Looked a good machine but battery did not charge. Contacted customer services and they said it was a one off and would have send me a replacement if I had not returned the vacuum cleaner. On that Reply and willing to make good , I found their reply reassuring
Hoover is good, Hoovers my rugs well.
It’s also a 3pin so can be used in the Uk.
Amazing!! Great suction and amazing to look at too.. lightweight so easy to do the stairs and the amount it sucks up is fab!
First vacuum cleaner! very impressed with results, easy to maneuver its light weight, pole will get u under a furniture or hard to reach places it has led light integrated at the end to see in dark corners , I have floor tiles and carpets so works well on both, extremely happy with this cleaner and would recommend to anyone! easy to use, great battery life will do 3 bed house on a single charge! great suction power, only slight advice: will need to get a adapter to use a charger as it comes with EU two pin plug, but its a time saver compared to old vacuum cleaner that I’ve used before, just mount it on a wall and use it when you need it so no messing around with cables or emptying bags, as this just one click and empty your cylinder.
So it a best solution with our busy lifestyle HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Delivery was next day even though I expected later. This vacuum made super light weight and has a good cord length. The carpet setting is very weak – only effective for low pile carpets and even then not a deep clean by any stretch but this vacuum is good on hardwood floors. The suction is good – not fantastic – occasionally having to go over an area twice. This is best for light use maybe not your main vacuum for the entire house. Excellent for stairs. We bought it for a small camp with very limited carpet and it is perfect for that use. Happy with my purchase!!
I am very pleased with this vacuum cleaner stick. Its suction power is not as strong as the corded ones, but pretty good for fast clean ups . It’s light, quiet and easy to handle. Vacuum stick runs at least 20 minutes with single charge. I have mostly hardwood and ceramic tile floors which is why I wanted a vacuum like this. I also have a few area rugs and I get it all clean in a short time. It works grea
