How to identify good quality portable monitor and poor quality portable monitor?
1, Check if the material is all aluminum alloy CNC or plastic/iron.
All aluminum alloy CNC is definitely right choice for choosing good quality portable monitor.because CNC aluminum is Sturdy, textured, anti-fall,good heat dissipation,long machine life,never deformed, never fade.But plastic material is easy to break, squeeze the screen, poor heat dissipation, short machine life. The material of iron is easily deformed and easily faded.
2, Check if the monitor border is wide or narrow.
Narrow border is not only beautiful and high-grade, but also increased the display area of the display.Wide board is too common ordinary and low cost.
3, Check the compatibility.
Good quality portable monitor can work well for HD device, plug and play without any drivers. Poor monitor require to download the software to use.

Monitor is superb. Great customer service when I had a query.
Great product, great customer service from Anna “due to transportation damage”
Initially was sent a faulty monitor but customer service were incredibly helpful and had it replaced in no time.
The unit I received did suffer from a fair bit of backlight bleed at one corner causing said corner to look a tad brighter and washed out than the rest of the screen. It wasn’t a big deal for me as I was primarily using the product as a secondary monitor for my PC as I don’t have enough desk room for two full sized monitors.
If the story ended here I would have given the product a 4* however the excellent customer service team behind this product earns it the 5* it would have gotten without this issue.
I used the contact details in the additional booklet received with the product and was put in touch with Anna from their customer service team. They offered me various solutions, such as a full refund for sending the item back, offering a replacement or a partial refund if I wanted to keep the item (this is what I chose). The response time was also fantastic, all communication was done via email and they responded each time in under an hour.
Tl;dr the product is fantastic and is a lot cheaper than alternatives with similar specs. If there is any issue with the product I’d recommend contacting their customer service team rather than sending it back via Amazon as you’ll more than likely get a better and more satisfactory result 🙂
