We got this some time ago and have used it many times now. It has great performance and is great value for money. I haven’t had any issues with it and would recommend buying this to anyone
I’m a big fan of steam cleaners and have been using them for years. I was happy with this one when I bought it, and recommended it to others. BUT, I’ve only used it a couple of times, and yet today when I tried to use it, although the green light was on, indicating that it was ready to use, no steam came out. It’s just not working, but as I bought it some time ago, it’s too late for me to get a refund or replacement. So, no, I DON’T recommend it. I’ve wasted over 100!

The steam cleaner was really easy to use, the instructions were easy to understand, the downside is it only came with one cloth for the mop, considering the amount it costs, but overall a great steamer.

Easy and safe to use. it gets to operating temperature quickly and has a good size water tank.
so far I have enjoyed the steam cleaner and have been pleased with the results. it takes a little while to get the best results but with practice it gets better.
I have had Polti and Vax steam cleaner in the past but this is every bit as good if not better than the others.
Sorry about this butbthe gun doesn’t stop the steam on the trigger only on the adjustable flow wheel can you please help?
It’s easy to use help me out alot because l have fibromyalgia its hard for me to clean because my hands and Wrist are in pain all the time. I love the Steamer. Could of made a storage for all accessories

Found this easy to use, only used it once so far, but greatly impressed. I was cleaning some dirty grout on wall tiles and they came up a treat. Look forward to using it on more things, especially the mattress & curtains.
You can even steam clean your car engine to remove any Greece you don’t want on it.
What you can you clean with little steam cleaner is endless.
I love it because I bought one before like it but I broke it by letting it fall of a small wall. Don’t put it where it can full over lol .

This steamer is amazing not only the usual uses for cleaning but also for sanitising surfaces handles and outdoor coats
To ensure it cleans efficiently you need to allow it to heat up fully by allowing time after the green light comes on. It is difficult to judge how effectively it cleans upholstery. I was not convinced it cleaned limescale around taps. I need to keep experimenting on different surfaces before deciding whether steamers are worthwhile.
There are sufficient tools supplied to cover most jobs and the power cord length is sufficient for my needs. The running time appears to be around the advertised one of 30 minutes on continuous use but one recommendation I would make is to acquire a funnel to pour the water into the machine via the hole on top as it makes it lot easier.
Very very happy with this steam cleaner.. Moved into a house that needed a deep clean.

Very good not to sure about the wooden floor though have had better upright ones but excellent on windows so far so good as of 06/09/2020 had it around a week…..
My old steam cleaner lasted me 18 years so I hope this one will to. I have dogs and like to steam clean clean in a regular basis I have used it on the living room carpet and also in the shower room it gets mold sometimes in the grout worked just great got it all cleaned away. I have only had it since Thursday last week but so far its good and great for the money. I had 600 for my last one. The only thing I think they could improve on is the hose it would be better if it was a little longe
You definitely get what you pay for. For under 100 this is a very good quality device. It’s a well built unit with plenty attachments for various jobs. Easy to understand and a powerful jet of steam.

I wish there was a little on board storage, but then this would make it larger probably. It is very light and the tools are easy to change. It’s good that you don’t have to keep your finger on the trigger all the time and that you can reduce steam output for more delicate jobs. Nothing I have though seems to clean grouting as I would want.
Used it to clean the bathroom and the carpet and I have to say,it cleans very effectively and can clean areas which are hard to reach.Also love that I can clean without using any chemical and the result is still super amazing.

Its a good quality product but doesn’t clean the old collected dirt. Overall good product and value for money.
This steamer makes cleaning a pleasure. Customer service is excellent would definately but this again. Loads of attachements
Window attachment does the job, but as this machine doesn’t vacuum, will leave streaks and will drip, but that’s expected so just use a cloth to finish
The jet attachment is great for gaps and crevices.
The small attachment is great for furniture clothes cushions etc.
The large attachment can be used for say a mattress and floors.
Not used the hard brushes yet.
Only negative is a short power cable, but again, not a real issue. Trigger is lockable both in an open or closed position.
Ready to refill after about 5 to 10 minute cool down period. And it will heat up and ready to use in around 5 minutes even tho I am sure it’s under that time.
Ensure to trigger is opened after use on shut down so that the pressure is released quicker and you can undo the safety cap quicker. DO NOT LEAVE THE CAP SCREWED IN TIGHT WHEN NOT IN USE. This could, like all steam cleaners, make it seize up and you won’t be able to release it.
So far, after I have used it, I am happy and would recommend this device as a reasonably priced steam cleaner to rid homes of bacteria, bugs, cleaning solid floors, wooden floors, carpets, hard surfaces, freshening up upholstery and soft furnishings. A great chemical free alternative to deep cleaning.
It is quite easy to use, but the lead is too short. I liked the outcome, the house looked refreshed.
Cons- cable too short, not clear how to use the window attachment, no place to store attachments
