fit easily to the screen, good solid suction, left fitted for a week before the test to ensure it stayed up and in position and all was good
son passed his test so its back in the box and ready for the next child in a year or so

Bought this for my son’s driving test, as he wanted to take the test in his own car (2006 VW Polo). I was sceptical, so fitted it and then drove around in his car for a week to check whether it would stay put. Last thing I wanted was it falling in the examiner’s lap during the test!!
I used the suction cup and then twisted the switch to clamp it on, and it worked a treat. Do it up tight and this thing is going nowhere. It didn’t shift during my week with it, and then did a great job during the test. We could adjust it while attached to the ‘screen without it moving. At the end of the test, the examiner thanked me for the mirror! And my son passed. Yay! We’re keeping it for our second son. Highly recommended, did the job perfectly.
Bought for my son’s driving test. Does the job, easy to fit and remove. The suction is strong too. Pull up the little flap on the bottom to break the suction and it comes straight off. Excellent price too.
Works like a real rear mirror – you can see just out of the back window the window frame. Other mirrors advertise wider angle but it’s not something you want for examiner/supervisor as they don’t need to see the back seats or the roof.
It also fits perfectly next to and slightly behind the car’s mirror, so it doesn’t block view from the drivers perspective.
We didn’t have issue with the suction, but be aware that you need to turn a ring/button when installing it as it creates additional sucction (not just press it against the windshield).
Just what was legally needed to assist and instruct Grandson One with driving lessons.
Although an additional mirror it was easy to fit and does not vibrate.

I am a driving instructor and needed a new mirror because my other one broke off it`s suction cup. Sent for this one, delivered very promptly and does the job. This mirror is quite a bit wider than my old one….about as wide as the drivers mirror, so gives a bit more view of the rear. Not fallen off the windscreen yet so all ok so far.
