They installed th m/c but didn’t remove the heavy duty transit bars. Had to take m/c out of fitted cupboard, under work surface, & remove bars myself. Was not happy

When unboxing the machine there is a slot in the polystyrene where you think the tool for removing the transportation bolts is kept. Don’t panic.. the tool is actually inside the drum of the machine along with the paper work and the TwinDos.
