we bought this as a present for our 9 yo and he loves it!
I will never buy another metal detector from this company/person.
The metal detector was a present for my 11 year old son. He’s only had it a few days but has loves using it. It was easy to assemble and works well. The only issue we had was that the headphones were broken when we go them out. One earphone rattles and does not work. Because this was a birthday present and I bought it more than a month before my son’s birthday, it was too late to return it for a replacement. It’s frustrating that I can’t get the headphones replaced although i’ll look into this further. Other than that it seems a great product so far.

Arrived very fast (1 day), so pleasantly surprised by that. I have only played around in the garden so far due to lockdown, but it works very well and I am impressed that it only needs a single battery (my old one required 2).

It was very easy to put together straight out the box and didn’t need the instructions.
To understand the calibration you will require the instructions though and probably a couple of read throughs.
Bought as a Christmas present for my son in law, he loves it, he is just starting to do this as a hobby.
Xmas present well used so far. Easy to set up and works well
But then he found some old 1 coins and a few 20p’s. Easy to use, takes a bit of time to get the hang of working out a strong signal as opposed to a weak fake signal.
We also found many cans, tent pegs and other non desirables. Fantastic product that we will continue using.
This managed to detect a small toy car i must have buried as a child ,it detected it 2.5ft down ,, works great on the beach

good starter unit kept kids entertained for ages would recommend , cheaper than a day on local pier 🙂
Didn’t expect much from this but its actually really good my partner loves it and for a beginner i think its perfect easy to use and simple instructions
Arrived ok, not for me so have not tried it, but haven’t had any complaints.
