Fantastic bit of kit . Takes a little time to map your home , once completed it’s away and like a robotic lawn mower your thinking why did I not buy one sooner. Does not like low low lipped surfaces , rest is a breeze. Ladar , radar makes it a very clever machine , zone and mapping adjustments done on phone / iPad . Notifies when she needs attention .!! Anche quando pensi che sia pulito, passa lui e ti riempie il serbatoio di polvere e altro. Da preferire ad apparecchi simili con forma circolare perch la parte dritta della sua forma a D arriva anche negli angoli e ospita una spazzola pi larga di quelle della concorrenza. Completamente connesso con il WiFi di casa, spesso lo controllo da remoto con lo smartphone. Nella App ci sono tutte le info e i comandi necessari per impostare diversi tipi di pulizian tra cui il funzionamento manuale: si assume cio il controllo totale del robot e, attraverso i comandi della App, si guida la pulizia in tutte le direzioni. Il robot risponde prontamente e fedelmente a tutti i comandi senza apprezzabili “ritardi”. In generale la pulizia veramente molto accurata grazie alla precisa mappatura laser degli ambienti. Per chi ha necessit di pulizie frequenti o animali in casa, consigliabile la versione “Pet”, che include filtri e spazzole di ricambio.

Im Vergleich zu den Vorgngern noch einmal deutlich lauter. (Liegt vermutlich an der hrteren (?) Brste.)
Bei der Navigation werden gern einmal Sperrlinien ignoriert. Das Gert fhrt sich dann auch fest und verliert die Orientierung. In Folge bleibt er dann immer mal wieder auf freier Flche stehen und behauptet, er sei eingeklemmt / blockiert. Lsst sich dann, wie ein faules Hndchen, nur noch vom Herrchen/Frauchen ins Krbchen (Ladestation) zurcktragen…
Wenn er aber bestimmungsgem saugt, ist das Ergebnis sehr gut: Beim Leeren des Staubbehlters ist es immer wieder erstaunlich, wie viel er wieder zusammengetragen hat, obwohl die Reinigung alle zwei Tage erfolgt.
Fazit: Obwohl die D4/D5/D6/D7 – Reihe schon seit einigen Jahren auf dem Markt ist, weist die Software noch immer deutlichen Optimierungsbedarf auf!

Wer Prob. mit der Wlan Anmeldung hat, verfgt die Box ber 5ghz und 2,4ghz, mu man 5ghz solange ausstellen, nach der Anmeldung, kann man es wieder einschalten!
Hatte mir vor ein paar Jahren schon den D5 gekauft! War da schon total begeistert! Jetzt den D7 (wollte unbedingt die App mit Reinigungszonen nutzen, natrlich kann man den D5 oder diesen auch von Hand in Raum stellen, dann funktionieren aber die Makierungen nicht wo der nicht hinfahren soll! Man mu erst einen gesamt Grundriss fahren von der Wohnung, dann kann man mit der App per Finger No Go Lienen einzeichnen wo der nicht hinfahren soll, z.B. unter Mbel die nicht Hoch genug sind wo er sich festfahren knnte! Alles was in Hhe des Lasers ist, versucht er erst garnicht drunter zu fahren! Jetzt der Vorteil des D7. Man kann da Bereiche Markieren und Zimmer Namen verteilen, und den dann in einen bestimmten Raum fahren lassen, die No Go Lienen Funktionieren dann! Stellt man den Sauger in einen Raum, dann nicht! Wenn man den Sauger regelmig sauber macht, die Filter kann man mit Pressluft ausblasen, dann halten Sie sehr lange, die Brste und den kleinen Rotor von Haaren befreit, macht er einen fast Perfekten Job! Rnder mu man nach einer Zeit von Hand nacharbeiten, weil er nicht in jede kleine Ecke kommt! Aber sonst SUPER! Er ist Relativ leise, bei geschlossener Tre muss er schon direkt dran fahren , um Ihn deutlich zu hren (z.B. Schlafzimmer) ! Hat man die Karte und die No Go Lienen erstmal fertig, luft das Ding von alleine! Am Anfang sollte man aber dabei bleiben um eventuell zu sehen wo er Probleme hat! Flache Teppiche mit leichter Bodenhaftung, reinigt der Perfekt! Ich Liebe diesen Roboter!
I can’t believe this vacuum, I would almost call it life changing but that sounds too dramatic! I bought it on a whim and ordered one described as used as it had damaged packaging. It was absolutely fine and at a good discount. Quite easy to set up, not sure if connecting to wifi is strictly necessary and might delete the app as it works very happily without Wi-fi. I don’t find it necessary to draw no go lines. I have given my hoover a name and “he” is a great asset. It is not a toy but a real work horse and picks up a dramatic amount of dust and debris off all floor types. It works out where to go and works it’s way over all the room, negotiating objects and furniture, I love the way it cleans underneath furniture which you cannot get to with a normal vacuum. It leaves a just hoovered look and raises the pile on carpets in neat stripes. Best results are obtained by spending a little time clearing a room of smaller objects to give it a clear run. It will clean a whole floor or just a room if you shut the door. I really can’t recommend it highly enough. Can’t really fault it, sometimes it does get stuck but sends you a message! Sometimes it does miss the odd area, I’m not sure why and sometimes it appears to get confused but can normally re start to overcome this.
I chose this one as it came joint second in a Good Housekeeping review (the winner was much more expensive)
I was sceptical about robo-vacs and how good could they really be but I am converted. Picks up stuff I couldn’t see and the amount it does pick up makes me think how did I cope before ? Intuitive little robot and app. Impressed.
This vacuum removes the large majority of the effort from vacuuming. It clears dirt, dust and hair well from the carpet, and has the added advantage in that it makes us keep the floors clear – we end up going round the house picking up potential hazards before we run it (e.g. loose items on the floor).
Voldoet aan de verwachting. Schoonmaken gaat goed, maakt alleen een wat rammelend geluid en heeft af en toe moeite om het vloerplan te herkennen.
Scrivo questa recensione dopo circa un mese di utilizzo quotidiano, mi serviva un robot di qualit per un aiuto concreto con i peli dei miei due cani. Devo dire che sono molto soddisfatta, pulizia soddisfacente, mappatura fatta bene e tutto quello che promette risulta mantenuto, solo un pochetto rumoroso, quindi non utilizzabile negli orari di silenzio condominiali o di notte.
Per, e c’ un bel per, inizialmente ha fatto un po’ di capricci, quando lo accendevo non trovava la mappa della casa (l’avr rifatta almeno 4 o 5 volte da capo), dava errori, si disconnetteva e dovevo ricollegarlo ogni santissima volta che volevo pulire casa, mandando al diavolo la comodit di farlo partire in un secondo con l’app. Ha poi smesso da solo ed iniziato a funzionare come Dio comanda dopo qualche giorno ma comunque mi ha fatto dannare e non poco… Penso che il problema principale di questi “capricci” sia stata la poca stabilit della mia connessione. Assicuratevi di avere una buona connessione stabile in casa se volete godere a pieno delle funzionalit del robot.
Pulizia ottima ed ottima copertura della superficie. Rispetto ad altri robot che seguono percorsi insensati, questo logico e non tralascia nemmeno un centimetro. Se rileva una superficie, lui tenta di raggiungela anche a costo di spostare eventuali ostacoli leggeri.
In varie recensioni ho letto che perde la memorizzazione della mappa, anche a me successo ma ho capito anche il perch. Il sistema di creazione delle zone poco intuitivo. Quando si parte con la creazione necessario inserirle tutte insieme e solo dopo salvare quanto inserito. Se lo si fa a pi riprese il robot rileva pi mappe della stessa area e va in confusione.
In altre recensioni viene segnalato l’errore di rete. Nel mio caso succede solo con la modalit manuale. Non sono mai riuscita ad attivarla. Chiaramente un errore software.
Plus che ho scoperto oggi:neato mette a disposizione sdk per la programmazione del robot.
Per ora son soddisfatta. Rimango confidente in futuri aggiornamenti su.
Nachdem wir uns den Vorwerk VR300 bestellt hatten nach dem Testsieger Urteil von Stiftung Warentest, war wir einfach nur noch angenervt, da die App nie funktioniert hat trotz Updates etc. Also ging das Ding nach 10 Tagen zurck, denn fr stolze 900 war es das Geld nicht wert.
Ich hab dann gelesen, dass Vorwerk sich bei Neato eingekauft hat und wusste nicht, ob das nun gut oder schlecht ist.
Ich bestellte nun also den Neato und siehe da: Design ist fast identisch und die App ist die Gleiche, ABER: Hier Funktioniert sie 🙂
Ich kann also whrend der Gassi Runde von unterwegs auch sagen, dass er die Kche reinigen soll oder nur das Badezimmer und er macht es einfach ohne Probleme.
Ich wei nicht, warum Vorwerk das nicht hinkriegt, aber ich kann keine Unterschiede zur Saugleistung feststellen. Leiser ist der Neato jedenfalls auch.
Wir sind super zufrieden! NoGo Lines werden akzeptiert und unser Sammy” wohnt unterm Sofa und hat keine Verbindungsprobleme. Zum Vergleich: die Basis des VR300 von Vorwerk musste teilweise festgeklebt werden, damit der Roboter einigermaen luft!
Der Neato kostet aktuell 40% vom Preis des VR300 und es ist mir immer noch ein Rtsel wie die Unterschiede so drastisch sein knnen!
Das Einzige, was gerade nicht geht ber die App ist die manuelle Steuerung, aber die nutzen wir eh nicht. Das, was wir gesucht haben, haben wir nun gefunden und es ist eine tolle Hilfe im Haushalt, wenn unser Sammy” einfach mal fix die Esszimmer Zone ok Wohnzimmer reinigt nach dem Frhstck whrend ich Zhne putze 😉
We use our Neato to clean our entire house. It does a fantastic job, far better than our Dyson ever did. It copes with a variety of surfaces including tasseled rugs. We have found that a single charge can clean a 5 bedroom house. We send our Neato round 3 times a week – we have a long haired cat who tries hard to make the house as messy as possible – bringing in sticks, leaves and other debris- for the first time, thanks to our Neato, we feel we are winning!
Our Neato far exceeded our expectations – we are thrilled with it.
Been pretty good for what it is, doesn’t get stuck too often and generally does a pretty good job. I do find it struggles with dirt in the corners of the kitchen sometimes. Has no issues going from my kitchen which is a hard floor into the front room which is a deep pile carpet. Carpet always looks great when it’s done and it goes under my sofas as well. Quiet loud as you’d expect form a hoover but it navigates pretty well. Does sometimes decide to switch rooms before it’s finished one completely, not sure why. I have to empty it every hoover as it’s always pretty much full. My 2 year old tends to thrown food on the floor so it’s really handing having it automatically sweep and hoover the kitchen floor for me. You can always tel when it’s been through, the stuff he drops is unreal and if you don’t clear it up fast enough he’ll be picking it up again soon afterwards.
My second neato. Excellent at navigating and not getting stuck. The ability to clean a zone is very welcome.
Side brush is very poor compared to other robots. Decent bin capacity and long battery life. For the money it’s a winner.

Mijn Neato 85 was stuk en heb deze aangeschaft. Werkt veel intelligenter dan de oudere modellen, minder kilometers, minder nutteloze draaingen en pootjes optillen.
Ondertussen heb ik een 2e hands wieltje gekregen (binnen 4 dagen uit TaiWan!) en gemonteerd op de oude 85 met behulp van Youtube, dus die doet het ook weer en dan kan je het verschil goed zien!

The zone and no go software is a good feature but a bit fiddly and not very precise. Although gets a lot of dirt- It tends to miss random small areas i guess this will improve with software updates
only 2 small issues which otherwise i would fully recommend, but even they are minimal
it doesnt work very well with scheduling to a self created map, instead i have to let it create its own map everytime – this makes spot cleaning more awkward to do.
the hole for the bin is too small and hair can clump and get stuck once it passes a certain amount in the bin.

J’ai reu le produit hier, les dlais de livraisons ont t trs rapide, command mercredi, reu jeudi et test aussi tot
Le produit est bien emball, le montage est trs simple. Il suffit d’installer la base l’endroit dsir, de placer le robot et de connecter le Wifi via l’application (utilisation trs simple). Une fois connect au wifi on peut lancer le premier nettoyage pour que le robot cartographie la pice. Le robot est assez bruyant, mais c’est un aspirateur donc c’est tout fait normal. J’avais fais exprs de laisser traner des miettes certains endroit pour voir si le Robot passait partout et franchement c’est bluffant ! il n’a rien oubli, est pass partout et cartographi tout l’tage, ce qui nous permet d’accder au plan de la maison pour slectionner par la suite des zones privilgier ou a viter. Un super outil et un gain de temps non ngligeable. On peut programmer des horaires de nettoyage trs simplement, afin que le robot profite de notre absence la maison pour lancer son cycle de nettoyage.
Le bac poussire est trs facile d’accs et se vide trs bien. Il y a des alertes programmer via l’application pour l’entretien ( remplacement du filtre et de la brosse).
Trs content de mon achat, je recommande vivement !!!
This is my first ever vacuum cleaner robot, so I do not have any experience of more expensive or cheaper brands and I must say I am quite impressed with its overall performance.
The suction power is good, although sometimes it won’t pick up greasy breadcrumbs even though they are not stuck to the floor, I suspect they may not be too easy to lift. The set up of the floorplan works great with the app, so I can create different zones which I can then clean separately if need be. Setting up the app was very easy and the communication between the app and the device works really well.
All in all I am quite happy with this robot and would probably recommend it to other people.
Minor Issues I have found are:
– There should be an easier way to empty the dustbin and the sensors. I find that the filter especially gets very stuffy and it is not possible to completely clean it because it is encased and it cannot be open;
– There is a small brush on one side to pick up dirt, but I think there should be more brushes as I don’t think they really pick up too much dirt if the floor is particularly greasy;
– We have a 2 storey house and it doesn’t seem to be possible to create 2 floor plans. The advice from Neato is to buy another robot to set it up on the other level, however this is not financially viable. So effectively we cannot use the app upstairs. As this is my first robot I don’t know if this is a problem with other robots too;
-The connection between the robot and the charging station is a bit flimsy. I often have to try several times before it actually sits in properly. On the other hand, there have never been any issues with the robot going back to the docking station, so I reckon it knows where to go 😉
I have been using this for over 6 months now, and I feel it is a good time to give a review on this product. Overall I am very happy.
This robot vac is definitely not cheap, however it was on a flash sale which clinched the deal.
I work long hours and have it sent up to clean when I am at work 3 times a week. Been slack I did drag my dum vac out around 4 mouths after getting this, and was very surprised how little dust it picked up. This is on both on hard floors and carpet.
It is not the quietest when running, so probably not best to run it during the night. But it’s not a problem with the way I use it.
The app was simple for me to set up, works well and has some great features.
Integration with Alexa work well, but a lot of the app features are lost.
You need the dock setup to map a room, and set no go lines. So if you have 2 floors, you could get a second dock. However I just drop it in the bedroom and set it off, which works well for me.
Generally the spares are not too expensive, however new official filters are exorbitant. Have ordered some off brand ones, but have yet to test them.
Great product if you happy to part with the money.
This is my second Neato vacuum. The first one I’d been using for five years but wanted to get a wifi enabled one. I tried a non-Neato brand but returned it as it cleaned in random patterns which was annoying and not always thorough. Working from home a lot now it’s just easier with the way this vacuum hoovers in stripes so you can easily stay out of its way while it’s cleaning. This model is a lot quieter than the old model so my rescue cat is okay with it (as long as it’s not coming towards him). And the zone cleaning is perfect as I can just get it to do the room with the cat’s litter tray without doing the whole flat.
The robot is very good on carpet and it also climbs up to 2cm but it does not work on a thick, high pile rug. I am happy with it, it does the job well all over my flat. It only refuses to go on the high pile rug.
Best thing I have ever bought. Don’t know how I have managed with out Neato. I spent a lot of time reading and researching reviews into the best robot hoover that would keep my house spotless with 3 long haired rag doll cats within my price range. Their fur was always every where and I felt I spent most of my days hoovering up after them. But Neato here has my home fur free and spotless without any hassle. Suction is brilliant, getting over rugs and different floor surfaces not an issue, and getting unstuck from tiny places itself. Neato has alerted me once she has been stuck and needed help. It was my fault that I left my handbag on the floor and she ate the handle of it but I dislodged it easy enough and no issues after. Easy to program with Alexa, easy to create different cleaning zones on the digital map, easy to create no-go zones on the map and a breeze to schedule when to clean. I have her set for 7am every morning before I wake or am at work and 4pm every evening. Other than that I can just tell Alexa to tell her to spot clean in between and if I’ve dropped something I can manually direct her and clean just that one spot via the app. Would highly recommend.
Fantastic, amazing!!!!! I love my Neato Robotics D701. The suction is powerful, the brushes are great with the side brush cleaning closely to the wall. Being very shallow it goes under the majority of my furniture. I am so pleased with this vacuum I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone.
We are a busy family and Neato really frees up a lot of quality time to spend with the kids. Our Neato is set to clean every day just before we get up in the mornings. The house is spotlessly clean. About once a week we use a small hand held vacuum to whip around the right corners and crevices no robot vacuum can reach, but that is a 5 min job.
Neato keeps our carpets cleaner than our Dyson Animal Hair Edition ever could.
We recently had a small fault with the side brush spinning too slowly, and Neato customer service has remedied this within a week. Very pleased.
We have had Neato now for nearly two years and wouldn’t want to be without him anymore.

Vengo da un robot Romba e devo dire che, anche se inizialmente perplesso, mi sono davvero ricreduto.
Il D7 veloce e preciso, il cassetto molto capiente e l’app fatta davvero bene.
Punti di forza:
– Il sistema laser gli permette di girare per la casa in qualsiasi situazione ambientale (anche notte)
– la doppia modalit di funzionamento (turbo,eco) consente di pulire o in fretta o silenziosamente
– La mappatura della casa fin dal primo giro stata perfetta
– Le barriere virtuali create via app sono perfette
Punti deboli:
– Non sono ancora perfettamente riuscito a governarlo con google home
– La separazione delle stanze possibile solo creando spazi rettangolari e non quindi non si possono creare stanze, per esempio a forma di L o T
– Non si possono far pulire al robot pi stanze in sequenza con un solo comando ma bisogna farne una alla volta
I am not particularly tech savvy – I’m just a busy, working mum of 3 teenagers with a dog and a cat. This is a lifesaver! I set it to clean when I get to work and most of the time I come back to a clean floor. It is very nimble and can negotiate most obstacles. If it gets stuck it will be something like a shoelace or a bit of Lego so you do need to scan round and tidy up before setting it off. It’s frustrating when it gets stuck and sends me a message that I can’t do anything about because I’m in work but that isn’t often. We have a combination of carpets and hard floors downstairs and it gets them both pretty clean. The dust box needs emptying every evening and I don’t use it upstairs or on the stairs.
It is a fantastic product, really clever, fast, and not loud, bin is big enough for a floor of my house (even under the bed). My house has never been cleaner. A few minor improvements, I wish the zones could be drawn with now fidelity, it would be better if it knew when the top of it’s sensor would hit something that the rest of it can pass under, and if you could more easily identify a table/chair rather than just 4 legs (and say that it’s likely to move slightly) it gets confused by our dining chairs
Dopo aver regalato un D301 a mia madre ho deciso di acquistare un D701 per il mio appartamento.
Ho notato che i piccoli problemi di connessione alla rete del D301 non si sono ripresentati con il D701 (probabilmente grazie al fatto che si collega anche alla banda 5Ghz), l’app funziona egregiamente. Ben disegnata, chiara e con la possibilit di pulire le stanze singole, una volta selezionate. Si muove agilmente tra tavoli e sedie, non si fa intrappolare da tappeti e scendiletto. Il sistema di mappatura dello spazio gli permette di muoversi in maniera ordinata e pulire seguendo una griglia (al contrario di un movimento casuale). La capacit della batteria davvero ottima, tra 1h30 e 2h di utilizzo.
Attenzione a non cambiare i punti di riferimento nell’appartamento una volta che stata eseguita la mappatura. Il robot pu andare in confusione, non riconoscere pi la sua mappa e rientrare alla base segnalando un errore. La soluzione quella di semplicemente rilanciare una nuova mappatura della casa.
Sono molto soddisfatto dell’acquisto, per la capacit di riconoscere gli spazi, pulire diverse superfici, muoversi con agilit e potenza di aspirazione. Ho passato un paio di volte la scopa dopo la pulizia e non ho notato polvere.
Lo consiglio vivamente.
By far the best purchase I ever made on Amazon, after trying another robot vac which was was substandard I took the plunge and spent my well earned 500 on this piece of tech… and man why didn’t I do it sooner!
Laser mapping technologies, Alexa commands and so much more comes all inclusive. We have carpet in one room and the stripes it creates is exactly how our gardener creates on the lawn outside.!

The app could be better. The robot built in function could be better. When I bought it at close to 900 I feel a bit let down.
You need WiFi for anything to work. Nothing is contained within the robot. I explain in my review.

Robot aspirateur command pour remplacer mon Vorwerk VR200 (SAV de la marque prcedente ne pas recommander). Robot install, premire prise en main avec l’appli trs simple et trs intuitive. Oui, il est vrai que la premire utilisation requiert la prsence de l’utilisateur pour vrifier un peu son mode de fonctionnement, mais une fois qu’il est paramtr, ce n’est que du bonheur. Utilisation 2 fois par semaine pour toute la maison (plain-pied 90m2) : uniquement en mode co (pas besoin de le rgler au max,il fait trs bien le boulot…), il aspire 3 fois plus que mon prcdent robot pour la mme utilisation. Une fois l’aspiration termin, il vous envoie son rapport sur votre mobile (ou tablette, c’est selon) : temps d’aspiration, carte dtaille de la zone complte aspire… Alors oui, vous pouvez laisser les chaises en place et autres obstacles , mais le mieux est de lui faire un peu de place pour qu’il puisse bien faire son boulot et vous rendre une maison ou un appart propre, vous de voir. Point fort supplmentaire, les consommables (filtres, brossettes, brosse principale et je pense bientt batterie), sont disponibles sur Amazon. Je mets 5 toiles car il fait bien le boulot et surtout il est 2 fois moins cher que mon prcdent robot pour une efficacit accrue. Trs bon produit.
Premessa: scrivo questa recensione dopo un paio di settimane di utilizzo.
Cominciamo dall’imballaggio… Sempre ottimo in stile Amazon! La configurazione del robot dopo una breve lettura delle istruzioni risultata parecchio semplice ed intuitiva e (ci tengo a dirlo) senza nessun tipo di intoppo come diversamente avevo letto in diverse recensioni per quanto riguarda l’aspetto della connessione visto che lo ho collegato con il Pocket Cube della 3.
Il robot nei primi giorni di utilizzo ha aspirato veramente l’impensabile in un appartamento dove si sempre adoperato congiuntamente aspirapolvere e swiffer passati quotidianamente (forte anche del fatto che riesce ad andare negli angoli meno accessibili). Adesso invece il vano di aspirazione risulta quasi vuoto nonostante sia passato quotidianamente e pi volte al giorno. La navigazione come riscontrato in altre recensioni effettivamente accurata ed ancora oggi mi affascina il modo in cui come con estrema meticolosit ruota per 2 o 3 volte intorno ad ogni piede del tavolo della cucina.
Sono state riscontrate rare le volte in cui il robot si blocca completamente… Solitamente si “incaponisce” e si defila da qualsiasi ostacolo. Nel caso in cui comunque rimanesse bloccato, vi mander una notifica!
Ottima la possibilit della pulizia a zone (che si creano con molta semplicit tramite l’app) anche se secondo me questa funzionalit potrebbe essere migliorata in quanto si ha la possibilit di poter selezionare una sola zona per volta; se si volessero pulire pi zone bisogner aspettare che il robot finisca la pulizia di una zona, ritorni alla base e successivamente si dovr farlo ripartire selezionando una zona diversa.
In conclusione: il mio primo robot, scelto dopo un’oculata selezione di marche, prezzi e caratteristiche e devo dire che ne sono pienamente soddisfatto

I’m a Ragdoll owner and if you know the breed,it means that there’s endless soft,fluffy hair everywhere if you don’t vacuum everyday. We’re planning on getting a second cat so it was about time to stop going around with our vacuum everyday,we simply needed some extra help in containing the fur. The Neato does a great job with that, and it cleans our entire home in 1 hour (it’s 44m2 area cleaned according to the map)! We have all the doors open in our home but our cat prefers to stay in 1-2 rooms during the day so I’m very happy I can just select which room I want cleaned and then Neato is on it’s way! You can select gentle navigation,so it won’t bump into things too hard.No-go zones was also important for us,so that the robot wouldn’t run into the feeding bowls. I tried the big competitor’s robot as well and I was very disappointed by it’s navigation and sent it back after the first day. I’m very happy with my purchase,I would recommend it to everyone!
Acquistato con un po’ di scetticismo, devo dirmi pienamente soddisfatto dopo circa 20 giorni di utilizzo quotidiano.
Il robot funziona egregiamente. Vorrei tuttavia evitare di ripetere nei commenti qualcosa che moltissimi altri utenti hanno gi scritto. Come personale contributo vorrei segnalare:
– non trovo eccessiva la rumorosit, un aspirapolvere e deve aspirare: quando funziona si sente, ma non servono le cuffie da cantiere;
– il telaio esterno del robot tende a segnarsi fin dai primissimi giorni a seguito dei continui contatti con gli oggetti cui si avvicina. Anche se gli urti sono minimi, le plastiche si rigano. Personalmente ho optato per l’aggiungere un striscia adesiva di guarnizione per finestre/infissi intorno alla parte frontale del Neato;
– il robot funziona perfettamente anche al buio e non ha alcun problema nell’approcciare mobili scuri;
– il robot NON cade dalle scale e non ha problemi con i tappeti, a patto che questi siano di una certa dimensione: se troppo piccoli (tappetini), rischia di rimanerci incastrato;
– l’app ben fatta, semplice e pratica. La mappatura della casa davvero precisa e si possono creare zone con un livello di dettaglio davvero impensabile;
– il robot necessita di manutenzione: la vaschetta va svuotata molto spesso (operazione da meno di un minuto) e, nel caso di pulizia di una superficie estesa (diciamo circa 100mq), molto probabile che anche la spazzola debba essere liberata da peli e/o capelli (nel mio caso, vivo con moglie e due figlie) (operazione da 3-4 minuti);
– leggendo il manuale si apprende che il filtro deve essere sostituito ogni 1-2 mesi, mentre la spazzola circa ogni 6: poich tali accessori (se acquistati originali) hanno un certo costo, tenetelo presente quando fate i vostri conti.

Why did nobody tell me about robotic vacuums before? Its amazing, the whole of our downstairs is hoovered at 6 in the morning every morning, everything is cleaner. Feet aren’t bringing fluff and hairs onto our sofas.
We are a family of 4 children, 2 dogs, a house proud mum and a dad who’s life just got a lot easier.
El sistema de succin es correcto, en cambio hay que dejar expedito el paso por cortinajes i sobre todo debajo de las camas; faldas de colchas o edredones impiden su paso.
El sistema de perimetracin del espacio es muy amplio y permite la limpieza de grandes superficies y de muchas habitaciones.
El nivel sonoro en funcionamiento es alto sin llegar a ser molesto para humanos.
La capacidad de trabajo por su carga de batera es optimo, y rpido en su ejecucin.
Tiene tendencia a presentar problemas con cables, por lo que es recomendable retirarlos o poner barreras con cintas magnticas.
Dificultat en atravesar desniveles pequeos del suelo.
J’ai attendu avant d’acheter un robot. Car j’ai pu voir chez d’autres les soucis qu’ils avaient. Ce robot n’est pas bon march mais il fait le travail et il le fait bien ! Alors oui il est un poil bruyant mais vu qu’on le programme pour le passer quand on n’est pas l… Il passe sous mes meubles, entre les pieds de mes tables bistrots, il longe trs bien les surfaces, il se dbrouille trs bien des meubles qui bougent ou des piges avec des obstacles nouveaux. Il fait trs bien le tour des objets comme les pieds de table bref je n’ai absolument rien lui reprocher. J’ai pu facilement dessiner la zone du sapin de nol afin qu’il vite d’aller avaler la dcoration son pied. On cr toutes les zones que l’on souhaite afin de lui faire faire des travaux spcifiques (toute la maison, toute la zone sommeil, que la cuisine etc.). Il nous averti et nous tient au courant sur nos tlphones / ipad et autres iwatch (galement sous Android). On peut le commander distance en passant par Internet, et galement planifier quand et sur quoi il travaille. Le seul truc qui ne fonctionne pas encore mais qui est prvu lors de la prochaine mise jour c’est la commande vocale par SIRI (je crois qu’il fonctionne dj avec Alexia). Il ne faut pas oublier (mais il vous le rappelle…) de le nettoyer rgulirement (vidage filtre et utilisation de l’outil fourni afin d’enlever les cheveux sur la brosse). L’autonomie est plus que suffisante pour faire tout mon RDC en mode TURBO (environ 100m). Je le conseille les yeux ferms !
Ho aspettato un paio di settimane di utilizzo, prima di dare una recensione… Ora posso dire che ci ha letteralmente cambiato la vita. Abbiamo un Pastore Belga che perde molti peli, che fanno delle simpatiche nuvolette in casa, e prima era un delirio dove avresti dovuto passare aspirapolevere ALMENO a giorni alterni, per avere la casa in ordine. Inoltre la nostra abitazione di 140 mq. su un piano solo ma molto articolata, con due bagni e una disposizione molto irregolare… bene non fa alcun problema a Neato il quale, una volta letto la pianta del Piano, diventa ottima la suddivisione della casa per zone, ad esempio dopo cena, mentre noi siamo sul divano lo mando a pulire la cucina che cosi resta perfetta mentre prima di cena se necessario lo mando in soggiorno. Il sabato mia moglie predispone la casa alzando sedie e spostando la cuccia del cane, poi mentre lei fa altro lui pulisce minuziosamente ogni angolo… davvero non sembra vero vedere cosa raccoglie e quanto cambiata la situazione. Gestione perfetta dell’app. tramite cellulare… necessita di qualche prova per capirne il funzionamento, ma un normale apprendimento. Vale ogni euro che costa; e usandolo a giorni alterni la casa perfetta anche con un animale che vive in casa. Al momento massimo dei voti per questo modello.
Given the limitations of the size and computing power it does a great job. It charts the room well, cleans set zones and has magnetic barriers. If you get it to clean twice a day It does almost as good a job as doing it by hand twice a week… But you don’t have to do it yourself!
However, it does get lost occasionally, it doesn’t know when the small dust bag is full, the suction is that of a small dust buster (so you have to make it clean more often) and it’s quite noisy.
Overall I am impressed, now for the stairs!

I’ve only owned this D7 for two weeks but so far it’s EVERYTHING I wanted from a robot vacuum. Yes a little more expensive than most but the house mapping is awesome, and being able to send it off to do certain areas when dirty is great. I don’t have a huge amount to say negative. It sometimes fails to go off and clean a certain area but usually because the area around it’s base has changed too much since mapping. That’s all. I’ll never touch a vacuum again!
Devo dire che con l’acquisto di questo robot aspirapolvere sono completamente soddisfatto. Avevo in precedenza il neato D85 che devo dire non mi ha mai deluso; l’unica pecca che era poco accessoriato e un po’ basico (senza telecomando, senza controllo tramite wi-fi, poche opzioni di pulizia per fare alcuni esempi).
Con l’acquisto del mio Neato D7 devo dire che ho raggiunto l’apice della soddisfazione, soprattutto dovuto alla tanta tecnologia che lo contraddistingue: gestione di impostazioni tramite un’app molto semplice da scaricare e utilizzare; mappatura della casa con possibilit di mappare fino a tre piani diversi; la mappatura poi si pu dividere in stanze con la possibilit di prevedere la pulizia di una determinata stanza (es. cucina, camera, soggiorno); inserimento di muri virtuali senza dover lasciare in giro bande magnetiche che peraltro sono incluse nella confezione ma che sono superate da questo sistema virtuale; una potenza come nessun altro robottino presente nel mercato attualmente, secondo il mio parere; il filtro di facile rimozione e pulizia; l’aspetto pi importante per riguarda la pulizia minuziosa e puntigliosa che affronta (anche se non paragonabile ad un aspirapolvere o scopa elettrica con filo) ed io, avendo in casa anche un micio, devo dire che mi di grande aiuto (lo utilizzo praticamente tutti i giorni riducendo al minimo l’utilizzo della scopa elettrica). L’unico neo se proprio lo vogliamo dire riguarda il rumore in quanto non proprio silenzioso quando in funzione (d’altra parte se si vuole potenza questo l’inconveniente).
In conclusione vi consiglio vivamente l’acquisto, non rimarrete delusi
Bon produit, relativement silencieux. J’ai un berger australien qui perd beaucoup ces poils, ils sont long et fin, le Neato assure. Les tapis sont trs bien nettoy malgr les poils du chiens. A l’achat j’avais beauxoup hesit avec l’irobot car se dernier n’a pas de brosse nylon mais caoutchou. Su notre aspi Dyson mini les poils s’emmele dans la brosse et c’est galre, mais sur le neato finalement a va. A nettoyer souvent mais bien quand mme. Le compartiment poussiere est a vider quasi a chaque fois car plein de poils et pourtant pass tous les jours. Le logiciel est bon, la carto c’est pas mal pour voir ce qui n’a pas t fait. Le neato n’aime pas mes chaises pied unique et evas et demande souvent etre decoinc, du coup j’ai cr une barriere et du coup c’est mieux. C’est notre premier robot, nous avons achet egalement un hobot leege qui lui aspire et nettoye le sol par vibration. On fait passer le neato avant et apres le leege et notre sol est nickel. La liason entre Alexa d’amazone et neato n’est pas super et seul la comande pour passer l’aspirateur, l’arret et retour base fonctionne, ne reconnais pas le ciblage par zones.
My ‘Wombot’, as this Australian calls her D7 Botvac, had freed up so much of my time that I actually have the time to write this eulogy. One of my all-time best purchases. It’s very easy to use, with a good help site if needed, and cleans the tiled floor and the mats on it very well. If it gets stuck under something it cleverly extricates itself. A perusal of its bin will show just how well it is cleaning. I think it’s brilliant and I just hope I haven’t jinxed our relationship by penning all this praise.

So I got the D750 which is basically a D7. And this is our first robot vacuum and so far really happy with it.
While it can clean carpets, I don’t recommend it on new carpets because you will have to empty it a lot because the collection bin is small. All robot vacuums have tiny bins and that is normal.
And while it’s great at climbing small obstructions like the frames of some modern coffee tables don’t go expecting this to climb stairs. Be realistic, this is not something out of Boston Dynamics.
The best features is how the system can create very accurate floor plans using lidar. You can then draw an overlay to identify the different rooms. This allows you to schedule cleaning of just a single room either manually or on specific days at certain times. Another nice feature is the ability to draw virtual no go lines which is useful if the robot keeps trying to drive through certain spaces it cannot fit or you don’t want it sucking up the cables behind the TV cabinet you don’t want to manage.
We basically use it to clean the hard floor areas in the kitchen, dining and entrance way to keep the daily space relativity clean . This should be be a supplement to normal vacuum cleaning.

– Lo svuotamento del cassetto raccolta polvere fa respirare la polvere stessa (potrebbe essere migliorato)
MIGLIORABILE:
* Andrebbe reso possibile pulire singolarmente pi di una stanza per volta. Al momento se ne pu selezionare una sola alla volta.
* Disconnessione da rete Wifi
Used to have a Dyson 360 but it wasn’t working well anymore. Gave up on the Dyson and bought this instead and it is way better.
Firstly it gets along the skirting and in corners better.
It’s also just faster at doing the same area.
And the area cleaning by floor pan is very handy when you just want to clean one room.
Finally it works in the dark, unlike the Dyson. I used to have to leave lights on for the Dyson if cleaning in the evening when it was dark. No more baby!
Much better than the Dyson and costs considerably less.
Good quality robot vac from neato. A bit pricey but good performance. Highly recommended.

Les bandes magntique permettent d’empcher l’accs a certaine zone le temps que le robot fasse le reprage du lieu, ensuite, avec le systme de trait de dlimitation, c’est super simple de lui interdire des zones comme les gamelles des animaux ou les endroits ou il y a beaucoup de fils lectrique.
J’ai juste rencontr un petit problme au dbut, il s’accrochait au fil lectrique de sa base et la tirait au milieu du salon… C’est tonnant que le fil lectrique de la base force la ressorti par le haut, plutt que par terre car ca aurait srement viter ce dsagrment.
Sinon, au niveau de l’aspiration sur tapis d’entr, il est top ! Tout est trs propre aprs son passage, vraiment pas du de cette investissement !
Le fait de pouvoir cartographier plusieurs tage est parfait galement. Et dplacer la base d’un tage un autre n’est pas trop contraignant. Au pire je pourrai toujours racheter une 2me base pour viter cela.

We love our Neato, it’s runs every day picking up dog hair and doing a fantastic job. She does get stuck every now and again, but she’s normally very good at extracting herself. Bright shafts of light tend to mess with her laser sensors, but that’s it. It’s awesome and we wouldn’t be without it. It also integrates with Alexa, so we can ask it to kick off cleaning, the only improvement would be feedback through Alexa, e.g. “your Neato is stuck” or, “your Neato is finished cleaning”, but the app on your phone gives you this information anyway, so it’s only a minor gripe.
Unsere Roberta saugt nach Anfangsschwierigkeiten jetzt zuverlssig. Das kann aber an unseren schwachen WLAN liegen . Als sie die Wohnung eingescannt hat und sollte das zweite Mal saugen war der Grundrissplan nicht mehr aufrufbar. Also das ganze Prozedere noch einmal alles hoch stellen Magnetschnur von einer in die andere Ecke ziehen in der Roberta nichts zu suchen hat . Aber jetzt funktioniert es gut . Ich habe nur noch nicht herausgefunden wie sie mehrere Zimmer hintereinander saugen soll in einer bestimmten Reihenfolge . Beim Einrichten der App kann man den Saugroboter einen eigenen Namen geben deshalb Roberta 🙂 . Auf unseren Laminat ist Roberta wenn sie quer zu den Rillen im Laminat fhrt schon etwas laut aber dafr saugt sie ja auch wenn keiner zu Hause ist . Wir sind zufrieden mit den Kauf .
Had been toying with a robot vacuum for some time and reviews suggested this was one of the best on the market.
The unit itself is a quality build and pretty heavy which is probably down to the battery. Setting up was very simple and thus far I have had no issues with connectivity to my WiFi, there were a couple of upgrades after connecting but even that happened with a few clicks on the App.
It took me a few times to work out the best location to store it, we tried under the bed out of sight but that makes emptying the bin tricky and so we placed it under a chest of drawers in a bedroom.
Before setting off for the first time I vacuumed the whole carpeted area with a Dyson cylinder vacuum with carpet attachment to see how good it would do. Well after doing it’s discovery clean on eco mode the waste bin was totally full !
Now it is in a stable location I have created 4 zones upstairs and some no-go zones and it works like a dream. The carpets look visibly cleaner and I could not be more pleased with the purchase and the results.
Yes the waste bin is small but then if cleaned every day/other day it should not be a problem aside from emptying and clearing the filter. Small price to pay for little device that saves you an arduous task and does a thoroughly good job. A weekly run round on the stairs and skirting and it’s. job done.
This little bot cleans thoroughly and picks up an amazing amount of dirt. It doesn’t crash into the furniture and the mapping seems to be very good. Our whole house is so much cleaner using our neato – we were skeptical when buying it but its turned To be a great buy. The only slight negative is that it will occasionally lose its’ wifi connection when parked and charging – hence 4 stars.
After looking at a number of reviews for various models we decided on the Neato D7. So glad we did. Took a couple of attempts to map the floor layout and establish no go zones so Neato didn’t get stuck, but now that’s done it works a treat. Good suction and it can do one floor of our 4 bedroom house with charge to spare and without stopping to empty the bin. I tend to do downstairs and upstairs on alternate days and the floors always look clean. Copes easily with moving from hard floor to carpet. Cleans really well along straight skirting board with only a very small area missed on corners. To be honest it hoovers better than I ever did!
Era da parecchio che ero indeciso se prendere o meno un robot aspirapolvere e grazie ad un’ottima offerta su Amazon mi sono deciso a prendere il top di gamma della Neato.
Soddisfattissimo dell’acquisto che mi ha cambiato la vita di tutti i giorni, soprattutto avendo una casa con pavimento scuro e 2 gatti chiari (facile immaginare questa combinazione cosa comporti in termini di tenere tutto pulito e in ordine).
Praticissima e precisa la gestione automatica della mappa di casa, in oltre 2 mesi di utilizzo mi capitato forse un paio di volte che il robottino “sbagliasse” incastrandosi sotto un mobile dove non era previsto che passasse (le zone in cui non deve andare vengono impostate tramite app, una funzione comodissima ma evidentemente non esente da occasionali difetti).
Parlando sempre di software ho trovato estremamente comoda la possibilit di creare singole stanze all’interno della mappa di casa cos da permettere delle pulizie mirate, anche se questa funzionalit al momento ancora menomata dal fatto che possibile selezionare per la pulizia solo o tutta la casa o una singola stanza (quindi se volessi mandare il robot a pulire la cucina e il bagno, dovrei farli singolarmente facendolo tornare alla base tra una pulizia e l’altra). Visto il livello di sofisticatezza e il costo del prodotto, mi sarei aspettato di poter gestire meglio questa parte… ma magari arriver con i prossimi aggiornamenti.
Ottimo il livello di pulizia finale, con una discreta efficienza della spazzola laterale (che non fa per miracoli sui bordi) anche se ovviamente non potrete mangiare sul pavimento una volta che il robot avr finito il suo giro. Anche se il mio modello non “pet edition”, l’efficacia sui peli di 2 gatti dal pelo lungo estremamente elevata.
A livello di rumore siamo a livelli di accettabilit, comunque meno rumoroso di un aspirapolvere qualsiasi e utilizzando la funzionalit Eco possibile ridurre ulteriormente il numero di decibel.
Qualche miglioramento, qualche difetto in meno (ogni tanto “salta” delle stanze di sua iniziativa pulendo tutta la casa) o un prezzo leggermente pi basso e sarebbe stato ampiamente da 5 stelle.
We upgraded from x2 D85 to this model. The best thing we ever did! I love the “no go zone” and “zones” features. There is no need for those boundary markers. The setup is easier as all scheduling and configuration can be made via the Neato App. The battery life on this model is excellent too, and it cleans a lot faster than my previous model.
Le niveau de bruit est assez lev mais je n’ai pas de comparatif par rapport d’autres modle. Le but tant de le faire passer en notre absence cela n’est pour moi pas un critre. U’ aspirateur traditionelle fera au moins autant de bruit si non plus.
Ct nettoyage je retrouve la maison propre aprs son passage. Il n’y a pas de zones oublies. La cartographie sur l’appli le confirme.
Il faut avec ce type d’aspirateur tjrs penser retirer les cbles tranant parterre, les mouchoirs, chaussettes ou autres petites bricoles qui pourraient se bloquer ds la brosse rotative. Les franges de tapis sont galement indigestes. Je lve aussi les chaises et tabourets parce qu’ils se fatiguent et se perd entre les pieds.
Ensuite il faut prendre en compte que le rservoir a dchets est petit et qu’il faut le nettoyer quasiment chaque passage. La brosse est aussi vite remplie des cheveux longs de ma femme.
Qd je le fais passer l’tage il ne tombe pas de l’escalier et se repositionne l o je l’ai abandonn au dmarrage.
Pour rsumer je suis satisfait de mon achat et l’investissement important se justifie par son travail complet et satisfaisant. Il faut prendre en compte qu’un temps certain doit tre investi dans la maintenance et la prparation de la surface avant lancement de l’opration. Ce temps est dpendant de votre amnagement et des contraintes qu’il faudra liminer de sa route. Voil j’espre que cela vous aura aider faire un choix.

Filters need chafing every 2 months and battery every 6 months. but if you are happy to commit to this.. do it….!!!!
great carpets looks neat and tidy… pulls more dirt up then Dyson and vax cordless.
I pre programme line to go on when at work.m whole bottom floor is done but you have to leave doors open each day and make sure there are no socks!!!! I repeat no socks on the floor or its game over!
empty dust bin probs every 3 days ( I have carpets all on bottom floor.)

soon as wifi is down is has a melt down and cries for you to wipe it butt and get it going again!!!

Great vacuum, couldn’t live without it. Have had a few breakdowns but Amazon have been great and always rectified the issue. I suspect other retailers would not be so accommodating m.
Only con is that it is sometimes tricky to get it to pair with Wifi but you only do this rarely
Wir haben den D7 jetzt seit ca. einem halben Jahr im Einsatz und sind eigentlich sehr zufrieden. Uns war wichtig, dass es kein Gert mit Kamera ist, das mglicherweise ungefragt Bilder nach Hause telefoniert.
Positiv:
Inbetriebnahme lief problemlos, auch der Scan der Wohnung. Die App ist wirklich sehr gut. Man kann No-Go-Areas definieren (an die er sich auch hlt), einzelne Rume festlegen, die man durch Timer ggf. getrennt zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten reinigen kann. Wir lassen ihn aktuell 3x die Woche komplett reinigen. Fr 70m reine Reinigungsflche braucht er 1h10min. Da er recht flach ist, macht er auch unter dem Bett sauber. Reinigungsleistung ist sehr gut.
Verbesserungsfhig:
Nichts destro trotz: Das Gert ist nicht perfekt. Hin und wieder verschluckt er Socken, versucht sich mit herumliegenden Lautsprecherkabeln zu erwrgen, verzweifelt manchmal an Gardinen, an dem abgerundeten Fuss unseres Kleiderbutlers oder er hat auch Tage, wo er verwirrt immer und immer wieder dieselbe Ecke versucht zu reinigen (ein Schema haben wir da irgendwie noch nicht entdeckt). In den meisten Fllen gibt er auf und schickt eine Nachricht ans Handy, dass er festhngt. Man muss also auf jeden Fall vorher die Wohnung Saug-Roboter-Gerecht aufrumen bzw. entsprechend die No-Go-Linien definieren. Das muss man vorher erstmal alles testen.
Das Saubermachen des Gerts luft ganz gut, auch wenn sich gerade lange Haare schn in der Brste (am Rand) sammeln. Aber das Problem drfte jedes Gert haben.
Fazit:
Alles in allem nimmt er uns im Haushalt viel Arbeit ab, da wir nur hin und wieder kleine Ecken saugen mssen, an die der Saug-Roboter nicht rankommt. Fehlt jetzt nur noch der Wischroboter…
Venivo dal Roomba 585, ed ero soddisfatta di esso. Quando ho dovuto cambiarlo mi sono guardata un po’ in giro, soffermandomi su Neato, di cui avevo gi sentito parlare. Letto e fatto, l’ho acquistato.
Conosco i pro di iRobot, ma per me sar difficile tornare indietro.
Il D7 connected mi piace troppo.
Appena arrivato ho scaricato l’app per iOS. Molto facile la configurazione per connetterlo alla rete Wi-Fi del Fritz Box.
NB: Se qualcuno ha difficolt con questo router, forse aveva scelto di impedire la connessione di nuovi apparecchi alla rete Wi-Fi, nelle opzioni. Basta togliere e si fa tutto in un attimo.
Confesso che non ho programmato la pulizia ‘speciale’ per fare la mappa dell’appartamento. Per mesi mi bastato farlo andare e lui ha sempre finito il lavoro in meno di un’ora (68m quadri al netto dei mobili), senza bisogno di tornare a ricaricarsi per completare.
Dopo l’aggiornamento e l’introduzione della pulizia a zone per me insostituibile.
L’ho fatto lavorare nelle modalit ECO e TURBO. Pi rumorosa la seconda, ma niente di sconvolgente o insopportabile.
Si pu anche scegliere l’approccio gentile ai mobili, e devo dire che si avvicina sufficientemente riuscendo a pulire lo stesso, ma senza sbattere.
Pi di una volta ho fatto partire la pulizia mentre ero al lavoro, o in ferie.
Un altro punto a favore di Neato la sua capacit di lavorare in stanze buie, cosa in cui il mio Roomba non andava per niente bene.
Per conto suo, iRobot poteva disincastrasi se s’impigliava in qualcuno dei numerosi cavi che ho per casa, mentre Neato neanche ci prova e chiede aiuto. Va beh, nessuno perfetto!
per questo che, usando la programmazione settimanale, faccio attenzione a liberare le stanze di tutto ci che possa essere d’intralcio.
Da quando l’ho acquistato ci sono stati due aggiornamenti, il che fa capire come ci sia attenzione al supporto del prodotto da parte del produttore.
Per me, Neato farebbe una bella cosa se sviluppassi un robot per lavare il pavimento, magari in combinazione con uno dei Connected (come fa la concorrenza). 😉
Cosi avevo due scelte per sostituire il navibot a telecamera: il neato e lo xiaomi che usano la tecnologia laser. Inizialmente ho comprato il D3 usato anch’esso (che ho recensito), nulla da dire sulla pulizia, unico problema che ho trovato era la batteria che dopo poco pi di 100 cicli non riusciva a finire la casa se non dopo almeno 2 ricariche. Il costo della sostituzione mi avrebbe portato oltre il prezzo del nuovo. Al prezzo di circa 315 ho trovato la versione D7 usata. Le condizioni dicevano che era parecchio graffiato, ma essendo io un tipo che guarda pi la funzionalit rispetto all’estetica ho deciso di prenderlo ugualmente. Dal punto di vista della pulizia identico al d3: ovvero a massima potenza sono uguali al D3 manca la spazzolino laterale che secondo me aggiunge davvero poco sia per dove si trova (dietro la spazzola principale), che per la sua dimensione esigua rispetto alla distanza dalla spazzola principale. La grande differenza sta nella batteria e nelle funzionalit abilitate: anche se sono praticamente identici anche nel software dal server neato sono abilitate in pi rispetto al D3 la modalit eco che riduce la potenza di aspirazione e la suddivisione per stanze, le no go Lines sono attive su entrambi. La batteria che ho trovato aveva pi di 200 cicli di carica, ma la durata praticamente immacolata praticamente per due buoni motivi: il ciclo di carica viene contato in maniera erronea ogni qualvolta si stacca dalla base e si riattacca anche se sopra il 90% di carica, su questo robot funzionando anche a zone molto spesso si fa pulire una sola stanza ed ogni volta che ritorna alla base aumenta di uno magari con l’85% di carica quindi l’effettivo utilizzo della batteria di sicuro diminuito di almeno 2/3 di ci che segna.
Veniamo all’estetica: effettivamente i graffi c’erano ed erano anche vistosi sulla cassettina di raccolta polvere parte interna, sulla parte interna del robot sotto la cassettina. Qualche altro graffio sotto il robot con tanto si strusciata zona spazzola. Ci indica un uso del precedente proprietario in maniera poco ortodossa lasciando probabilmente residui di pietrisco mentre apriva e chiudeva il cassettino….Sopra i graffi sono appena visibili.
Valutazione finale:
Io non guardo continuamente sotto il robot o dentro il cassettino, in ogni caso pulisce evidentemente ed i graffi se li farebbe alla prima pulizia strusciando contro un mobile o la piantana. Se guardate il video va davvero preciso al bordo che pulisce molto bene. Consiglio di comprarlo a chi magari ha necessit di pulire stanze singole come me oltre alla pulizia ordinaria altrimenti un D3 con la batteria migliore fa lo stesso lavoro ma costa la met. Cosiglio ancora l’usato amazon che si rivelato efficace in questo caso un po’ meno nel D3 usato che visto il prezzo e lo stato della batteria avrebbe dovuto avere un costo di 30 inferiore per essere conveniente.

Unica nota negativa( giusto per trovarla) il Samsung si arrampicava anche sui muri, le ruote del neato sono scanalate un po’ meno e slittano un po’ se il tappeto alto o peloso, ma togliendo i tappeti il D7 completamente autonomo…cosa mai trovata in nessun altro robot.

My Neato D710 is called Johnny!
I choose it after carefully checking on other models and other brands too.
Moreover, I looked for it after I sent back the one I bought only two weeks earlier from a very prestigious brand.
I have mixed floors: laminate, lino and carpets. The other brand one worked well the first two days; however, the battery wasn’t powerfull enough to do the whole house in one go (almost 70 mq), and from the third day it kept on getting blocked on the carpet – which is shorter than 1cm.
After one week they sent me a replacement, which didn’t work too and wasn’t even able to map the house as it stopped working on the carpeted room and an incomplete map couldn’t be saved.
It was d-shaped, very expensive and useless on my carpeted room and entrance.
Its app was similar to the Neato one, however, had only very basic functions: no single rooms option, no manual option, no way to schedule more than one cleaning programme. Furthermore, as it couldn’t map the house, I had no way to set any schedule nor any no-go line up.
With all this in mind, I choosed the Neato D710 – 519.00, almost half the price I would have paid for the other one.
The first thing I noticed is that the Neato is much lighter, and I believe this is exactly why it’s able to work on the carpet: I guess the other one “dived” a little bit too deep on the carpet, preventing the brush from spin properly (the given help message was always “the brush is blocked, please clean it” even when it was perfectly clean).
“Johnny” Neato works very well both on hard and on carpeted floors.
The battery is very long lasting, and I havent seen it uncharged yet.
The mapping is very neat and the single room option, as long as the multiple scheduling, makes the hovering very flexible and effective.
Johnny cleans every weekdays different areas at different times, according with our need the use the rooms before leaving to work and school, and I completely modify the schedule on weekends and holidays.
The house is sparkly clean, and I just give it a mop once or twice a week, so that even the small bits Johnny can’t reach are clean enough.
The cleaning maps I get after each cleanings are very usefull, as I always know what has be done (normally everything), and I know if and when I have to move things and light pieces of furnitures to let it clean the previously occupied spots.
The no-go line feature is very good and you can even enlarge the map to put it more precisely, wow!
The magnetic thinghies may be useful when using the “spot” mode (which is not my favoutite though).
Although I use them rarely, the “manual hoovering” option may be more effective than the “spot” one.
I no longer need to rush to make the house decent before going to work and less workload leaves time to do the other needed cleaning and, most important ever, more time for my self and my family, in a tidy, confortably clean home!
I clean it’s dust container and the brush every day, with my old normal hoover.
Sometimes it gets confused when I move the bed the other side of the room (so to have every side of the room hoovered more than once a week), and I have to bring it back to the deck station as it can not, but this doen’t affect its excellent performances.
Until now, it has lost the connection once; I was not happy and thought the nice-time-for-me was over.
After a few pointlessy try, I reboot it altogether and it came back as before.
Hopefully, it won’t happen again, as I read some bad reviews about this (apparently happening after less than one months from the purchase) and I would be very disappointed in finding the technology is not developed enough to work on a longer basis.
By the way, I am totally satisfied so far and I would recomend it without exitation, but I’ll update this review if needed.
1ere mise en service effectue
Les +: beau et moderne, poigne de transport, rservoir salets sur le dessus et rien ne tombe quand on l’enleve, bouton marche arret sur lappareil en cas de besoin, cartographie du RDC impressionnante. Dfinition des pices, dlimitation des no go et programmation des nettoyage via app smartphone rapide et simple. Aspiration puissante et efficace.
Les -: aucun objet au sol meme les petites balles de jeux de mon chaton sont un obstacle. Definition des pieces via zone rectangulaire mon salon est en forme de L dommage, pas de multi selection possible pour le nettoyage par piece type entre + cuisine dommage, la brosse rotative sur le cot a bien du mal sur les tapis et moquette mme fines et les poils de la brosse sont trop court, il essai toujours d’aller sous le canap y parvient mais reste coinc dessous j’ai du definir des no go autour du canape pour eviter le pb.
Conclusion trs bon produit sur le march du haut de gamme mais certains points sont perfectibles.
Nous avons eu pendant sept ans un aspirateur robot Samsung, malheureusement son grand Aage la rendu aveugle.
Nous avons command un I Robot 960 pour le remplacer, mais le rsultat du nettoyage ce robot essayer quelques jours tait loin d’atteindre le niveau de nettoyage que nous avions avec notre ancien appareil. Aprs lecture de multiples tests, le robot Neato Semblait selon les tests d’tre le meilleur appareil ou pas mais il est meilleur appareil du march. Nous avons donc command cet appareil et le rsultat est sans appel. Il est juste parfait. Le niveau d’aspiration dpasse nettement celui du IRobot pour un prix quasi identique. 400euros vs 450 pour le Neato D7. Les zone de bordure sont parfaites. Le niveau de bruit est plus qu’acceptable. Cet appareil est conseiller plus que certainement! Il est juste top. Le rservoir est grand 0,6 litres vs 0,3 pour la majorit des appareils. Ils est programmable et contrlable partir d’un smartphone.
C’est un achat que je regrette pas du tout (contrairement au IRobot que j’ai retourn quasi immdiatement)

Bad:
– Wifi connect loses very often – needs reconnect
– Only three maps is allowed
– Can’t use only suction when thicker carpet – gives error
– It refuces to start mapping from room were are glossy flooring lists (black)
– Can’t clean corners
– App needs about 500mb to install Android, but after installation it is about 30mb
– App needs to have Your location
– Very hard to find Extra Neato Spiral Combo Brush SKU: 945-0305, which came with product
– Manual mode (drive with robot) have long delay
– Sometimes it goes crazy after some barrier and cleaning same place many times
Easy to use with SmartThings, the map of where it has cleaned is handy but most of all it is actually smart, it doesn’t just keep bumping around mindlessly cleaning, it tracks where it’s been and needs to go which is how it should be.
Most amazing gadget bought so far.. we are loving it.

Die Einrichtung ging bei mir schnell und problemlos. Von der App wird leider vom Grundriss nur ein rechteck zur bestimmung der Zonen akzeptiert ein “freies” zeichnen wre bei unserem Grundriss um einiges besser!
Saugleistung 5/5
Die Saugleistung ist gut bis sehr gut auf unseren Hart- und Teppichbden. Er findet dank den Laser sowie seiner Karte die er erstellt immer seinen Weg und geht strukturiert vor. Abstze von ca. 3cm schafft er in unserer Wohnung problemlos und ist schonend zu unseren Mbeln.
Der Fangbehlter ist gro genug um auch alle Hundehaare mit auf zu nehmen.
Fazit.
Wir sind mit dem Saugroboter zufrieden und wrden ihn nicht mehr hergeben. Gerade mit einem Tier im Haushalt ist es nun immer sauber.
Hovers most of our floor good suction on all surfaces apart from ourshaggy rug which it detects an issue and avoids. Great edition to the household. Only negative if you keep moving it floors it takes time to work out where it is on the floor even if you put it on a second base. Defiantly recommend this!
I’m a landscaper with a dog that molts a lot . Deals with the dust and hair no problem . Just empty it regularly!
Another feature of this model is that it can map multiple floors (maximum of three). But for this function to be really useful, you will need to purchase a second/third dock on each floor which is just short of 50.00.
The line of Neato vacs uses the same size brushes and filters so you can then decide what level of filtration you want. So I have had this D7 for the last three months and it has worked perfectly particularly places like under a sofa/couch or under the bed that does not get moved very often. This vac will not outright replace a traditional handheld cordless or corded vacuum but you will definitely use them less giving you more time for other things.
Bin total begeistert! Der Neato D7 connected ist der beste Saugroboter dem ich bisher zusehen “durfte”. Nach sehr langem hin und her berlegen (er ist ja nun doch recht teuer gegenber so manchen anderen Saugrobotern) haben wir uns entschieden doch dem Rat eines guten Freundes zu folgen und uns einen neato zu holen. Davor hatten wir zum Testen ein gnstiges Modell eines China Herstellers, das leider nur 5 Monate seinen Dienst getan hat und ein paar Tage vorher seinen Geist aufgegeben hat. Wrde immer warten da die Preise der neato Gerte stark schwanken. ich habe jetzt z.b. nur knapp 500 fr den d7 gezahlt. Ein echtes Schnppchen gegenber dem Hersteller Preis. Eventuell wird er sogar noch mal gnstiger zum Black Friday bzw natrlich wenn Nachfolgemodelle kommen.
Jetzt zur Saugleistung. Der Neato fhrt beim ersten Mal die komplette Wohnung oder das komplette Haus ab also am besten alles wegrumen was nicht fixiert ist so dass er den gesamten Raum erkennen kann. Diese erste Komplettreinigung dauert etwas lnger da er wirklich jeden Zentimeter scannt und versucht in jede letzte Ecke reinzukommen. Grundstzlich fhrt er jeden Raum den er erkennt einmal an den Ecken ab und beginnt dann die Flche in Schlangenlinien zu reinigen. So bekommt er wirklich so gut wie jeden Schmutz mit dann widmet er sich dem nchsten Raum fhrt ihn einmal ab und reinigt die Flche. In der wirklich sehr guten App kann man dann am Ende den Grundriss seiner Wohnung gesehen und die einzelnen Rume sogar mit Namen und Zonen Versehen auf die man ihn spter loslassen kann. Auch die virtuelle No Go Linien die man im Nachhinein dann einziehen kann damit der ber gewisse Dinge nicht fhrt sind sehr gut. Bin bisher voll zufrieden und jedes Mal beim Ausleeren des kleinen mit einem tollen Filter versehenen Staubbehlter wieder begeistert. Andy Rezensionen die schreiben dass er laut wre, naja es ist nunmal ein Staubsauger…
apres un mois d’utilisation, voici ma synthese :
-Mise en oeuvre facile, (bien laisser 1m autour de la base)
– connexion au wifi, cartographie, barrires virtuelles : un jeux d’enfant. (cartographie possible qu’apres le premier nettoyage, donc pour celui ci utiliser les bandes magnetiques pour isoler les zones a pb)
– j’ai cre sans pb une cartographie tage, et une autre rdc (je monte la base a l’tage bien sur),
-commande a distance sans problme
– attention : l’aspirateur n’aime pas les miroirs qui vont jusqu’au sol et les meubles qui sont au niveau de son laser (donc pour ces zones, j’ai cre des zones de dlimitations virtuelles.)
– je ne l’ai pas vu dans la doc, mais pour arrter l’aspirateur pendant une semaine ou vacances, appuyer durant 10s sur le bouton marche. (sinon il ne va faire que se charger et dcharger sur sa base meme s’il ne fait rien) Il y a sans doute une amlioration soft a prvoir a ce niveau chef Nato…

Love setting it off and coming home to a clean floor.
Simple to set up and set rooms and no go lines which are useful.
We used to have a Dyson with very good suction and this is perfectly acceptable level of suction.
Would definitely recommend to family and friends. While it’s very expensive I feel it’s good value, who wants to spend their prescious time hoovering?!
Comme tous les commentaires vous verrez de tout et son contraire. De mon ct je suis plus que satisfait. Je n’ai pas compar ce robot un autre car c’est le seul que j’ai. Pour autant il remplit bien ses fonctions, l’aspiration est top, le dplacement aussi et le bruit est trs correct (bien moins que mon vieux aspirateur traneau).
Les petits bmols d’un aspirateur de ce type c’est de devoir vider le bac tous les jours car a se repli super vite. Mais bon c’est vraiment rapide et on se rend compte de tout ce qu’il aspire !(soit dit en passant c’est incroyable ce que l’on peu ramasser en 1j…)
Sinon le robot a dj t bloque, mais une fois le mapping ralis, on peu cr des zones virtuels afin de lui dire de ne pas aller tel ou tel endroit. a lui permet d’viter des zones complexes comme un petit tapis de salle de bain (ou pour le coup il se prend dedans et du mal s’en sortir).
Enfin pensez bien placer le robot dans un endroit assez ouvert. Moi au dpart je l’avais plac sous ma cuisine (j’avais cr un renfoncement au niveau des plinthes). Bon a marche mal car il n’arrive pas bien se retrouver. Mais je l’ai replac dans mon cellier contre un mur et c’est parfait.
Voil, dernier argument qui fait que je ne referai jamais marche arrire, je gagne 3h d’aspirateur par semaine… (maison 130m2 avec animaux).
All great! Minor preparation to remove small items from the floor and take away cables. It saves me 40 min a day and keep house cleaner. Map is a great thing, you know where it has been and you can stop it from going some places as well. Multifloor works perfect as well.
Essendo il top della linea Neato presenta tutte le funzioni disponibili, quindi no-go line impostabili dalla applicazione, multi piani per la pulizia, programmazione settiminale e pulizia a zone. Con gli ultimi aggiornamenti, solo la pulizia a zone rimasta una esclusiva del D7, quindi se non vi interessa particolamente vi consiglio di considerare i prodotto di fascia pi bassa.
Il bidone di raccolta della polvere tra i pi grandi sul mercato e la batteria permette di pulire aree di 40m2 scaricandone meno della met.
Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, anche se impostato in modalit eco, sempre buona. Certo con l’aspiravolvore a mano si pulisce meglio e in fretta, per non si arriva in tutti i punti come fa il neato. Inoltre basta farlo passare una volta in pi alla settimana e il risultato lo stesso.
La navigazione basata su laser, quindi funziona anche al buio.
Ogni tanto capita si perda, soprattutto se incontra stendini o altri oggetti che riesce a spostare, per solamente 2 volte (nell’arco di quasi 1 anno) mi toccato liberarlo perch si era bloccato.
Il bisone chiaramente dotato di filtro, che va sosituito in base all’utilizzo. Prima dell’acquisto tenente in considerazione anche questo.
Ultima considerazione, permette il funzionamento anche offline oppure tramite app e telefono in tethering
Great robot hoover, really easy to setup and use and lots of suction so it works well on hard floors and carpets.
Works away quite happily on short shag pile carpet, very happy.
