This product is an absolute nightmare to build and takes ages. Once assembled it looks pretty good however just be aware that on the lift sometimes get stuck you can’t put all the way up to the top, yellow train which wraps around the outside snaps a few weeks after use, and the preset music/chimes/catchphrases don’t always work on pressing the buttons .
Would have considered returning if we had. I did not given it as a gift. Would advise you build it well in advance of giving it to the child to make sure it works properly.

Fun gift to play with. Not great the Zuma is a mighty pup but the car is not a charged up car so defeats the purpose as we now have all the charges up vehicles and pups but Zuma car.

This item was a Christmas present for my grandson. It was easy to assemble and he loves it. He’s a real paw patrol fan and he has had hours of enjoyment out of this sturdy well made toy.
Great value for money, we got it for 75 when it was on offer. Also it has lots of different interactive parts for the kids to play with
My boy is paw patrol mad and so this was top of his Christmas list. Really expensive for what it is but that’s not the point. When his face lit up on Christmas Day it made it worth the money. Seems put together well enough and it gets played with all the time so all in all a good purchase.

Firstly I will say my son does love this! He’s 4 now and I’ve thought about the idea for a while but since he’s got a lot more into paw patrol I went for it. It is great. Big and exciting for kids. My 1 year old daughter loves it too and it is easy to get the hang of what to with it. But a couple of things disappointed me. Firstly I thought all the vehicles could get inside the bottom of the lookout tower a bit like a garage. This isn’t the case. Just one can which shoots out and there’s a little cove on the other side where one can go in a bit. Maybe my expectations were too high this could be my fault. Also the yellow bit that twists round the side is so fiddly. The clips don’t fit every paw patrol figure so it’s success is limited. Also when building I accidentally skipped a step and it was near impossible to get apart to re-do it correctly. There was some crying and strong language from a tired and frantic mama. Maybe this was because I missed a step but I would’ve thought it’d be easier to take apart. However despite my whining, my kids get so excited when they turn it on and the lights and sound come on and they do enjoy a play with it.
Third birthday present for my twin grandsons. They love paw patrol and have spent many hours playing with this look out tower. Definitely reccomend for any child into paw patrol .

My toddlers fave toy. Yes you have to buy all the other cars and figures but we’ve used these as incentives to sleep train. He plays with it independently all the time.

Very easy to assemble. It is really bright and colourful, also easy to use for children. I got it for a 2 year old.
Got this when it was cheaper. The arms to hold the slide bit are ok but do pop out occasionally when used. The rest of the tower is very sturdy. Easy to assemble.

Our 3 year old loves it but the zip line is a little tricky and not tantrum proof. It’s too flimsy a thing to put on a toy and a slide would have been better. The clips for the zip line are too difficult for a small child to attach and lead to frustration. Would be better if the vehicles went inside for storage as there could be space if the design was a bit better. Unfortunately for us we paid over the odds – price came down by about 15 soon after we bought it – definitely better value at 65 but for 80 it felt a bit steep. The ‘Chase’ vehicle that comes with it is very basic.
The yellow slide zip line looks fragile but okay so far.
Make sure you get the correct dogs as the hooks clip on the rucksack.

My 3 year old loves everything Paw Patrol and asked for this for Christmas, played with it quite a bit already, and loves the buttons and sounds. Quite pricey but managed to get it on a reduced price, which was even better.

Really impressed with this, it keeps my boys entertained for hours! A very sturdy toy but easily assembled. Quite expensive but there’s a few hidden extras that the boys like such as the lights and pop up buttons so def worth what you pay for it.

One part of the tower will not close unless pushed extremely hard, and even then any sort of movement cause it’s too open again. Everything else is fantastic.
Our toddler loves this, very pleased! Much bigger and sturdier than anticipated. In a house of rough and tumble boys it’s still standing, looks to be lasting which many toys don’t ! At 69 it really was a bargain and is still being played with daily as it’s packed with features and you can can add the mighty pup vehicles to it too.
Just great. My daughter fall in love with this item. She was asking for it few month I thought that’s bit expensive for the toy. Bought it in the end for christmas. That was the best emotion from her. She was so happy and exsaided, what you cannot buy for any money. Played first day for couple hours non stop. And still do every day play with it.
