These torches are excellent really bright and one end is magnetic very handy when messing about in the loft!
best torch I have ever had especially at this price
This torch is so bright I had to stop my kids playing with it. It has 4 functions: a normal torch beam which is really bright then a floodlight beam which lights up the whole room. It also then has a red light and a red flashing light for emergencies. The base is a really strong magnet will stick firmly to anything metal.
I marked it one down for battery life although to be fair I haven’t had to replace them yet – I just can’t believe they can last too long with a torch so powerful so I keep expecting them to run down.
All in all a great purchase.

Very useful – very bright touch, work and red light.
The light output is adjustable.
On full power battery life can be fairly short – but that is not surprising with such a high light output.
Reason I have only given 4 stars is the lack of instructions – NOT due to any shortcomings in the torch.
Power output can be turned down (independently in each light mode)- either at will when you turn on or can be preset to come on at lower levels. Not obvious how without the instructions. Fortunately I already have another of these from a different source that came in different packaging and with instructions.
My partner had seen this and wanted it for Xmas. It was exactly what he wanted and was very happy with it.

Easy to use. Handy to put in a pocket and light to carry
A solidly made flashlight with intense bright light with a huge range and red flashing mode as a warning incase the car breaks down for example.
A brilliant small torch that punches way above its weight. Smart push button that cycles through different modes when you switch on. Superb simple torch and a seriously bright lantern light on the side. The magnetic base allows you to work hands-free, as long as there is something nearby made of steel (a car bonnet, for example). Not had cause to use the solid red or flashing red mode, but I’m sure it would be useful if you are out at night near traffic. Overall, a fantastic bit of kit at a reasonable price.
Live in the country and prone to power cuts , great if needed and great in winter for dog walks.
The torch arrives in “Demo mode” which means it goes off after 15 seconds. Swap round one of the batteries and it works. I nearly didn’t but it after some of the negative reviews but it is just as good as the one I had for many years (and still works).
There is a (more expensive) rechargeable one (another criticism I read more than once).

Used this tonight after an initial charge. I like the simple UI and brightness (500 lumens), which is great for a portable work light. Solid construction and well anodised. Great for the price point.

Purchased the torch for working on the car
With the magnetic base it’s brilliant.
Very versatile and useful torch, strong magnet on the base and good selection of lighting modes, I own 3 of them. AA battery size a big plus, can always find some wherever unlike with torches that take odd size batteries.
Only downside is it likes to turn itself on in my bag and run the batteries out but this is true of other torches I have as well, I always carry spare rechargeable batteries anyway so no big deal.
A great little universal torch. I have a disturbing amount of torches but couldn’t resist this one…… so much so, I bought another for no reason!
It is a good solid torch with a standard throw front torch or the cob light. Most of my torches use special batteries, so this is great to have as it uses standard household batteries….and very sparingly.
The cob is what I like – it has a lower and bright setting. Superb to illuminate any area, even in daylight it is noticeable. I do a lot of work on vehicles and this is ideal for illuminating any area. It has a magnetic base so stands on end perfectly. It is a very strong magnet so won’t vibrate off i.e. if it is sat in the engine bay with motor running. The magnets on the cheaper ones are not very strong.
Knocks the spots of the cheap ones you will see when searching cob lights. NEBO are a quality brand and having one of these for the price of two cheaper unbranded ones is still a better way to go if you want high power brightness and usability. If you don’t require it to be the brightest star in the sky, then the cheaper ones may be more suitable for you.
This torch is significantly bigger than the little Larry which I had and lost previously. The leds on it though are as insanely bright as the other models with the benefit of having a torch as well. Brilliant bit of kit.
This is a great workshop light / one to keep in the car for emergencies. Good bright light, strong magnetic. Batteries last good amount of time, but depends hope much you want to spend on batteries. Thoroughly recommend
