Really pleased with it. Simple to use and works really well. I’m so happy with it. Im planning on buying another one. The use of remote makes it very easy to use. I like that it has an air purifier light to tell you when you have good quality air.
The remote control is very short range and the instructions aren’t very clear but I’ve very satisfied, great fan and a great heater.

Fab product, really kicks out heat, the cool could be a little colder, I use it on low as it is a little noisy on higher settings

Another disappointed fan, I put this item in my basket last week to purchase this week. Unfortunately my basket was emptied and my fan was sold. Bye bye
Really pleased, had it for a month so far and use it every night. Keeps the room cool and doesn’t just blow warm air around. The white noise it makes has made me sleep like a baby too. Would certainly recommend.
We have sent an email to the seller with the video and purchase details but have not heard from them in more than a week.
Update: It is sorted now. Once we were put in touch with Customer service through Amazon, they replaced it promptly.
I was a bit put off by several of the reviews, so I am hoping I have done the right thing
So far I am very pleased. It does everything it says it does.
I don’t find it too noisy, especially on the lower settings. It cools and heats well, and it’s good to see the purifier light change as the air quality alters However, I don’t find the cooling as powerful as my bladed fan.
One problem I have found, is that the lights on the base are quite bright at night in the bedroom, surprisingly enough to reflect onto the ceiling. In the end I had to get up and put something on the lights as it was disturbing me
I have found the remote control to be better than I was expecting
I would really like another of these so I don’t have to keep moving it around, but I need to see how reliable this one is. Hopefully if there are any problems, customer services will be able to help
All in all, I am very happy with the purchase. The size is exactly what I thought it would be, probably smaller. But the size is good considering it’s both an air purifier and fan heater. One benefit I noticed while using it in my living compared to my fan heater, I can put it behind the coffee table and the heat would reach me. Something I couldn’t with my fan heater as the table blocked the air flow. Had to place on the table to fix that issue. The heating element is very good, it’s not the hottest fan heater I’ve used. Which is a good thing in many ways. Firstly, it’s safer. My small fan heater, which I love, gets very hot. I won’t be able to place my hand about 6cm away from it without feeling pain. My son has on more than one occasion knocked it close to the sofa and we fear it could set it on fire. We had to place somewhere safe. While the ocean long, on the highest heat, I could feel the pain about 3-4cm away. The second reason, it doesn’t allow the room to feel to hot and stuffy, at least not quickly. On the highest setting, in a medium sized room which is open to a small size kitchen, it took 15 minutes to increase the room temperature up by one degrees, from 22.4 degrees to 23.6 degrees. The fan preforms well also. I pressed the ion button, lit yellow and after 10 minutes it went green. Without having a meter to read the air quality, I have to trust it is cleaning the air. Cleaning the filters and changing them, is very easy. Two clips on either side, press and they come apart.
One thing that I neither like or dislike. The sway feature. It swings 180 degrees. This may be a feature some will like and some my dislike. I feel it is a bit excessive. But it doesn’t really bother me.
Things I wasn’t very impressed with is the remote. It feel cheap. Great quality fan deserve a better remote. The buttons never really feel like you pressed them well enough. Also you must point directly at the bottom of the base. So, if you place it how I place it, behind a coffee table, you will need to shuffle yourself to control the fan.
So far so good.
The only negative Is the amount of packaging. Was in its own box, but came inside a 3x3ft box. Totally unnecessary.
Happy with it. Provides warmth for a large sized bedroom. It is quiet too.
