I got this for my series x Xbox. I wanted to experience 120 fps. I miss the 4k but the refresh rate makes up for it. God value for price.
It’s more than awesome!! Beautiful colors and picture! And the depth, omg, amazing!!
Great for gaming. I came from a curved screen so it took some getting used to but going from 1080 to 1440 was a noticable difference in picture quality. As with every monitor it took some tweaking to get the picture to my liking but I found a site with decent settings. No dead pixels or backlight bleed I noticed or any other quality issues.
I’ll post pictures with settings that worked for me. Even if you don’t like these settings it’s a place to start.
This monitor is great. Had a 1920×1080 144hz monitor as my main. The difference in the resolution is absolutely insane. Loved it!
The Stand is a bummer, but for a monitor arm this hits the right price point. I purchased as a hold over until I got a 48″ OLED, and it worked well both with my PC and Xbox Series X. It has been moved over to my Mac and only used for video/audio editing and serves well. Happy with the quality, other than the stand being pretty poor. I got this on sale, I am pretty happy with it for a “no name” over my older Samsung 27″ that sits on my desk as well.
I really do love this monitor. It has no picture errors and performs as advertised. It has plenty of in/outputs and many options. My ONLY complaint is when I switch inputs from my PC to PS4. If they’re both on when this happens it’s no problem. However, if I turn off the PC before I remember to switch the inputs and the monitor turns off with the computer, it is insanely difficult trying to turn it back on to switch to the PS4 input before it turns itself off. It is difficult to determine when the monitor is back on, and it turns off before allowing you to switch inputs. Incredibly frustrating. Without that problem I could have easily rated this as a 5 star monitor.
Bought this for use with my Xbox series S and it does not disappoint. The picture is crisp, my wife likes it more than her 4K lg monitor it sits next to.
The only issue I have with this monitor is there is a lot of backlight bleed on black screens. That really is my only con and it isn’t really that big of a deal. 1440p at 165hz for $300 is not a bad deal.
Everything I wanted for my Xbox Series X
1440p 120hz. The color accuracy is great and even though it is only tilt adjustable That’s all you need! If you want this monitor for the new Xbox or a pc; pull the trigger and get it! They sell out fast.
i find this monitor to be amazing. it looks modern and has the tech to match. going from 1080p 60hz to 1440p 165hz is a dream. you won’t be disappointed. as im wirting this review, this monitor is no longer in stock which is sad as i would like to purchase another.
there are many monitors with similar specs personally i recommend looking for the best deal on all monitors as the pannels are pretty much all the same.
Bought this monitor for my new Xbox Series S. Works great with FreeSync. Switched from 60hz to 120hz and immediately noticed the difference. You can play 1440p 120hz. Only con is that it has backlight bleeding on bottom right corner.
Cant complain about the monitor for picture quality. However, I have one dead pixel and i cant be bothered to go through the whole return process just for one dead pixel.
Apart from light bleeding and ghosting. Bot a bad monitor for the money
Supports xbox series X 1440p, 120hz. Very happy. Looks great, great price
Great price great screen, compared to other monitors of the same price
I’ve had the monitor since December 2020 and hadn’t had any issues until recently. The monitor started powering off then on then off again and i was very concerned so i set the monitor to 60hz through windows and it stopped it. I was doing some thermal testing with my fingers. I bought some little heatsinks and slapped them on the back and it has been working just fine since. for wear and tear i suggest putting some heatsinks on the back of the monitor near the middle hdmi port. Hope this review is useful for anyone that reads i
This is the perfect balance of money and features. 1140p and 165Hz is perfect for me.
Highly recommend!! Was not to sure to buy it but went ahead and did and don’t regret i
There are better screens but at this price point this is the best 1440p 165hz option. I’ve done a lot of research and having bought this it met my expectations. Only real downside is IPS blacks are never all that great, minor BLB on one side, but far less than I’ve had on other screens in the past.
its super epic and epic and epic and awesome and epic… no but its really good quality for the price, it runs 1440p and 120 fps and is suprisingly good . i recommend it to anyone struggling to find a cheap monitor for high quality gaming
Wow!!!….I can’t say enough of how great the picture quality….For me, this is a big upgrade coming from an Asus in which was good for me at the time it still does gaming at 1080p but it was nowhere near the 144hz fresh rate!!!
so that being said I think for the bang for the buck and size I think I got a great deal….
I’ve had this monitor for a while now and I must say it’s really good, haven’t really heard of this company (Pixio) before but I thought I would give it a try, the lovely crisp image at 2k 1440p in and out of gaming..
o swivel or height adjustment but for the price the picture and features are nice. g-sync seems to have issues in some games like doom eternal.
Hands down the best 1440p monitor in this price range. Watch the YouTube reviews on this. All very good. Lovely picture. 165 works great, so smooth. No dead pixels.
The monitor is really good for new or average gamers. Able to adjust the screen. My 13 year old
son is satisfied with it.
I’m very impressed with this monitor! My only complaint is that is could be a little brighter sometimes, but you can’t do better for around this price. Colors look amazing and it’s everything you could want from a 1440p 165hz monitor. I’m actually considering trading out my 4k and running 2 of these 1440p Pixio’s.
This monitor is a steal for its price. I have a 3070 and paired with a 4k 60hz monitor for both high end and high refresh rate gaming is amazing.
10/10 monitor if you calibrate the settings right , if your worried about the IPS glow , it’s barely visible and after about a month use i can say it’s gone away
Probably the cheapest way to get 1440 at 144hz gaming. Overall solid quality, but there is some light bleeding for darker scenes and the usual VA panel motion blur. If I had to do it again I would probably just spend the extra $100 or so to get a higher quality panel but it’s perfectly fine 95% of the time.
Great display, good price. Use this monitor for an array of things, I game on it with esports titles, the high refresh rate is great for it, I watch movies on it whilst working or just chilling, being a bit of a bidet screen is great for that, and I find it fits on the basic monitor arm I brought from amazon.
I will say if you have a smaller desk this will take up a lot of room, also with some games the ratio isn’t supported (I found I had to manually change the file settings for Witcher 3) other then that, perfect.
So, I was a little concerned about the conpany. I had never heard of them, they are a very new brand so not lots of reviews to go by. Plus, I did see some bad reviews. The good outweighed the bad. So I thought lets give them a shot. If it is bad, I can return the item. Easy. Win win.
It paid off…. quality image. I ho estly have no complaints on this monitor. 1440p gaming is just flawless. So much so, that my mate with his 500 LG is selling, to buy the same as my one.
I like to play competitive shooters and having the decent fps really helps. No tearing, great sharpness.
Also jedi looks absolutly sick on it!
Don’t go by the bad reviews, these guys are making a very good quality monitor. Happy gaming all.
Running at 165hz at 1440p. No backlight bleeding that I can notice. Menu is well thought out and stand feels solid. Only feature missing that I would have liked it to have would be a height adjustable stand.
Update: Small noise interference if using the audio output. Not a deal breaker.
Update 2: I think the audio problem is an AMD BIOS issue so could not be the monitor.
I haven’t used HDR before so I can’t compare others with it but the picture quality and vibrancy of colours is amazing, controlling the settings is pretty intuitive and straight forward with a little knob on the back so if you’re within arm’s reach it’s easy to adjust things depending on what you’re doing, only problem I’ve encountered with the settings is that it doesn’t seem to save my user profiles so I can’t quickly switch between HDR and/or Freesync then back to normal which is a little annoying but not a deal breaker. As others have mentioned the backlight bleed isn’t great but it’s not bad enough to be distracting the vast majority of the times, only while watching a very dark film at night was it noticeable enough for it to make me switch over to my TV, so for it’s intended use for games there are no real downsides in my opinion.
Bought this to pair with a new graphics card. With what is happening in the world and greedy scalpers that has not been possible. However so far the monitor is fine. The jump to 144hz is a nice addition. The off button was not obvious but after some investigation I discovered that you hold the option button in to turn it off.
My son loves this. The display is crisp and the response time has no noticible lag.
I do wish it was easier to wall mount.
**PRICE – This monitor is worth around the 300-350 mark, do not pay a penny over this as people are profiting off low supply and high demand of these types of monitor due to next gen consoles.
This monitor features 2 x HDMI 2.0 ports, but please do your research before buying a monitor with these. I previously bought a Viewsonic VX2758-2KP-mhd which was advertised as being capable of doing 1440p at 120fps, but this was not the case. I had to send this monitor back in which I then bought this Pixio one. Please refer to the manufacture websites to get accurate information, talking to Xbox customer support may also be useful.
This has an IPS panel so the colours are very bright and the response time is amazing. But despite this there is no visible ghosting or IPS bleeding. This monitor has very good brightness also.
This only thing worth mentioning is the ergonomics. This monitor can only tilt, no height adjustment or swivel. For me, this isn’t an issue as the viewing height and angel is perfect. For some this may be a downside.
If you game in QHD because you don’t have 600 million dollars to spend on the newest GPU, or don’t feel like selling your children to scoop the newest ryzen processor then this monitor is for you. Priced well, build quality is very good. I do not recommend turning on HDR as it turns the picture to complete CRAP. Like unreadable. Aside from the HDR debacle, the image quality is superb. The monitor has some great features for gaming like a crosshair, different brightness modes etc. Definitely would recommend if you are considering a new quality monitor and do not feel like spending an arm and a leg on an LG or ASUS.
Great 27inch monitor. Running it on my Series S. Excellent picture quality. Warzone can’t get it to work at 120fps. Is quite jittery all other game run perfectly at 120fps that have the capabilities
It’s a great gaming monitor for PS4 and PC. 165hz is amazing, bright colours.
This monitor is perfect for someone who wants to get a 1440p monitor while not spending a fortune. The panel is really good and the control menu is easy to navigate. One downside to the monitor is that it has a physical power brick, kinda like a laptop, but otherwise that there are no other problems. If you are considering picking up a monitor, I would either get this one or viewsonic’s VX2758-2KP-MHD 27
Needed to replace one of my two monitors with something new. Narrowed it down to this one and the Viewsonic VX-2758 and decided to go on this one as it was slighter newer and had better availability. Has not dissapointed yet. Going from a 24″ 1080p 60mhz monitor to one this size, running at 1440 165mhz has been amazing. Currently saving up for a second one, to replace my other 1080p screen.
After 24 hours of use, this monitor is absolutely fantastic. No dead pixels to be found, no issues with FreeSync or HDR. This is an absolute bang for the buck 1440p monitor.
Pros:
Build quality is great with metal stand and sleek solid plastic construction for the monitor.
OSD has plenty of options and is easy to navigate with the button.
G-Sync does work with my GTX 1080 however it can be a little weird at times.
Colours can be pretty decent depending on the calibration.
Cons:
The included power cable is quite short so if your monitor is not right next to a power outlet bear in mind you may have to get a longer kettle lead.
The included kettle lead is loose in the power brick which can cause it to disconnect easily.
Viewing angles are not the best I have seen from an IPS panel compared to a benq monitor I have. Still much better than TN or VA though.
Ghosting is noticable so if you only care about gaming 24/7 a TN panel may be more suitable.
Overall if you know you want an all purpose 1440p monitor for gaming and watching videos/movies or for working with decent colours and good build quality then you cant really flaw this monitor for the price, it is cheaper than well known brands such as acer and I would argue has better build quality when comparing to my friend’s acer monitor.
Tip – After messing about trying to calibrate the screen in both OSX and Windows I eventually found switching HDR on fixed all issues! When HDR is enabled RGB colour levels, brightness, saturation etc are disabled however the output accurately matches my 16″ MacBook Pro retina display and looks brilliant! Excellent value for money and looking forward to connecting an Xbox Series X up to it if I every mange to buy one.
Great monitor and confirmed to work with Xbox series x
Great build quality! Also runs at 1440p / 120hz combined on the series X with some adjustments to the settings etc.
Coming from decades of playing at 60hz on TN panels, this is taking some getting used to.
Monitor is fine, no dead pixels etc, swapping between 165HZ DP cable on gaming PC and 60hz on work laptop, fiddly joystick on the rear but my last monitor from Samsung had the same setup.
Go check YouTube if you want in depth reviews from people with more know how and technical lingo than “shiny”, HardWare Unboxed and some other channels all have recent videos on this model
I bought this monitor for everyday use and gaming. I’ll start off by saying what are you waiting for buy it. The monitor ticked of all my boxes165hz,ips display,1440p wqhd 1ms response time what more could you ask for. Monitor stand is sturdy and looks good came with a display port so that’s plus. Picture quality is good outta of the box but I recommend to play with the settings to make this monitor really shine to ur needs. Packaged arrived intact and ahead of schedule also definitely pixio has become one of my favorites great job with this great price great monitor would buy again.
Great monitor for what its worth, the refresh rate quality, the only thing the stand, its too wide and long, makes it awkward on the table, if u have a small desk, it will take some space behind the keyboard.
Pros: colors were great, 165hz was very nice, only $330 which is pretty great for 1440p 165hz, on screen display was easily controllable with a mini joystick on the back, easy to set up gsync on it, nearly 0 back light bleed.
Cons: the stand was very large for my small desk,
seemed to have some sort of motion blur effect on some games, and sadly my monitor came with a few dead pixels so I ended up returning it.
Overall good monitor for the price if it didn’t have any dead pixels.
What i really like about this monitor is its compatibility with consoles. It works like a dream with my ps4 despite the graphics downscaling. I also like the tilt adjustment, height and swivel dont really matter. Great color accuracy, absolutely love the color range of this monitor. The color accuracy is worth the price alone. True Ips color. Great adjustments on brightness and even blue light filtration. The only thing i disliked was the sharp and heavy stand. Im all for a sturdy stand but this stand is heavy and left deep scratches in my desk. Other than that great value 1440p monitor. Ps. The best performance mode for gaming is (medium) regardless of fps.
Purchased this as a gift and it was a HUGE hit!! This brand is a hidden gem.
If I’m being picky, the blacks aren’t impressive and there is noticeable light bleed during darker scenes, but for this price it’s an amazing value. Great for FPS gaming and good for photo and video work.
Good:
– Its just a great display. With the 5700XT Im able to get 60-90fps on high end games and its just beautiful. One extremely useful feature is an on screen fps display. This really helped when I was doing the initial setup because of the annoying habit of Windows to reset your display at 60mhz. Once I was sure Windows had given up I turned it off.
– Both FreeSync and GSync compatible. FreeSync is “native” and easy to activate, but you do have to turn it on at the display and then turn it on inside the Radeon software. Again, the FPS counter was a huge help in confirming that adaptive sync was actually on. There is some misleading information that FreeSync only works with DP but that is not true. DP is only necessary for 165mhz since HDMI does not support over 144mhz. . Setting up GSync takes a little more work but it gets there. Oh and its also compatible with FreeSync “Premium” – AMDs newer “not free at all” version fo FreeSync.
– Good selection of ports with two HDMI and one Display port. I have my main PC in HDMI 1, a RP4 in HDMI2 and an iMac connected to the Display Port (as a second display). I will likely be switching my PC to the Display Port because my setup has the second display for he iMac on the “wrong” side and try as I might I cant get used to it.
– Decent adjustment controls with a joystick style button on the back right (as you face it) allowing you to use your right hand to use it (sorry lefties). The “press right to select” is slightly counter intuitive.
Not so good:
– Biggest negative is a pretty big one – zero adjustability. The stand is completely fixed – no tilt, no swivel, no height (EDIT: I was wrong, there is tilt). Worse it is very low with 5″ (12.7CM) distance from the desk surface to the bottom edge of the actual display (not the bezel edge but the display part). For comparison my iMac sits on a small (less than 2″) stand and the bottom of the display is just over 8″ (20.3CM). Having said all that, the stand is very beefy and holds the monitor well with one exception (see below).
– The stand is VERY wide – 16″ wide and 10″ deep. I was able to find a stand on Monoprice that will fit but it wasn’t easy. In hindsight I should have bought an adjustable VESA compatible monitor stand. The monitor accepts VESA 100 mounts and Monoprice has an excellent one. Either way, its $25-30 to fix this stand issue (if it is an issue for you) meaning a competing monitor with a height adjustable stand that cost $20 more is a better value.
– The stand has a one button quick release which is really great except it is in a spot that your hand naturally goes to to move the monitor. I nearly dropped the display when I was first getting it setup because I grabbed it by the quick release. Be careful!
– I am having an annoying issue with the monitor not waking up from sleep at times. I have not been able to isolate it as a monitor issue or a GPU issue because I had some strange sleep related errors with my last monitor too but this is much worse. I have emailed Pixio tech support but no resolution so far. EDIT: Great response from Pixio. Likely a bad HDMI cable. I switched to Display Port and the problem disappeared.
Overall this is a great monitor and an amazing value. If the stand were adjustable I would be ready to call it perfect. If you dont mind the display sitting low or have a ready made solution I have zero reservations about recommending this. If you are doing a dual arm setup your should absolutely consider this. You will be hard pressed to find a monitor at this price point with the features and quality of the P277. Even spending $30 for an adjustable stand its still a great value. No regrets from me.
Not certified G-sync but it is compatible- although again I don’t get past 90 fps very often, so I don’t notice a difference with it on or off.
Read some reviews of dead pixels, fortunately the screen is perfect and only minor I guess it’s called Ips glow on the left side, but it’s only noticeable when I’m in complete darkness, and on a dark scene in a video game. This is me nit picking, though.
I believe there are 2 competitors to this monitor right now in this price range, and the newer gigabyte option is tempting, however given most people won’t be maxing out this monitor anyway, latency time is on par with what you’d expect in this price range, and if I’m being honest, I personally notice zero inverse ghosting (I think it’s called) until I set overdrive to high. High, it does make games have a strange trail to movement so I tend to stick to low or medium and latency is never an issue. great choice.
So far so good. Great quality after calibration and Great value. No dead pixels on my unit.
Had a bit of trouble with the power lead didnt plug in all the way but eventually did
The colours of this monitor are so good and it’s so smooth for the price it is 100% worth it also very well packaged
Bought this for my husband as a birthday gift after his last computer monitor took a crap. He is a gamer and can be very picky and really only wants the best quality for the best price. After some research I found this pixio monitor to suprise him with. He ended up loving this monitor and uses for gaming on his computer and Xbox. It is definitely worth the buy!
Monitor is awesome but the included stand is a pretty intrusive if you’ve a small desk
The 165hz is awesome, colours are great too. Honestly really happy with it so far. There’s a little bit of ghosting on black screens in a dark room but it doesn’t bother me a ton. For the price I don’t know of many other monitors that are this good
This is excellent monitor so far the look and quality are fantastic. Highly recommend.
The Pixio PX277 Prime is a very good gaming monitor for the price. Good resolution, a ton of real-estate, fast refresh rate (1440p at 144 or 165 Hz over DP1.2), IPS produces superior images and more vibrant colors. The monitor is plenty bright, in fact I had to turn it down to 50 and I might turn it down even more yet. I don’t use HDR or FreeSync, so I cannot comment on those features. I do have some IPS glow and slight blooming, but not terrible for a monitor with such thin bezels. Build quality is excellent for this price range. I did have to go into Windows 10 display settings and set it for a higher refresh rate. Windows defaulted to 60 Hz, even though it detected the monitor correctly and I would have expected it to automatically use the highest refresh rate supported by the monitor, but no. Overall, this is a great gaming monitor for those on a budget.
Ultimately, I purchased this monitor for when I get my hands on the Series X. I’ve done the research, and to the best of my knowledge, this monitor will be able to run 1440p res at 120hz no problem.
BEWARE: I bought a Dell monitor before, and had to cancel the order because after further research, that monitor(1440p144hz) does not support 120hz. Firmware issue. Do your research peeps! Pixio is a GREAT choice!
Colors-vibrantly beautiful (although my phone pictures and video don’t do it justice )
Design-aesthetically pleasing and they’re bezel-less so multi monitor setup looks even better.
Display- no backlight bleed and no dead pixels, perfect
Stand- solid metal with zero wobble
Freesync- works, no tearing.
First time experiencing 1440p or an IPS panel after using a 1080p 60hz monitor for a decade couldn’t be happier. Really noticing the difference. Great value too.
I had an issue with it in the beginning as it didn’t want to turn on. I noticed it was the power brick. I gave it some light taps and it turned on. It’s been doing well ever since then. Other then that, I’ve had no other problems but I do wish there was a better way to contact them via phone bumber to resolve issues quicker..
All in all its a great monitor.
The 27″ ISP panel is also crisp and easy on my eyes for daily text/web work over DisplayPort. Colors and sharpness are excellent with HDR enabled for both gaming and work.
Highly recommend this model for anyone else looking at a versatile console gaming monitor!
Update 13/01/2021, iv got a second on and its the same story as the first. The first one i got is still going strong with no changes to mention.
Excellent budget gaming monitor. Great screen size, resolution, refresh rate, and input lag.
Only two complaints I have are that the stand it comes on takes a up a lot of room and there are no internal speakers.
Overall, though, looks great and worth the money.
What a fantastic monitor this is for the price! ZERO dead pixels on arrival, color accuracy and sharpness are fantastic out the box. Very happy 🙂
Big con here, and the reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the quality control. The first one I ordered had a dead pixel. I put in for a replacement, and the replacement had a dead pixel and pretty bad backlight bleed in the bottom left corner (more light bleed than your average “IPS glow”). The third monitor arrived today with no dead pixels. Still some slight backlight bleed in the bottom left corner, but considerably better than what I was seeing with the initial replacement.
Overall, I’d say this is a great monitor to get, just pay close attention to any quality controller issues, and get a replacement right away if you come across any.
-1440p
-165Hz
-IPS Panel
the colours are not really good out of box BUT can be easily fix in the settings.
Overall great monitor for the price!
I keep it at 144hz when on the desktop, and at 165hz for gaming. Works well with Gsync.
With freesync on and 165 hz at middle od settings this monitor for an ips feels very fast and responsive. Have tried way more expensive monitors and this competes in that department. Colour is where you are not getting the best performance compared to more expensive panels but the colour is still good with adjustments and still a nice ips panel. HDR does not exist on this monitor(It shouldnt anyway) looks bad and is not bright enough to display any sorts of hdr content. Get this monitor for gaming and normal media purposes (youtube, movies etc). Overall amazing monitor for the price.
It’s a good choice for a cheap 144hz and 1440p monitor. The menu is annoying to navigate through.
Cons: none
Pros: cheap, I paid $320, very thin bezels on the side and top, stand seems very sturdy.
I will update on picture quality when I get it running.
Don’t overlook this monitor because you don’t know the brand. Been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product so far. Good build, Nice design. Good display quality. Much better for the eyes with the 165Hz refresh rate.
I bought these monitors for a small deal $330 each, they were selling for $380 originally but I got lucky. I’ve watch YouTube reviews on this product and it was nothing but good things. I happy that I’ve bought three of them. 1440p 165Hz is definitely a sweet spot for me. I was planning on buying a 1080p 240Hz but 1080 display is getting old for me unless your very competitive in video games. I don’t mind being competitive in some games but sometimes is nice to chill to play a game where I’m not getting raped by a team that spawn trapping you because of SBMM, other than that the monitors are amazing.
This is a great monitor for the price, although I’ve had 2 so far that have had bad backlight bleed and 1 dead pixel on each. Gonna try my luck with a third, other than that the monitor offers lots of features including 165hz, IPS, 1440p,1ms response time and expected HDR with 350 nits.
If you’re like me and always run duel monitors or more this is a great product, it has great colors and was fairly useable out of the box, only thing I changed was turning it to srgb. I will admit that I am unsure if I am currently running 1ms delay since there is a setting called msprt however when I turn that on my screen becomes extremely dark, almost to the point I can’t use it.
I’ve had the same AOC G2590FX for about 1.5yrs. Been a great monitor, but I started to have considerable difficulty recognizing objects at distance (specifically Warzone). Decided it was time to jump up to 1440p for the pixel density and clarity. I am beyond impressed. Although the PX277 Prime isn’t the cheapest 1440p monitor out there, the current price, performance, and features set it apart from the rest for me.
I was looking for a Viewsonic VX2758-2KP-MHD, but all three of my orders fell through. Then wanted the PX7 Prime but couldn’t get that in stock within my desired timeline. Soooo long story short I initially selected the PX277 Prime simply because it was the best monitor (based off advertised stats) that I could find available.
Initial impressions: color out of the box was too warm, bit under saturated, and not bright enough. I made some simple tweaks and immediately had it exactly where I wanted it. (My settings are in the associated pics). All colors seem true, blacks and gray areas appear very uniform, and refresh rate/input response are more than adequate for FPS. I don’t have any hardware that will provide official results, but my average gamer eyes (Warzone and MW multiplayer exclusively) are beyond pleased. I have no difference in reaction time/ performance than I had while playing at 1080p. If anything, my awareness is enhanced due to the clarity and fidelity of textures as well as my ability to see farther/identify objects at distance.
If you’re on a budget, this is a great option. Can’t say it’s the best because I haven’t tried any other 1440p monitors, but based off available reviews online for comparable monitors in this price range The PX277 Prime’s performance is top notch based off my experience. (Model as of September 2020)
The colours are fantastic, reds pop like I’ve never seen.
The stand is very big, could have probs made more profit with a different stand but its VESA mountable which is super handy, will be buying a new stand though
They have perfected this monitor for this price point, it has great resolution and a nice widescreen. The stand is sturdy and the VESA mount makes it easy to add a wall mount. The only downside is that the screen is pretty heavy for its size and you might have trouble finding a wall mount that can support the weight. This has 2 HDMI inputs and one DP1.2 port. Overall Superb Quality!

Pros:
Very affordable – most monitors with these specs are in the low $500s
Nearly bezel less screen
Comes with; a stand, DP cord, and easy to follow instructions
Lightweight
Cons:
Will need to play around with the settings – for some reason one screen was 165hz and the other was 60
No speakers – but who shops for monitors looking for speakers?
Stands are solid but you cannot adjust the screen height – simple solution would be to get a monitor stand that’s adjustable
Overall if you’re in the market for a cost efficient screen for gaming & work – look no further!
