Easy Installation

I have these in the kitchen they are brilliant come on the moment you walk in . Saves keep putting the lights on .
Using it in the bathroom. Will put one on the stairs also.
I was looking for a way to light the bathroom without using the main light, These have proved to be perfect, Easy to attach with the self-adhesive metal plate. The AA battery seems to last for ages and gives good light, not so bright as to burn my sleepy eyes. With the magnetic attachment to the wall replacing it will be simple.
We needed to find a way of reducing our electricity costs due to rising prices and have cut down in other areas but needed to find a way to light the house without turning the main lights on. We now have one of these in the kitchen, one in the inner hall, one on the stairs and one on the landing and I have just placed an order for two more – one for the downstairs toilet and another for the kitchen. They give enough light in the kitchen to make a cup of tea and enough on the stairs and landing to go to bed safely in the dark without turning on the main lights. Bright enough without being too bright although we have notice a variation in the brightness between the different lights.

Brilliant safety product, perfect for indoor or outdoor use. I have these at my front door to save having to use outside light which I often then forget to turn off, and also when I’m out earlier in day and don’t wish to leave light on during day, even when I may be returning in dark, so they’re are a great convenience giving me peace of mind as well as safety when coming home. They also act as a security deterrent as they come on very quickly with slightest motion. Very easy to fit and cheap to run, and great value all round. Absolutely brilliant!
Nice size, only require 1 AA battery, good motion detection, great value, nice safety light .
Things I like about these:
– Compact and lightweight, good for travel
– Takes 1 x AA battery
– Nice and bright for its size
– Has a switch to select on/auto/off
– Quite a nice design, but…
Things that could be better:
– Like so many other lights of this type, these have a curved base, so you can’t just stand them up on a flat surface. I did try balancing them on the one flat side (opposite side from the switch) but it’s not that stable and not as good in terms of light positioning. I know these have several ways of fixing them to a wall etc, but I use them for travelling and would just like to be able to stand them on a shelf or bedside table in hotels and so on (the battery is in the base and would provide the weight to keep it stable).
– The light sensor is not all that sensitive, i.e. sometimes it comes on when there is still some ambient light, but that said it’s better than some I’ve tried.
– The single AA battery is great for portability, but does mean it needs changing a bit more often than one with multiple batteries.
– The light is described as warm white (I think it said yellow somewhere?) – I would say it’s on the cool side of warm, but again, not as cold a light as some I’ve had so I can live with it (I avoid cool/blue light at night).
On the whole, a good effort. I hope they last well.

Good product with only 4 stars for fixing. The lights aren’t free standing and so if you cannot use the magnetic strip or don’t want to fix the light to a wall using the doubel sided tape the light has to lean back – or it will fall forward. Nevertheless would buy again.
These little lights are great. Motion detection is great too. Only thing I dont like is, the maget on the back coukd be stronger.

Set up in bedroom to light up the way to the loo at night. Lots of light for a compact 1 battery unit. Not dazzling. Great value.
Got these for my elderly parents who regularly have to answer the call of nature in the night. they do an excellent job. really happy with the performance
