I was travelling for work a lot and experiencing sciatica this cushion really made a difference for me. My journeys became pain free so a godsend as far as I’m concerned
Been using this for a week and It seems to have really helped my lower back pain. It’s slightly smaller than other chair seat cushions I have previously bought, which makes it perfect for my office chair.
As a seat for office chair and also on our lounge chair, it is very good. It gives adequate support, comfortable to sit on and is helpful for some of my muscular issues, particularly sciatica. So, I would certainly recommend it if you suffer with low back pain and leg muscle complaints.
Working from home, sitting a lot.. this seat helps a lot.

Arrived quickly in impressive packaging. The cushion itself is a good width that fits nicely in all my work chairs. The cushion does not collapse to nothing when sat on it like some others and you dedicatedly can feel the support. My favourite thing about this (as silly as this sounds) is the carry handle. Makes it so much easier to carry along with everything else instead of struggling under your arm. Overall, very pleased with my purchase.
This cushion does exactly what it was intended for. It is really comfortable and has relieved the pain I was having in my coccyx.
