We needed a replacement shower in our standalone shower as the previous one was 10 years old and kept cutting out! To play safe purchased the same make and model. The chrome colour was slightly different being more matt than gloss and the Plumber had to do extra drilling in the wall as the shower outlet was in a different place more middle left than than towards bottom left. But it did not disappoint! We love it and wished we had replaced the shower months ago! Best price on the market and here’s to another 10+ years of a Mira shower!
Easy fit as I was replacing like for like. unit was up and running inside 30mins… Shower spray is adequate and enough pressure to get the job done, but nothing special. Longevity might be an issue as this was bought to replace the same model that had failed after just over two years. Not a bad looking unit and does feel robust enough to cope with multiple user attacks.

Bought to replace an identical shower which had given 3 years good service before deciding it had had enough. Main reason was that I liked the design and look of the shower and given it was identical in every way it saved me having to redrill into tiles and the possibility of having to get a plumber in to rearrange piping. Overall very pleased with this shower.
Very good showers,I am a landlord and these go for abut 10 years.Multi fitting so they compensate for previous configurations,also similar footprint so no huge tiling issues.

Good value for money. However after installation and first operation the electric solenoid inside was very noisy. Contacted the manufacturer and after several emails they kindly sent me a replacement solenoid which was really easy to fit. No problem since.

Replaced our Mira Go with this model which definitely is an upgrade, quite easy to fit just take your time fitting the front plate as the control dials are a pain to line up. Otherwise great product.

Shower arrived quickly and was easy to instal, can’t complain about the quality. A simple, no frills, good quality shower.

Comment 8January 2021: Shower now working perfectly, the problem was with the stop tap not being fully opened, resulting in very low water pressure which the shower could not cope with.

This 9.5 kw Mira Vie Chrome was bought and plumber installed as a like for like replacement for a 10 year old 9.5 kw Mira Vie Chrome that was on the blink. The shower works as well as the original and, as far as performance goes, there are no complaints.
The original “chrome” had a shiny finish that you could see your face in – as I would expect – and I thought the replacement would have the same. The illustration on the advert for the replacement “chrome” was not clear and the product turns out to have a dull finish more like brushed steel or aluminium. So, performance great; appearance a bit disappointing.

The old one packed up and this new one was delivered promptly. It was a bit noisy to start with and Mira said they would send an engineer. But, if no fault found then I would have to pay a call out fee. Actually it settled down but if it hadn’t I’d just have returned it to Amazon for another.
This is my second one first one for 5 years now I don’t have to change anything just fit in the old one space perfectly

I have fitted a lot of showers in my time… great product, no major challenge as I was replacing an old one.
