Great product but i’ve had it for 6 weeks and the black coating is chipping off the comb is originally gold. It’s great for laying my wigs it’s a bit tricky on 4c hair i still use my straightener as a base then run the hot comb through it. It is one of the hottest ones on amazon for an affordable price

Heats up quickly, varied temperatures allow for use on mannequin head and then low heat once wig is installed. The stand could be better but ok if you have a heat mat. Gets wig flat!
I love it! Really hot. I bought it for my daughters hair but have only used it on mine. I am a Black woman and my mum used this in my hair when i was younger. I only wish they made them with wider teeth but i definitely recommend this seller.
This product is absolutely great. I’ve always been skeptical on these because not all of them get as hot as I’d like them to be. But this gets so hot, so quick!! So hot in fact I dropped it for 2 seconds and it burnt the carpet. So long as you don’t get distracted, I 100% recommend
Works a treat on my roots. I have afro hair which has a keratin treatment. Takes a while to reach the highest heat setting. Easy and simple to use, saves so much time.

I bought a heat glove to use with it in an attempt to redirect my hair with my hand to avoid getting burned, but the problem remains.
I personally would not buy this product again, as the design seems flawed, probably would go for a brush type pf design rather than a comb design.
Hotcomb is very sturdy and strong as compared to other hot combs I have purchased from other sellers. This one gets the job done and leaves your hair looking perfect!! Greatly recommend 🙂
Have 4c hair. Cut it about an inch to begin regrowing (but it was too short to style). This hot comb was really effective, heated up quickly and the delivery was very quick and packaged well. A bargain for the price!
I’ve only used it a couple of times but it heats up really nicely and that’s not even on the maximum temperature! I used it to lay my wigs and it really does the job.

Definitely gets hot enough for 4c hair. If you need it hotter then you have a problem.
It worked really well on my type 4 hair and it was easy to use. My hair is really thick and the comb did really well just had to section my hair.

As my hair is relaxed it did a great job at stretching/straightening my new growth I am honestly pleased with this product did exactly what I wanted.
I used this to stretch my natural hair (I didn’t want to straighten it) it did a great job. I didn’t use the highest setting so the highest would most definitely have straightened it well. Can’t wait to use it on my wigs!

Nothing is as good as the original gas stove, but this is pretty good for making nstural afro hair managable enough for easy day to day wear. Gets pretty hot so be careful !!

Fast delivery, I have used it twice now. Even though the heating setting is up to 20, I have only used it on 5 and its hot enough. Very easy to use.
I love the simplicity of this item , and easy to use . Is also light and not heavy.
It arrived quickly and is easy to operate and whilst it doesn’t get my hair poker straight in the same way as chemical straightening does, it does do a very competent job of semi straightening into an acceptable style.

I saw this on Amazon whilst looking for something else, and the features almost read the same as the Wahl, except this one had a temperature gauge/dial, from 1-20. I read the reviews and decided to try purchasing once more.
Well I am not disappointed, I was able to fully straighten my hair in 10 minutes and the heat settings can get really hot if you turn up the dial.
I am happy with this. I does exactly what my Wahl should have done.

I love this product because it gets hot very quickly and it’s easy to use.
It gets hot very quickly and straightens my hair much better than other electric hotcombs I have purchased in the past.
I would recommend to those with thick hair. Just make sure to try lower settings and increase untill you find the one that suits so as not to damage your hair.

Bought these for my stepdaughter’s Christmas present.
From what I hear they work great and are easy to use. And the heat adjustment is just what they want.
