This is a great toy chest and bigger than I expected. Few things to know about assembly: wood or hot glue will be required. The package came with everything I needed but glue was necessary for some parts. For example, the holes for the wooden pegs are a little too big so used glue to hold them in place. Some of the holes for the screws are stripped, as you can see in the one picture, I had to use glue because the screws wasn’t sturdy in place. I have it propped open like that because the glue has to dry and I need it to dry in place. The back panel comes in two pieces so consider using glue to secure the top piece of the back panel. The chest took maybe 8 hours to assemble and that was because I had to wait for the glue to dry before moving on. A great product and I can definitely see it being used for years to come!

I kept looking for some toy storage and I didn’t want those plastic bins. We found this on amazon and it’s amazing. We put it together in maybe 20 ish minutes. It’s super safe so her hands can get caught if she tries to open or shut bc of the hinges. She’s 1 and not walking yet so she hasn’t climbed up on it. We put the toys we are not using in there and then rotate them out. I am in love with this product!!!!
Really good sturdy toy box
Great quality product. Our little boy loves getting his toys out of it & it’s a good little bench too with a little cushion. Really happy with it & keeps things nice & tidy.

Was assembled by a Silicon Valley Engineer, so the lid issue is not cause a twit assembling it. It is a much better toy chest than I anticipated for the price. A bit stinky out of the box, but that quickly dissipated. I put a bunch of felt sliders on the bottom to protect the hardwood floor.

Single mom put together in 1 hou
Single mom put this together in one hour by myself. Beautiful product. Instructions were understood once I got the gist of them. Some of the screws did not lie flat on the side panels which there was another complaint about that issue see photo. On a whole that doesn’t effect the esthetics of the toy chest. Happy about product and would recommend.

The sides are thin material and we had a problem with alignment and a dowel pushed through the side.

There were a lot of negative reviews on this so I was a little nervous, but I’m so glad I got it! It was very easy to build, and I’m one to mess up while building furniture a lot. It’s true the little pictures are a little blurry but the written directions are very clear and concise about what to do. I also read a lot of other reviews about a metal bottom but mine is wood. There were screws that are in the bottom, but once screwed in correctly they don’t touch the floor. A little bit of paint did chip when screwing in bolts (I think that’s what they were) but not a lot, and it’s all on the inside anyways. It’s very sturdy and really brings together my daughters room!

Holds more toys than i thought might have to buy another as my kid still has too many toys lol but its strong and the top is comfortable for her to sit on and i love that the hinges go down slowly

The bench had easy to follow instructions I did need better tools but they sent what was needed. It's sturdy for little ones but not for bigger kids. It has a nice lid that doesn't fall on the little ones so nice and safe. Easy to clean.

There was damage to one of the panels of the toy chest. We contacted the vendor to get a replacement piece which took awhile to get . However we have put the chest together now and it looks really good.

Product arrived earlier than expected and was easy to assemble within an hour. Had some issues with a couple of pieces after assembly, but Milliard really care about customer service and sent replacement parts quickly. No issues since. Highly recommend.

The chest is very sturdy and seems to be good quality. But the instructions were difficult. The pictures are not clear, they are blurry and it is very hard to tell which way to install certain things for the pictures. I did end up figuring it out with trial and error. The tool provided was way too small even for a petite girl such as myself so luckily I have other tools. The bench had a really nasty chemical smell for the first couple days but after airing out the smell dissipated. Odd because it says it’s made without toxic chemicals but smelled like toxic chemicals. It features a slow close lid which is amazing and it sturdy holds an adult and child sitting together. It’s a great size and looks amazing too. Overall love it but wish instruction pictures were clearer.

First impression when opening the box was package of hardware was open and screws were everywhere. Thought of returning it but ended up putting it together. All screws and hardware were accounted for and assembly was easy. Didn’t take long and instructions were simple to follow. Had no problems. I gave it 4 stars because of the open package of hardware.

We are very satisfied with the finished products and thankful Leah provided excellent customer service. The only thing that is misleading is that it says the toy chests are solid wood...that, they are not. Other than that, they are nice little toy chests.

The lid mechanism also works well and tgg hi e unit had a nice glossy finish.
Only criticism is that the thickness of the front board could do with being a little thicker, where the cam locks are positioned, the front board bulges slightly when they tightened- however, being white means that this doesn’t show too much.
