Both my wife and I have numerous back, knee and hip problems from over doing it in the garden and from some slips and falls. We use it twice a day. So far, we have only used one of the attachments. Picked up in during a Prime Day as my son was seeing a physio and he recommended getting a massage gun.
From opening the box I was impressed, the gun is very well made and has a variety of heads to use to get the best results from different muscle areas. The gun and the attachments are stored in a nice case and makes it very portable. The different settings are good and I have only had to go to power 3 (of 5) to get good results and the battery life has been impressive with it covering several sessions easily.
After a few sessions I could feel the improvement in my own calves which became significantly less tight, getting the right head to get the best results is covered in the manual and worth reading.
Overall really pleased with the purchase and results.
Brilliant machine, at the top of the price brackets but we’ll worth it, it’s the Internet favourite. Bob and brad, ( check out you tube) have this re branded. Very powerful, unless you are an elite athlete, its more than powerful. Deep vibrations and puccussion. Very good build quality, but not too heavy for self massage. Charged by USB C, cable so no carting around a power brick. It’s fairly obvious how to use it, and the various attachments, the air pillow one is good. If you look up the “bob and brad” vids on YouTube, it would be helpful to you.
My mini gun was only delivered this afternoon, but I was eager to get to using it on my legs ASAP and being a sceptical person, I had my doubts about this for the price. I read so many reviews and this was Number 1 in the Mens Health magazine, which swayed my decision – as it took the top spot in their comparisons over the top end branded guns costing 300+. Anyway, cutting to the point, in plain English layman’s terms – this device works! Seriously. This has done exactly what it says it does. I can’t believe how great my legs feel. Getting to the spot with this is seriously easy, and is such a good feeling . Don’t let the odd bad review put you off. You dont have to take my word for it either. Just do your research, take the plunge and buy, like I did. You won’t regret it.
Quality made product & a bit more affordable alternative to the Theragun but just as good. Purchased as part of marathon training to keep my legs conditioned. This tool works a treat especially after a long run. Before my legs would become stiff & achy but after using the massage gun I’m able to move freely with very little ache. With the different attachments it covers different parts of the body, the fork down the back & shoulders does wonders. If you’re looking for a massage gun you would go far wrong for choosing the Renpho.
TLDR; A very good compact massage gun. It will be hard to find something better in this price region.
First of all build quality is Superklasse. Very slick and solid feel and tight tolerance in the mounting. Most guns are large and heavy (or small and weak), this one manages to balance all the desired traits with the required power (I have yet to choke it). In fact intensity is so high, I really wish it would have a lower minimum level. This and the fact that it gives off a chemical smell (in usage) after several weeks are my biggest negative points. USB-C charging works fine but only with supplied USB-A -> C cable. (Meaning you can’t use native USB-C connections). I’m sure they will make better iterations in the future, but from all the (current) guns I’ve bought and tested, by far the best compromise including the heads which I also count in for the total score. Highly Recommended!
Bought this massage gun due to the small size and it only comes with 4 or 5 attachments and not 20! So far only really using 2 of the heads. This massager is really powerful and I love it. We bought this for my partner who has tight spots on his back and instead of tiring my hands now we use this to alleviate his pressure points. We’ve used regularly since buying this 2 months ago, so can’t say how it does in terms of longevity just yet, but so far no regrets!

I have bought it because my plantar fasciitis was flaring up. It was previously cured by shock wave therapy. My hope was that the massager would do the trick since it was just a minor but persistent flare up. Maybe it’s just a coincidence (or placebo effect) but in worked. I have also used it other aches and pains and as a general massager.
The only criticism is that there is no battery indicator. A couple of times I was ready to receive by massage but after a couple of minutes, the battery let me down.

Die Entscheidung ist auf das Renpho Produkt gefallen, da ich bereits gute Erfahrungen mit der Qualitt dieses Herstellers gemacht habe. Das hat sich wieder besttigt. Die Tasche ist hochwertig und praktisch und enthlt eine gute und kompakte Massagepistole. Der Akku hlt echt lnge und die Leistung im Vergleich zu anderen Gerten von Freunden ist super. Die Verarbeitungsqualitt ist auch 1A. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
Ho acquistato questa pistola massaggiante poich mi sembrava la migliore che si potesse trovare, e grazie al cielo che l’ho acquistata. Ho utilizzato questa pistola massaggiante negli scorsi giorni, e devo dire che ogni volta che qualcuno in famiglia la utilizzava e finiva la sessione di max 30 min. (come suggerito dall’azienda), ci sentivamo tutti rinati. Allevia dolori in qualsiasi parte del corpo e grazie alla regolazione dell’intensit riesci ad ottenere un’esperienza d’utilizzo a dir poco fantastica.
Se dovessi trovare uno svantaggio, questo sarebbe la forma del prodotto. Il manico risulta un pochino corto e non ti permette di raggiungere ogni punto della schiena. Tralasciando questa piccolezza, bisogna parlare anche della batteria. Avendola usata con regolarit (per circa 1 settimana), e con sessioni di 30 min, devo dire che solo 1 volta ho avuto la necessit di metterla in carica e nel giro di 1-2 ore era gi pronta al prossimo utilizzo.
Sono veramente entusiasta del prodotto e lo consiglio a chiunque cerchi sollievo rapido e soprattutto svolga attivit fisica.

L’ho provato principalmente sulle gambe, dopo l’allenamento e ho esperito un massaggio sorprendentemente profondo ed efficace. Alla fine un piacevole modo per coccolarsi.
Mi risultato semplice nell’utilizzo, e ha diversi accessori per usi pi specifici che prover.
Io purtroppo ho difficolt ad addormentarmi dopo aver allenato le gambe, per i dolori: sono sicuro che con questo massaggiatore allevier i dolori e migliorer il sonno.

This is a great little device, powerful and a good range of tools. When I tested it it did keep continuous power as the battery discharged, but the bars went down fairly quickly. I returned it because when I read the manual that came with the product it stated the battery life was 80 minutes and not the “up to 6 hours” that was used in the description. If you are o.k with the 80 minute battery life then it is a good buy. I bought another model from the same manufacture which states it has a “up to 8 hour” battery life. when it arrives hopefully the manual will say the same..
Spent ages looking for a massage gun, and there were loads to choose from, ended up with this after lots of good reviews read, the item feels solid, well made and oozes quality, it helps my stiff legs and receives them after a session on treadmill, my wife loves it that much she paid me for half the cost of it, happy days

Per motivi di lavoro sono portato a rimanere in piedi tutta la giornata e nel tempo libero pratico vari sport quindi ho deciso di provarlo, visto che spesso al risveglio soffro di dolori muscolari alle gambe.
Il prodotto si presenta subito benissimo, contenuto in una bella e robusta valigetta grigia assieme al manuale, al cavo di ricarica ed alle testine di ricambio dedicate per i vari tipi di massaggio.
Istruzioni chiare e dettagliate. Quasi superflue, in ogni caso, data l’estrema semplicit d’uso.
Che dire… sono rimasto veramente stupito dal beneficio che pu regalare questo dispositivo. Grazie alle 5 velocit disponibili possibile regolare l’intensit del massaggio a proprio piacimento e l’effetto dato non solo estremamente piacevole ma anche di sollievo per i vari dolori ai quali accennavo.
Tra l’altro ho avuto la “fortuna” di ricevere la spedizione in concomitanza con un forte dolore muscolare tra collo e spalla. Sarei bugiardo se dicessi che me l’ha fatto sparire all’istante, ma l’intensit dello stesso diminuita in maniera significativa.

Es geht auf den Sommer zu, die Sportaktivitten steigen und damit einhergehend auch der Muskelkater am Tag danach. Das war der Grund, warum ich mir die RENPHO Massagepistole gekauft habe. Nach dem Laufen/Radfahren die Faszien massieren, Verspannungen lockern.. um am nchsten Tag gut aufwachen zu knnen. Diese erledigt den Job auch, wenn auch nicht jeder Muskelkater zu 100% vermieden werden kann, so fhle ich mich nach der Massage um ein gutes Stck besser!
Nun zur Massagepistole selbst. Sie macht einen guten Eindruck, wirkt robust und stabil. Sie kommt in einem (wie ich finde sehr schnen, praktischen) kleinen Koffer mit 5 wechselbaren Aufstzen. Diese werden ber Vakuum fixiert, also nix schrauben o.., nur sichergehen, dass man den Massagekopf auch ganz reindrckt, dann lst er sich auch nicht, selbst bei der hchsten Stufe. Apropos Stufe, die Pistole kann man auf 5 verschiedene Schnelligkeits-/Massagestufen einstellen, die (genau wie die Akkuanzeige) durch blaue LEDs angezeigt werden. Geladen wird sie ber einen USB-C-Ladekabel. Stecker ist keiner dabei, dafr benutze ich meinen Handystecker. Es geht aber auch mit jedem anderen USB-A-Port.
Ich bin bisher sehr zufrieden, das einzige, was ich mir wnschen wrde, wre eine Verlngerung oder ein Adapter, dass man auch alleine gut an jede Stelle, bspw am Rcken, drankommt.
Der Vollstndigkeit halber: der Elektromotor riecht bei der Anwendung schon noch sehr “neu”, hoffe aber, dass dies im Laufe der Zeit verfliegt.

Ich mache viel Sport. berwiegend laufen, mountainbiken und kraftsport. Gerade bei schnellen oder langen Laufeinheiten habe ich schnell am nchsten Tag ordentlich muskelkater. Da ich nicht jedes Mal meine Frau fragen mchte ob sie mir diesen rausmassiert, habe ich mich informiert was ich ansonsten noch machen knnte. Da sties ich auf massage Pistolen. Da ich bereits die Krpergewichtswaage von RENPHO nutze und sehr zufrieden bin, holte ich mir auch die Pistole von Renpho.
Die bestandteile der Lieferung muss ich nicht aufzhlen, die sind ja in der Produktbeschreibung einsehbar. Ich mchte aber erwhnen, dass ich das mitleifern eines USB Kabels sehr gut finde, auch die Anzahl der Massagekpfe. Auerdem finde ich die “Tasche” sehr cool und hochwertig. Auch die Massagepistole macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck.
Die Massage Pistole kam genau zum richtigen Zeitpunkt. Ich hatte durch eine Trainingseinheit am Vortag noch muskelkater im Nackenbereich. Also habe ich den Flaschen aufsatz zum testen aufgesetzt und meinen Nacken damit massiert. Und ich muss sagen ich bin begeistert. Durch die verschiedenen Stufen kann ich “schmerzende” Stellen leichter massieren und weniger schmerzenende mit einer strkeren Einstellung. Ich habe dann noch verschiedene muskelgruppe massiert, auch ohne muskelkater ist es einfach angenehm und tut gut.
Somit wie oben schon erwhnt eien absolute Kaufempfehlung. Sie ist handlich, praktisch und vor allem hilfreich!

Die Massage Gun sieht super aus und ist auch sehr handlich. Fr das gleichzeitige drcken der Power Taste und halten der Massage Gun bentigt man etwas grere Hnde was immer mal wieder ein wenig umstndlich ist.
Die Verpackung ist sehr stabil und handlich. Mit den verschiedenen Aufstzen kann man jegliche Krperteile auf verschiedenen Stufen massieren. Die Qualitt des Produktes ist sehr zufriedenstellend.
Fr die Bedienunganleitung htte ich mir gerne anschauliche Bilder fr die verschiedenen Aufstze gewnscht, schmlert aber nicht die Qualitt des Produktes.
Cumple todas mis expectativas ya que es muy ligero, no ocupa espacio y tiene un estuche impresionante.
Tiene 5 cabezales diferentes para diferentes zona del cuerpo, 5 velocidades y un peso muy liviano.
Es muy fcil de usar, simplemente mantienes el botn de encendido por 2 segundos y una vez en marcha aplastas el mismo botn para regular la velocidad.
Sin duda un producto de calidad y un precio muy econmico, por menos de 90 vas a tener un masajeador que cumple todas tus necesidades y lo mejor es que lo usas en la comodidad de tu hogar o en mi caso que lo voy a llevar todos los das al gimnasios.
Ich nutze die RENPHO Massagepistole seit ein paar Tagen und bin allgemein sehr zufrieden. Ich selbst nutze das Gert nach dem Oberkrper-Training insbesondere zur Bearbeitung der Faszien und Muskeln in Armen und Rcken. Hier meine Gedanken zu den einzelnen Punkten in Kurzfassung:
Design und Verarbeitung:
Die Massagepistole macht trotz des Einsatzes von Kunststoff einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. Der Griff ist angenehm gummiert und das Gert liegt gut in der Hand. Die Qualitt der Aufstze macht ebenfalls einen anstndigen Eindruck, wobei manche etwas billiger wirken als andere. Sehr gut gefllt mir der Farbton des blauen Gerts. Auerdem kommt die Massagepistole in einer hochwertigen Transportbox, in der sich auch die Aufstze alle verstauen lassen.
Gre und Gewicht:
Ich htte mir das Gert kleiner vorgestellt, als es tatschlich ist. Fr mich persnlich ist das eher ein Vorteil, da es sich dadurch wertiger anfhlt. Das Gewicht ist in Ordnung. Setzt man das Gert zur Muskelmassage nach einem ordentlich Workout ein, kann die Massagepistole aber auch recht schwer wirken. Durch die Gre ist es fr mich nur schwer mglich den Rcken alleine zu bearbeiten. Dafr braucht man dann einen Partner zur Untersttzung.
Funktion und Kpfe:
Die Massagefunktion ist in 5 Strke-Grade unterteilt. Bereits die schwchste Stufe hat genug Power um eine sprbare Massage durchzufhren. Die letzte Stufe sollte wirklich jedem stark genug sein. Das Gert ist berraschend leise in den leichteren Stufen und wird nach oben hin natrlich etwas lauter aber trotzdem nicht unangenehm oder strend. Ich nutze das Gert nach dem Sport an Armen und Rcken. Durch die verschiedenen Aufstze kann man je nach Einsatzbereich den Fokus der Massage verndern. Nach ein paar Tests aller Aufstze kommen mir der “Ball-Head” (zur entspannteren Massage) sowie der “Bullet-Head” (fr Trigger-Punkte) am ntzlichsten vor. Die anderen Kpfe haben sicherlich auch ihre Berechtigung aber ich denke jeder wird seinen eigenen Lieblingsaufsatz finden.
Akku und Laden:
Ich habe das Gert erst seit kurzem und kann daher keine Langzeit-Aussage zum Akku machen. Bisher scheint die Laufzeit fr meine Nutzung vllig in Ordnung zu sein. Nutzt man die Pistole fr etwa 15-20 Minuten kommt man ein paar Tage ohne Ladung aus. Aufgeladen wird mit einem USB-C-Stecker. Voll ist das Gert nach wenigen Stunden. Es liegt kein Netzteil bei aber man kann jedes normale USB-Netzteil vom Smartphone o.. verwenden. Bei dieser Preisklasse ist das in Ordnung, denke ich.
Grundstzlich bin ich berrascht, dass ein vergleichbar gnstiges Produkt so ein gutes Erlebnis bietet. Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich erst nach lngerer Nutzung etwas sagen aber aktuell kann ich das Gert jedem empfehlen, der vor hat die Massage Gun fr kurze Massagen einzusetzen.
Glad i bought this. Arrived quickly and is pretty straightforward to use. The guidebook helps you use the correct attachment best for your requirements. The 10 minute auto shut-off is very handy as my partner and I take it turns to use on each other. Very powerful massager, we tend to stick it on the lowest setting and that helps with the muscle soreness from all the garden digging we’ve been doing lately.
I bought this because I had a stiff neck and couldn’t move my head one day. Delivery was amazingly quick, within 12 hours. The massage gun is very compact yet powerful. It comes in a very cute carry case with some attachments. Charging didn’t take long and battery life is good. I used it for a few days and only needed to recharge it once. It made my neck better in 2 days with massage 3 times a day. Definitely recommend it!
So, I purchased this one as it was recommended in a men’s health magazine review, I have only had it a couple of days so no idea what it’s like long term, short term it’s been great on my legs, I can only assume that it will continue to help.
I’m very sceptical about this kinda stuff and wether it is as good as all the hype, but it seems to be helpful, I run quite a lot and it’s great at breaking down the muscles and relaxing them!
If like myself you are in two minds then I would say, yes, you can buy one a bit cheaper, I have no idea what they are like with their 30 speeds etc etc, this one has 5 and is a quality tool that almost reduces me to tears when I put it on my calf muscles!
Really good product, bought to help relieve restless legs symptoms for the missis, which seems to have helped alot, especially during pregnancy as this has now started occurring in her arms, after using this she can finally get settled on an evening. I have even used it a few times for myself, again works wonders! Really helped with the knot in my back which I had for sometime. The gun itself seems well built, nice and light without being overly loud, even at max speed, it also has very good battery life. Comes in a decent travel case that is small enough to take away with you should you require without taking any excessive room up. Super happy with my purchase. Hope this helps others
So chuffed with my purchase. I ummed and ahhed over which massage gun to get – there are so many to choose from! I’d heard of Renpho as my husband has their scales and recommends them, I had my eye on this one and their other full size one which weighs 1kg. I really liked the idea of this one being a ‘mini’ and couldn’t find any others that came close to this size/weight.
I’m glad I pondered for a day as I had it in my basket when I got a notification saying it was on lightning deal down to 84.99 from 99.99. So I ordered it as a birthday treat.
It’s still a substantial size and weight so I’m glad I didn’t go for the bigger ones! The different attachments are great and really make a difference to the type of relief it gives. The battery life is really good and easy to use with one simple button (hold down for 2 secs to turn on/off, quickly press to increase speed). The sturdy case is a nice touch to keep it all together. Not that it matters but it has a nice metallic finish 🙂 solid, sturdy, worth it!
The product is exactly as described. Easy to use and simple to start using as soon s it arrives. The right amount of pressure and firmly built. Looks more expensive than it’s price. Would recommend to family. Definitely used more than I assumed and relieves tense muscles in all areas with the various attachments. A note on the customer service. Received an attachment that popped out from the main device. However, the team already sent compensation before I agreed and spoke to the product department to check the issue. Really happy with outcome and sure the warranty would cover it long term if the item has a similar issue again.
Mostly positives for this massager: Good quality for the money, feels solid and gives good varied strengths of vibration. Can be a little awkward to massage areas by yourself in certain places so greater feeling results when someone else is controlling it but in general a very good strong focussed massager and better than expected. My minor negatives: Battery could have been a bit better. The rubber plastic sleeve for handle keeps moving. Would be better if the changeable components locked in to the unit somehow, having said that they don’t come out easily.
I bought this as a present for my partner and he loves it. He says it works for him especially when he switches the heads for the where he wants to use it.

Da ich schon lange eine Massagepistole ausprobieren wollte, bekam ich nun die Chance dieses Produkt zu testen.
Das Produkt beinhaltet 5 verschiedene Aufstze mit 5 Stufen.
Ohne viel Druck aufzuwenden, bt das Gert genug Druck auf die gezielte Stelle aus. Diesen kann man mit den verschiedenen Aufstzen, als auch mit mehr Druck auf die Massagepistole variieren, fr empfindliche als auch fr nicht empfindliche Stellen.
Da ich schon mal ein Ziehen im Oberschenkel spre, habe ich diese Seite fr 5-10 Minuten massiert und anschlieend eine Verbesserung (auch wenn nur kurzfristig) versprt. Ich erhoffe mir natrlich beim fteren Gebrauch auch eine langfristige Verbesserung.
Mein Fazit, ich kann dieses Produkt weiterempfehlen, da es simpel zu bedienen ist und es angenehmen Druck ohne viel Aufwand ausbt.
Wir haben uns die Massage Pistole gekauft, damit wir unsere Verspannungen im Nacken und Rckenbereich etwas in den Griff bekommen.

Being able to get charged via USB C is a bonus and probably the biggest reason why I chose to purchase this particular massager.
I’ve seen a few massage guns on the market recently but couldn’t really justify the money. For background – I’ve never actually enjoyed massages – even a gentle one seems to hurt me. I have chronic back pain, but (stupidly) I train for deadlifts and I’m very active in the gym.
After some research, I purchased the Renpho Massage gun around 3 weeks ago with no expectations. I didn’t know whether these massage guns were worth it or not and whether it could help me, but I’m glad to say I’m blown away with how good this device is.
The device itself feels solid, but not too heavy where it could be uncomfortable for long use. It comes along with 5 attachments and a USB charger, all in a hard carry case which makes it brilliant to carry it around. I actually spent a few nights away last week and took it with me, it’s become a part of my recovery routine for the gym and a pain relief method for my long term pain issues that I don’t think I could travel without anymore.
I’ve found the lowest setting to be a really deep massage massage that I use slower and on the more ‘fleshy’ areas, and I use the faster settings around areas closer to the spine. I don’t even know how long the battery lasts because I’ve only had to charge it once or twice in 3 weeks – it’s brilliant.
I would not hesitate to recommend this product. I’ve already let 2 or 3 people use it and they love it too and are after buying one. It’s well worth a try for anyone who is after something to help with soreness and pain relief – It’s the best thing I’ve purchased all year!
This is the first massage gun I’ve owned and I’m surprised I’ve only just found out about a great piece of technology such as this! I like going to the gym and I train legs at least once a month. That one day a month will always lead to a week of pain and limping. This has been the case for the past few years until I descovered this product. Immediately after training I use the Renpho massage gun on my legs to remove the lactic acid. I then use it on my lower back. I’ve found that if I do this process for a couple time straight after training legs, the pain the next day is nothing!
The Renpho massage gun charges with usb-c, I like this feature because it’s reversible and I allready own usb-c cables. The only downside to this product is that it doesn’t include a power brick to plug into the wall. This isn’t a problem for me as I allready own a few but if you don’t have much technology in the house you will have to buy one separately.
The different heads are great too, they provide one for each scenario, I like the two-pronged one to use on my neck.
The battery life is decent, I’ve only had to charge it once over nearly a week of using it. It charges fast.
Overall a great product. The Matt blue colour is very appealing. 5 stars

I bought this product because I suffer with back problems and even before Covid, it was difficult to justify going to a spa for a massage. I wanted to see if I could have a similar experience with a home massage kit. I’m really pleased!
The product comes with different extensions for different types of massage. Joints, muscles, etc and you really can feel a difference depending on what you use – It’s really simple to use, you literally just pull out the massage head type you want and push it in – and the opposite when taking out! No awkward clips or things to press.
It’s easy to use on your own and you can change the strength with its different settings. I’m someone who is used to pain & muscle tension so being able to have a deep massage is important, and you are definitely able to do that! It’s easy to use on different parts of your body, legs, lower back, shoulders, etc I’ve mostly used it on my lower back and I’ve felt so much less tension in the area which is amazing as I have to sit 8 hours a day at work and it can get quite uncomfortable.
The battery life has been good too, I’ve used it a good few times since receiving it and I’ve not needed to recharge yet.
One of the best parts about it (which may seem silly but hear me out) is that it comes in its own portable case and it’s easily storable. I always need things to have a home and the carry case makes that so much easier.
I’d definitely recommend this to anyone wondering how to get a massage as part of their weekly care routine!
This product is awesome! It’s so lightweight and portable and would be perfect if you travel a lot and want a massager to relieve pain on the road. The build quality is insane, feels way more expensive than the price! The attachments are easy to put on and use. The ability to change speeds is what I like the most about this product! It means you can get a deeper massage depending on what area of your body you are using. Finally, the carry case is a great touch. Really high quality and perfectly compact for when I need to pack it away!
I bought this tool to support my running, spinning and tennis activities. I wanted something portable that I could put in my tennis/sports bag and this does the trick. I did have another type of massage gun a while back but it was big and heavy. The Renpho comes in a robust case, albeit small, which is good because it does get tossed about in my sports bags.
It is easy to use and has several heads to give relief to different muscle groups. My quads get particularly tight and this gun really helps. If the muscle is really tight I can easily adjust the speed.
I also like to stretch so that my body gets a full range of movement. If I use the gun before I stretch it really works well.
I bought this because my chiropractor has a similar device and I’ve been wanting something similar for my bad back. There are much more expensive options out there but I’ve bought other Renpho products and they seem quite good so thought I’d try this one out as well. The massage gun feels very sturdy and the battery life is very good. It’s a nice touch that it uses USB-C to charge. The massage itself is very good with 5 different speed settings. It’s able to loosen up my neck and back after a workout or just a day sitting in my office chair. Really happy with the purchase!

Nach dem ich die Massagepistole erhalten habe, war ich erstmal ber die schne und solide Aufbewahrungsbox positiv berrascht. Wie zu sehen, ist alles super gut organisiert und baut nicht gro auf.
Ausgepackt, den richtigen Aufsatz nach Anleitung ausgewhlt und losgelegt.
Bereits die erste Stufe reicht komplett aus, um die Verspannungen zu lsen. Fr viele Muskel/Regionen reicht es die Pistole selbst anzusetzen, sobald es Richtung Rcken geht muss eine zweite Person untersttzen.
Die Massagepistole wirkt wunder! Ich habe diese meinen Eltern und Freunden gezeigt, welche sie ebenfalls ausprobiert haben und sich auch eine bestellen mchten! Erholungseffekt daheim, ohne teure Massagetermine.
The build quality is very good, and it comes with a nice case. The battery life is extremely impressive – I would have expected something that was vibrating as powerfully as this to need frequent charging, but it doesn’t – it just seems to go on forever.
There are various interchangeable heads for different purposes, and a number of power settings from quite powerful all the way up to extremely powerful. I can imagine you’d have to be quite careful on the highest setting if you were massaging someone else, but if you’re doing yourself you can judge what power setting to use.
I use it on my feet and legs which can be really stiff – it seems to loosen up my muscles and joints nicely, although I think it’s a good idea not to overdo it to much.
Having someone else give me a back, should’ve for neck massage is really nice – feels fantastic!

Nach dem Auspacken habe ich die Pistole aufgeladen. Ein USB-C Kabel wird mitgeliefert, den passenden Adapter fr die Steckdose muss man zuhause haben. Fr mich stellt dies kein Kritikpunkt dar, da ich ausreichend Stecker habe. Ich mchte jedoch andere Interessenten darauf hinweisen.
Diverse Adapter liegen bei, die Funktionen sind auf deutsch in der Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben. Fr die Anwendung gibt es 5 Stufen – so kann man je nach Krperstelle variieren. Selbst auf Stufe 5 ist das Gert sehr leise. Ich nutze die Pistole zur massage direkt auf der Haut. Fr schwer zugngliche Stellen, wie beispielsweise der Rcken, empfehle ich die gemeinsame Anwendung mit dem Partner.
Ich kann die Pistole uneingeschrnkt empfehlen.
Man sollte darauf achten, dass man einen Stecker fr die Steckdose zuhause hat.
After using the adjustable arm massage gun, I decided to purchase the mini gun to carry around with me on my travels. I often cycle long distances and this aids in the recovery after. First impressions is that its small, very small but very well made with a premium feel. It has a nice smooth rubberised grip and a nice weight to it when held. Very simple to use with an on/off button that also adjusts the 5 speeds. The gun is also very quiet, I usually set it to work with the pronged attachment on my thighs and instantly feel relief in my aching muscles. I would highly recommend be it you just want a massage or to aid after a workout.

Der Geruch beim Auspacken ist nicht extrem chemisch und vollkommen akzeptabel.
Das Gert hat 5 Geschwindigkeiten und hlt diese auch, wenn man Mal etwas tiefer in den Muskel drckt. Das ist bei anderen Gerten meist nicht der Fall.
Die Haptik gefllt mir sehr gut, es liegt gut in der Hand, ist klein und leise im Betrieb. Mit 5 Aufstzen kann man alle Bereiche Bearbeiten und es bleiben keine Wnsche offen. Ein Ladekabel ist dabei, Kleider kein Netzteil, aber da es ber USB angeschlossen wird, sollte jeder ja Netzteile Zuhause haben.

After five days of using this I can honestly say it does the job expertly.
Photo one shows exactly what you get in the box, plus one USB lead for charging.
In photo two you can see at the bottom of the handle the LEDs showing how much power is left. During these five days we’ve only needed to charge the unit twice. In the round panel you can see there are five LEDs indicating the levels of power. In the middle is the control button. Press and hold for @4 seconds and the unit switches on and is at level one. With each press of the button the level of power goes up to a maximum of five. If you then press the button again it returns to one. To switch the unit off, press and hold the button again for 4 seconds. It’s that easy to use.
I’ve included photo 3 to show the comparison in size to a full size massaging gun.

been looking at buying a handheld massager for some time. We have a set of Renpho Bluetooth scales already, so we’re familiar with the brand.
The massager is a quality product like the scales. It’s reassuringly heavy but not unwieldy in your hand. The massage action really gets into the knots and tightness in your muscles. Yes it’s great post gym and training, but also after all day at your desk, as we all work from home and have tense laptop shoulders.
You could spend double on a handheld massage, but don’t bother this is small, powerful and just as effective. Give it a try.
I purchased the massage gun as I run almost daily and attend HIIT classes and was often getting Delayed onset muscles soreness (DOMS) I have used the R3 Mini Massage gun from Renpho roughly 30mins after trainings and seen a reduction in DOMS and a increase in performances / times due to this.
I use the different attachments as per the body part suggested and a personal favourite is the small bullet shaped instrument, I used this on the base of my feet.
One thing I would change is the button click to scroll through power/speed but that is me being very picky.
It is a brilliant product and I’d definitely recommend if you want to reduce muscle soreness and improve performance.
It is well built, compact and comes with perfect instruments and instructions.
I could have done with this six month ago. I took up running during the lockdown and yes I was one of those who did the excellent “couch to 5k”, and I am still running up to 10k now. It worked, but I did have sore leg muscles.
I have tried other massage guns, and they have been over large, heavy, not powerful enough and even had one I broke. I am not that muscley or strong.
I liked this for its simplicity. I bought this massage gun because I have a set of weighing scales from the same brand and they are excellent. It comes in a nice carry case. Simple instructions. Five different heads and USB charging lead. It doesn’t have a plug, so you need a plug that has USB adaptor. Charges quickly with lights to show how much it is charged and away it goes.
Five speeds and it is simple to adjust at the press of a button. It’s light and easy to control with a handle that is solid to grip but not too big. When I tried the bullet head adaptor on my calves, it made go “Ohh!” afterwards I had that feeling you get after you been to a proper massage without the painful wallet damage.
I am going to take it on holiday with me.
It’s a really great product that I never expected to buy. My daughter plays a lot of badminton and mentioned massage guns to me a while back. I’ve used Renpho products before and have always been impressed, so I thought I’d give it a go.
Well, we haven’t looked back. We all use it after exercise, but also I work at a desk all day (and during lockdown, read that as a dining room table), and it’s great for tired shoulders and back. Same for my wife who has an hour commute each way.
It’s all packaged up in a great quality little bag with plenty of room for everything to sit securely in. The battery life is great, probably getting charged every two weeks with moderate use. There are a variety of attachments, but the most commonly used one for us is the ball, which is great for those tired muscles.
Would not hesitate to recommend it to anybody after a quick, easy to use, well adjustable massage gun.
I chose this product on account of its lower than average weight, so that I would not tire too much and use it for longer. I was not disappointed. The product is great, obviously not as strong as bigger versions, but still does a great job. In fact I prefer the lower settings and rarely go beyond 2 (5 settings in total). Was surprised by long battery life. Comes in a nippy case handy for travel. Would totally recommend!
Excellent, quality product, which comes in a very good carrying case, making it easy to transport. Each attachment has it’s own slot for storage. There are five different massage heads, which are suitable for different areas of the body. It’s not too heavy, which was a key selling point that we were looking for, thus it enables one to use the massager on oneself without causing too much strain. This product from the unboxing is amazing! If you are like me and go to the gym regularly, then this deep muscle tissue massage is a must. I went to the gym and did legs on Friday morning and when I came home, my legs felt and were tight. I thought I would use the product on my legs – I had it on level 3 and just after 10 minutes, my legs felt lighter and less tense. It is non painful, leaving you feel relaxed and calm. I initially bought this massage gun as I get really bad muscle fatigue and stiffness after playing football and running and wanted an alternative to a foam roller.
This massage gun was the perfect solution. It is extremely compact and portable as you can see from the photos allowing you to take it wherever you need. It is extremely easy to set up, coming already half charged. It comes with 5 attachments to work different muscle groups, the massage gun itself is very light to hold and operates on 5 different speed settings. I got instant relief from muscle tightness and it also reduce my soreness the day after. I highly recommend this to anyone who suffers from muscle fatigue and stiffness
As a very keen runner and cyclist – I spend a lot of time on the foam roller, which is generally uncomfortable and slow. I was recommended one of these by a friend and I think it’s great.
I’ve already got the Renpho smart scales so I knew that the product would be high quality and I wasn’t disappointed. The massager comes in a high quality case with all the attachments you need ( although the small ‘bullet’ shaped on is pretty intense!!) and the battery was quick to charge. The battery life is great too.
Given all this – the massager is great value for money and v high quality.
It’s a strange sensation when you first use it, but once you get used to it, it is really therapeutic and I find that it really does genuinely help my tired legs recover. I have v tight hips and this manages to get right in there and loosen them. It’s like having a personal physio with you wherever you are. Thoroughly recommended.

This massage gun is absolutely brilliant. It’s well packaged and comes in a sturdy, professional looking case. As soon you open the case for the first time it’s obvious how well made this massage gun and it’s attachments really are. This really oozes quality.
I put the gun on charge using the usb cable provided and took the dog for a walk. Came back and it was ready to go.

Bought for my husband and we have both been using this on muscles tired from running, bodyweight exercises and work with weights. You can fee it going to work on the knots even if this tickle/hurts a bit! It’s quiet enough to use while watching TV and the different attachments lend greater flexibility, going easy on small muscles or getting into the deeper tissue of the glute or thigh. Charge lasts long enough and it recharges quickly. Recommended!
A friend of mine recommended getting an alternative product at over 3 times the cost of this. While the feedback was good I was unsure I could justify the price-tag so I thought I would try this. And I am so glad I did!
I play football twice a week, I run 3 times a week and do various other exercise in between so wanted something to accelerate my recovery especially in my calves and thighs (hamstrings). I have been using it for a week now and it has really made a huge difference. The first use was 24 hours after 90 minutes of football where my calves were very tight and sore, and after 20 minutes of using this I woke up the next day with the tightness and soreness gone.
I have generally stuck with the general head (as seen in the video) as it seems to address all of my needs for my legs and back, and use it on one of the 2 lowest settings. The noise is minimal and therefore I use it while sitting on the sofa watching TV with no distraction.
It comes in a smart carry case and requires minimal setting up, with only a 3 hour charge needed before your first use. I am very happy with the purchase to date, although cannot yet comment on battery life or longevity of product but will update in time.
The packaging in a tidy case is an immediate delight. The unit is small and comfortable in the hand and feels well made. The tools are comprehensive. The charging, controlling and gradation of power is well put together on the unit. The different tools do different jobs and my one improvement observation would be to have guidebook that goes through the uses and also dos and don’ts. This could be on line, but the You Tube offers by others are of poor quality. The massaging motion is relaxing at “1” and build progressively if you add power to be very “invigorating”. You need to find your own level.

I’ve been looking at these massage guns for a while. I suffer from bad back / sore muscles – especially the day after a heavy deadlift session. I’ve got a massage chair which doesn’t really help much, so wasn’t expecting too much from this. Well, have to admit, I was completely wrong. This little massage gun is fantastic.
Lots of attachments for various body parts – including one for sensitive body meat relaxation (ooo err)
This is great for working out those kinks in your neck and back, and you can really dig it into the muscle.
Definitely more mobile after using this.

I am a keen cyclist and do about 200 miles a week on commute and leisure. It goes without saying like many cyclists I have been plagued by IT band problems over the recent months. A fellow cyclist recommended a massage gun and having read the reviews on Amazon, I gave it go and it didn’t disappoint me.
It comes with a nice case, battery was 80 % full and I was able to use it straight out of the box. The various speed settings was handy but I could not go beyond the first two. The first two settings should be fine for most users.
Various attachments for various types of tissues and parts of the body – impressed by the quality of these attachments.
The grip is very firm and battery seems to last for a long time. I have used it for at least an hour on 80% charge and it still has about 25% left.
The only down side is lack of a pause button. The main power button switches it on and off. It also adjusts the speed. Another button near the thumb to pause it would have been handy.
Overall I am very happy with the product. I already own a Renpho Smart weighing scale and this is going strong.

I have the RENPHO body fat scales and recently purchased their massage gun. Like the scales, the massage gun is very well made and well worth the money.
I ordered the massage gun using Amazon prime and got it the following day – great service. The packaging is excellent and the instructions are very clear. The gun works perfectly and is as exactly as described.
I do not suffer from any injuries so I cannot comment on its effectiveness there but I do go to the gym and can say the gun is really effective for sore muscles. I highly recommend.
I am a regular gym user and have recently got into running during lockdown. I have always suffered from really bad and painful muscle soreness and tightness after exercise, the kind that my partner could never get the right pressure when massaging my aching muscles in order to aid any form of relief. And so my hunt began for a massage gun. It needed to be small enough that I could take with me as I do a lot of travelling, but powerful with a long battery life. I came across this massage gun by Renpho. I already own their scales which I love and so this is a brand that I completely trust from previous experience. This massage gun does not disappoint. It comes in a really smart carry case with 5 different massage attachments to choose from, all of which provide different sensations and harshness of the massage. I love that it charges by USB-C as due to this it is very fast charging and I will be able to use my laptop charger for it when I am on the go. The device itself is really well made and high quality. There are many different settings for adjusting the pressure which is great for how deep you want to go into the muscle. I have recommended it to all of my friends and family, one of which who has already gone and bought one for himself. My partner is a Thai boxer and he also loves it, not only for his muscles but he also uses it to condition his legs. Could not recommend this product more, it is worth every penny, especially when you compare it to how expensive professional massages are.
I have heard positive things about massage guns through friends, though wasn’t sure myself how effective they would be or whether they were worth the money. My partner has terrible lower back pain, and I’m a frequent runner with the usual knee pain, so with sports therapists being a no-go over lockdown I took the plunge and invested in one of these. I am so glad I did, this thing is amazing! Small enough to hold comfortably, and incredibly powerful, you can really feel it stimulating the entire muscle area. After just 15 mins my partner said it had instantly given him some relief. Aside from using it for pain relief, it is also incredibly relaxing – I can’t get enough of the feeling on my back in the evenings, it actually puts me to sleep. Definitely worth the purchase, 10/10.
I’ve started working out more and suffering from sore muscles due to DMS. I’ve been interested in buying a massage gun for a while and found Renpho’s massage gun half price- worth a try!
Once ordered the gun came the next day and I was impressed by the quality packaging, the carry case and of course the gun itself! Its sleek, and heavy enough to know its decent product without being cumbersome. The battery charged quickly via the supplied USB-C cable. While I was waiting for it to charge I did some HIIT and then set to work with the gun.
I’ve not used one of these before and was surprised how good it felt, it wasn’t painful, more like vibrations. However, slow motion video shows it gives the muscles a really good massage. My legs felt very relaxed after a couple of minutes of work and the next day I woke up and didn’t feel stiff as they have in the past. I’ve now used it after a few workout sessions and it’s like magic.
Its an impressive piece of equipment and I would highly recommend it!

Very impressed by the frequency/speed of the head. It’s incredibly powerful. The video shows the slowest speed and yet my camera couldn’t keep up.
Good battery life also. Will definitely save some trips to the physio if used properly.
The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because it would have been nice to receive more guidance in how to use more optimally and some detailed examples. At the moment I’m just kind of guessing and doing trial and error.

Unboxing and first impression
The first look its always important when purchasing a product. I was really please with the case that comes with it. I can take the massage gun anywhere and it will be well protected with all the accessories.
When I picked up the gun, it has a solid built. Really well designed and it has a nice material in the handle that makes it nice to hold while using it. It has an USB C cable to charge the massage gun. The battery last quite a lot despite using the massage gun heavily and you can see the battery level in the back of the handle.
It feels sturdy and weight over 700 grams. So, it is not light but it is not heavy so that it can be handle comfortably.
The accessories are useful. In my case have more than I need. But I like that if I buy a product that has different options. I may need another accessory later on.
Quality while using the massage gun
To switch it on, you need to keep it pressed for 2 or 3 seconds and it will go to the first strength level. And it is very easy to speed it up by using a short press of the power button. I have used mainly the hammer head and the ball head accessory for my calves after doing exercise. You can actually feel how good it does to the muscles and promotes recovery of muscle fatigue! The U shape accessory was good for my neck but in my case, was more useful using the hammer head around the shoulder and getting closer to the neck. And after a whole day standing up, my lower back really feels much better after using the ball head.
You can feel that it is powerful, because even in the low speed mode, the massage gun has a firm pressure when using it. I suppose that depends on your preferences, but I didn’t have to put much pressure to feel the benefits of a low speed mode.
In conclusion:
Pros
– Fantastic battery life.
– Really nice material in the handle.
– Plenty of accessories that use quality materials.
– Nice carry bag to take it anywhere. Even to the gym, so that you can use it after.
Cons
– If you want to reach your back or the back of the shoulder, it’s a bit more complicated. In my case, I am not that flexible so I ask my wife to help. If that’s an issue, you may prefer the Renpho with adjustable arm.
Not the first time that I purchase a Renpho product. It is a top-quality brand with really well-built materials. It will not be the last.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this massage gun, I had been deliberating over which brand to get and went with RENPHO as it looked decent for the price. I received it a week ago and even the presentation when delivered was great.
It has 5 speed settings with 5 attachments for different muscles. The USB C port was a pleasant surprise also.
Having used it the tension in my back has pretty much disappeared and this has now become a must do in my daily routine.
Overall I cannot fault this product, it competes with products three times the price and would strongly recommend to anyone.
This thing is amazing! I was sceptical at first but purchased it based on a recommendation from a friend. Having had it for a week or so now, using it on a regular basis, I can gladly say that it works wonders on sore muscles! I’m a keen cyclist and have been doing some long 100km+ training rides recently. Normally my legs and lower back would be ruined for a few days after a long ride like that. However since using the massage gum within an hour or 2 of getting back from the ride, I’ve now found my recovery time to be far quicker! Highly recommended!
I’ve been on the fence for a while about buying a massage gun as a massage therapist myself but I have worked with people who swear by them. I figured I would give it a go, I’ve purchased a Renpho product before and so I knew it would be a brand I could trust!
First of all, the gun is very slick and looks very nice, not that that matters at all. The charging was easy and uses USB C which is a bonus and the battery life lasts 3 hours so far! The gun is sturdy and made well, and it’s easy to operate.
It comes with a set of different head attachments for different body parts all included in the manual on which parts to use, and they all feel nice on the body (not too hard and not too soft). The speed settings vary from 1-5 and there is definitely the right speed for you depending on how much you like.
I’ve used it both on myself and friends since buying it and have nothing but positive thoughts towards it. I believe it would be very useful after workouts to really get into those tired muscles. Hopefully the battery holds up but so far it’s a big thumbs up for me and a great investment!
I’ve had this massage gun a full week now and I’ve found that it’s extremely beneficial for releasing muscle tension – both every day tension and post exercise. It’s sturdy and doesn’t require a ton of pressure to bring release to the muscles. The variety of massager heads and speed variations is amazing.
My previous experience with a massage gun was a VERY expensive alternative brand, but I am very happy that I chose this massage gun instead – and saved a lot of money in the process. I used to visit a chiropractor regularly for adjustments. I haven’t been to the chiropractor in a number of months, but the release this gun has brought to my back and neck in particular has been life changing – releasing tension and pain in my upper torso.
This gun is very well made, is very easy to charge (cable provided that attaches to any USB cable plug), and very easy to use. It arrived in a brilliant hard-sided carry case, so I’m able to take it with me when I travel. The quality is excellent for the price point and I’m very impressed with the efficiency of this hand held massage gun. Well done RENPHO on another amazing product!
This massage gun has created a bit of an argument at home: whether my wife or I get to use it. The other one needs to help as it is rather obvious that one can’t reach certain places, such as massaging the back, so it’s pretty much a team sport.
My initial impression was the massage gun is pretty heavy. The weight was unexpected on the first touch and use. It is understandable, as it needs to house the motor and battery to power the device. It is very solidly built, albeit I wouldn’t drop it to see whether it would survive the impact. The manual certainly warns against this.
The five attachments work wonderfully. My favourite is by far the air cushion head as it is a fairly low impact attachment. It is a sight for sore muscles. The solid attachments work well when used as described. However, I have found them rather unpleasant when hitting something like a bone. It is best to stick around the designated areas. Weirdly enough, the vibrations are better felt when operating on the level 1 setting rather than cranking up the power up to level 4. This is rather counter-intuitive.
The motor is powerful. The manual specifically warns against a few ways this device must not be used. The head is one of those areas and I believe it would certainly lead to a headache rather than relaxation considering the strong vibrations. One of the consequences of the powerful vibrations is that the person holding the massage gun may find themselves getting pretty tired after a while, despite the beneficiary complaining that they want more. It is definitely a build-up process as initially, I could not hold it for more than a minute, a minute and a half before my arm would be tired from the vibrations. The handle is not to blame as it has a silicone cover which is very nice to the touch and it provides a good grip. This is strictly down to the massage gun operating.
Rumours (read: manual) say not to use this before sleep as it has a stimulating effect. While I have found that to be true, on the stimulation side, my wife slept like a log. I did not have any issues either. I’m guessing the endorphins release pretty much negated any stimulation.
The massage gun is charged via a USB C port at the bottom of the handle. There’s a charging cable included, but no charger. This shouldn’t be an issue for most as I believe everybody and their dog has a USB charger these days. It should take around 3 hours to charge, but that depends on the power source. The bonus of USB C is that I could easily pack it in the bag and use my phone charger and cable.
One of the brilliant touches is the included carrying case. I always hate when accessories are getting misplaced, so this case makes sure that everything can be kept tidy and in one place.
Well – this is AMAZING. The round head you see in the video has been great for loosening up muscles in my glutes/quads which has helped ease up some knee pain, and the bullet shaped attachment has been amazing for getting in about my hips. The U shaped attachment is brutal but so good on shoulders/shoulder blades.
Noise level isn’t too bad – as can see in video we didn’t really have an issue hearing tv over it, and it’s not TOO intrusive (but it’s not super quiet so don’t expect that). Battery was quite good – got two days’ use out of it – I think the pack says 80min battery life which sounds about right. May have been a bit more than that but maybe 100min max. It also comes in a nice wee case – handy for my partner who is planning on taking it to his away rugby games.

Blown away with the build quality of this model, it feels so good in your hands with the softer handle. The carry case it comes with keeps everything all together nicely and keeps it neat and tidy.
The different settings for strength is great to ease yourself into it giving you a very deep massage when needed. All of the different heads is great as well, meaning you can give different pressure for different areas of your body.
The battery lasts a good time as well, im yet to have to charge it and have been using it daily for the last week.
Overall for the cost im very pleased with this product and would recommend it. I’ve got some Scale by the same manufacturer and they are still going strong some years later.
I’ve tried out many electric massage tools and this is by far my favourite! For such a small device it’s power is amazing and has no problem when pressed deep into large muscles where some other devices have stalled.
I’m also impressed with the presentation of this massager it came in a neat storage box and the materials used for the body of the tool give it a premium feel.
The battery certainly has a premium feel as well because I have yet to have it run out on me half way through a massage like with my old massager. The battery indicator and USB C charger are a great touch.

My first try of this massage gun was right after a long 45 minute run, which always leaves my legs feeling like jelly for the next day atleast. However, after spending 10 minutes massaging my thighes and calves with this product I already feel a huge reduction in the soreness. The product feels a lot better quality and long lasting than other massage guns I have used in the past. I like the range of attachments available which come in handy for targeting different muscle groups on the body. I am also impressed by the wide range of speed settings which can be changed with one click of the thumb. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a massage gun to help with recovery.
I was asked to review the Renpho Massage Gun by Renpho, but in no way, is this review biased. I am really really impressed with the quality of the unit itself, it comes in a lovely sturdy fabric case which is 10.5″ by 8″, small enough to travel with. Inside the case, each of the heads has its own little pocket to sit in, and the manual and charging lead are on the other side of the case under some netting. As well as the Renpho Mini Massage Gun, you get 5 massager heads, a type C charging cable, user manual, warranty card and 2 rubber sleeves. I wondered what were the rubber sleeves for, but then realised that they are spare pieces in case you lose one from one of the 5 heads, see picture, the red arrows show where the sleeves sit. So to the use, there are 5 different levels, 1 is quite gentle, but 5 is seriously pummelling you – as good as any masseur would do. I went for a 6 mile run today and my quads were aching a bit, 10 minutes using the gun and no more aches. However, what I am really impressed with is the Air Cushion head. I suffer from arthritis, and I should massage my fingers daily to keep them supple, but it just takes so long to do that, so I thought well here goes. I put the air cushion head on the gun as this head is for sensitive areas, and massaged my finger joints – wow! Even after a few minutes I could feel that I’ve got more mobility in my fingers, and I can see if I do a regular daily massage, it will help tremendously with my arthritis. So all in all, I am extremely impressed, this massage gun is definitely worth getting and I’ll be encouraging my running friends that they should get one as well – definitely stop any injuries and will save a fortune not having to keep going to a masseur.
Heard many recommendations to try a massage gun so opted for this choice. When it arrived it’s in a nice well pack case ideal to be able to be packed into a travel bag if your sporting event is away from home/abroad. The different heads are great. Still experimenting which is best as although your told which head is for what some are more manageable than others. If your worried about a pain factor then I’d say it’s nothing less or more than a foam roller can be, except you can control the soreness/muscle site better.
Only negative I’ve found is that ileven though it’s small and lightweight to move around its abit tricky to get to hard to reach areas where other massage guns off a angled head.. however if someone’s around for 5-10mins to help then problem solved.
All in all would definitely recommend this product as does what I need it for.
This works an absolute treat! I was concerned as how much pressure it would apply. I used the soft flat head rubber attachment and gently worked it across my legs. THEY FEEL AMAZING!! You can feel it’s worked. Like a proper deep tissue massage.
No more rolling around on the floor with a foam roller or massage stick. Small enough to fit in your bag and take to work. Or just have on the side at home ready to use.
Came semi charged too which was a massive bonus. I’ll be using daily. Highly recommended!!
