These are fantastic headsets. They should be $200 each with the charging stand. I have no idea how these are such a great deal here, but I’m grabbing a few more for my employees. Came brand new with the protective film still in place- very happy with the purchase.
Pros: Excellent battery life (10+ hours intermittent use), great audio quality, not-too-sensitive a mic
Cons: On occasion Mute gets stuck and cannot be turned off – could be a weird issue with Genesys and Teams using the headset on the same machine
So far it’s good. Only thing is doesn’t mention it has a USB C port. Now I have to order a USB C port to attach to my laptop because when I have to charge my laptop I would have to disconnect the headset and use a plug in one which I don’t have.
First, the product was received three days prior to the promise date – thank you for that. Second, setup was a breeze with the included dongle. Clarity is superb! The charging cradle is rather large and bulky. Granted, I may not need to charge everynight, but its a great way to keep the unit close by. I wish that either they duplicated the dongle into the charging cradle or just made the cradle as the dongle. I understand the portability of the small dongle, but now I need to use TWO usb-c ports for this ONE piece of equipment. Therefore I had to purchase a USB splitter. I use Teams quite a bit now and this was easy to set up for use – plug and play!
Sound quality is awesome. Volume doesn’t go as loud as my previous Plantronics headset (I’ve adjusted every setting headset phone computer etc…). Over-head is thinner/flimsy compared to previous but so far seems to be holding up and headset stays on. I use it 5-6hrs daily for work. Battery needs charged about every 3 days.
