Easy to assemble on your own, they include the tools and screws clearly labeled witch is a huge help. also comes with spare parts
It’s sturdy and silent once assembled, as well as being comfortable, comes with moveable lumbar back support and movable head rest. the seat and armrests are well padded and comfy also.
the message pillow is not great, very loud and just vibrates rather than massages, disappointed i spent extra for this feature on a chair.
overall i am happy
I bought this chair a while back, and didn’t feel comfortable submitting a review so early.
But after over a year of quite a lot of use, I can safely say it’s a great chair. I would truly recommend it.
I can’t really comment on the massaging cushion, since I’ve only ever used it once. It’s quite strong, and you can feel it well. But it’s not the reason I bought the chair in the beginning.
It does become a bit noisy after a while of use. And the only issue I’ve had is with one of the wheels.
But I’ve asked for a replacement part, and had no issues so far.

Bought 5 months ago for my son who sits for hours on his Xbox, he loves it.
Very comfortable and good support, easy to assemble and durable, I waited since first purchase around August 2020 to review so I could give an honest description. My only criticism is that you have to occasionally tighten the arm rests back up as they loosen over time, but haven’t showed any signs of wear and tear otherwise.
Not comfortabe, leans to the side afer a while (even taking it a part and putting it back togetehr) but the worst part is the metal bits the arms attatch to are attatched to the seat section and that metal bends super easy. and the only way to get in to repair is to tear up the pleather. AVOID!
Owned for 6 months and I am already needing a replacement. Back and leg pain regularly.

Chair arrived today and got it assembled in about 30 mins. Very impressed with the product. Very sturdy and plush padding on the seat, back and arms. Probably won’t use the leg rest much but it seems perfectly functional. Amazing value really for 130. Using mainly for working from home but already the posture is lovely. The lumbar support feels great and the material is nice and cool. Hopefully will retain its sturdiness and wear well, and I think it will.
I really like this chair. Really comfortable, easy to put together. I don’t really bother with the massage function, but other than that it’s great.
Being a tall person mainly tall on my top half, this chair has so much support. Going from a cheap gaming chair to this is like a night and day difference. The cheaper gaming chairs back section only came up to my mid-spine where as this covers my entire back and the head pillow is actually by my head. Being 6ft 1, this chair is more than comfortable and has a very good height clearance for longer legs if needed. On the highest, my legs don’t touch the floor which has the flexibility for those with shorter torso’s and longer legs.
The massage pillow is reasonably functionable though it is more of a vibration but is satisfying non the less. The wire for the pillow is fairly long and can be tied around the back straps to keep out the way. The lumbar support was the best feature for me as I usually spend around 12 hrs per day at my computer which in my previous chair caused a lot of pain. After getting this chair, my body adjusted to a natural position which was easy given this chair has as very strong connection to the base even though it still has the recline feature which is structurally sound. Being a product design student, this chair surpassed my expectations and has a good overall construction. Will definitely be recommending this chair as it has been built to last.
I order my chair back in October 2020 ands was pleased with the chair, and used it frequently. However in February the chair began to lean heavily to the right. Looking under the chair, the weld holding the gas lift to the chair mechanism was poorly welded and came apart.
So why the 5 star review? I contacted Luckracer, and explained the problem. They offered me an 80% refund or replacement chair. I opted for the replacement chair, as I do think it is really good. A few days later a new chair arrived, with a label to return the working elements of my old chair.
The good news is that this time the chair has a really solid weld where the original problem occurred. So obviously it was a flaw in that batch or whatever.
I was very pleased with the seller, as the response was prompt and courteous. There was never any question as to fault, and despite having used it for 4 months they instantly replaced it without fuss. I know I’m entitled to this but its rarely sorted so quickly.
Overall the chair is great, and the confidence of knowing that problems are dealt with means I would happily buy from them agai
Bought this chair to WFH during COVID. The chair came earlier than expected, already a plus! It was very simple to assemble and all the components felt very sturdy. See the picture for the assembled product without the headrest (excuse my dog in the background, he was tired after a long walk!)
The massage function is less of a massage and more of constant vibration. It feels good but certainly an afterthought in design. The chair itself is very comfortable and ergonomically designed. I use it without the headrest because I find that tilting my head forward for prolonged periods of time hurts my neck.
I will update this after a few months but after 1 week of usage I am loving it.
Son got this at Christmas it’s started to wear on the bottom waste of seat where it tilts back and it’s rubbed that much the stitching has come out and left a hole and the leathe
My son said it rubbed against his legs and felt uncomfortable
My 14 year old son is highly delighted with the chair. We did have the lumber support missing but luckracer gave a number of options for us to consider, but we opted to have the support sent out as soon as in stock. Luckracer kept us informed throughout the whole process and now the chair is complete.
Its super comfortable however recently it has developed an inner squeaking.
I am working from home as a software developer so I spend quite a bit of time sitting and this chair makes sure my back doesent hurt and I can work for hours.
The fact that one screw fell from the bottom and that the arm rest needs tightening every now and then is worrisome but overall because I had received a gift card and a discount and I bought it for 30 pounds more than make up for that.
So I would say if its on a promotion buy it otherwise maybe look for more durable pieces.
Okay, this is my 6 month review of the chair and I’m gonna be as honest as I can be. Initially I was impressed with the reviews of the chair being comfortable and having the ‘massage’ pillow. If you’re buying a ‘gaming chair’ for regular office use i.e. your ass is gonna be on this thing for more than 8 hours per day, DON’T BUY THIS. This thing is only comfortable to sit on for like 30 mins max, after which you start to sweat near your crotch area due to ZERO ventilation. The only plus about this chair is the arm rest, which is far superior to other gaming chairs. So after about 1 month of use, the foam in the back rest of the chair has significantly weakened and now everytime I rest my back on this, it hurts since I can feel the metal frame. Also, this chair is super narrow, if you’re anything above 60 kg, this is gonna be rather uncomfortable to sit in as a man. The massage function pillow is utter trash, it’s basically a motor with a weight inserted into the cushion. Speaking of which, the cushion is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. The foam is rather hard. I purchased this chair at a discount for 90 but the current list price is ~150. Which makes it not worth it AT ALL. Invest some money and buy an ergonomic chair for yourself. Your legs and spine will thank you. The only thing I Like from this chair is the leaning function, which I’d give up in a heartbeat for a more comfortable chair. If you’re just buying a gaming chair for the sake of having a cool looking chair, this is great and cheap. But otherwise, it’s rather uncomfortable as it’s made from super cheap and hard foam. I’ve learned my lesson and would rather plonk more money on a better chair.
Decent chair that ticks all the boxes. Had an issue with the back slipping down constantly when you put any pressure on the arm rests, which is annoying, but can be fixed if you wrap some duct tape around the metal pole so it has something to grip agains
I don’t normally review products but I think I should due to all the negative reviews which almost put me off buying this chair, despite of all of the positive reviews.
The chair arrived much earlier than expected, it was packaged very well and no parts were damaged. It came with assembly instructions which were very easy to follow. It took me around 30 minutes to assemble, some people say its taken them hours, I have no idea what they were doing if it took them that long….
All the material seem very solid, I have seen some reviews saying parts have bent or broken, they must have received a chair with bad manufacturing, or the person using the chair must be over the weight limit. I was very surprised when the box arrived and how much heavier it was than expected.
The chair cushioning is quite firm which is better for me and my posture, but I am aware some people prefer softer chairs. The cushions seems very supportive and relatively thick which I also think is positive.
The massage cushion is pointless if you’re buying it for that function. However, if you’re going to use it for lumbar support, it works well. The head cushion doesn’t seem the best but I will use it
Overall the chair is very comfortable and supportive, it was also very easy to assemble. I will change this review if needed if the long term quality is poor. However, first impressions are possible
I have a 40″ waste and thi was not comfy for the outside of my thighs so i gave it to my teenage child and they love it.
It takes a bit of time to assemble but overall its quite interesting to assemble it and it is quite comfortable to work from

Me..the vibrating lumber support is a novelty. The wire gets in the way and there is no control of intensity. It won’t be used much.
My son loves this chair it’s so comfortable, he does really use the massage cushion but he’s just removed it. Easy. I put it together on my own no problems.

Bought this for my 10 year old, he loves it! He says its extremely comfortable, quality seems good. Not too bad to put together, although it was in more pieces than I was expecting! Overall, we would definitely recommend
I did dislike the fact that the gas lift failed after 3 days, but I think such things are very rare and the seller gave me money to buy a replacement as they did not have one in their warehouse. I just took one from an older chair I had. After changing the gas lift everything else was and is fantastic. I enjoy all the features and they all work as intended. I recommend this chair to anyone considering a chair for this superb price. Assembly was very easy, manual is very well written, some manufacturers should learn from them. All the items were labelled and easy to find. You might want to buy a USB extension cable because the massage cable is kind of short. One feature they should improve, but I also understand why it is not longer, it would just tangle under the wheels of the chair, so it is actually more smart to buy an extension USB cable, because you do not use the massage often anyways.
It’s comfortable and looks even better than the picture, and took about 45 minutes to assemble for two people. There were a few issues with shipping which meant it took longer than expected but the sellers were professional and replied to my emails accordingly.
Worst chair I’ve had broken after 6 months. Only used the chair for about an hour a day. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Righg arm has broken and fake leather has ripped. Chair had is now wonky. This chair is not fit for purpose.
The product is very comfy, support your back well and easy to assemble.
Had this product for a few months now.
The seat is strange because it has no padding or anything but it is comfortable. I sit on this for 12 hours a day as a minimum due to working patterns and it doesn’t get uncomfortable.
The gripes I have are that it doesn’t cater for those with a wider hip/leg. I’m 6ft2 but big thighs and the seat feels like it isn’t supporting anymore. Don’t attempt the foot rest if the above applies; mine is a bit wobbly and doesn’t instil confidence. The armrests have bowed and I have to keep pulling them in and moving them which isn’t great.
For the price it’s not bad but I would’ve liked it to be a bit more sturdy given the reviews I read prior to buying. I’ll be looking to change soon due to the bowing and loss of shape and comfort.

The screws are all sorted and the instructions are easy to follow. Chair itself is is amazing and is exactly as advertised.
Vibration in the pillow is not for me but you could be different.
This is a great chair, I’m 6ft 2 and have no issues with the comfort and all the comments around quality must of had either a bad delivery or damaged it while building as the quality is great.
Is this a 300 chair no but you will not be disappointed….
Took a while to assemble, not helped by some missing screws, but seller couldn’t help enough in resolving this matter. Back massager works well, though a little noisy. Not as comfortable as I thought it would be. Detatchable head rest fine. Foot support good, but not very sturdy. Do not wear shorts when using chair, as legs stick to seat. Nice chair, but not as comfy as I had expected it to be. All in all good value for money.
