2. START:
Press the start button to start the device

Automatic programs can be chosen.
How to use this program: press power switch button “P”one to five time will make it enter into auto-mode(from P0-P5)
4.Storage:

I am in my 70’s and for various reasons have difficulty walking. I bought this and was hooked it made me feel so good. I am hoping for long term benefits. The only trouble for me is it is so very heavy. For this reason I returned it for one similar I had seen that was lighter. It was, but was far inferior in it’s use. Consequently I returned that and bought this one again. I am lucky having someone to help me as I couldn’t lift and manouver this on my own. There are various set patterns to the vibrations which are easily accessed by the remote control. Some have soon become favourites. The base is flat so you can use it with bare feet if you want or not. I feel it is really good value for what you get especially compared with others. You have the advantage of prime delivery and returns also.

Love this m/c .easy to work and lots of intensity levels , I prob haven’t used to full potential yet but feel a difference .ideal for these times where gyms closed and dark nights.
