- Please format the sd card on your camera directly.Before you start using a new memory card,you must format the card within the camera using the format function.
- The built in battery just for emergency file backup and save settings,please always keep the dash cam plugged in.
- The car USB port may not support enough power for the dash cam,please use the car charger that comes with the dash cam
- Camera Requirements: Class 10 or higher Micro SD Memory card up to 32GB(Not Included)
Easy Installation
The materials and design of the ORSKEY Dash Camera have been selected to ensure the camera is easy to mount and will stay in place while driving. The dash camera doesn’t require any exhausting methods to install
Warm Tips：
- Please adjust the sensitivity of G-sensor to Low or turn it off ,the video file will be easily locked when your car brake,even if the loop recording function of the dash cam is turned on
- To ensure seamless video recording, please kindly turn off the “Motion Detection” function while driving.
- When the dash cam prompts ‘SD card FULL’, it will turn off automatically to remind you to format sd card and reset it. Please follow these steps to solve the issue.1. Turn off G-sensor, motion detection and Parking mode 2.Please use the Lock function when you need to save a video without being overwritten

This is a great little dashcam. Easy set up and get running. Taking a Micro USB memory card which is easy to insert and format when required.
Exceptionally clear recording of video and easy to playback when you need to review.
The Dash Cam instruction book was a little confusing in places. However, once set up it has proved easy to operate and appears to be working well. The cable proved to be a little difficult to fix in place in an unobtrusive way and there was insufficient fixing material provided.
I nearly sent it back as the advertised 32gb card didn’t hold much video at high resolution.
Customer support advised me I could use up to 128gb formatted as FAT32. I had to find a way to do that online, but it worked.
Replaying the video on my desktop didn’t work, I was getting just one frozen frame. Customer service advised me to use VLC Media player and that worked as well.

The camera is amazing and so easy to setup and use. I mistakenly realised I only ordered the front dash cam. After contacting their customer service they were so helpful and helped me with a rear camera as well.

I ordered a dash cam from Orskey, arrived on time and with everything it was meant too. Talking to a customer service representative about the warranty they have been very helpful and have answered all my questions and more. I couldn’t be happier with their service and product.
Super easy to install. Picture Quality very good. Cant fault it as good if not better than cameras a lot more expensive. Company always available for advice . So in all very happy would recommend.
This item gives a very wide field of vision and the picture is crystal clear on the monitor. I have not viewed any playback, but I doubt there will be any issues with picture quality. It was very easy to install. Overall a worthwhile purchase.
For the money I am surprised and pleased at the quality. It is a small compact metal device with a good display and lens. Very easy to set up and well thought out in the way it works. It captures HD video without doing anything and because it is small, it is not a distraction when you are driving. It is reassuring to have this when you come across some boy racer that will cut you up on a roundabout and you want some comeback! You get the reg and evidence, so you can report at leisure! Great product!
I am very happy with the performance of this camera. A problem with the suction cup, possibly caused by the recent extremely hot weather, was addressed really quickly – excellent customer support!
Out of the box the dashcam looks smart and made of quality materials. Communication with Orskey was easy by messenger or email. I requested a different usb lead and it was dispatched at once.
The set up was straightforward with clear instructions and the video footage is very clear.
I can remove the micro SD card for reviewing footage without taking down the camera.
I installed it behind my review mirror.
Great camera , however , when plugged in cigarette lighter it cut out my DAB stations . Got in contact and they immediately sent me a hard wire kit to fit , free of charge . This was easy to install and now works fine . Great customer service and very quick to get back to me . Would recommend to anyone
