Bought these as an expansion for a 10kg dumbbell pair, and they are fine as an add-on but does make the overall length of the dumbbell slightly unwieldy for some exercises.
In my view, best when added to barbell.
All-in-all very happy though – top quality versatile set.
I got these .75kg x4 units so I could make up smaller intermediate weight of 4kg and then bring my total weights to 9 kg each. The circumference of the .75s is smaller than the 7.5kg set but they still screw together okay. The quality is superb and I’m really happy with both the original 7.5kg set and these extras.
Should be noted that they do not actually sit flush with the threads on smaller weight sets. There is a little gap that while not a significant issue, does show that they’re not as freely interchangeable as suggested. However, I do quite like this range of weights for their bars in particular.
I bought the four 1.5 kilogram weight plates to add onto my 10 kilogram Northdeer Dumbbells, which I must say, are of the upmost quality. If you want to use the principle of progressive overload in your training, it’s good to buy these weight plates.
Bought to increase the life of my 7.5Kg set, the quality of these dumbbells is such that it makes me want to pick them up. These extra weights give me 2 options to level up, my 7.5Kg can now be adjusted to 8.5Kg and 10Kg.
The quality this company produces is outstanding! Yes they are a little expensive but I guess you get what you pay for ! These are like the Bentley of weights hahaha

Solid weights, great quality and space saving for having different weight ranges. Epic!!
