Bit pricey (isn’t everything?), but is of good quality, comfort, sturdiness and looks like it will last a long time even with much use.
The backrest is too firm. Not really comfortable. The armrest is different than in the pictures, but it does the job.
Good quality office chair, fairly easy to assemble, instructions not too clear to assemble the arms. The seat would be better if cushion thickness was improved
Does what it says – Small, maneuverable chair and easy to assemble. Comfortable and provides enough support for me. Much better option than $200 + office chairs
We bought this chair to use as computer chair. Very comfortable and supportive. Even the cat loves it. She sleeps on it all night so I guess it must be comfy

I’ve just put the Office Hippo Small Office chair together in less than 15 minutes. As someone who has back issues – this chair is a ‘game-changer’! Highly recommended for working from home.
Very comfortable and encourages you to sit correctly, I have it in my craft room for card making and the sturdy wheels make it easy to access different areas. Also use it when working at my laptop and the seat height adjustment makes this easy.

Chair is comfortable with good back support. Has a good range of movement. Despite being all plastic, it feels very sturdy. I am a lighter person though, around 60kg, so I can not vouch for bigger loads.
Wasn’t able to disassemble it, worth keeping the instructions if you intend to.
The height floor to seat covers a high range (up to 57cm). Very useful compared to many other chairs only going up to 53-54cm max. Very comfortable with the ajustable back rest angle.

I spend a lot of time at my desk and it was important to me to have the right chair. This was the last in a few that I tried – it’s comfortable and supportive for my back.
It’s a fine chair for what I need – assembling easy once I realised what pressure was enquired to make the seat initially raise and lower, a good purchase
Wow. Very well designed chair! Some great drilling work, and great metal work. I was also impressed that not a single screw is needed in the assembly!!. Major credit due to the design team. Also the quality is of a very high standard! (Well done factory team!). Very comfortable!!!!
Delivery quick. Self assembly was a bit daunting – had to really push the wheels in, the plastic mould coverings were a bit wonky and I did worry this is why it was cheap. However, once I had played about and understood how it all fixed together it was simple and looked good. The back support lever was so hard I thought I had a ‘dud’ that had been soldered together but, again, perseverance paid off and if you push it really hard it locks the back support in place. Overall very impressed and pleased with the chair. Would recommend.
I was looking for a reasonable desk chair not too cheap or expensive. It’s comfortable enough as I’m not sat in it all day. The back support is adequate and the material quality is good as you don’t get too hot or stuck to your back in the hot weather.
It’s quite a basic chair, I didn’t need anything fancy, however the back height adjustment was a bit difficult to achieve. I need it low and it was tricky to get right. The trick I think now is to get the cover piece slotted firmly into the back rest first before lowering it into place. The tilt mechanism has a bit too much resistance for me to find it comfortable even on the lightest setting, so I will probably keep it locked into place. Also the seat cushion is quite soft so I don’t know how long that will last. Very easy to assemble, no screws or bolts, everything just slots into place. The back has good support and I would say is good value for a home environment, I wouldn’t give it long in a busy office though.
Exactly what I wanted for working. Has the H&S requirements for office use. Seems to have helped my back ache issue.
This was surprisingly easy and quick to put together, so much so I was a bit concerned it may not be sturdy, but a week in and it’s been great. Very comfortable and looks good in a home office i.e. doesn’t look like a chair I just nicked from the office (I bought in charcoal shade). I’m 5’3″ so the size and settings are perfect for me.

I cannot speak highly enough of how well I was looked after. Having owned the chair for just over 11 months I contacted the seller as the plastic bracket holding the chairs back had cracked.
Without hesitation they immediately sent out a replacement which I received within 24hrs…. Truly amazing.

This chair is great, but it needed 2 people to assemble it. (Probably one stronger, longer-armed person would be fine!)
Took one star off for poor packaging – chair wasn’t wrapped so moved around in the box and caused a bit of damage (only cosmetic in this case).
Comfortable and looks smart.
Happy with the chair, my one gripe the wheels do not stay on. I sent an email to the seller who responded straight away and advised said wheels for the chair, but I still have the issue. The chair is very stable without the wheels attached.
This is a very comfortable desk chair at a reasonable price. Good purchase.
I used to have this chair as a student many moons ago and absolutely loved it, do when I saw I had the opportunity to buy it as my art studio chair, I seized it! It’s still absolutely perfect!
I’ve bought two of these chairs. The first one arrived damaged (got refunded), second one I ordered (due to value for money compared to similar chairs at the time) came from a 3rd-party seller and arrived in perfect condition. Easy to put together, lots of adjustment and is comfortable. Very good value!
Really comfortable and came well ahead of time. Plastic elements are really cheap and rattle around. Very happy overall especially for price.
Unfortunately it arrived damaged but a new part was shipped out the next day. All fine re assembly other than putting the arms on as there were numerous choices of screws depending on the model number which wasn’t anywhere on my paperwork. Ended up guessing and they are still on! Comfortable and supportive.

I have had this chair for 8 months now, and no problems. It is comfortable to use every day and is the right size for me.
Arrived a day earlier than expected. Perfect office chair for small spaces. Has a lever for height and one to either lock the back or release to allow you to recline. Back is height adjustable too. Sat in it for almost 8 hours without much of a break and can still walk which is more can be said for the fold up chair I’ve used so far. Great for the price much better than expected.
Good product, well packaged, arrived quickly. Easy to assemble once I’d figured out the technique for getting the castors into the base (you sort of swivel them in – don’t try to just push them straight in).
It may be coincidence but since I changed my office chair to the Hippo I no longer have a bad back.
It is very easy to adjust the height and back to a comfortable position and it also looks very smart.
I ordered it because I have one just like it at work. Easy to assemble – need a hand with the arm rests but other than that I’m very happy with it on the day of delivery 🙂
It is very easy to assemble. Took me just 10 minutes and I did not need tools.
The back chair keeps my back completely stratight as I wanted.
It is not the most comfortable chair as the bottom is a bit hard but overall I am happy.
I expected the grey colour a bit lighter.
The size is perfect so fits in all desks.

Been using the chair on a daliy basis for couple months and it still remains comfortable to sit on for hours on end. Assembly was fiddly at some parts but overall it took less than 20 mins to un-pack and assemble together.
With most ergonomic chairs being expensive, this more afforable chair proves to do what it says to do so far.
Bought this as a computer chair but needed one without arms to fit under desk!! Perfect – very comfy & so easy to put together. Very happy

Backrest broke off completely after just 3 months of using it.
I genuinely don’t know how it’s possible to sell such a good quality product at such a low price. Really easy to put together, 10 minutes max, very comfy, very strong, all works perfectly!
I found the assembly really straightforward and it was put together in 5 mins. The only odd bit is the plastic cover for where the back joins the seat. Initially it wasn’t clear which way round it goes but if you try it both ways it’s fairly obvious afterwards.
The seat has some basic adjustments as you’d expect and it all works really well.
It’s hard to tell how long this chair will last because all office chairs that get a lot of use develop creaks and parts start to wear out but this has been going fine for a couple of months with no issues.

This chair very much does what it says on the tin. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is because there is a part of the back that seems to be a bit broken.

I bought this after redecorating my room and not having a good enough chair to sit in. Going from a horrible fold up chair to this has been nothing but night and day in terms of quality.
If you slouch like i used too you’ll probably find your but cheeks will get slightly sore and uncomfortable but If you sit properly like the chair designed for you’ll be alright.
I’ve been made redundant so I use the chair for more than 8 hours a day and am never uncomfortable so I’d recommend this for anyone thinking of buying a new chair if you’re looking for an upgrade for working from home this wouldn’t be a bad choice. Yes there are better chairs available but if this your only choice that’s within your budget then you won’t be regretting your decision down the line.
It’s comfortable and adjustable, looks good and feels solid. IN a few places you can see where quality has been cut but it doesn’t affect performance. Bit like buying a mid range rather than a flagship phone
The chair itself was very easy to assemble but the armrests took quite a while as the instructions were unclear. Quite comfortable though and it’s good that the back can be adjusted too. I’ve got quite a small frame so it’s really good to find a desk chair that finally fits me
It came as described in the description, assembly instructions for the armrests could be clearer as there were many parts that came with it.

I wanted a good office chair for home and I purchased this one which is similar to the one I have in the office. I like the support it provides and the price was what convinced me in the end. The chair is very easy to assemble but I struggle with the arms, since the instructions are very poor. I still dont know if i have done it correctly actually!

Its continuous back support feature, and option to fix the angle of back is equally helpful, although size wise it is adequate for medium sized, and may be small for large sized guys.
On the delivery front, package was was delivered much before the ETA(1 week), as it got delivered 3rd day of ordering.
It was well packaged box with a very basic instruction manual and chair as easy to assemble. Hand rests were packaged in a separate box, it appears to be a generic hand rest that can fix to other models,
Fixing hand rests was bit confusing as both had ‘L’ marked on it, I initially believed to have received 2 left hands and thought it to be a delivery mistake, but noticed that they are designed to be generic in nature and could be fixed at both sides, am using it like that without problem now, so didn’t contacted seller to send the side have ‘R’ mark on it.
Height adjustment is smooth, and works fine, have been a happy user till now!
Assembly instructions are terrible and working out how the plastic supports to the chair back fit together is trial and error. However, this is a comfortable chair at a good price.
I am using it for 2 months now, no problems, very comfortable (used for home office, 5-6 hours a day, during lockdown). Assembled in 5 mins (I am a woman 😉 )
No fireworks, a wee bit pricey, but still – did the trick and I would recommend it!
Fantastic chair. With working at home during COVID-19 pandemic, I was using a kitchen chair to sit at my computer…..a few weeks in and my back was in agony, particularly when I got up in the morning. Took a punt on this reasonably priced chair and it has solved all my issues….no more back pain. I am 6’3″ and 95kg and this chair offers great support. Easy to assemble.
Managed to assemble this easily on my own. Just confusing with all the screws provided so you have to guess which ones to use but found it easy enough. Not as wide on the seat as expected so be careful – my hips are 43inch and just about fits comfortably with armrests attached. However would still recommend this chair.

Good sturdy chair, easy to assemble and very comfortable. If working from home at a desk all day was to be a permanent arrangement I would probably spend a bit more for the extra comfort, but this chair is more than adequate for what I need it for.
