(2) Select to allow the ‘labelprinter.pkg’ in the option pointed.
Then you can install the printer driver.
Q. Why I am printing blank labels?
It means the printer didn’t remember the label size correctly. Please operate by following steps.
1. Turn on the printer; 2. Press FEED button and hold on; 3. Release your finger when you hear one “Di” sound. Then, the printer will “know” the label size and will not print a blank label.
If not working, please reset the printer by following the method.
1. Turn on the printer; 2. Press FEED button and hold on; 3. Release your finger when you hear five “Di” sound. 4. Then, you will hear another “Di” sound, which means the printer was reset. After the above methods, you can set up the label size from the beginning and try again.

We love our munbyn printer. It was quick and simple to set up and it’s easy to design and print custom labels for our small biz. Wouldn’t be without it now!
Good printer no DRM on paper like with the new Dymos. Only complaints and it could be user error on the larger postal labels I get a small black line down one side, and the paper holder for rolls should probably come standard.
The printer was simple enough to set up and use. The first one I had printed blurry and kept missing a lot of stickers. Customer service replaced it and I have not had a problem since. Very clear prints and no missed stickers.
I love this! Bought as a bit of a treat for myself, but it’s SO much quicker and easier than printing labels on paper and taping them down. Easy to set up and I no longer need to spend on ink for my regular printer.
I bought this after being fed up of using my printer and cellotape to put addresses on my parcels. It’s a complete time saver! It takes no ink, unlike my printer. The label printer also comes with a few labels inside the box too! The print quality has been fine, it scans at the post office and with Hermes – both couriers I’ve now used these labels on.
Although the link to download the software in the instruction manual didn’t work, I was able to find it via google on the manufacturers website.
I really can’t fault this so far.
I use a Mac and it works fine; it even comes with an adaptor for the newer macs that do not have a USB connection.
Martin from munbyn team helped me with the software issue I had with the laptop connecting printer. He was very helpful and co-operative in dealing with it. Took us 1 hour to tackle the issue , and he nailed it. My printer was spilling blank papers and we didn’t had any idea why, but he found the solution and made everything okay.

It’s so easy to use and has a really good instruction video to help you started.
It also has the ability to make small stickers. I LOVE this as I can make stickers for anything I want like promotions or asking for a review.

What a great product to have for my small business. Honestly saved so much money with this, super easy + quick to use/setup and the quality is sooooo goood ! Definitely worth the investment.
It’s compact, smart-looking, prints quite well. The only negative is it is very fiddly to use and takes time to set up. So ideal for larger print runs but time-consuming for one-offs. The customer service responds quickly but did not really solve my issue.

Really impressed how easy this machine has been to setup. Plug and play, Windows had the drivers ready to go so and added it automatically.
Once installed, set the printer’s properties to the label size you want as your default size – for me, that’s 10x15cm shipping labels.
Regarding label templates, as well as you use the correct page size (which was set as an option in OpenOffice, MS Word, Publisher and Visio, graphics and text come out clearly.
Worth noting that graphics have come out a little spotty for me as the original graphic was a little low resolution so I’d suggest using good resolution graphics in custom labels.
All in all, it is a quick, responsive machine which prints shipping labels reliably and with no ink. Well worth the price.
This printer has cut our despatch time down by a huge amount of time, it easily pays for itself in time savings.
Little disappointed with the print quality after owner a thermal printer of a more reputable brand, works fine on full-size labels though for royal mail and most postal services. Use the flat labels cheaper and work fine
Very happy with this product and the customer service which was easy to find and use to ask about print sizes on a Mac, it’s made post office trips a lot easier!
