- Is Windows 11 Pro already installed?
Yes, our Mini IT8 comes with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. There is no need for an additional activation key. You are free to use another operating system, such as Linux, macOS, Android x86, Ubuntu, or FydeOS.
- Is there any background noise?
The fan operates at high power and produces a sound of 30-45 decibels only when the Mini IT8 is fully loaded, for more efficient cooling. Most of the time, when you use the Mini IT8, it is relatively quiet. If you are bothered by running sounds, please inform us.
- Can I play video games?
Of course, you can play Borderlands, Fall Guys, Destiny 2, Tetris Effect, LOL, Minecraft smoothly and other popular games.
- Is it easy for a novice to disassemble and upgrade the internal hardware?
Take it easy. All the IT8 hardware is accessible by removing the back cover, unlike large PC hosts that are difficult to access.
- How do I enable multi-screen?
Both the Mini DisplayPort and HDMI ports can be extended to connect to two monitors, allowing you to multitask with ease.

The laptop my computer-science son bought me for Christmas last year doesn’t even come close to this amazingly compact computer. For seven years I have been producing videos for underprivileged Native American kids sporting events, and this computer handles video editing with fantastic speed. I love this thing! I have it running three monitors, added two16GB ram memory modules, and a 1TB solid state hard drive all purchased from Amazon. These upgrades have turned this into a really serious little computer. If this mini-computer is ever stolen or destroyed in a house fire, I will buy another one immediately.

I gotta say I was just getting this mini pc to not spend alot. My old gaming pc was dying and I needed a quick replacement. I wanted to go cheap!! I worked with mini pcs in the past and to be honest they were awfully slow!! But these are really nice! I am impressed how great this little box runs everything. Windows 11 is really nice!! Its just amazing how this pc I can hold in my hand is better then my old tower. Great for a home office. I run 3x printers and 2x 30″ monitors and it handles everything easy!!
This was a replacement for one I purchased earlier. That unit had a bad memory socket and would not boot up properly. The manufacturer offered to replace it directly, however, I choice to return it to Amazon and buy a new one. Plenty of ports, plenty of speed. I am very happy with this one.
