Fool proof instructions, all you need is water. We grew these in a bright cool place out of direct sun and these mushrooms went wild!! We ensured to keep the paper towels damp but not too wet and it seemed to do the trick. **Very low maintenance and such a great crop.**
Great taste. We fried some in some butter and they became golden and crispy. We’ve got lots left over too!
Such a shame they had a couple of bad reviews as it doesn’t reflect them at all well and it seems like an old issue that is now fixed. We’ve got some more on order and found their mushroom hot chocolate too.. seems intriguing.
