This controller is a madsive upgrade from my old one it works great on windows and xbox and has plentiful features. I use this mainly for BeamNG.drive and car games but works great for anything. Overall great product would 100 out of 10 recommend

Feels great right out the package but it didn’t come with a user guide which is sort of a bummer but I’m sure there’s one if I search it up online. But genuinely feels great and hefty. Can’t Wait to try out this bad boy in apex legendsssss let’s goooook

Even after continuous usage, the controller remains in a great shape. No stick drift, buttons are all responsive and clicky and the overall (somewhat weighty) feel it has are good. The trigger stops don’t work on T1 (shortest) in most games however, and it has a rubbery smell to it.
Overall a great product, worth at least 60-80.

I never thought I would like an off-brand controller, but here I am giving it 5 stars. I don’t use it in any of the special ways it was designed. I don’t use those bumpers. I just use it as a regular controller, but it’s great. Very sturdy. I just got sick of buying the official controllers and having them break on me after 4 months. It has only been 1 month and I will update, but so far so good.

I have been using these power A controllers since Gen 1

If people here say their thumb sticks aren’t good or breaking off after 5 months it’s because they play way too harshly i have had it for over a year (power A2) and it still works fine i have dropped it many times and still really good condition

The mute button glitches here and there but thats about it

I love the fact that i can replace the face plates and analogs it really is an amazing controller

Super easy to program the buttons

I love the ways it feels and works, but the buttons for the remappable paddles started to fail after a few weeks of use.

I was able to get a full replacement through customer service at PowerA. I’m still a bit skeptical of how long the remappable buttons on the new one will last.

I bought this controller because my previous controller (an Xbox Elite Series 2) had issues with registering some button presses about… a year into use?, and I saw a few reviews saying the remote comes with a warranty.

Honestly, if you want a high-quality controller (as long as you’re happy with it being wired) without worrying about the price tag, this is a great choice. Works just as well as my old remote whilst still having the customisation of parts and trigger responses.

Picked this up to use on my PC primarily with fortnite. I have been very happy with it, quality is excellent as well as function. Much better than using my PS4 controllers on my PC. Came with a nice case and lots of extras. Came with four paddles which I have not played with too much but they seem to be good quality paddles, I will have to get some more time in with them. Overall would definitely recommend this controller!

I’ve been thru sooooo many Elite series 2 controllers always the same problems stick drift unresponsive buttons etc. so I decided it was time for a change this controller is amazing feels exactly like the layout of the elite including the paddles which was my main concern I hate small uncomfortable paddles very solid fully customizable everything you would possibly want in a controller and for an amazing price I could buy three of these for the price of an elite controller lol

The paddles were flimsy which was disappointing, but everything else I had no problem with, the trigger stoppers such an advantage as a cod player.

    Controle Sensacional!

I really love this controller. At first I bought a coupke of the new microsoft s controllers but they were smaller and really hurt my index fingers which is what lead me to purchase the power a fusion controller. It’s bigger, has weight behind it and is sturdy. I use the paddles to play shooters and have no problems. I’m really happy to state that I’m pain free.

This has to be one of the best controllers I’ve ever used hands down! Almost no input delay and it is super responsive. It is a little bulky/heavy to hold but once you’re used to it, it is definitely worth the purchase especially for that price!

For a cheap pro controller, this is a great choice. It is very comfortable in my hands, more so than OEM Xbox controller. I bought the elite V2 recently and wile I do like the controller, I come back to the power a for the ergonomics. You have to make some compromises, as you don’t get the app, with the triggers stops on some games it donsent depress far enough(most AAA games work). Also the I like the feel their taller joystick is just the right hieght, the other pro controllers feel to tall. Highly recommend

I had the fusion pro 1 for 2 years now and decided to upgrade. I ordered the reazer wolverine, a refurbished elite series 2 and a new elite series 2 in the length of one month. I had to return all 3 because they all had drift. The fusion pro 2 has no drift and is also much smoother and easier to configure the pads. Plus im saving money, so i rate this controller very highly

I was shocked at the performance difference using this controller. I am very happy with it and the only thing I don’t like is how easily the bottom paddles pop out of place. But it’s a minor inconvenience.

This is an amazing product for it’s price point. It is comfortable and easy to grip and hold because of it’s texture. The pro pack is easy to map buttons. The only downfall is that has no software or profiles to use. So I just make the games use the same mappings so I don’t have to change the controller. PowerA has great customer service. I had an issue with my right trigger going bad and they sent out a replacement with no hassle at all.

I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a controller with back paddles.

Have almost always used PowerA controllers since they last me a long time and are pretty decently priced. Bought this on sale since I couldn’t find an Elite controller and I’m glad I did. Is surprisingly heavy, but not overbearingly so. Feels just like a premium controller and the customizability is a plus.

Only downside is that I bought a wired versio

Been using this controller for three months now for shooters. Joypads still feel great. Just the right amount of firmness. It feels very sturdy and well made. The paddles on the back function well and it performs great all around. My only critique is that the paddles in the back aren’t very secure and can fall out quite easily when you’re setting the controller down. I’ve never tried an Elite controller so I can’t compare but I’ll stick with this one. Solid purchase.

The quality and durability for this cost is unreal. The presentation with this product, from the packaging, the art work, all the included features; is a straight up steal. If you’re unsure about the official Microsoft Elite controller, start here and be blown away. I plan on purchasing another. The paddles work and feel excellent after getting used to them; these style controllers are a MUST for FPS multiplayer games. POWERA crushed it and delivered with this one. The only reason I give it 4/5 is because with the trigger response setting on 1/3 doesn’t allow you to perform normal functions like “charging a weapon” for instance in Halo. But perhaps that is to be expected across all styles and makes with this setting.

    TLDR:
THE GOOD – Value (+1 star), Thumbsticks, Buttons, Triggers, top two rear paddles (removing the bottom two), case, feels solid
    THE AVERAGE – D-pad, LB/RB, Trigger Stops
THE BAD – Ergonomics of grip with all 4 paddles (-2 stars)

I ordered this after my $200+ Scuf bit the dust in 13 months. I’m not willing to spend $200/year on a controller, so I looked into some alternatives.

First I want to talk about the main reason I took away a star (almost took away 2…) and that is the back paddles. They stick out from the controller a solid half-inch. Which means, when you go to grip the controller your middle and ring fingers on both sides are hovering off the controller instead of firmly gripping it. Combine that with the fact the paddle buttons have very little resistance and you can guarantee that you will accidentally press the paddles regularly unless you are the rare person that never tenses up while gaming and can keep your hands completely relaxed the entire time…That being said, everything changed when I took off the lower paddles (leaving me with 2 functioning paddles). Grip was substantially improved and it has a really good feel. I had a way easier time adjusting and after 5-10 minutes it felt like I was using my Scuf again. BUT, PowerA also has a $30 controller with two rear buttons…so losing those two paddles to gain a solid feel on the controller kind of defeats the purpose of this controller unless the trigger stops are an absolute MUST for you. Speaking of the trigger stops, are they as good as the Scuf or Elite 2 trigger stops? No. Are they functional and do they make enough of a difference for a $60 controller? Yes. But, its really more of a full pull or a 50% pull. The middle trigger stop is useless.

Secondly, packaging is very nice and the case it comes with is solid. If having a case for your controller is important to you, this will get the job done.

Next, the feel of the controller is solid. It does not feel cheap, it feels hefty. However, I did watch a youtube review online where they took apart the controller and found weights in it…so don’t confuse the solid feel for actual quality. All that being said, the weight does feel nice to me but it is heavier than a standard controller.

Now let’s talk about all of the “regular” buttons. Sticks feel really good, like possibly even better than a standard controller…everything else except the d-pad and LB/RB feel pretty much the same as a standard controller (which I like). The d-pad is mushy instead of clicky. I mainly use the d-pad to just navigate menus, so I don’t really care about the d-pad. However, if the d-pad is a high priority to you then take note that IMO it does not feel as good as the standard controller. I would give the d-pad 2-3 stars. The LB/RB buttons are also a bit mushy…compared to a standard controller I would give them 3-4 stars. I mainly play COD so the LB/RB buttons are used for Tacticals/Lethals by default. Since I’m not constantly throwing stuns/grenades they are acceptable.

In summary, if the trigger stops are a must for you, then this is a good value for $60. If you don’t care about the trigger stops then I would check out the PowerA Enhanced controller for $30. It has two rear buttons, and from my experience, the rare person will be able to use all 4 paddles on this controller without accidentally bumping them regularly. Maybe with a lot of practice you could get used to it…but if you squeeze your controller even slightly in gunfights/intense situations there is no way. EDIT: The PowerA Enhanced controller I got makes my voice sound strange and robotic on the other end. Maybe I got a bad one, but I didn’t want my friends having to ignore how weird my voice sounds every time we game so I went with the PowerA Fusion Pro 2.

This controller is pretty nice. Big stepup from the first model. The only thing I don’t like about it is that the sensitivity on the controller is a good amount higher then any other controller I’ve ever used. I didn’t change anything in any of my games and right away I was like wow why is it like this? Maybe I got a defective controller?

Purchased for pc gaming because the kids use all my others on the Xbox! This thing is awesome, very solid construction, and very heavy compared to standard xbox controllers. Adjustable rear triggers have great feel. Haven’t programmed back switches yet, but I like they are there. Changeable face plate is nice, but not really needed. Would definitely recommend this over Xbox elite controllers.

I bought the PowerA pro-fusion controller as an alternative to the Elite and Scufs Xbox controllers and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The controller is easy to set up and use and with removable paddles the player has a variety of choices on how to set it up. As a weird controller, the response time is perfect and there is very little input lag, which is perfect for FPS games such as Warzone. The only negative are the trigger stops which could be shorter for faster aiming and shooting, otherwise this is a perfect controller for those who do not want to spend money on the elite/scuf controllers.

    Pc review:
As advertised. Great comfort and no complaints after 24h of usage.
    All tested functions/inputs work well.
Note that 3 step trigger lock only limits available trigger range, doesn’t make a short trigger input as 100% pressed. So amount of trigger shortening usable varies depending on game.
Paddles feel well placed, but small hands might have problems using lower paddles.
Paddles are removable as pack, or individually if wanted.
Will update if/when drifting occurs, or buttons start malfunctioning.

I bought the original pro fusion and still have and use after TWO YEARS!! a few things finally broke after very heavy use(#1 sprint joystick rubber cracked but kit comes with replacement) (#2 trigger lock switch broke off because I tried to change the setting while holding the trigger(don’t do that) either way was a great controller, absolutely zero regrets for price , quality, weight, feel and responsiveness.

I just got the 2nd gen and it feels equally as good if not better than the 1st. I don’t really use the paddles or the trigger locks but regardless this controller is absolutely worth $69(what I paid) it’s wired but it’s nice quality braided cable and the auto dissconect has saved my console many times. Wireless controllers are way overrated when a beast like this exists. This is a no brainer people, get this controller!!!

    Pros:

I love this controller I have gone through 2 elite and 3 elite 2 controllers (bumpers stop working/STICK DRIFT!!) So I figured I would give power a a shot I was not disappointed, the first getn is just fine but the headset jack was really bad so I would still use my elite 2 for party chat. My elite 2 has been sitting in its case sense I got the pro 2, great sound and voice pick up and the Volume/mute toggle is so convenient. If you looking for a paddle controller buy the pro 2 fusion and you won’t be disappointed…… I will say the paddles on the 1st gen power a are better so I swapped them out but that the only issue I had

    Superou as expectativas

    Impresionante calidad/precio

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersNot a huge improvement on the previous Power A Fusion Pro. However, it’s definitely a viable controller if you can’t afford an Elite 2 controller. One problem with this controller on Warzone is that if you have the trigger stops set to use the minimum press to shoot a weapon you won’t be able to drive a vehicle at it’s maximum speed. The controller feels good in hand though. The back paddles work well but not quite as good as the Elite Series 2.

First of all, the design of the box was beautiful. After using it for week I am extremely happy that I bought it. I only found one really small detail that could be improved. The cable could be thinner and lighter, but you can replace it so it’s not a problem at all.

    Paddles:
Just received this today and I can tell you right now the paddles will NOT survive more than a few months especially if you play COD and slide cancel. They are plastic on metal and are are already wobbly even before first use. They are comfy and quick to press though.
I bought this to use on PC as I prefer controller, and it feels nice as long as you remove the bottom 2 paddles (which just get in the way in my opinion).

    Shell/Thumbsticks:
The black shell is great and gripped and beautiful looking. The white one is pretty ugly and has no grip. At least they give you a decision so I consider it a +.
The magnetic shell feature is nice and easy to use BUT the domed thumbstick is absolute garbage. Somebody really thought it was a good idea to not add grip to a domed thumbstick? It’s literally slippery. A shame because I was excited to use the domed stick on the right after getting so used to KontrolFreeks. The concave one however, feels nice and will do (although a little short)
    – Note: The thumbsticks are also very tense and harder to push than a dualshock would be. This is preference but I thought I’d let you know and maybe stray away some of those with weaker thumbs.
Also no drift out of the box so yay! I can play on as low as 4 deadzone in Modern Warfare before drift.

    Buttons and D-pad:
The buttons if not slightly stiff are pretty much perfect, no complaints there. The D-pad however is quite hard to press and doesn’t always register unless you give it a real sturdy push. Still fine for most games I’d just not want to use this for a fighting game like MK11 or especially FighterZ.

    Triggers/Bumpers:
THE TRIGGERS HAVE GRIP?? It’s cool and all and I’m absolutely not complaining, but this couldn’t go on the domed joystick instead?
In all seriousness the triggers feel great. The triggerstop setting 3 feels pretty standard, and 1 is quick but not quite is fast as I’d expect. Still gets the job done but don’t expect a mouse click. Setting 2 is useless and basically just 3. The bumpers are super fast and quiet and perfect, can’t complain about the bumpers at all.

    Other Features:
I am SO sad that the mute/volume buttons won’t work on pc (neither does share). It sucks, but the Xbox button works as expected. The cable is very long and seems strong but a little bit stiff.

    Overall Durability:
Cannot determine as I have just received it, but remember what I said about the paddles and be warned. Oh yeah and there’s a 2 year warranty so it’s all good.

I have now provided the facts, you can choose. Overall in my opinion it’s a nice controller but will take some getting used to, especially if you just came from a Dualshock with KontrolFreeks.
I will continue to use it for the next 20 days and update my review if I decide not to return it.

Where to start??? The weight, feel, comfort and visual of this controller is perfect!!! My previous PowerA controller lasted me 3 years and recently I wanted a nicer one. So I found the spectra and instantly love it. Gameplay is smooth with this controller and the customizable RGB sectors is an added bonus! I use this controller for PC gaming i.e Racing/sim games, skateboarding games etc.

10/10 Would recommend to anyone that needs a good/reliable/affordable controller. My community loves it and have recommended them to purchase!

    Perfect 3rd party controller!!!

I have the first version of this controller and as I love the older version I much prefer the new one with the usbc port and slight better grips, it’s very much the same as it’s predecessor with slight improvement which I like very much. My only gripe with these controller is, if you use the bumper triggers as much as I do in my games, they will eventually snap off and that bleep bleeps my off so much, this is an issue with the Xbox one design in general it happens them all, you could say it’s just me but many others report similar faults with Xbox pads. So here’s hoping PowerA listen to this keep this fantastic design forget about mc connectivity and strengthen the rear bumper buttons and they will smash it out the ball park. Overall great controller my review was based off older PowerA controllers which did fail eventually but this newer model has 3 months on it with no problems to report. Recommend, and it’s so comfortable to use for long sessions which is why I love the design. Good job PowerA

    Buena relación calidad/precio

Been using this for 6 months and I do like it, I also own the elite 2 controller but the thumb sticks on this feel so much more responsive I have much better aim with this controller. Only down sides is the paddles get a little warn and loose and the trigger stops when on only give you 20% press some games my gun stops firing so I can’t use the stops and when I contacted there support they was not helpfull at all and took 2 weeks to reply to an email. overall though its a good controller for the money that’s for sure

PowerA Controllers are in my experience a good lower tier device for use with both a PC and xbox one x console. For me the added 4 triggers on the underside of the Controller has had a steep learning curve. Even so, I do see how they improve a person’s gaming abilities. For people with large hands and fingers it is tricky finding the best way to hold the controller.

This is a zero lag controller . Having to be wired to the console is more of a plus for me than it is a con. I like using a wired headset and connecting headphones with a microphone can too quickly drain the controller battery . I use the wires for less fretting about using up battery juice. Using a wireless headphone I am not able to get the sound quality from any headphones I have tried and sound quality is as valuable as high quality visuals in any game.

The big negative I have found with the PowerA Fusion Pro 2 controller and the Fusion Pro controller is how the trigger buttons on their underside will slip out of place when I’m in the middle of a heated game. This is a cursive moment if it feels like I lost a round in Gears5 because the trigger button comes off when I am rev’d and close to a win before its slips out of place. It might be just with me because my fingers are so big. Yet it be nice if there was a way to prevent them from sliding out of place.

Other then the trigger buttons too easily slipped out of its grove, these controllers are worth the $85.00.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersHad the MS Elite 1 & 2, which are great. However, all have broken, triggers, functions after a 8,9 months. Great when they work. This, imo, is far more robust, similar functionality and is equally as effective in game. Add in, half the price of an Elite, 2 year warranty it’s a no brainer….

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersTldr- very good, 10/10 would recommend if you don’t need wireless functionality.
I wear out controllers. Thanks modern warfare. Went through so many Xbox branded controllers then decided to get a Power A controller to save some money. It was the RGB model. Wore it out and got another one after some time. They lasted just as long as Xbox controllers but at a fraction of the cost and had programmable paddles. Only downside is they were wired only (doesn’t bother me as I play on PC) .
After the 2nd controller wore out I saw they had this ‘pro’ version for a little bit more but came with a bunch of upgrades and refinements. Honestly shocked how good this is. Much heavier, but feels very quality in the hands. Substantial even. Quality was never an issue to me as the previous cheaper models held up just fine. Buttons can only last so many cycles after all. The analog sticks are silky smooth and the triggers feel much better than the lesser model. Comes with a basically useless carrying case that smells like new shoes, which is nice I guess. If you travel with your controller then I guess that’s a ‘free’ bonus.
It’s nice to see they upgraded from micro USB to USB c albeit at the cost of the fancy locking USB cable the RGB models have.
Easy to set up. Easy to program. Easy to change faceplate and sticks and rear module within seconds. If you were looking at the Xbox branded pro controller, get this instead as the Xbox elite controller has iffy life expectancy for more money (the elite controller software IS pretty awesome though). If you are looking at the OG xbox one controller, get this instead, it’s worth the extra money (to me). Weakest point is the analog stick micro switch (click) which is every controllers downfall imo but time will tell with this model as the marketing states they’re ‘name brand’ switches. Will update review if need be.
    Glhf gamers

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersAmazing for the price. Easily as good as the elite series 2, but with the extra benefit of a share button, volume & mute button and the ability to map the paddles on the fly without opening an app or using software.
Only downside is that it’s wired as Xbox don’t allow wireless from third party controllers. However not having to worry about swapping or charging batteries is quite refreshing. Some say there’s no input lag and faster response from wired controllers but I can’t see the difference to be fair.
Having used both of Microsoft’s elite and elite series 2 controllers and having them both break just after their 3 month warranty, I’m a massive fan of the 2 year warranty on this product.
