Nice light product to assist with day to day cleaning. It does the job and it’s a good product for the price.
Ordered this for my elderly neighbour. It’s perfect she is 84 and hasn’t much strength in her hand it’s so light and easy to use she just loves it. The only thing I can say is it’s very difficult for her to open to empty but I guess that’s because it needs to be secure. Anyway that’s what she has me fo
Perfect for smaller flats. The good: great value for money, doubles as handheld, it’s light and manoeuvrable, charge lasts more than enough to do my flat twice over, the headlights are useful, very compact for storage, suction is absolutely fine (certainly better than I expected, but obviously not as good as an upright). The not so great: the brush head is very light so it sticks up sometimes and you have to tap it with your foot to bring it down, it doesn’t get quite close enough to walls, and the attachments on the handheld are very short and squat, so it can’t fit into some particularly tight spots (the skirting under a radiator for example), and you may have to empty the collector during cleaning as it is very small and fills up fast. I am very pleased with it for this price.
The weight is on the floor where it should be for arthritics, unlike competitors, good suction for a battery model, even on low setting, like the led lights. Nice looking! Soon learned the knack to clean & charge. Bought another for upstairs!
This cleaner is ideal for people who are not to strong, easy to carry and picks up well. Easy to empty if a bit fiddley(three pieces to clean) but ok once you have done a couple of times. Good value but you will need a drill to install the holder.
Really please with this vacuum as it charges quickly and is great for those quick vac jobs, especially when clearing up after kids. The suction is not very strong, but adequate for those quick jobs around the house, eg picking up crumbs, etc.
Benefits: Lightweight, compact, easy to charge, accessories.
Had this almost a week to replace my G-tech. I’m impressed for the price, picks up hair really well and easy to use for my Mum who has arthritis.
Great little cordless vacuum have got tiled floor down stairs in my house and it works can do a full house clean with it in 25min on low suction. When on high suction it lasts about 15mins easy to empty as well would definitely recommend this cordless for the price .
The only downside I am finding is that it seems quite difficult to get the charging lead from the vaccume. It is in an awkward place on the machine.
I got this as an Amazon Warehouse deal under 40; and for that price this 2 in 1 cordless hoover is very impressive I would’ve paid more to be honest definitely the original price.
It’s lightweight very good suction (I have a large Golden Retriever so I know about dog hair ) was pleasantly surprised at the suction and after reading mixed reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect.. but this has exceeded my expectations.. I have long very thick hair and it’s strong enough to give a good once over and pick up all my hair that naturally falls when being combed; it’s also I should imagine perfect for an older person who may struggle carrying a hoover; this is at it states very lightweight and easy to operate; manoeuvrability excellent easy to store it folds up and easy to separate the handheld part from the main appliance; all in all very pleased and to be honest you’re not going to get the suction of a Dyson at this price.. but it’s not far off!!
Perfect for me

Perfect for me
having had a dyson animal 300 for 3 years (repaired twice) we decided to go cheap 84. this vac is fantastic picks up better, easier to push does not have a big locking station on the wall like the dyson simple plugin to charge up. battery last 45 minutes – what a bargai
What a great little vac! I purchased mine from Amazon warehouse, I was a bit apprehensive because it stated that there would be damage to vac, parts missing, no instructions, but for 26.99 thought I would give it a go, the vac arrived, it was immaculate, there was no damage, all the parts were there, in original box with full instructions. I was looking for something light the was a vacuum, I’ve got a GTech but it’s only a sweeper and a Henry but sometimes I need something quick and easy and cordless! The vac ticks all the boxes for me, the suction is excellent, I have a budgie who likes to throw his seed around and the GTech won’t touch it, this will, the light is brilliant, it lights the whole floor.
Great value, does the job, folds down for easy storage and you don’t have to attach it to the supplied wall bracket!
Very pleased easy to use lightweight and like the lights easy to empty and store
V. handy for a quick tidy up, but I still need to use my main Shark vacuum cleaner to get my thick pile carpets deep down clean a couple of times a week. I wouldn’t recommend it as your only vacuum cleaner unless you have hard floors or thinner pile carpets.
Item was a replacement for the original where the charger stopped working. Still think these are good.
It’s the first cordless lightweight vacuum I’ve ever had and I can swear by it, I’ll never go back to old fashion heavy cord vacuums, even if the suction is a little better. This Morphy Richards vac makes the job in walk in the park in a third of the time I used to need. It’s so easy and fast I’ve found myself using it a lot more than I thought I would, practically every day, so the house always looks nice and clean now (not that it didn’t before, but… you know what I mean!)
Amazing . I have had this for 3 months now .Wish I had bought one of these years ago . Because it is so light to use, I now happily hoover my flat every day .Charge lasts for about 3 cleans of my one bed flat . I don’t use a broom anymore , this little vacuum does it all . Only slight issue is removing the dust catcher to empty can be bit tricky with my small hands , but really that is minor . Can’t believe how much dust I got out of my carpet , my floors are mostly wood and it picks up everything . I have a long haired small dog so plenty of pet hair ! The light is very handy to see under furniture , the hoover goes flat so you can get under all things . Old hoover went in the bin . I also bought a Murphy Richards steam mop which I use once a week . Both brilliant .
I have replaced my heavy pull-along vacuum with this brilliant little machine. It is lightweight and very manoeuvrable
and in my small flat its charge is more than sufficient for several cleanings. It recharges very quickly giving you time for a cup of tea before continuing.
Very pleased and pleasantly surprised how good this little vacuum is. I have paid alot more for Dyson and Gtech and was disappointed in the value for money. Give this one a try, I doubt you’ll be sorry. I don’t have stairs so can’t comment.
We have always used Dyson but got fed up with them constantly breaking and the cost is too expensive.
We read the reviews on this hoover and thought we’d give it a try.
Pros – light weight
Light on front
Run time is great 30mins plus
Suction is plenty (dont think it’s as powerful as the dyson but enough)
Comes with attachments for stairs etc
Cons – there isnt a longer attachment to reach corners or curtain poles etc
Slightly fiddly charging point
Overall this is a great hoover and I would highly recomend it. We have 2 children and 2 cats and have been using the hoover for around 2 months with no problems.
Love it this is my second one. Light weight, good suction. A lot easier to empty the dust container they have improved the design. Good price, as in my local shop it was 20 more. Also seems to hold the charge more this time round.
Like my cordless vaccum. One charge last me a week (depends on how often you hoover) the light is good easy to empty.
The Morphy Richards 2 in 1 Vac is an affordable, effective cordless vacuum cleaner. I have no hesitation in giving it a 5 star rating in it’s class. For the price you get a decently powerful vacuum cleaner which is light, portable and easy to store. It’s not a Dyson or a Shark but then it retails at less than a third of the price, so as always you get what you pay for. And in this case, you get a lot for your money.
Firstly, it has two power settings – high and low. I have tested the latter out on vinyl, tiles and laminate flooring and it works really well. Turn it up to the high setting for carpets and it’s very effective. Alternatively just use the high setting for all floor types and you will get a really clean finish. After all, how long does it take to vac an average house? The manufacturers claim that it will run for 50 minutes on the low setting which I have not tested. But, if you need to use a vacuum for the best part of an hour you probably have a house so big that you can afford either a top of the range Dyson or a cleaner.
So for a small house, I think it does it’s job. You can use it as a traditional upright cleaner or as a detachable mini cleaner which is useful for stairs, ceiling corners and those pesky dust spiders who seem to appear from nowhere.
The Vac comes with two accessory tools for those difficult areas which you can combine to work as three tools. There is a battery level indicator and the main vacuum head comes with cool headlights to highlight those difficult to see areas. I wish you could turn them off, as you don’t always need them and it must reduce the battery life. The main vacuum head is very flexible which allows you to reach difficult areas under furniture, chairs etc,
Other nice touches are the fold down handle which makes storage very easy and the wall mounted attachment although I haven’t tried that yet.
The two minor criticisms I have is that the batteries are not removable – the charger just plugs into the body of the cleaner – which means that the life of the product is dictated by the life of the batteries. So this product has a distinct shelf life – I’m guessing three years tops. Secondly when you are using the vac in its main position to clean it snaps too easily into the upright position, especially if you are a tall person like myself. Not a big problem, just a matter of getting the knack.
after 2 years i’m still pleased with this purchase..
Recently I was getting frustrated with its performance (dropping debris etc) and about to replace it with a dyson – but sat down and delivered last-chance TLC and boom – back to new
I have a 3 storey home and can still do one floor on a charge – i don’t mind the paradigm shift from 240v “scorched earth” vacuuming policy to the wireless “sniper”
I would imagine a dyson is more powerful – but as my home isnt Miss Havisham level of ruin, its plenty for me.. I would speculate that maybe it doesnt perform so well on very deep carpets
I bought this to keep upstairs as carrying my heavy Dyson vacuum cleaner up there was a pain. It has made life so much easier for me and it is so easy just to whizz this around whenever needed, being really lightweight and cordless makes it great for just getting on with the job. Admittedly my Dyson has more suction and gives a deeper clean but it’s still a relatively good clean. You have the option of having a lighter clean to save the battery but it’s not enough in my eyes so I stick to the stronger option. The fact that you just lift off part of it and have a handheld cleaner is great too. It’s easy to store as it is quite compact and the folding handle is a clever idea. The main downside is you have to empty it quite often as obviously the dust compartment is quite small. It is a bit of a pain as you have to clean the concertina type filter and I have always ended up getting dust all over me and the floor whilst doing it but it may be something that gets better with practice or it could be that I am not particularly dexterous. Also I do find that the brush head lifts up sometimes whilst you use it but you just need to tap it down and away you go. So for me, despite a couple of niggles I would say this is an ideal vacuum for what I need it for and I would buy it again as long as it stands the test of time. I really would not want to be without it now.
This Hoover is excellent for what I wanted it for & that was to use in the bedrooms & the stairs. I am amazed at its performance. It is small enough to Hoover down the sides of the bed which is a godsend as no other Hoover has been narrow enough o do that.It is very lightweight, another bonus. There are 2 negatives & these are it soon topples over unless you are carefully & the other is access to the charging point is incredibly awkward.Plugging in isn’t too bad but getting it out is very fiddly.Despite the negatives I love it & am so glad I bought i
This cordless vacuum is amazing. So easy to use and very lightweight. I had so much trouble hoovering before due to joint issues, but this vacuum cleaner has cured all that! So easy to just grab and have a quick hoover round and the different settings for power are great, as is the little light on the front. It’s so light and easy to manoeuvre, it’s not at all clumsy when pushing round. The handheld part is easy to take on and off and is perfect for the stairs- makes the job so much quicker! Even our teenager vacuums now we have this handy cordless! I just plug it in to charge inbetween uses. It is very compact and the handle folds down to store. It is really simple to empty too. I honestly love it, wish I’d bought one ages ago, does the job perfectly. Great to use in the car and on settee etc too. Registered it online as well for the 2 year warranty. Highly recommend, everyone in my house loves it!
THE BAD DESIGN OFF THE ON/OFF START SWITICH ITS TO FAR OUT
Nice little hoover for homes with mostly wooden floor. Need to empty the small handheld part’s receptacle each time, but quite good battery time. Ideal for what J wanted it to do. Be superb in a caravan or small flat.
Haven’t got stairs but it’s nice and light for me and grt on carpe
Great little vaccum bought to try before buying more expensive one. Great for a medium sized house so light weight, suction pretty good. My previous one was a Dyson which was really heavy to carry up stairs. Ideal for the elderly person as it’s easy to empty and use. Wouldn’t be suitable for a 4 bed plus house with lots of traffic and animals as the dirt holder is quite small. Only downside is that it doesn’t come with a stand to hold upright when not using, it just leans against my cupboard wall.
This was a present, bought for a friend who’s just moved into a house with stars and has a hip problem. The idea was to leave it upstairs and use normal for downstairs. However, she can easily lift it. Having used it several times (and her Daughter’s – novelty value also), she is extremely pleased with the lightness and the vac power.
This is a proper good cordless vacuum cleaner. I live in a decent-sized two bedroom flat, I’m still on 50% battery after a full clean. The suction is good, it’s easy to empty, the brush beater at the front is great for rugs and carpets, but it works great on hard floors too. Push the red button and within seconds you’ve got a handheld vacuum to get into corners and pick up spills. The only problems are that the capacity isn’t massive, I have to empty it twice to do the whole flat. And it doesn’t get all the way into corners in full-height mode, but that’s fine because you can do that better in handheld mode anyway. I’ve used similar cleaners that cost a lot more at the homes of friends and family and this one is better.
Light and easy to use; not hugely powerful, but good for a flat with no pets, and where garden muck is not trodden in.
I haven’t got any stairs. Quiet, easy to put together. Suction could be a tad better.
This is a great vacuum for my purposes. Easy to store, use and is light weight. The only downside, I find it difficult to locate the charging point within the hoover. Other than this, a good price and a great buy. Recommended.
I was quite shocked by how good this is and how light. It’s great on my hard floor and kitchen tiles and also carpet. The only reason I gave this 4 stars not 5 was that the charging is quite a while. 5 hours for a full charge. I can whiz round the downstairs of the house in about 10 mins so the charge does last a good few times of use. It’s extremely light easy to use and dismantle for cleaning. I know a lot of reviews said about the charge so let being hidden away but I had no problem with at all it’s clear to see and easy to get to. I’m really happy with i
I wanted a good lightweight cleaner that was cordless. Exactly what I wanted. Cleans really well and the charge lasts a while. The only thing I wish it did was have the two tools for the hand held cleaner attached to the Hoover. But it’s not a bad point to it that I wouldn’t buy it.
Brilliant swivel on the handle to brush so that you can angle it under tables and chair without moving them out of the way. It too noisy either.
So I’d used a Dyson at a holiday cottage and really liked the ease of cordless – but really, really didn’t like the price (and have gone off Dyson). However, I thought I’d risk this and I can only recommend it. I wanted something to whisk round to pick up labrador hair from mostly hard floors, and it totally does the job at a fraction of the price of a Dyson. It picks up beautifully from wood / tile floors and it really does the job on my rugs too. It’s neat, comes with the bracket to hang on the wall and has a couple of useful attachments and is easy to empty and clean. What’s not to love?
Have used every day for last couple of weeks, empty it every second use, knock out all the dust etc from the filters and so far, so brilliant.
If pushed to find a negative, the wall bracket doesn’t charge as the cable fits in the back of the actual vacuum…. but seriously, that is not a reason to spend the extra 300….
After reading some of the negative reviews about this product I was hesitant to continue with my order. However, as soon as the item was delivered and I opened the box and powered up the bad boy, my mind was blown! For the price you pay, you get so much. It’s easy to use, hassle free. Slim. Easy to store away and has plenty of tricks up its sleeve! The power to weight ratio is perfect allowing you to hoover up the tightest of corners! With the xenon powered headlights you’re able to see in the most difficult of places, helping you to achieve the cleanest and freshest floor!
Deffo recommend this product!
Love the fact that there is no cord. Works for quite a while before having to recharge. Has good suction power and goes easily under some furniture, eg. Under beds. Only disadvantage is emptying which can be fiddly and messy.
I’m delighted with this little cleaner. It really is lightweight and I can zoom round my flat in no time. The handheld part detaches easily from the rest of the machine and makes cleaning the stairs simple and quick. It’s easy to empty, too. Only caveat is that grumble about connecting for recharging – the hole’s practically impossible to find! Once charged, though, it holds it and I can use the machine several times over about a month before I have to recharge it. I’m in my 70s, with arthritic hands, and this machine doesn’t cause me any problems at all.
Brilliant. Took me ages to decide on a cordless vac. Really pleased I chose this one. Not sure what one that cost 2 or 3 times more can do that this doesn’t. Very easy to use, we use it on carpet and vinyl and have no problems whatsoever. Why spend more when you can get this at a fraction of the cost with the same results?
I’ve had this hoover a while now.. I love it!
It’s light and picks up well.. the battery seems to last ages.. I’d highly recommend this ( hence writing this review months after purchasing it) .. my close pal brought one!
I actually enjoy hoovering more now and cordless is the way to go!
I like the fact I do get the 50minutes on the fully charged battery. I did find it difficult to open to empty, but with practice it is getting easier.
Very suitable for the more elderly to do regular clean-ups.The only problems are (1) it fills up very very quickly.(2) the bend just above the cleaner head gets blocked up with fluff and is hard to clear without a bendy bit of plastic or something to poke it through.(3) the charging socket is deep inside the back of the column and is quite hard to locate the charger lead into its socket.
This hoover is super lightweight but has great suction. We live in a 2 bedroom apartment and I can hoover the whole of the apartment on one charge. The hand held detachable piece is great for doing the car and stairs. Haven’t had it for long but so far so good, am very pleased with my purchase.
I really like this cordless vacuum cleaner, very worth it for the money. It lasts around 20 minutes but that for a small house is more than enough, I clean my whole flat in 5-7 minutes so it’s perfect.
This little thing has been a godsend. It stores away to a very small size and whips up in seconds when you need it, the charge lasts a long time and it’s surprisingly powerful. I use it to keep on top of carpets during the week and use a bigger corded vacuum for a deep clean once a week / every other week.
Product is good and easy to clean. But it automatically gets turned on, looks like there is a fault in the machine. Except this, overall it’s a nice product.
What did I do before I got this superb machine, hauled the hoover upstairs!! No more, this is perfect for leaving upstairs and has a light on the front to help to see the bits. I highly recommend this, its just brilliant, and light enough to carry with ease if you do just want to use on another floor. Wouldn’t be without i
Perfect for what i needed, good product and came quick. would say the head needs to be a bit heavier to make sure it plants itself a bit firmer on floor, but those with wooden or tiled floors, this product is perfect for you!
Bought to vac new wood flooring rather than use my heavy duty vac. Found to be very good and the lights on the base pick up all the dust. I don’t think it could replace my other vac for the rest of the house and it obviously needs emptying each time it’s used. Overall very pleased as it does just what I bought it for.
Great little hoover which I bought for my mother-in-law who struggles to use the big heavy hoovers. She can use it fine and empty it with ease and the battery last ages. Brilliant you can’t ask for more, in fact I may buy one for myself too.
Very happy. Half the price of a Dyson. Seems well made. 2yr warranty. Happy with its power and desig
Pros:
– Lightweight
– Easy to manoeuvre
– Decent battery life
– Great on wood floors
Cons:
– Poorly balanced, falls over ALL the time
– Emptying is a bit fiddly
– Falls over again
– Not great for carpets
– Surprise; it’s fallen over.
Overall I’m pleased with how this cordless vac performs in my two bedroom flat, with mostly wood floors and no pets. I wouldn’t fancy it in a heavily carpeted house, where you need more power to clean the pile. It’s super lightweight and easy to move around (is not top heavy at all, like some of the competitors). Battery life seems strong. Worst part is that it falls over all the time, if left standing up or charging. I have a few marks in my floor and on the vac where it has fallen over, and I wouldn’t be surprised if this doesn’t cause more serious damage sometime in the future. For the price I paid, I’m pleased.
Nice lightweight vacuum. Easy to put together and clean . It came slightly charged but I still charged it to full which took about an hour. It has 2 speeds which is useful over my rugs. The high power is totally sufficient and the lights allow you to see tiny specs that I believe you otherwise can’t see! I am using this on laminate , Lino and rugs in a small flat. It’s ideal . The hand held detachable unit is also very effective and gets into the corners.
I would highly recommend this little vac. If you bought it as a gift for someone they’d be well pleased. I bought it for myself.
I really love this hover, as my spine was fused as a child and I was really struggling with my Henry ( he’s a bit of a nightmare weight wise)
I was dubious about this not being as powerful but it’s absolutely brilliant! I can now quickly zip over the carpet without causing any pain as so lightweight and can at last do my stairs! Easy to clean and great charge that lasts for ages!
Bought to replace my beloved Miele which is too heavy for me now and I was pleasantly surprised at how light and easy it was to manoeuvre around the furniture. The light on the front is good because you can see into the corners without having to bend down – very satisfied with my purchase
Needs emptying after each use and the does not pick up animal fur very well without getting blocked, but other than that quite good
It’s good. Not amazing. But good. For 100 it’s what you’d expect. It you want amazing then you need to spend more. It picks up dog hair well, and most bits around the house. But if you want a deep clean then you need a proper hoover. This is good for picking up crumbs after the kids dinner etc
Good improvements on last model except plug in on charger to small for older people. Good pick up & power. Filler difficult to clean could do with replacement added to pack. Have already recommended it to friends .
Excellent value for the money.
One niggle and that is the charging point which is awkwardly situated inside the handle.
This vacuum sucks, but seriously I had the model before this one and the battery failed within the guarantee period, Amazon refunded excellent!
This model has a better lasting battery, sucks better, therefore lasts longer and has a bigger better dust chamber than the previous model! Do empty it after every use and use an old toothbrush to rake the dust away from the filter inside regularly. Just a bit cumbersome on stairs.
This vaccum is everything I wanted After struggling with a heavy machine I wish I had purchased sooner. I have a mixture of wooden floors and carpeted ones and this machine copes with both very efficiently. It stores well thanks to the folding handle and the lightness is such a bonus. All features are true to advert and I must say I am extremely happy to own this miracle of a cleaner.
I love it. Almost makes it fun to vacuum. I have been using a Dyson cylinder for quite a few years now, this has now been relegated to another cupboard with the intention of still using once a week for the main clean and Morphy for the quickie in between. Morphy has proved so successful, lightweight, good suction and the joy of no cable that he has the job permanently. My only small issues are the the tools are not great and a bit fiddly finding the socket to charge
At first as a senior citizen I found it difficult to get to the bit that holds the dust as it was quite stiff. Very pleased I managed to undo it without help today. I find this vacuum cleaner light and very efficient in every way. Picks up the cat fur very well indeed.
So after a week long discussion me and my bf decided to get this one, rather than a Dyson.
I’ve used a Dyson before, and really liked how effortless it was, so I was quite fussy about cheap hoovers. But Dysons are a little unnecessarily expensive.
Pros:
1. Fairly light;
2. Lights in front of the upright unit is VERY helpful, such a good design;
3. Upright unit is surprisingly easy to hold and control, I was worried about whether the handle design will hurt my wrist;
4. Two power options for upright unit.
5. Battery indicator is useful.
Cons:
1. As someone has mentioned, charging port in the hoover is quite deep when it is in the upright unit;
2. No low power option for handheld unit (the high-power is quite loud);
3. Two different heads that can be attached to the handheld unit are a brush and a rectangular accessory, they both are quite short especially the brush one. The front of the handheld unit is quite chunky so it’s a bit difficult to get to corners with a short head (and you can’t really see it very well)
Other notes: it comes with a wall mount piece, but i’ve just leaned mine against the skirting and the wall. It’s actually alright, very compact and doesn’t take much space at all, hasn’t fall down yet.
Update in April 2020:
1. Still using and happy with the purchase.
2. One more good design: the roller on the bottom of upright unit can be detached and I just use a pair of scissors to get rid of tangled long hairs.
3. The battery is still doing okay, I definitely can finish hoovering the entire floor of our one bed flat on a full charge, and with some power left to do skirting and shelves. However I imagine a bigger house will struggle.
4. Still haven’t mounted it to the wall and hasn’t fall down yet!
This is the best hoover. It weighs next to nothing and is ever so quiet, hoovering the house is now done in no time. My friend got a cordless one where the cylinder is on the top of the handle which over long use impacts your wrist. But this beauty here is just the one. It re-charges rather fast. First I thought who needs a light on the hoover but to be honest its useful. I can highly recommend this hoover!
This is honestly the best purchase I have made in quite some time. I am 30 weeks pregnant and was really struggling to get my bulky hoover up and down the stairs all the time. So I decided to treat myself to a cordless hoover (something I’ve wanted for AGES). This hoover is so light, there is just no effort to hoovering at all. It has little lights on the front so you can see little bits of dirt under furniture that you’d otherwise have missed & it’s head is small enough to get into corners etc. I am not going to lie and say it is as powerful as my big corded hoover, but it really is enough to get the job done. It works just as well on the wood floor downstairs as it does on the carpets upstairs and the handheld part is super handy for the doing the stairs. It charges in a few hours and the charge lasts long enough to do my 2 bed house from top to bottom in one go. Literally no complaints what so ever.
It’s great haven’t use our corded vacuum since we bought it. We have a three bedroom house and can clean the whole house on one full charge. The dust compartment is small and needs emptying regularly, but it’s acceptable, and easy to clean all in all a wonderful tool and a more than reasonable price compared to bid makes in cordless marke
Love it, we’ve got a labrador and a 1 year old, and our house is a mixture of laminate flooring and carpet, it’s been a dream to use since day 1 and struggle to see why I didn’t get this earlier. We’ve got a three bed house so still got quire an old corded Dyson to do a big clean, but that’ll be coming out once a month now instead of every other day. We’ll worth the money in my opinion.
Some things that weren’t clear to me till I dig around on the manufacturers website before I bought it:
– The red bit with the motor and dust box clips out away from the upright bit so you can use it in the car and on furniture
– the floor piece on the upright bit has another motor in it to spin the brush bar, great for carpet and works really well
– it’ll comes with a wall mounted charge Dock and accessory holde
I am sceptical at first because 1.) it was really cheap so I was afraid that it would be easy to break down 2.) I often see people complained how fast the dust filled up and how the battery ran out quite quickly. But I still bought it anyway. I am a student living in a studio so this small vacuum cleaner is perfect. Yes, it is small and lightweight. It would probably fill up very quickly if you use it for a house or a huge apartment. But for a small student accommodation, or perhaps a small studio for one person, this vacuum cleaner is quite great. The suction power is enough to get some dust off the mats as well. I have long hair and this vacuum has no problem picking the strands up. Also, it is very easy to clean as well.
Found it so difficult to manouvre previous vacuum and once I used this I kicked myself for struggling for so long. This is sooo much easier. It’s much lighter first off, but it being cordless and easy to twist around the furniture really makes such a difference. I have a small home and creaky bones so this really suits me and is ideal for what I need. The handle folds in half which also makes it very easy to store and “hide”- my small home also has small storage!
My only critique is that emptying the cannister is a bit fiddly. Seems to also be a design flaw that there are two ways to connect the filter thingy to the cone and basically if you do it the wrong way it won’t fit back together and won’t undo easily either! But other than that you tip contents into bin and stick back onto vacuum body. Being able to easily disconnect the handheld unit is a definite bonus too. Very versatile. I’m glad I spent more than I have before as it’s worth the extra money just to have a much easier life. Hopefully it will last a while and be great value for money.

I wanted a cordless vacuum as I was finding it increasingly difficult lugging my upright, corded vacuum around the house and especially had difficulty on the stairs. I decided on the Morphy Richards because of previous reviews and can honestly say the it’s the best decision I’ve made in a long time. It’s lightweight, has a swivel head making it easy to get into more awkward spaces and the suction is great. Turns into a hand held which is great for stairs and the car. Cleans the whole house thoroughly on one charge or lasts for a few quick run-overs. Empties and cleans easily. Don’t waste your money on an expensive model – this is a great wee machine.
Just the ticket – light little unit with a bit of oomph! Ideal for picking up after meals , after dog walks and such.
Not a replacement for the main vacuum but not designed to be – easy to store and handle.
I absolutely LOVE this Hoover
It’s light. , easy to clean everywhere, it’s manoeuvrability is excellent, & the lights on it are so so useful too !!
I had to give this 5 stars because I love it. BUT there is one small problem ” The battery wire entrance point ! ” I have arthritis and can only just fit my fingers into the the INDENT where the battery charger fits. If you have fat fingers it is a no no. Such a shame as this is the best 2 in 1 cordless I have tried. ( Better than the Hoover 2 in 1 ). Very light , easy to use/empty and clean. Good suction.
Great lightweight vacuum that does what it says. Only thing I don’t like is emptying it, as in shaking the filters over the bin to clear them, inevitably some of the dust gets back on the floor around the bin.
Pros:
Surpised at how good the suction and brush power is, works very well on all surfaces.
Lightweight and easily stored, the 2-1 dual capability is very useful for using the handheld vacuum in a car.
Battery lasted 35mins for me on constant full power in first use, so pretty good.
Cons:
Would suit a small house best as requires emptying regularly (once per 2 rooms in my house). Ideally the dust canister could do with being bigger, but minor complaint.
Also the crevice tool nozzle is quite short but could be upgraded.
Highly recommended and glad I chose it over more expensive Dyson or Shark models which I couldn’t justify the cost of.
I was expecting this little vacuum to be good as I already have the model before it. I was not preoared for just how good it actually is though! It has excellent suction power, picks up my cats hairs off of the carpet, makes light work of stray cat litter that lands on the special litter mat, in fact, makes light vacuuming and absolute pleasure. I was surprised at how long the battery lasts for too. I can vacuum my hall, lounge and kitchen and sti have more than half battery power left. I like the swivel head too, makes things so much easier. I am very impressed and would recommend this to anyone. Superb value for money!
This machine is very good, it picks up dog’s hairs etc and is very easy to empty. There are two power settings and it recharges quickly.
The swivel head is good and it is easy to use.
*very good for cat hairs, and simply a dream to run round all surfaces with*. This comment came from my friend who has had a triple heart bypass, so the vac is getting two reviews in one! I find it very easy to use, and the handheld loses no power for being detachable. Can’t say about battery yet, it’s still charged up, I’ve only had it two days Ly
I bought this battery operated vacuum cleaner as my wife used a similar item in a shop she helped out in. This one cost much less than half the price of the expensive one she was used to -AND it is MUCH BETTER- she’s delighted. Also by registering it with the manufacturer immediately online we’ve got a TWO year guarantee. She allows me to play with it sometimes, even I love it.
This cordless vacuum is brilliant, battery life is good and the cleaning power is excellent. Best of all it doesn’t blow hot air in your face as you use it as some others do. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a light weight space saving vacuum cleaner.
Already submitted and warmly recommended, in fact am thinking of buying another. Excellent charged time
So good, I did buy another to keep upstairs as I have to use a stair lift and carrying a vacuum cleaner can be awkward and not very safe. It is very efficient, quick, light and easy to use.
Bought this for my elderly mum , it’s a good vacuum only problem is she can’t get the front piece of to empty the dust compartment with her arthritic hands that’s the only issue
Vacuum sucks well, is lightweight, and holds the charge well. Sometimes is doesn’t pick up everything and the brush roll hairs have to be cut constantly along with the dirt container being emptied. A good little vac but with limitations.
After reading other reviews about this product I decided to give this cordless vacuum a try. It turns out it is great, very good value for money, better battery life than even the market leaders. Very versatile, I vacuum my car mat carpets and it even has two speeds—one good for battery saving and nonetheless efficient on hard floors and the normal which cleans my carpet well!
Any flaws?: well maybe that long hairs get tangled at the front brush and after a while it stops turning. The front piece used to clean floor has a brush to help cleaning. This is absolutely not to worry about, it is ready to clean and does not impede the right functionality
Bought for a neighbour who sings its praises. Perfect for her since it is light and powerful at the same time. One minor niggle is the two buttons on the waste compartment which are extremely difficult to push in to release. I am now the regular opener of the waste compartment and I have difficulty myself. I should mention both of us are senior citizens
This is my second review. At first this seemed like a great but not perfect vacuum for the money. After very little use it blocks with a small amount fluff, any hair on the roller stops it working and it won’t pick up anything heavier than dust. Useless!
Bought this for my aged Mum who is finding it impossible to push her cylinder vac round her flat now. She is absolutely over the moon with this, she zooms round her flat in minutes, it it powerful and picks up extremely well. The dust compartment is small but if any larger you would compromise the units light weight. Having Said that it is very easy to empty so not a problem. All in all a perfect buy for the smaller home or if you just keep it for say vacuuming bits up off the kitchen floor. Not often I am surprised by a product these days but this is Excellent!
I am pleased with the super-vac but I do find it difficult to remove handheld vac and so far have been unable to remove the floor brush as I can’t press the release button harder enough.
The product is as described, A simple stick vacuum, works well even at the reduced power setting and it only costs a third of the price of the of the expensive range. I think it is a bargain!
Great little hoover – never a problem picking up loose or even large items, very light, no more than a few Lbs, and able to vacuum the whole 4 bed house on single charge – only issue I had was with the courier who delivered it to the wrong address. Thankfully they popped it round a few days later. Since it’s arrived we’ve used it daily.
I dont know what to say really other than wow! Oh ok, I do know what to say..
Ive always been a Henry fan for performance and versatility of use. I gave up the upright hoovers when they couldn’t quite reach corners and were no good on stairs.
However I have 2 dogs now and really need to pop Henry around daily but its too much lugging it around and getting the hose and power cord tangled etc so thought Id give a cordless/dual hoover a go!
Im a massive idiot when it comes to scanning reviews and can spend days deciding.
All the well known brands were a tad pricey for something i wasnt sure id even like so went middle for diddle and got this hoover!
So pleased i did and this is why..
Very easy set up, very lightweight, very upright, very good suction, very good pick up, very easy to manoeuvre, very easy to remove the handheld, very easy to empty, very easy to store AND very quick to pop around the house daily!
As others have said yes it needs emptying almost after every use if you have pets but thats so easy and also quite a nice clean feeling as you can see (but dont believe) quite how much this hoover picks up!
It effortlessly rolls on and off rugs and the handheld brilliantly gets in all the crevices!
Stairs are also a breeze!
So chuffed with this little hoover and Im so pleased I didnt buy one that was 2/3 times more expensive

Love it looked at other reviews and tried a Dyson hand held first at a shop , this wins hand down on price performance and nifty head lights and swivel action too easy to empty, take put on a little cleaning job, so don’t have to lug their heavy Dyson upstairs!!, I have bad inflammatory rheumatoid arthritis, very ligh
