My 15 and 10 year olds love this. It took me a few mins to get the hang of it but once you get the confidence and coordination you’ll love it too. Avoid practicing around ornaments and low hanging lights
As you can see from the vidoe it does work
The headband fits all sizes but feels a bit uncomfortable. It is certainly something that you need to spend time getting to grips with. Once you master the technique it can be fun so stick with it!
Does not come with access to an App, you don’t need it either, there are plenty on app stores if you can’t count.
Tie the elastic to arms length, start off light weight, slow and soft, then work faster and harder as you get better… until finally you’re pounding hard, fast and fully up in the air!!!
Takes a bit of practice like anything new, 1st time was a bit of a disaster, day 2 I’d got a hit and miss rythem going, day 3 I kept it going a bit longer and now a week later I can go as long as I like…
Well worth the Purchase and surprisingly good exercise and good fun.
Hlt gut, macht Spa und die Reflexe werden bei mir besser. Eine einfache Art zwischendurch mal ein bisschen Bewegung zu haben, ideal fr zu Hause.
Spa fr jedermann ok gro ob klein . Positiv ist, dass man wirklich in Bewegung kommt und muss, da man sonst vom Ball getroffen wird.

weil man aber selbst das verhindern will, ist es echt gut um Reflexe zu trainieren.
und wenn man so ein “Leicht-zu-erheiterndes-Gemt” hat/ist, wie ich,
dann kann man schwitzen und lachen gleichzeitig! 😉

If you want to workout at home is really comfort and easy to use
Excellent inexpensive item to sharpen up and maintain your reflexes.
*The red ball is heavier, therefore travels slower, and so is much easier to hit for beginners.
*Just make sure you cut the elastic to around the same length as your reach.
*Be sure to secure it tightly to your head otherwise when doing turning routines, the headpiece will swivel around.
*Keep your guard up when using red; I’ve been caught in the eye a few times
*Not the best way to train striking, but definitely good for keeping your accuracy up and keeping your front striking somewhat on-point (especially during lockdown)
*Good tool for active rest periods between rounds/sets
*Be sure to tie the elastic tightly; if the ball flies off, you may just lose a table lamp
This is amazing, really worth getting, at first it’s so hard to use but after 1 day got a good technique and will get better in time

Headband length is more for a child than a adult.
La pelota roja es un poco dura para usar sin guantes pero en general el producto es muy bueno. Genial para entrenar velocidad.
String is a little too long, but a excellent piece of kit for hand eye co ordination. Takes a while to build up a sweat but it’s not really designed for that. Still fun though.
Bought it as a stocking filler for my19year he loves it especially while the gyms are closed

We had a lot of fun with this and probably not for the right reasons. Doesn’t work as we thought but still good exercise.
I think we’ve established that you’re not going to look your most aesthetically pleasing in this in fact I’m pretty sure the other say a neighbour of mine thought it was a ball gag. And YET despite this, this little device is very effective at getting you active and provides a super simple warm up / warm down for the arms if you’re a boxer or you do some form of exercise involving boxing.
If you can get over wear a ball dangling from your head (because that is what it is, a rubber ball attached unceremoniously to a piece of nylon that you Velcro around your head) it’s a whole ton of fun and you’ll be at it for long periods at a time.
So good for reflex working, and after a while you can really feel your muscles working out. Took it on holidays and used it under the tropical sun. A must have.
