The Morphy Richards Intellisteam Compact with its intelligent timer ensures that all your steamed ingredients are cooked to your desire and ready to serve at the same time. Intellisteam Compact features two individual cooking compartments that can be individually programmed to cook the specific ingredients placed within them. The intelligence of the steamer enables the steaming compartment containing ingredients with the longest cooking time to start first, so the complete meal finishes cooking at the same time.
Intellisteam will remember the last setting you use for each food group and select this automatically when the food group is chosen again. The easy use digital display represents the individual steaming compartments and enables you to easily see the remaining cooking time in each individual compartment. The visible water gauge allows you to monitor water levels during the steaming process and if you need to top up whilst cooking the handy external water top up means you don’t have to disturb your meals cooking progress. As a safety measure there is also a boil dry safety cut out just in case you don’t hear the audible alarm. When cooking has finished the keep warm function keeps food hot for up to 20 minutes until you are ready to serve.

I purchased this after a bit research and I am pleased to buy it as it proving very handy with very good steaming for your food requirements. Also the special feature to add water during use is very unique. Will high recommend

The screen can be a bit confusing to start with but I like how I can put chicken in one compartment and veg in the other and it makes everything ready at the same time. Use it all the time for eggs. Rice, chicken and veg. Easy to clean. I sit it on my hob and put the fan on as there is a lot of steam
Very pleased with this steamer, I have recently had to buy several steamers that did not last more than a few months. But this one is the best. And the digital timer is a bonus . Would definitely recommend
Once having mastered the digital input, the steamer is easy to use. With the divided compartment, food can be cooked individually and finish simultaneously. The keep warm feature is a useful addition.
Super cuiseur vapeur avec ses deux compartiments que l’on peut utiliser indpendamment ou bien en enlevant la sparation en un grand panier. Polyvalent rapide puissant et facile nettoyer car tout passe au lv. J’adore.
Nettoyage compliqu, le calcaire s’insinue partout et difficile de le retirer
La fonction minuteur ne permet pas l’appareil de s’arrter seul, il continu cuire aprs la minuterie programme

Mein alter Eierkocher lste sich auf, und ich suchte einen neuen, bei dem ich nicht kompliziert das Wasser abmessen muss. Da jeder Platz in der Kche kostbar ist, kam ich auf die Idee das gleich mit einem Dampfgarer zu verbinden. Das Dmpfen von Kartoffeln, Spargel etc. klappte hervorragend, doch mit den voreingestellten 12 Minuten wird jedes Ei zu Stein.
Da wir die Eier weich mchten, also Eiwei hart und Eigelb flssig habe ich nach etwas berlegung und Probieren hier nun die fr uns! optimale Lsung:
– Ein khlschrank-kaltes Ei (Gre L) in eine Seite geben und mit der Reiskochschale! abdecken, um den Dampfraum zu verkleinern. (Damit bekommt das Ei/Eier schnell von allen Seiten die gleiche Dampftemperatur.)
-7 Minuten einstellen und dmpfen.
– Nach Ablauf der Zeit noch 30-40 Sekunden warten (warm halten lassen),
– rausnehmen und
– kurz mit kaltem Wasser abschrecken (den Garprozess stoppen, sonst wird es eher wachsartig)
Perfekt, das Ei ist auf den Punkt. Eiwei hart, Eigelb flssig. Alles andere geht ja ohne Probleme.
J’utilise ce produit pour beaucoup de choses mme pour rchauffer la vapeur: je mets le plat dans la double case, le plat se rchauffe sans se desscher. Je le trouve assez difficile nettoyer (vider le reste d’eau est compliqu: a coule un peu partout.. comme je suis un peu dure d’oreilles la sonnerie est vraiment trs faible mais ce sont des dtails mineurs

Wir brauchten Ersatz und haben uns fr dieses Gert entschieden, weil es 2 Garrume nebeneinander hat.
Nach mehrmaligem Gebrauch sind wir bisher sehr zufrieden.

La capacit d utiliser un cote ou les 2 en mme temps trs pratique.
Attention a sa taille? il est assez encombrent sur plan de travail dans la cuisine.
le seul reproche quand on recharge le rservoir avec la bue, on ne voit pas le niveau dans la petite fentre en faade.

When I couldn’t stand any longer the mismatched bits of old steamers I was using I was reluctant to spend as much as this steamer cost, but steeled myself, and I’m glad I did.
The parts are all sturdy, all but the lid are dishwasher safe, and the controls are fairly easy to use. We rarely steam more than two different foods at the same time, but if we do the two sides can be set independantly. I never stacked baskets on any of my old steamers because the top basket never got enough steam to cook properly, so this is a distinct improvement.
Das Gert ist unentbehrlich fr mich geworden. Selbst wenn ich keine Lust zum kochen habe, habe ich in ca 20 Minuten eine komplette Mahlzeit.
Einfach ein paar Kartoffeln und Gemse in die eine Seite. In die andere z.b. Fisch aus dem Tiefkhler.
Gibt auch super Kochbcher oder so im Internet nachschauen. Ganz nebenbei hab ich auch noch ein paar Kilo abgenommen. Was will ich mehr.

The steamer is efficient, and as it is separated into compartments, allows steaming of at least two different food items over different times. The steam builds very quickly, and the original flavour of the food is retained. The only flaw I find, as with most steamers, is that it can take a bit of time to thoroughly clean it.
