This is the second swing seat we have had of this exact design. The first one lasted for over 10 years and was never covered in the winter! It’s very strong, and importantly , with no metal bars across the front it’s so comfortable. It doesn’t need any cushions so is always ready to take coffee and drinks in the garden and enjoy the sunshine! Highly recommend.
Better than our previous ones. Really solid and good looking. Instructions were not great but got it built in 2 hours mostly on my own but the roof needed assistance to pull and screw in place
The seat arrived on schedule.
I have had one of the same design before and it was easy to fit together.
I did it on my but two pairs of hands would be useful.
All of the parts are lettered and corespond with a card with the nuts and bolts.
I should mention that if the buyer is tall they may find the seat squab a little short.
This replaced an identical unit I had for about 20+ years, there have been some subtle improvements since. Due to weight etc it’s a two person job to assemble at times, instructions were easy to follow. A couple of pieces (leg brackets at base) needed minor ‘fettling’ but overall construction is good. Can be left out in the rain, the roof material needs periodic replacement due to weathering but overall very happy with it and the price.
The swing is great very easy to assemble and is very comfy so pleased with it. The only downfall I had was one of the brackets were bent so had to straighten with pliers and also two or more scuff marks on the frame that I’ll have to learn to live with took two hours to build in total with someone else as the canopy is a bit of a struggle to pull over, overall good shame not perfect.
Took a bit of time to assemble as there are a lot of bolts to fix. I suggest it is a two person job as some parts do require holding in position until fully bolted.
The seat is comfortable and the fabric seems durable. The canopy is a lighter fabric that I expect will stain over time.
There are signs of rust around some of the bolt holes and this has happend on all Outsunny furniture that I have purchased, so this is a little disappointing.
All in all its a good set and it gets lots of use by the family.

Straight forward to assemble, 2 people job
Takes at least an hour-2hrs depending on speed and how many of you. Use a tarp or blanket if doing on concrete to prevent scratches on paintwork!
Some parts are heavy will need 2 people when several bits are together and trying to slot a few into the upright position. But some pieces can be done alone too in prep.
Easy to wipe if you get some bird poop on it. Wet rag leave for 5 mins and rub its gone! I cut an old towel in squares specifically for this task n put in lidded box in little outdoor shed. Do the wipe over the frame.. wet again. Dislodge the poo and throw!
Comfy it is to sit on.. not to lie down on. So I am informed by my child you could easily buy a padded cushion but that would miss the point of having the texelene material, which is waterproof when everyone forgets to bring the cushions in!
Grey is a fabulous colour, pockets are a bit useless. Ok for sticking a magazine in but nothing else.
The canopy has a fabulous tilting angle forward and back to avoid the full day sun. I cannot recommend this swing enough..
it swings lovely, very spacious. With me being a size 18 it fits 3 adults nicely! And a dog #cantbeleftout #hotdogslikeswings
Very pleased with our swing seat, comfy enough without extra cushions. Sunshine arrived for the weekend too.
