Very easy to set up. Much better than the karcher I had. Very light I would recommend.
Excellent little pressure hose with plenty power for jobs on the farm.
Used mainly for cleaning the cattle handling crate at calving time.
I have a Nilfisk Alto which I have used regularly for about the last 30 years. As it has now expireded I decided to replace it with another Nilfisk which I hope proves as reliable. I have used this machine and found it performs very well. The only feature I don’t like is the rotary power selector switch which looks vulnerable to dirt should it accidentally get splashed. My old machine had a simple waterproof on/off switch which, I think, is a safer arrangement.
Overall a good machine that I would recommend.
Does what is says and the pressure is excellent .
The nozzles are a bit fiddle/stiff to change and the electrical power cable”tie” system could be better designed.
I would recommend it although its early days .
Husband been nagging me about getting one of these and I thought a waste of money.
Well! I couldn’t have been more wrong!
I chose this product based on product reviews. Husband (who put the hard work in) was sceptical – concerned too small, but he toddled into garden to try it & 2 hours later we had a gleaming patio!
The difference is incredible and did not take much effort (or so it appears, as the advantage with Niflisk’s small size is that it is easy to manoeuvre, as light. The hose stretched over 6 meters without effecting pressure.
We are now newly converted pressure washer fans – now about to start on the block paving driveway
Good for cleaning the car and garden paths. The hose isn’t quite as flexible as advertised. At only 6m you really need it to keep straight to use the full hose when washing the car, otherwise you have to move the unit around a lot. Have had some trouble getting adaptors for non-Nilfisk parts such as the Autoglym snow foam spray but eventually got the right one. Decided to buy another nozzle specifically for the car as the one provided seems still quite harsh. Overall good value for money.
Great pressure washer. Set it up today and spent the day cleaning the paving stones front and back, car and the wall from the dog covering it in muck. This was effortless with the 130 bar core model. I would highly recommend.
Having been thoroughly disappointed by two Karcher K2’s due to reliability issues I was recommended Nilfisk. My jet washing is limited to two cars every couple of weeks and the patio once a year so it doesn’t get hard use. Already used the Nilfisk and it has sensible things like a long power cable and delivery hose, plus a supplied spray bottle for snow foam and it all works a treat. It wasn’t difficult to put together, the picture instructions were clear enough. Finally the delivery hose, once disconnected from body and lance, coils up nicely into the body of the machine so it stores well in the garage.
Very pleased with my purchase. Easy to put together. Easy to use, light weight. As a 70 year old female I found the information Easy to follow and the jet washer simple to use.
Bought this Nilfisk core 130 to replace a faulty Karcher K2 of which its start/stop feature stopped working. I am very pleased with the operation and quality of the Nilfisk. After researching I have heard great things about this brand, and it did not disappoint. The motor is noticeably quieter than the outgoing Karcher and its start/stop is very responsive. I replaced the normal lance with a stubby gun so cannot comment on the original lance, but through the stubby gun the pressure is very strong even on the lowest setting. It has been great for cleaning cars, and can imagine it would do a great job at patio cleaning etc. A couple of different nozzles are also included for different applications. I am also a fan of the standard hose which kinks less than the karcher and feels better made. Overall I would 100% recommend this over a karcher equivalent, and you can expect the all metal motor to last for a long time.
Easy to assemble following instructions (I’m female & over 60!).. lots of extra attachments came with it .. I just connected it to my hosepipe via my hozelock connector – it was easier to get on than off, so maybe the orange connectors they sent shd be used instead Used on various hardwood garden furniture to clean off the green & black discolouration, back to original wood.. worked a treat will use on patio next time. So far so good
It is very light and as a good power if there is one thing that could be to make it better it would be a little longer hose so you don’t need to move it so much
Great bit of kit been keeping an eye out for them on black Friday got a good deal with it and very happy. Not many people have heard of them but completely surpass the equivalent karcher.
Definitely recommend
Really good little pressure washer, easy to use and set up. Nice and lightweight. Very happy

Nilfisk 128471286 Core 130 Bar High Pressure Washer with Power Control for Home, Garden and Car Blue
The product.
This is a small 130 bar pressure washer from Nilfisk
Build.
It is very well made but light enough to easily move around. It has onboard tool storage and a long cable.
Suitability.
It has a range of setting for car cleaning to drain blasting and everything the average user could want. The trigger is nice and smooth.
In use.
I have used it mainly for cleaning our vehicles off. We have a smallholding and they get plastered in mud and muck. This little pressure washer makes short work of getting all the muck off. It’s not too noisy either.
Overall.
I have been using this pressure washer most days for the last 3 months and it has performed perfectly each time. It is reliable, quiet and does a great job. It’s my most used pressure washer as it is small and quick to set up. A really good tool from a well-known and respected manufacturer.
Summary: with 2 spray nozzles (“rough” and “gentle”), 3 power settings, and a detergent / foamer attachment, as well as a really flexible hose and enough surprisingly quiet power for most domestic jobs, this is a great choice.
I’ve been looking for a replacement for my 15kg+ very noisy Karcher for some time now, and when the Nilfisk Core 130 came up I leapt at it. I’ve given it quite extensive testing before reviewing it and I’m clear on my views now. Overall this is a great performer for most domestic jobs, and the variable power settings offer you the option of a relatively gentle spray right up to – with the “rough” nozzle – a ripper of a spray that will slightly splinter older timber decking if held close at full power.
As the pictures show, the product comes with a chemical / foam spray bottle as well as a lance and the two different spray nozzles. It has very good hose, lance and nozzle storage, and the cable storage is adequate if slightly fiddly, but all of it is a vast improvement on the old Karcher.
Even at full power, the Core 130 is significantly quieter than the Karcher, and while these things are always subjective, I asked my neighbours and they felt it was much quieter and less intrusive too.
I’ve included a picture of the lance connector, in case you have tools from another manufacturer’s pressure washer that you want to use – this should help you understand what adapter you need.
I used the foam spray to clean a car, and it produced snow foam levels of foam from an ordinary car shampoo, so I was suitably impressed! It certainly works to get measured mixes of detergent onto large surfaces quickly.
The one quibble I do have is that the power cable is relatively short, at about 4m. Because pressure washers generate lots of spray, you’ll probably want to be using an appropriate extension lead, protecting the plug appropriately (at the very least in a sealed plastic bag, and preferably with an IP-rated extension lead, and with an RCD.
Overall, and subjectively as I haven’t measured the pressure or flow rate, I think the Core 130 generates slightly less pressure than my massive, noisy old Karcher, but I don’t think that affects its usability. I will try to update this review when I get round to the annual decking clean, if there is any major difference in wide-area cleaning power.
As usual, my pros and cons list follows…
Pros:
– lightweight
– quieter than other pressure washers I have used (although nowhere near silent!)
– more than adequate basic accessories
– good accessory, cable and hose storage
– high pressure hose is very flexible, and the quick release locking system really works
Cons:
– power cable could usefully be a few metres longer, but a suitable extension cable will negate that
Overall, I think this is a strong contender with Karcher washers, and especially the flexibility of the hose and the effectiveness of the quick release coupling system mean it is the winner for me.
If you’re looking for a new pressure washer from a well-known brand, I recommend putting Nilfisk near the top of your list.
I am very impressed at how good this power washer is. I have had Krcher as well as some generic brands before but this Nilfisk is up there with the best. It looks cool and is very well made with nooks and crannies to hold all the attachments securely in place. Set up and connection is simple and it was up and running in a few minutes with just a screwdriver needed for 6 crosshead screws. The washer certainly has the power to do all jobs required from car washing, patios and in my case, deck cleaning. It definitely packs a punch when removing all the built-up dirt from the deck boards. It’s not overly noisy and very easy to move around. Overall, a brilliant, powerful, well made power washer.
There is one small issue that I have seen some other reviewers mention and that is on page 6 it shows a connection value (not included) but fails to mention what this valve is called. This is a ‘non-return valve’ which stops the backflow of contaminated water from going back into the mains water system. I didn’t have this and used the washer without it perfectly fine.
Does what it’s meant to do, easy to use and assemble.
Once removed from the box, the pressure washer was easy to assemble quickly with the aid of the enclosed diagrams. It all fitted together well to create a compact washer that’s lightweight and easy to carry or move around on wheels.
The hose is a good length, allowing me to clean a path without having to move the washer along. Once finished the hose was simple to coil and store in the space provided. It comes with two nozzles — the rough one made light work of a stained patio with algae. The smooth was perfect for cleaning the interior of my wheelie bins. Though it has three power setting the lowest is fine for most of the cleaning needed around the house and garden.
I’m delighted and impressed with the performance and cleaning power, which is perfect for domestic use. The compact design of the washer also makes it easy to store and moved around.

Assembling it was easy. A quickstart guide is provided as well as an instruction manual. The instruction manual provides a few more details on putting it together and so I recommend following that. Putting it all together took around 5 minutes – easy! Once you power it via the mains and give it a water supply then you’re good to go.
The hose length is decent and can be easily stored away in the compartment on the front of the pressure washer. There are slots on the rear of the pressure washer for the nozzles too.
The machine was easy to set up and is easy to use. You can rotate the lance to change the direction of the spray when using the flat spray nozzle, which is a really useful feature.
A very lightweight and compact pressure washer making it very practical for moving around and for storage. Has a decent amount of pressure making it suitable for cleaning dirty paving stones (best to use the tornado nozzle for this). The pressure is ideal for cleaning cars too, I think they recommend using a maximum of 130 bar for cleaning cars. The tornado nozzle shouldn’t be used for washing cars as it can further damage the paintwork where there are stone chips or peeling paint.
Everything has a storage place on the pressure washer so it’s all neat and tidy. Plenty or accessories are available at a very reasonable price if you require them.
You will see in the other reviews people mention about non return valves for an outside tap in the instructions. Most external taps have them built in so you should be fine with that. It basically means that no water can enter and contaminate your home water supply from the external tap.
If you’re getting your pressure washer out weekly to do the car, clean up the decking, or wash the garden tools, That said it is a good solid unit for general home use.
This is a 130 bar jet washer by Nilfisk and a very good one a that, the quality is superb on par with krcher not as stylish but small and compact easy to store away. We did the drive using this and I can tell you it’s just as powerful as a top end krcher but cheaper, the power is brilliant it blasted all the green mould off super easy. I definitely recommend this one to anyone.

i previously had a Karcher pressure washer – it was great but very bulky and heavy – it worked well but i find this one much easy to use and with the same results if not better!
The first thing i noticed was the weight and ease of movement of the washer – the karcher one i had keep falling over and getting in a tangle – this is much better lighter and easy to move.
It also has really easy to use features to select soft or high pressure depending on use – you dont want to have it on high if you are cleaning a car – or low if you are cleaning a drive!!!
It did a great job on both – and removed moss and cleaned the drive a treat! i find pressure washing quite theraputic as well !
I received this NILFISK COR 130 bar pressure washer through the Amazon vine program.
This pressure washer came in a well presented box complete with instructions on how to put it together which I found was very easy too follow all you needed was a small star head screwdriver.
The pressure washer itself is light wait compact and well made and has a place to store the nozzles, cable’s and the flexible hose it has 3 pressure settings and you get an additional 2 spray nozzles plus the spray Lance trigger gun for different cleaning jobs.
You will find the information for which nozzle to use and the correct pressure setting is actually shown on the top of the machine which is very helpful.
I find this Nilfisk 130 bar pressure washer to be quite a good versatile pressure washer for washing your car too cleaning your rubbish bin plus many home cleaning jobs.
I haven’t heard of NILFISK products before but if this is anything to go by they look well made and durable.
As regards to the special adapter needed but not included to connect to your tap ! I found that it works perfectly well with out it and connected directly to your hosepipe.
It seems people dont know what the contraption is as shown by nilfisk is, for the feed pipe.
As shown it is a non return valve which stops any dirty water returning back into the water system, a lot of newer outside taps have them built in, but by law all UK feed taps have to have either a non return tap or use this non return valve.
The machine will work without one, but officially your not supposed to use it without one in place.

Should have changed our pressure hose a long time ago but our previous Alto refused to break down. This Nilfisk model does what I want without any bells and whistles. It washes the car and cleans our deck. The two biggest improvements are ease of handling. The new one weighs in at 6.6kg compared to 16kg (no really) of our old one. Whether this lightweight model will not be as robust and long lasting only time will tell but the reduction in weight will be worth any reduction in longevity. The previous hose was like wrestling with a sullen octopus. The new hose is much easier to work with and to store away in the space provided. Generally very pleased and is value for money IMO.
Had a previous version which lasted 6 years and was constantly used detailing cars. This new version is more powerful and smaller. The new hose rubber is much improved and does not twist up and is so simple to roll up and put into the front hose compartment. Wheels make it nice and easy to move around. Really light weight and the power control allows my foam gun to work more effectively being able to turn the power down. Great value.
A nice easy to use pressure washer, a piece of equipment not included with the washer is shown as necessary in the manual, I couldn’t find it anywhere. The washer however appears to work well without it?

Good product, you get more for your money with nilfisk if you want karcher, you paying for the brand rather than the performance
An effective power cleaner, simple to assemble and use. Very impressed.
I bought this to repalce a previous Nilfisk that had given 7 years of service. It had washed numerous family cars over the years and had been used to clean an awful lot of patios. It eventually gave up the ghost with what sounded like bearing failure.
I moved to Nilfisk after two very short lived (18 months to two years) machines of the type with the yellow casing. The premature failure of both those led me to look for an alternative and I’ve been very happy with the price and performance of Nilfisk machines.
This has a slight power increase over the previous one and it is noticeable. To date, I have only used it for car washing (Pre-wash, foam lance, rinse) but it performed very well. It’s a little quieter than the old one and much neater to tidy away, thanks to the hose storage compartment.
It only took 5-10 minutes to assemble and all that’s needed is a medium sized phillips screwdriver. It’s quite intuitive and there are digrams to help you get things in the right order.
I’m very pleased with the purchase, hopefully I’ll get another 7 years use out of it!
