Compact and lightweight
The HS7601J has a powerful 1,200 watt motor to deliver up to 5,200 rpm. With rigid aluminium base to provide smooth cutting, single action lever for quick adjustment of the cutting depth, and rear angular guide for smooth and precise adjustment of bevel angle. Bevel cuts 0 to 45 degrees for the most common cutting applications. The guide rule allows the operator to do extra-accurate straight cuts.
The rear dust port exhausts sawdust away from the operator for a clean and comfortable operation, the dust nozzle can be attached for use with a vacuum cleaner.

Great saw. Powerful and light weight. The only little downside about it is that it is not three point British plug
Very impressed. Old saw blew up so had to buy replacement. This saw is well designed and has easy to use features and cuts smoothly. (note) it has a two pin plug not a three pin.
Nice little saw with plenty of power I bought it to reduce using a 9 inch Maktia on smaller jobs
Coming from a Hitachi C7SB2 this is a dream, lightweight, clear vision path, good power, nice smooth operation, the guide seems a bit tinny but overall very happy.
