This unit does contain a flashing light. The camera features authentic video cable and a fully adjustable mounting bracket that will let you install the camera quickly and easily using the included stainless steel screws.
Dimensions of the camera are 5 one half inches x 3 inches x 2 and one half inches (without rain shield).
With the rain shield the dimensions increase to 7 x 3 x 3 inches. The camera requires 2 AA batteries that are not included.

Experienced vandalism on six occasions last Christmas whereby our external light display was cut in several locations. I have positioned two of these cameras with motion detectors and so far the blinking red light has deterred any repeats up to now. Also the camera costs are much cheaper than replacement light sets. Very realistic and simple to fit. Looks like the real thing and acts as an extra visual deterrent. There is some debate as to whether real CCTV have a red light. Personally I like the light, but if you don’t then don’t fit the batteries. It may not stand up to detailed scrutiny but if you are a potential burglar are you going to stare at a camera for 5 mins just to check if it’s real or not?
We ordered these Dummy camera’s as we were going on holiday and wanted to give the impression that the house was protected by camera’s. I had read previous reviews and the one which clinched it for me was , the lady who said that a police officer knocked on her door to see if her camera’s had caught an incident. If they fooled a police officer that was good enough for me. They really look the part, i could not give a comment on the batterise as we never used them, one comment said that the real camera’s dont have flashing red light, it gives it away so cannot comment on that.
Didn’t use batteries as reviews said these are dead giveaway that they are fake. Look good, neighbors think they are real.

Looks authentic. Covered the standard ‘CCD Camera’ graphics on side of unit with a security sticker so as to hide its a fake! Didn’t put batteries in, as feel its more authentic without flashing red light. Good purchase, enhanced by the fact Amazon delivered it on the same day I purchased it!

Realistic looking items which will hopefully work well as a deterent. Only niggle was one of the sliding top covers kept slipping forward. Sorted with double sided tape. Happy with purchase.

Genuinely realistic looking, the mounting plastic is a bit rubbish as it snapped when using a self tapping screw to attach it to the garage… but luckily it has 3 mounting holes and he other two didn’t snap so I got away with it. Worth it at 6-7 though

Decided to buy upon reading reveiews. Units bit flimsy BUT they do the job. Batteries make the red light flash making it look reaslistic, and easy to install. Great value, if you dont want the expense of installing a full CCTV system.

I think these cameras do look convincing and I disagree that the flashing light makes it look force. The batteries last a couple of months. I like that there is some cable at the rear of the camera so it looks wired in when fixed up. Also the camera comes with a yellow CCTV sticky label that can be stuck to a window. Ok it might not convince a professional criminal but most would think twice.
Just perfect. Even visits ask me when did I install the cameras. And how much cost me. They look seriously real. I amuse a proper theft might know they are fake but enough to scare a little burgla

Very fast delivery and very realistic product arrived. We’re easy to fit but one of cameras screws to adjust height etc was stiff and snapped so had to return but ordered new ones and they were perfect. Refund on first set no problem. Do a very realistic job.

Great purchase. However, battery died a few days after installing. Hopefully, will last longer after installing better quality batteries.
The batteries in one of the cameras were only lasting two days and I replaced them three times with the same outcome.
I have yet to try the spare ones yet but hopefully they will be ok.

These look the business, certainly enough to deter the prowlers. Bright red flashing light, clearly visible at night. Cable sticking out needs tucking under a tile etc to make it look super realistic.
