9911 110V 3” Belt Sander
Sands wood or metal, removes paint and rust.
The 9911/1 is a 110V compact Belt Sander, uses 76mm x 457mm abrasive belt, with a powerful 650 watt motor, with variable speed control by dial to deliver 75 up to 270 metres per minute for fast stock removal.
The Belt Sanders’ unique design allows for flush sanding to a wall and has a flat top design to allow the tool to be used as a bench top tool. The 9911/1 has an auto-tracking belt system which requires not adjustment after instaling the belt.

This arrived in good time and works a treat. Read other reviews where there was a complaints of it not having a 3 pin 240v plug.
If these people are not clued up on the differences between 110v and 240v they maybe should not be let loose on any power tools.
The belts are easy to swap in and out and the dust collector does a great job too.
110v are a safer way to work, but will need a 240v to 110v transformer with a 16v female connection.
For the money this is a fantastic bit of kit to add to the list, well made, solid worth every penny

It contains no instructions on how to adjust plugs to alter. Second it was left in my porch with no packing so it was clear to see. Not safe at all. I am very unhappy. I am handicapped and need clear precise instructions. None were with it.

excellent tool although a bit heavy for vertical work, as in sanding doors, better to take them down where possible and sand horizontal. also quite bulky for the fiddly bits.

This is a typical high quality product fro Makita. The plug on mine needed changing which was a bit odd. Very powerful.
