs. However this set seems more fun than most of the Mario range however the technic components and lining it all up for the smooth opening action is an adult operation. The age range my boy struggled. However the ship is lovely, like the gauntlet but this is easily broken. But thats Lego for you.
The ship opens up, bonus points on the deck, and bowsers face on the rear of the ship, the wizard is quite catchy and it is very colourful. Highly recommended before its discontinued

Gave to nephew for a birthday present. He adores this set and it’s given him hours of fun. Super happy

IMPORTANT: A couple of warnings first;
1. There is no Mario figure within this set.
2. There is no physical instruction booklet within this set, you need a tablet or phone and have to download an app to be able to build the airship.

Before purchasing this set you will need to first buy a starter kit (around 35) to be able to play with this set. For the majority of the play activities with this set you will need a Mario or Luigi figure to fully interact with all the features on the airship. These figures need to be purchased separately with the starter kit.

Also there is no physical instruction booklet which i miss being an old school Lego fan! You now need to download the app and follow the instructions on your phone/tablet. I can see why Lego are doing this to save paper but it feels strange to me having played with Lego 20 years ago as a child myself.

The airship is a fantastic build which took my son (with some help from me) around 6 hours to build. It is not the easiest build with lots of small fiddly parts and is quite an advanced build for an 8 year old. The set is a large kit with 1,152 pieces. The finished airship magically expands outwards so you can see within the ship. There are lots of fun activities to play with on the airship.

As for value for money if you can get it for the sale price of 65 it is well worth it! Lots of fun that will keep your child entertained for hours, just don’t forget the starter kit!

This is quite a complex piece to put together but it is something I’m after. Spent roughly 5 hrs to assemble and loving the mechanical movement of the ship. By far the most challenging yet fun Lego I’ve built. Love it!

Really happy with this! It doesn’t come with the Mario and Luigi figures, however, so those would have to be purchased separately.

The build is relatively straightforward, and isn’t too difficult for children to put together on their own. It opens smoothly and almost doubles in size in the process, offering extra play features and two action bricks hidden throughout the airship. The masts can also be removed.

There’s a “POW brick” at the back of the airship, and once it’s activated you have a few seconds to take down (scan) a multi-strike enemy to be able to gain the maximum coins. The Bowser head also folds out with a code to scan. The Goomba only requires 1 scan to defeat and awards 1 coin, Rocky Wrench requires 3 scans and awards 4 coins, and Kamek requires 5 scans and awards 10 coins.

The vibrant colours and design details are brilliant and mimic the video games extremely well. Perfect as either an addition to a Super Mario course or a display piece on its own.

The only drawback is that the building instructions can only be accessed in the app – and the app’s a bit fiddly to work with. It crashes and gets stuck frequently, which can be a pain when you just want to sit for a seamless building/play session. I hope they update it soon to fix the glitches.

Other than that , a great set! Lots of fun to build and play with. Would be happy to recommend.

L’ho acquistato come regalo di babbo natale, mi sono anticipata perch l’ho trovato in offerta.
Ho scelto l’imballaggio sostenibile il che significa che il lego esattamente come viene acquistato in negozio, ma lo scatolo esterno di Amazon riciclato, come sempre i numeri uno visto che con questa scelta lo paghi di meno.
Mio figlio si fissato per i playset di super Mario, abbiamo scelto questo perch quello pi compatto rispetto agli altri che sembrano delle piste.
Ovviamente abbiamo dovuto acquistare anche il playset iniziale con super Mario

This LEGO expansion set (71391) includes everything you need to build Bowser’s Airship. There are 1152 pieces of LEGO that make up this build and has an age rating of 8+, as there are a few fiddly pieces to put together, and any age younger than 8 will find it frustrating unless they had help. With this being an expansion set, you need a Super Mario Starter Course, either 71360 or 71387, to play in Course Mode. You can of course just have this set, if you only want to build and display Bowser’s Airship.

Everything is bagged up in numbered bags to help with the building of the model as there is over a thousand pieces. No instructions are included in the box, but you are encouraged to download the LEGO app which will add the kit to your digital library, and you can view the instructions on how to build it piece by piece. I prefer this approach as I found it easier to understand what I was supposed to be doing and what things went where.

Once completed, the airship can be left together in “Flying Mode” or folded out which is “Course Mode”. In Flying Mode, or “display” mode, it measures 30cm high, 35cms long and 19cms wide. When folded out, you have access to all the features of this expansion set and can be played with the Mario and Luigi character figures which are sold separately. These figures count up your score as you go around the course, defeating enemies, and is displayed on your characters chest.

This set also adds some baddies for you to collect which are Kamek, Rocky Wrench and a Goomba. You also get a POW block and a Cannon Start Pipe.

I’ve never tried one of these larger build LEGO sets as they are usually very expensive. I was lucky enough to be able to try this one and I absolutely loved building it with my son so can highly recommend it. Do be warned though, it is designed as an expansion kit, so the Mario or Luigi digital figures don’t come with this set. As a build, I thoroughly enjoyed it and it’s made me start looking at other LEGO kits

We love jigsaw puzzles and grew up with Lego so we were very keen to try this and here are our thoughts:

Nice big box with contents separated into numbered bags for ease of building this set.

This would make a great gift for anyone interested in Lego or Nintendo Mario but especially both!

No instructions were included but the Mario app was easy to install and provided everything we needed to put this together.

2-3 hours of fun – it takes a little longer with the app as it’s step by step.

It’s a good size so you’ll need space to put this together and then keep it on display if you need.

Interactive play but for us this was more about the putting it together.

Only issue for us is the price but Lego is always, in our opinion, high quality!

I must start by saying I already own several Super Mario lego items and am a fan of the collection. These items give a great retro feel while being produced with a modern feel including interactive features, making them perfect for any fan of Super Mario or modern lego sets.

That being said they aren’t particularly cheap (presumably because this is trademarked merchandise) so let’s see what you get for your money with the ‘Bowser’s Airship’ expansion set.

Firstly it’s quite a large set (again which you’d expect at this price) including over 1000 pieces and would be an excellent addition to anyone’s collection on this basis. When constructing the set some parts were a bit fiddly but the instructions are clear and the build was fun. The set includes a great use of bricks especially around Bowser’s claw. The box says it’s for anyone aged 8 years + and I would agree with this – if purchased for smaller children I think an adult or older sibling would need to help construct it but I’m sure many parents wouldn’t mind this as it allows them to get involved and be part of the fun!

It also comes with three characters (see third pic attached) and the pirate Goombah is a great addition. Note though, despite Mario and Luigi being pictured on the box these characters are NOT included (the box does state this) as this is intended as an expansion pack so you’d have to buy these separately. Once you have these characters it opens up lots of interactive features for solo or multi-play with the airship.
Once built the set has a great playability factor as the ship itself has a mechanism allowing it to opened up. This means you can have it in normal ship form or the more open plan mode.

Overall I would say it’s a fun set with lots of playability. If you or your children are into this kind of lego and you don’t mind the price tag I would definitely recommend it, but it might be best to buy Mario and Luigi first (if you don’t already own them) so you get the most out of what is quite rightly listed as an expansion item.

Normalerweise ist das Spiel erst ab 8 Jahren empfohlen,… ich finde man kann es aber durchaus auch schon mit fnfjhrigen oder sechsjhrigen unter Aufsicht zusammen mit den Eltern oder so toll spielen. Bzw auch zusammenstecken. Aber Achtung: man darf nicht vergessen dass hier viele Kleinteile dabei sind. Also bitte unter Aufsicht spielen lassen.
Aber auch natrlich fr grere Kinder ein Riesenspa. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass dieses Lego Spiel auch noch Kindern mit 11 Jahren gefllt.
Also wirklich ein Spiel fr klein und gro 🙂

Ho acquistato questo prodotto per un regalo. Molto carino e naturalmente fatto molto bene, Lego non si smentisce mai.

Mario und Luigi kenne ich noch von meiner Kindheit und mein Sohn von den Spielen auf der Spielkonsole. Da wir beide gerne aber auch mit LEGO spielen, war das Set fr uns Pflicht. Das Set ist ein Erweiterungsset, welches aber unserer Meinung nach auch gut alleine benutzt werden kann.
Das hier bewertete Erweiterungsset beinhaltet das Schiff und in den Startersets (71360 Super Mario und 73187 Luigi) sind dann die Figuren plus Steine fr die Strecken neben dem Schiff enthalten.

Das Schiff selbst ist LEGO-typisch gut durchdacht und stabil und hat eine Lnge von ca. 35 cm. Das Schiff ist aufklappbar um an das Innere und Kameks Besen” zu kommen. Wenn man eines der Erweiterungssets kauft, kann man auch die am Schiff montierte Kanone benutzen um z.B. Marie in der Kanone abzuschieen.

Fazit:
+ tolles Erweiterungsset zu den Starter Sets
+ auch ohne Erweiterungsset gut bespielbar
+ leicht fr Kinder zusammenzubauen

Wie immer ein toll gemachtes LEGO-Set fr Kinder ab 8 Jahren, welches mein Sohn innerhalb einer Stunde komplett fertig aufgebaut hatte.

La Lego sempre un mito che sa adeguarsi ai tempi con giochi per
piccoli e grandi sempre pi accattivanti e coinvolgenti, se poi ci
aggiungiamo un mito come Super Mario il successo assicurato.
Chi non conosce le avventure di Super Mario, una serie televisiva a
cartoni animati basata sul videogioco Super Mario Bros, tanti ancora
oggi si divertono nei video giochi portatili, ma tornando al prodotto
in oggetto si tratta del Veliero Volante di Bowser Super Mario,
la confezione di questo gioco nasce come “espansione” dei set
Avventure di Mario – Starter Pack e Avventure di Luigi – Starter Pack,
questi starter pack contengono i due protagonisti necessari per un
gioco completo e avvincente.
Comunque lo stesso Veliero Volante di Bowser come tutti i giochi
Lego molto avvincente, composto da n 1152 pezzi, ricco di meccanismi
ed elementi particolari che fanno divertire ed entusiasmare, come
tutte le costruzioni della Lego di una certa importanza, gli elementi da
costruire sono suddivisi in buste numerate, questa ne contiene cinque,
non presente il manuale cartaceo per le istruzioni in quanto questo
particolare gioco Lego Super Mario i supportato da un app dedicata,
dove poter accedere alle istruzioni interattive che guidano step by step
all’assemblaggio del veliero e i suoi elementi, l’assemblaggio non
complicatissimo e non si impiega molto, in verit il gioco sta proprio
nell’assemblaggio dei giochi Lego, a montaggio ultimato il veliero risulta
essere 30 cm di altezza, 35 cm di larghezza e 19 cm di larghezza.

minuziosamente particolareggiata la riproduzione, come solo la Lego sa
fare, come tutti i modellini della Lego, oltre ad essere minuziosamente
particolareggiato ha anche molte parti con movimenti.
Ancora un pezzo molto bello, Lego dona sempre un’esperienza avvincente
e divertente, specie nel momento dell’assemblaggio, buona idea regalo
e soprattutto un gioco che stimola la fantasia.

Wieder ein teures Lego Super Mario Spielzeug aber gleich am nchsten Tag aufgebaut und die Kinder haben sich gefreut, als es dann vollbracht war.

Io ed i miei figli siamo appassionati di lego, e sono stata felicissima di avere l’occasione di provare questo set, che ha impiegato me e mio figlio piccolo tutta la scorsa Domenica, ricevuto grazie al programma Amazon Vine.
Purtoppo, questo set, un set di espansione, quindi senza lo starter pack ( 71387 o 71360), non sar possibile utilizzare il personaggio principale, cio Mario, per utilizzare l’app ed affrontare le diverse sfide di questo set.
Il set, infatti, interattivo e si gioca con l’App della Lego che si scarica gratuitamente sia per Android che per Apple.
In ogni caso il veliero molto bello e ben congeniato, con diversi personaggi da scansionare: Kamek, una Tartatalpa e un Goomba, pi un blocco POW e un tubo di partenza per cominciare il livello, Il veliero volante molto bello, e la sua costruzione abbastanza impegnativa (sono 1152 pezzi). Quando terminato, misura 35 cm di lunghezza.
E’ un set divertente, ma consiglio l’acquisto solo in abbinata con uno dei due set di base, o a chi possiede gi il personaggio di Mario, altrimenti si perde molta giocabilit.
Il prezzo, tutto sommato, buono, tuttavia ritengo che sia leggermente alto in relazione al numero di pezzi contenuto.

Da appassionato dei Lego classici, dagli statici, ai set fino ai meravigliosi Technic (in questo momento mi sto cimentando con l’incredibile Mercedes Zetros), faccio fatica a digerire questo prodotto, fondamentalmente per due motivi:
-) capisco che sia per 8+, ma ci sono molti, troppi pezzi preformati, direi anche brutti da vedere,
-) la svolta interattiva, con smartphone, o tablet, obbligatorio, veramente una miglioria?
-) se si toglie la parte interattiva, cosa ovviamente possibile, tranne per le fasi di costruzione (il manuale solo online), ci ritroviamo con un set molto costoso, direi troppo.

Sulla qualit del prodotto non si discute, confezionamento. plastiche, applicazione online sono ottime, sull’estetica finale ed il tipo di gioco questione di gusti.

Come correttamente segnalato, ma forse non sufficientemente evidenziato, questo un set di espansione quindi, a questi 100 euro circa, se volete le funzioni interattive, dovrete obbligatoriamente spenderne altri 50 per il set iniziale 71360, oppure 60 per l’altra variante 71387, che costituiscono l’interpretazione Lego della classica corsa in videogioco di SuperMario e Luigi.

La considerazione del costo complessa: come tutti i set che sfruttano i marchi di altri prodotti, vedi Star Wars, Avengers, Harry Potter, ecc, si devono mettere sul conto i diritti d’immagine, poi, in questi prodotti interattivi, c’ lo sviluppo ed aggiornamento dell’applicazione, quindi il prezzo lievita, difficile dire se ne valga la pena.

Volevo inserire solo 3 stelle per le varie limitazioni ed eccessivo sbilanciamento sull’online, ma molti potrebbero apprezzare questi nuovi aspetti, quindi mi sembra corretto inserire almeno 4 stelle.

LEGO non smette mai di sperimentare varianti ed innovazioni. Il set di Super Mario ne e’ l’ennesima prova.

Questa nave, che come pezzo in se’ e’ anche molto bella, ricca di particolari ed abbastanza lunga da costruire in quanto supera i 1000 pezzi, e’ in realta’ (anche) una piattaforma di gioco interattiva.

Per fruire completamente del gioco bisogna completare il set con le figurine interattive di Mario e/o Luigi. Tutta la dinamica di gioco si basa su alcuni “mattoncini interattivi”, che hanno dei tag attraverso i quali pezzi e personaggi interagiscono. In genere, una volta che nel gioco si “scopre” un tag, si fai poi “rimbalzare” Mario o Luigi sul tag per accumulare punti.

In un certo senso, questi set riproducono parte dell’esperienza dei videogame su un media “fisico”. L’esperienza puo’ piacere o meno, direi che bisogna prenderci un po’ la mano. Non lo vedo adatto a bambini molto piccoli, direi che ragazzini dai 10 anni in su lo apprezzeranno maggiormente.

La nave in se’, come dicevo e come vedete anche in foto, e’ molto carina, con particolari mai visti in altre confezioni (come le lanterne) e con una combinazione di mattoncini tradizionali ed elementi technic per creare i giunti: la nave infatti si apre “a fisarmonica” per mostrare l’interno. Il montaggio richiede qualche ora di tempo anche ad un adulto; le istruzioni sono a loro volta interattive e disponibili tramite app (gratuita).

Il prezzo (96.99 mentre scrivo questa review) chiaramente e’ da veri appassionati, considerando che va aggiunto almeno uno tra Mario e Luigi, con una spesa (ciascuno) intorno ai 50 euro. Diciamo che sicuramente e’ un bel regalo per i fan del videogame omonimo, ma non e’ una spesa che si fa d’impulso.

Non vi nascondo che il prezzo mi ha quasi fatto togliere una stellina. Pero’ devo anche dire che apprezzo moltissimo queste esplorazioni di nuovi modelli di gioco, e che set come questo, non banali da montare e da utilizzare, svolgono sempre anche una funzione educativa. Insomma: per il target giusto, questo set si merita 5 stelle. Per chi preferisce montare gli oggetti per poi esporli e non toccarli piu’ e’ invece un po’ sprecato, ed allora meglio investire in un diverso tipo di set.
