This is a good pull up bar/dip stand. The metal is solid and sturdy. Putting it together wasn’t too bad. I couldn’t find the instructions, thinking they’d be in the box with the tools it came with. Nope, they were attached to the back of the back pad. Once I found those it was easy to assemble. It is designed for block or concrete walls so I had to use some boards from the garage to mount it to the studs and then some lag screws from the hardware store to mount it on my sheet rock wall. That’s the reason for the 3 stars on installation.
Multipurpose home workout that works well for pull ups and dips. Easy to switch between the two functions as long as you have the wall mounts installed properly. Mounting only came with concrete anchors, so I had to purchase structural screws to install on my wall in the garage.
As described. Tough materials. I could see the arm rests getting unstitched by a large person.
So the description states this is a:-
Multifunctional wall mounted pull up bar/chin Up bar, dip station for home gym, indoor workout, support to 440 lbs.
This pull up bar supports up to 31.4 stone. As we have turned the garage into a home gym, this has been a new addition.
But first thing we had to do was to check where it was going to be installed was actually suitable for it to be placed and support the weight.
Secondly depending in the height of who’s useing this equipment, to where your going to fit the hooks to hold this in place.
When measuring remember the actual hooks hang lower than where the holes are drilled. Whe we did was to hold it to the wall and place a hook on and while I was stood there we were able to mark the wall. Then we doubles checked and used a level to mark out the matching hook.
Repeated this for the top hooks too.
The instruction are pretty straight forward, but you knowen don’t like instructions, they like to make it up as they go along lol.
This is gonna save us a pretty penny, as we no longer have a gym membership since covid and I’m not wanting to go back just yet because I still don’t think it’s safe. But this has made a good addition to our ever growing home gym.
I would recommend because your able to work alot of different parts of your body and different exercises with one apparatus. Win win.
So far so good.
But I will update this review if needed.

This has been a great addition to my home gym I’ve just done in my garage over the pandemic. The setup and the mounting of this Pull up bar was easy and quick. I ‘ve done it in around an hour by myself after reading the instructions. All I needed was some tools, level meter and good quality screws and bolt. As recommended, I’ve mounted it on wood that had been mounted to the wall. It is safer to do this way as it makes the bar to stay super solid and secure on the wall! It holds my 17 stones with no problem.
Would recommend it to anyone wanting a good piece of kit for their home gym.
Well made pull up bar that you can do more than just pull-ups with can easily be used with resistance bands which is a plus easily holds a heavier frame really easy to install with the clear instructions just be mindful of which type of wall you are going to mount this o
Wow this Wall Mounted pull up bar is amazing i can do all exercises i want and many more, this is great idea and good looking Item. For 100% is very good quality and very easy to assemble for anyone.Worth any spend money and you can fit anywhere you want.Funny is name of it ,,Luckyone”Very easy to use for few different exercises.
I always wanted gym equipment which I can use in my garden. This wall mount tool is amazing! I can do all sort of exercises with this. The frame is very sturdy, it supports my weight (90kg) without any problems. The hooks I installed on house wall and painted them to the same colour as home so when I remove my new gym tool, the hooks aren’t as much visible.
Putting the parts together was very easy, because I know how it should look like, however the instruction is not 100% clear.. I store the gym in garage when i dont use it but now, when weather is great, I do my exercises 5 days a week on it and it’s amazing. I feel how this works for me and I started to see the effects-more pumped up muscles, even at work my mates have noticed the change 🙂 I also use elastic bands as you can see on pictures. I’m very happy to have this product.
Advice:
Just make sure, when drilling the holes, mark 41cm from one hole to the other. If you make holes 43cm and more apart form each other (horizontal ones right one and left one) then you may not fit the frame within the gaps, you need to remember about screws and bolts. The height of the hooks depends how tall you are. When making measurements remember that frame sits on the hooks, not on the heights of the hole you need to drill. Hooks are lower than holes so bare this in mind.
If you are like me you don’t have unlimited space for a whole ton of gym equipment. I really like this combo piece as it allows me to hang high enough that it is out of the way and does not take a doorway. Also, you can do pull ups, dips or leg lifts. Great piece of equipment. I would say the manufacturing quality as far as getting something that looks perfect was not there as you can see from a few of the pictures but once put together it is solid and does what it is suppose to.
Pros –
– It works just like it is supposed to work. Always a plus. Easy to switch from pull up position to dips.
– It feels really sturdy when it is put together. No wiggles as I used it. I weigh about 195Lbs and frequently add 45lbs with a weighted vest. Seems like it would hold plenty more as well.
– The pads themselves don’t seem that nice or sturdy but they do the trick and have not broken or come loose as of yet. I guess time will tell. For know they are a pro as I have seen some bad ones and these at least work.
Cons –
– Construction quality. Look when I get a new product I would expect it to look new. It was kind of annoying that the wall hooks were all chipped on the paint and there were clearly some manufacturing flaws which is why I docked it a star.
– No hardware to install to the stud framing. I had to purchase some lag bolts to mount the hooks to the studs on the wall. Only comes with the hardware to install in brick or cement walls.
Overall, it is solid and I am really glad I got it. It works great and looks pretty nice in my opinion. Has some flaws but no deal breakers.
This equipment is multifunctional and makes for a great workout. It’s compact and fairly easy to install. It’s sturdy and doesn’t look or feel cheap. Overall, I’m happy with it.
I installed this pull up bar on a sheetrock wall with 16″ studs by first installing three 2x4s cut to 40″ and painted grey. I angled the edges and added a red stripe to use as an alignment markers. The 2x4s are anchored into the wall studs and the dip station hooks are attached to the wood with 5/16 bolts.
I like that the red markings match my other gym equipment. While it’s not important to the function, I appreciate having a gym at home that has a high WAF.
The instructions to assemble the bar are fair but mounting to the wall is left a bit vague. Placement of the hooks is important and I’m still not sure I have them right. Everything is working with the spacing I’ve used so far. I’ll update this review with the measurements I used.
The tubes are strong enough to hold me at 170 lbs. I did overtighten the angled handles on the pull up bar section. It’s easy to bend these bars, even using the thin wrenches they supply in the box.
The padding isn’t very good. It’s functional but doesn’t feel like the pads I have on my other equipment. It feels more like hard foam.
There’s no protection between the metal hooks and the bars. In no time at all I’m sure the bars will rub through the powder coat finish on the hooks. They were pretty beat up out of the box. I’ll likely put a sleeve of shrink tubing over the hooks at some point in the future to protect them and the bar from scrapes.
The powder coating that didn’t adhere to the square tube sections is still loose inside the bar. It comes out of the holes but will make a mess. I recommend opening the box outside and shaking out the tubes there.
Changing my review. I received a new pull up bar today. This one came neatly package and with all the pieces. We mounted it on our wall just by the studs. Not concrete or brick. So if someone wants to mount it inside it works!! Seems very sturdy and I’m very excited to start using it! Its nice you can take it off the wall and do push ups. It has so many uses
Previously left a bad review due to the condition the product arrived in. Soon after leaving said review a company rep contacted me to let me know they were shipping out a replacement ASAP and I was not required to send the damaged, but still fully functional, unit back. That is first class customer service all the way! I would still recommend using better wall anchors than what is provided, but other than that I am now 100% happy with this product and company!
I hung this up in my studio for client use and love it. It’s super easy to move around. anchors my suspension trainer, and doesn’t look like cheesy awful equipment. Would recommend.
Sturdy enough design for me @ 225#, Way better and more versatile than a door jamb system( multiple grips, dips, leg lifts, pad eyes for any attachment you can think for them(pulleys etc), removable for storage, adjustable(2 additional hooks) for different heights). It could mount to a rack if you got creative with 2×6’s. You can use it on the floor for different grips for calisthenics. For ~90$ it will get you going if YOU want to workout. Minus one star for; Pads and Upholstery quality is typical bargain type. Grips seem to be of a durable foam rubber, I would prefer tape just a piece of rubber hose or nothing at all over foam that WILL collapse overtime with body weight work. Metal could be a touch thicker because it is possible to crush the tubes by over tightening the fasteners. The supplied bolts and tools should only be used if you cannot obtain something better.
In general, the multifunctional pull-up bar is what I expected, however, I would prefer thicker handlers.
