We have two suggestions for not pumping out grease.
1.Please press the air bleeder valve to release the air out
2.Please unscrew the coupler half a turn.

Not used the product yet, but seems to be very good quality
I ordered this to replace an existing grease gun that was just not able to pump the grease into my mechanical digger at a high enough pressure. It arrived quickly and I was able to use it straight away. I was able to pump far more grease in than with my previous grease gun so now my tracks stay on for longer!
Beware of other sellers that don’t specify the size of the cartridge it can hold. This one holds the full size cartridges or you can just direct fill it from a bulk container.
I’ve used many a grease gun in my time and always had to fumble with a two hand operation, But this one is so easy to use, I use a cartridge with mine and do not have any problem what so ever with it, Easy to load and easy to use.
This appears to be a good quality grease gun, time will tell. It works well & I really like the short trigger handle. My only complaint it that the information did not say what thread it was so did not know what replacement end was reqired.

Back to the hubby’s report : It did a great job on the cars and our friend’s bike. It is well designed, heavy-duty, no grease leakage, ease of use flex hose, and particularly likes that the handle is comfortable to use and has a firm non-slip rubber grip. Grease flows with ease after the initial pump to release and offers excellent results. 5 stars from the Hubby.
