This is an amazing alternative to the main switch. It’s compact and runs games well. The colour is lovely. It sometimes gets warm but what do you expect when playing games all day. It only seems to charge with its specific charger so if I ever lose that, I will have to buy that specific one which is kind of annoying but it is what it is.

Love the colour, I didn’t buy it from Amazon’s , I purchased it from Argos . The Nintendo lite is brilliant, light and easy to use. This is the first game console I have had. Well worth buying , you can download free games from the online Nintendo store. I would recommend you to buy a screen protector which you can buy from here , mine is the JETech Tempered glass screen protector for Nintendo switch lite. A*****

First handheld I’ve bought singe the old Game Boy… Bought for the wife who likes management games, so Animal Crossing was purchased with it. She’s not used it all that much so far, but from what I could see when setting it up it’s the usual superb quality build from Nintendo. Screen looks lovely and bright and detailed and it fits nicely in your hands.

Lovely colour and nice wee product hopefully it is well built and doesn’t break
overly easy which time will tell. I’m sure this will bring lots of enjoyment and fun tho

When you get the package it comes with a Nintendo Switch Lite, and the first sight of it is really impressive because you can tell the quality of it is good. Also the screen is really nice as you can adjust the light bright to less bright,and this is one of the best things I brough

I’ve owned a the original Nintendo switch from launch and it has been brilliant, still going strong. However my eldest daughter has high jacked it for the last year. My other daughter obviously also wanted a switch, so I bought the Switch Lite.

I’m very impressed with the Switch Lite, it pretty much offers all the same as the original switch. Only main difference are the unit size/screen size and quality and the fact that you cannot connect to TV and change up the controllers. For a pure portable games console this does the jobs and does it very well.

My daughter is quite small overall so it fits more comfortably into her hands over the original switch, so a much better fit. I mentioned the screen size and quality, don’t get me wrong it is very impressive picture quality overall but compared to the original it slightly lacks over the Lite, especially in brightness. Don’t let this put you off it is still amazing.

At the end of the day it is down to personal preference and Budget, this is excellent product for the price for everyday gaming on the go or for a younger child, if your more of a hardcore gamer then I’d go for the original switch.(or wait for the Switch pro which is now on the horizon)

I love it, I think it would be a better case if there was room to store your nintendo switch charger. The game cartridge case is a bit hard to open but thats because of how small the switch game cartridges are.

Had Nintendo products prior to Lite, great product, came within 2 days, excellent.

Absolutely fantastic gaming device brought for my 5 year old so she stops nicking my PS4 so fun and easy to use I secretly play on it when she’s in bed, fits in the hands perfectly loads of games to play hours of fun for all

I’d been using my husband’s full size Switch but decided to get myself this so we could play at the same time. I prefer this to the full sized one as it’s lighter and easier to hold. You can’t connect it to a monitor but we would only do that for multiplayer games anyways, so with one full sized Switch already in the house it isn’t needed.
It charges very quickly and the battery lasts longer than on the full sized Switch. I would recommend buying an external memory card as it really only stores one “big” game internally.
There are lots of fun games to play on it, my favorite being animal crossing. It took a bit of messing around with accounts, but I was able to transfer my island from my husband’s Switch to mine without having to buy the game again. The colour (coral) is lovely but I’m surprised by the amount of people saying it’s pinker than expected as it’s exactly as the photo shows for me.
The only negative thing I have to say about it is that the charger never worked, however Amazon sent me a different brand charger for free which has worked perfectly and charges it quickly. My husband’s Switch charger broke very soon after he got his too, so I think the chargers are not good quality.

I love the Nintendo switch lite console it is easy to use and it plays the games very well. And is good for the price

Brilliant console for kids, my four and six year olds each have one (as do myself and their dad) and we have a great time all playing together. They love animal crossing and minecraft. We have parental settings on them that we can control from our phones and can limit their usage.

So far it’s been great , It arrived within 24 hours (2 days earlier than expected) , it was well packaged , in the original box and had the accessory’s with it. It was in spotless condition and it’s all working well.

It was late but it worth waiting, n It came in perfectly perfect condition, The color is so beautiful, I was worried that I might get distracted while playing it but this didn’t happen lol

Negative:
Its weight is heavier than the PS Vita, and my hand hurt because it is heavy, even I don’t playing for a long time. I wonder if I can buy Joy Con and use it with switch lite, Charging also ends quickly, I may feel this more because I compare it to PS Vita

Was waiting for a while for the coral colour to come back into stock and thankfully it did, just in time for my daughter’s birthday. We have the full Switch too, but the lite is perfect for smaller hands and also to take out and about. It really is a beautiful colour, so we bought a clear case to show it off.

Flawless product from Nintendo. While my PS4 collects dust after 7 years of use, playing games on this console is a breath of fresh air. So accessible with so many classic games to play on the move. Highly recommend

you won’t find a Switch around for a decent price so I would suggest buying a Switch Light… you can always buy a Switch later on as a family console, but this is great for individual handheld gameplay or just sharing with another person (as you can create other accounts)

the set back from the Switch systems is that it’s very pricey. be prepared to spend a lot on games (ranging up to 60 per game normally). if you intend on playing together online such as Mario Kart multiplayer, you will need a NINTENDO SWITCH ONLINE MEMBERSHIP (costing over 34 for a 365-day family membership) and ONE copy PER player. HOWEVER, if you’re just going to play with family around the house, you don’t need an online membership as you can play using local play with those around you. BUT you will still need a copy of the game each player…
