It’s my first time buying a renewed phone, I was worried about it. It didn’t come in the original package, I received it in good condition it looks brand new, there are no scratches or fingerprints. The warp charger is brand new and in its original plastic, it’s a 30W.

Works great and fast. I’m very happy with i

This is one of the best phones I have purchased, it arrived 2 days before estimated delivery time.

Battery life is excellent, only charge it every 2 or 3 days, depending on usage but it is by far more superior than my Samsung S9 that needed charging every day.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI read other reviews and had doubts about 5g working on Giffgaff (O2). Sure enough I didn’t get 5g on the shipped OS (oxygen / android 11) but I did when I updated to oxygen 12, enabled 5g via giffgaff and wandered into a 5g supported area. I got this (8gb / 128mb) phone on Prime Day (July 22) for 370 and elected for 12 months interest free as a Prime member – so I think I got stonking value because this phone is quality kit. Great screen, battery charges very quickly and goes for more than a day, facial recognition works a treat. It took me a few goes to figure out entering my fingerprint but that was on me. Well, the on screen instructions weren’t that clear. Speakers and camera also excellent. Overall, I’m very chuffed after a week’s use.

You can keep your other makes of premium smartphones. I will stick with one plus for their super fast operating system which is almost standard Android with no skins and confusing extra bits. Battery life is great it has wireless charging in my car, and the screen is vibrant. The Hassleblad camera takes superb pictures and the software copes well with all kinds of lighting situations without requiring editing afterwards. These really are superb bits of kit.

I was a little bit worried about buying a refurbished phone, as it mentioned that there might be light scratches. However this phone looks brand new! And also functions flawlessly. I’m very very happy with my purchase

Upgrading from a 5T and have not been disappointed. It’s fast and does everything it claims, twice the memory ROM/RAM (12Gb/256Gb) than mobiles twice the price. The camera is a giant leap of an improvement on the 5T, not that the 5T was bad. After 3 months use I would recommend it highly, I’m a regular user and have no regrets buying the mobile. The only thing I can’t comment on is the 5G performance as I haven’t seen a 5G signal on it yet. On the 5G issue, I had to upgrade my SIM card to enable the facility.

Probably a good deal. Gotta be cautious with Amazon renew sometimes. Bought one plus 7 pro from Amazon renewed a couple years ago and was very happy so decided to buy a new renewed phone once again. Didn’t come with the original packaging but the phone itself was in good condition. No scratches , fingerprints whatsoever. It also came with the warp charger brand new still in original plastic. If you’re seeing this I say go buy it now good deal for sure

For the cost of 500 it is excellent value this is my 3rd OnePlus phone and this is their best yet Camera is top-notch almost as good as iPhone 13, It is extremely fast and charges 0-100% in 29m my friend did not believe me so I showed him he was gobsmacked. The screen is beautiful and very bright when you need it to be. Feels really nice in the hand and the case I bought is very slim and made of Carbon Fibre. I WOULD HAPPILY RECOMMEND IT TO A FRIEND

I’ve had mobile phones for decades now, apple iPhone version one to Samsung curve, and on the whole I’ve been generally pleased with these products, for whatever reason I must admit to really enjoying using this phone the most, its well made, charges up very quickly and the software is without doubt the best to get to grips with, even the buttons make satisfying click noises, very tactile, well packaged and comes with a protective case.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGoing from a OnePlus 6, I moved onto my 3rd OnePlus phone on release day this year and I have to say, it still meets all of my expectations.

Earlier in the year I purchased an 8 pro that unfortunately, did not live up to the OnePlus I had loved and yes every phone has it’s floors but I thought I would give it one more chance.

I love the OS more than any others I have used and for that the phone gets a great review from me.

I could list everything great but I would be here for a while so I want to port out a factor for people to be wary of.

With the new 888 comes some overheating. I spend a lot of time on video calls but if I want to do something on the phone at the same time then it starts to overheat. I have not found it to do this whilst doing anything else but it is something to be wary of, it does sort itself out everytime but maybe google this issue if you are at all wary before purchasing.

As much as I also believe that OnePlus is moving away from the company I fell in love with with the OnePlus 3, but I do believe this phone is a step back in the correct direction after the 8.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersAfter using Samsungs for years I started feeling the new offerings were becoming ridiculously expensive. After doing a lot of searching I opted for a OnePlus 9 instead and I can’t be happier. A brilliant phone for the money

Wonderful mobile from a performing brand at a great price.

Nothing to complain here, it’s been my second OnePlus in 5 years (I have used my previous OnePlus for 5 years!!!!)

Fast as ever, and with many other good things, the best of them being the OS itself which is quite light and yet very user friendly.

The hardware is of course the best in the world which is their USP.

The cameras have been heavily advertised but seems like thats they still have few issues getting the best out of it, that alone is the only con if I must choose one.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersWell this is my first oneplus phone so I wasn’t sure what to expect. After a few months of using this phone I realise that this phone is is good for money.

So the positives to me have been the super fast charging (60w). This is perfect for those days when I forget to put my phone on charge and 30-minutes later I have 100% battery. With a Full battery lasting a day and a half which is fantastic.

One of the other advantage this phone has is it’s dual SIM. I didn’t realise that when I bought the phone as it comes in handy if you have an additional SIM or on holiday. The operating system is a delight to use and has more custom features than the normal Samsung.

The camera is great but not fantastic. It still has a few teething software issues which I’m sure will be rectified in the future. I am not a big camera user so it doesn’t bothe me.

One feature that I haven’t been able to try is the 5G. This is because the area where I live currently doesn’t have any coverage. Not sure if the 5G will affect battery life as well.

Upgraded after a cracked screen on my 4 year old OnePlus 5.

Phone slightly larger, but screen great. Performance excellent. Went for 12GB ram, 256GB storage to future proof.

Pictures are very good (people comment), finger print in screen and good performance face recognition.

Use dual SIM to simplify work and personal numbers. Use all Microsoft apps including Teams for video calls without a problem when away from notebook.

Warp charger so quick, really useful when you are having a busy day and want to top up.

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our UsersI bought this OnePlus 9 to replace my old OnePlus 5T which has gone on solidly for more than 4 years. I’m a massive fab of OnePlus already, so I’m not at all surprised at how great this new model is. I actually only replaced the old phone because the camera wasn’t up to modern standards and I wanted something sharper, other than that it’s working like the day I bought it.
The OnePlus 9 is a great phone at a great price, has all the tech you’d expect out of a new model. The camera is a vast improvement from older models, although I’m sure not quite on a par with the latest Samsung or iphone, you get what you pay for and this phone is literally HALF the price, so I’m very happy. It’s fast, responsive and built well. It charges so quickly, a full battery in about 30mins (probably faster, I actually haven’t timed it!). I use the phone quite a lot throughout the day and so far haven’t even got below 50% charge by the end of the day. I love that they throw in a case too, and a screen protector pre-fitted so you’re ready to go straight out the box. I actually really like the free silicone case and will be keeping it.
The main thing I LOVE about OnePlus is they make phones that last. I don’t want my battery dying after 18mths of use, forcing me to spend more money on a new phone. It’s wasteful and expensive. I’m hoping this model lasts me another 4 years like my last one!

If you find a deal on this mobile , the 12 giga ram one , under 600 pound , buy it , it’s a fantastic mobile, they are talking now that onePlus throttle the performance of some apps, honestly I would never know or notice unless I read about it. The performance is nice and camera is nice, not the best in class , but for it was on a deal and I had a gift card , so it was a fantastic deal

I got this at just over 600 from amazon (256G memory version), and at this price this has a lot of good features. Not at ultra level you see in 1000 phones, but the camera is very good, battery life lasts me a few days (OK, I am a light user), and everything just works in a snappy way.
Speakers are good for family remote meetings, quite loud etc.
If you can get this offer again, the I recommend this phone for a good upper mid range phone that does everything you need.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersCons: Camera does not have telephoto lenz, or Optical image stabilisation. Having said that, it DOES have digital zoom x10, and digital stabilisation. Still superb value for the price.
Pro: Everything’s lovely – 120hz screen refresh, 12gb ram and 256 hard drive, I thrash the battery with downloads uploads, browsing , streamimg etc and it last a working day no problem. Very fast snapdragon 888 processor.

Golden Review Award: 43 From Our UsersI had a Pixel 5 that I was very happy with, but it developed a fault. Contacted Amazon and they had no stock to replace it, so they just completely refunded the phone (Amazon CS rocks again). Wondering what to replace it with, or whether to pick up a Pixel 5 elsewhere, I stumbled on this. I’ve been pondering OnePlus phones for a while, but the cameras were their weak point. However the reviews said the 9 series with their Hasselblad link closed that gap. But I should say, I haven’t tested the camera yet.
I’ve only had the phone 2 days, but the simple fact is, it’s blown me away. I like everything about it (well, almost everything – the fingerprint sensor is a little finicky, but I think it’s just a matter of developing the muscle memory that suits the phone). I like the flat screen – curved edges are just an irritation. I like the size of the screen (which I admit I missed a bit on the Pixel 5). I absolutely love the user interface; one reason I stuck with Pixel phones is the clean, ‘pure Android’ interface. OnePlus have their own version of Android (OxygenOS) but it is equally smooth, fast, clean and clear of bloat. It feels as good as a Pixel interface. It’s incredibly fast – way faster than the Pixel 5, which was always smooth and hitch free. I was surprised I could feel the difference – I had no complaints – but this is definitely faster. 120hz screen makes for really smooth scrolling. OnePlus even chuck in a case to get you going and today I realised they have also fitted a screen protector! One hated job that won’t need doing. (The fairly ugly case I have already replaced though.)
The battery life isn’t quite up to the Pixel 5, I think, though it’s hard to be sure because obviously a new phone gets used a lot as you’re setting everything up. Even so, it’s clear that it will comfortably last more than a day – maybe 2 – in normal use. Just everything about this phone gives me a sense of pleasure in using it. I had serious misgivings about not just replacing my loved Pixel 5 with another one, but I am delighted with the OnePlus 9. And for its price bracket, it is very good value for the money.
