Loved the adequacy in delivery – ordered one day, delivered next! Not bad for living on an island off the west coast of Scotland. Have yet to use my mini chainsaw outside for pruning roses and cutting back all tree growths, but it appears to work without having to charge it, when battery is attached. Chainsaw reduced by 20, so that was equally enticing!

Up to now OK, but have not run enough to see how the battery holds up. The chain stretched quite a bit on first use, but have now adjusted the tension.

I was apprehensive to start because not just this one but sane with most other reviews about different brands, so I suggested this one to my husband. Which in all honesty is pretty amazing. I personally thought no just buy a big chain saw this small ones are either here nor there. But no he wanted one of these smaller ones. I just thought a new toy gif him to play with. Yet when he tried it to cut a load of branches down both of us were so shocked. At how Amazing it was seriously it took far thicker beaches down than I ever thought possibly. After having only used it for 5 minutes he came and said I want you to have a look at something with me. I went. Once again I was shocked my husband couldn’t get his head around what we both were looking at.was the quantity in such a small time. Yes definitely recommend this

This chainsaw made life so much easier. A job that was going to take all day, took only a few hours. Strong and worth the product cost.really well made, strong and light to use. Highly reccommend.

Was a little concermed by some of the reviews, but mines perfect. Works really well on logs upto say 4″ thick. With battery lasting a fair amount of time – I used it for at least 30 mins on and off whilst stripping fir tree branches. Would recommend for the “lighter” jobs.
Just what I wanted – light, quick, and versatile. Just used for first time and perfect. Cut quite thick roots very quickly and I felt very safe using it.

If I had to say anything negative it was the screwdriver provided to tighten the chain didn’t fit but I had one that did.
Definitely recommend.
The saw its self is very good. I would have given 5 stars but I am waiting to see if it keeps going as well as it should. The thing that gets me is the kit that comes with the saw is supposed to have included a pair of gloves and a container of machine oil. What I received was a 10 ml bottle which contained at most 2.5 ml of oil and instead of a pair of gloves I received 2 left hand gloves. It doesn’t inspire confidence. Also the way you get your guarantee registered is nie on impossible.
I never tried but I bet this couldn’t even cut through butter. I tried adjusting, oiling chain etc but it could not cut through 3cm branch easily, it is useless compared to others I have used.
Motor failed after quite a bit of use (cog stopped spinning). Raised the issue with the manufacturer and they sent a brand new replacement which arrived the very next day! Excellent service. Hopefully the replacement will last a bit longer…
as a single independent woman this kit is so much fun and makes cutting my large garden hedge down so much easier it cuts through branches and if you use a sawing action quite big thick branches …….felt like super woman only fault is the batteries take like 2-3 hours to charge and I’m impatient when I’m having fu
Use to help cut down a miniature cherry whic had become anything but. Was using a hand saw and managing a nranch a day. Finished with this by doing last 8 branches in 2 hours
Edit. : The guidebar sprocket has just shattered only had for 2 months. I feel this is probably a manufacturing fault… I have contacted the seller for warranty repair or replacement.
I will update when I get a response…
Manufacture warranty is great within 13 days of reporting to manufacturer there was an issue with the guide bar they sent and I received 2 replacement bars… Well done 🙂
This chain saw is fairly easy to set up and use. It comes with two batteries that are already charged. It was comfortable to use to cut thick laurel trees and branches. Although I haven’t heard of the brand before, this feels like a good quality item.
I have used this product now over a week to cut through some quite thick branches from a ladder 20 foot up. It has had no problems doing the work and has been easier at that height that a chain saw. Very impressed with it to date.

I chose this item because it had good reviews but unfortunately mine was faulty. I only discovered this shortly after the 30 day return window closed. I had not used the item due to work commitments and bad weather on the days I had planned to use it.
Anna from customer service got in touch after I left a 1 star review and offered a refund or replacement. Because I had already chosen an alternative I asked for a refund and this was processed immediately.
A disappointment on the product front (but I’m sure I was just unlucky) which was made better by first class customer service.

The saw comes as a kit complete with spare chain, robust case and gloves. Bravolu were very helpful and attentive sorting out an initial problem. The saw is easy to handle and performs well.
Easy and light weight. Came in nice storage case and great that it is already assembled so that when I need to take off the chain for sharpening I will know how it goes together again properly. Only thing I would ideally have liked a handle for my left hand too like big chain saws have just for extra stability. Also need to put it down regularly and use an oil can rather than auto oiling but it was a good price so I guess you take that into consideration. Bought to cut up small firewood and odd pallets also jobs around garden, very portable.
Was not sure how good this was going to be but it has surpassed our expectation.
Battery charge is a little short lived because machine is drawing a lot of power but we have been able to backup power occasionally by using a Makita 5aH off our electric wheelbarrow.
This chainsaw is great for keeping the evergreens and other bushes in my garden under control as well as taking out small branches from my fruit trees!
Excellent for about 15 minutes but sadly the motor is not up to the job. Similar mini chainsaws also use the same power unit so I would be wary of those as well

Secondly, being cordless, it comes with a spare 21 volt battery which can be fully fast charged in a couple of hours. I find each battery gives me a few hours of on and off use.
I like how it’s so easy to use and so effective. There’s also a safety button on it.

Handle covers one hand when holding it, but the chances of cutting that hand would imagine is almost impossible.

I was surprised that it only recommends to use chain oil after using the tool, most chain saws usually have somewhere to put the oil in so it lubricates the chain as it is being used.
So we will see how long it lasts after a proper use, it does have a 1 year warranty though.
If it is as good as the reviews I have read, I may even try the 12″ version.
Ordered this small chain saw to trim shrubs, small trees. Six inch blade is just right, has done job admirably. Cut through small branches easily. Weight for older lady is great (no too heavy). Charged quickly and I particularly like it has its own carry box, keeps everything together for storage.
Not used yet due to inclement weather, but, well packaged, lovely sturdy carrying case, a spare chain AND battery. Very intuitive instructions.
Easy to use . Make sure batteries are fully charged before use . I am successfully using the chainsaw to cut pallets and other wood storage crates .

A powerful beast, battery lasts long time, very lightweight. The only thing that could be improved is a tool free chain tension added.
This saw is amazing! It is lightweight and very powerful. The 6″ blade makes even the larger trees a doddle. Recommended

Used it for those odd shapes branches and tree pruning
Lightweight and easy to handle. Cut through branches of my apple tree up to 75mm thick. Very pleased with this saw and would recommend.
