I got this on July 7th, used it on level 4 for 2 days and decided to crank it up to level 6. Yeah it gets hot and I sweat a ton. On the 14th It would shut off after 30 minutes and show what I think is an error code that displays “EF” I’m not sure what that means because the users manual doesn’t mention error codes at all. It would still get warm, but it never got really hot after that. I contacted Amazon and they sent me a new one. I used it yesterday and it worked great. I am hoping that this one continues to work the way it’s supposed to. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Aftera 15 min my body was very sweaty. helps to lose water from the body and lose weight. I feel clean, lightly fresh and very relaxed. Best choice ever for plus size 🙂

I bought this blanket for my daughter who suffers with Fibromyalgia, and she is in constant pain,She says it is fantastic especially when she uses it just before bed,it helps a lot to ease the pain,and she gets a relaxing sleep.It won’t cure her condition but it so helps.she still as to take pain killers throughout the day.I would recommend this product.

So, I was initially a bit hesitant because of all the reviews, but I love wasting money so I just impulse bought and my god it’s the best thing ever!

I go in this every night now for 2 hours.

Now, that’s no easy task because it gets hot in there! Like, after 20 minutes or so you are warm, by 30 you are sweating and 60 minutes you look fresh out the shower. After 2 hours I am literally dripping. Like ringing my clothes out wet from all the sweat.

That said, I had my sister use it and after 45 minutes all she had sweated was her right arm but, I love it!

This sauna bag exceeded my expectations. I thought it wouldn’t get hot enough and it sure does. I place a yoga block vertical between my feet so the bag doesn’t uncomfortably smash my toes to the floor. I use it a few times a week and it is easy to clean.

It’s doesn’t give me a sweat compared to home sauna. Very disappointing for me.the feet are the only place i felt it. Used a dozen times to make sure i was not over thinking my experience. A waste of $$ for me.
Update::

After this original post. The company’s rep connected me. And here it my update. I got the sweat i have been waiting for. After a got a replacement. I’m completely happy as i had to the shower after completing my “self care Sunday “. Smiling from ear to ear.

I find this on extremely relaxing even in the most tense situation I can feel my muscles relax and my mind relax very comfortably. I even find that it’s difficult to listen to YouTube lectures because it is so settling and calming

This Far Infared Blanket makes my joints and muscles feel so good. I have just began to crank it to 70Celsius and can last about 45 minutes. Getting a flash sweat bit nothing too obnoxious. My body feels refreshed and amazing when my session is finished. SO easy to use, and store away.

The Sauna Blanket is no doubt remarkable as far as what it’s purpose is, the only problem I have is that being brand new it has a very strong chemical offput as far as smell goes. Which is normal for new products that are made of these types of materials. I can’t use it until the chemical smell goes away as it makes me sick due to an extreme sensitivity. Which is ironic lol because I bought it for the detox purposes. But all in all, a Very well made produc

I needed to wait a while before writing a review. As I was dubious the first week thinking this was a very expensive electric blanket. But no. I’m completely converted. This was so worth every penny and is now left permanently out in the spare room as it’s such a treat to use. I am starting to see the benefits now a month of using it. I watched this product for months and read every review. Just don’t doubt it. Get it. Its a very welcome addition to my house and ive discovered using it before bed is just best sleeping pill you’ll need

Overall, having used this daily for a week, I am glad I purchased it. It definitely isn’t QUITE the same as an acutal sauna, it gets very warm (though I have to put to hottest setting, personally), but I don’t really break into a sweat. I think having your head out does mean you lose heat a bit, but I expect in summer it will be more effective. That said, it is very relaxing and cozy, and I do come out after 30 minutes feeling refreshed and more vibrant, as you would after a spell in the sauna. In terms of value for money, this is the cheapest blanket I could find on the internet, but I wouldn’t want to spend any more. I do think this sort of thing is slightly overprice – it is essentially a fancy electric blanket. I didn’t find the controller awkward, but I don’t change the settings once I am in it. I turn it on at 50 degrees, for 15 minutes before I get in, just before climbing in I reset the timer for the length of time I plan to be in and put the temperature to the max – 80 degrees. Worth noting if you are a >6′ person it’s likely going to be too short.

This sauna blanket is great! It uses Far Infrared rays. This gets nice and warm and allows for the body to sweat out the toxins. The blanket is made out of waterproof cotton, so it is super easy to wipe off and clean! A 30 minute session in this burns 600 calories! I love how relaxed I feel after using this. It is always easy to set up and put away. It doesn’t take up tons of space. I can’t wait to keep using this as a warm up session especially this cold winter season!

I use this as part of my post workout routine. I do 30 minutes on 75 – 80C and it feels amazing. I read that infrared saunas can help you burn more calories so I like to use it after cardio and strength training to keep that metabolic burn going. This sauna blanket is roomy, and heats up fairly quickly. My only complaint is that the remote is at the foot of the blanket. So, if you need to adjust the temperature or timer, you have to open the blanket.

Dont use everyday. But after 2 weeks. 1 time each week + drinking in home black coffee often. My pores did cleaned quite allot. Thats when sleeping home, drinking coffe and having heating in home. Even my physiotherapist told that my skin is not dry anymore. As toxins came out allot . Dont expect at the time when you use blanket. But it defo keeps working. I assume by my results that if u use every day like 15-20min max it would realy help more. My skin is quite hard and rough. So depending of body type depends results .
Im 1.80m tall. So maybe not the best comfort . But still bearable – as u can regulate blanket connection points. I mean in UK you defo would like it. As sun is barely out here.

While the product itself was nice, and I really liked the carrying case it came in, I have to admit the instructions threw me. They were repetitive and rather scary in all the ‘don’t do this, do this” that appeared multiple times. The instructions also weren’t proof read as they mention turning a dial while it’s all digital. This was rather confusing and made it more difficult to figure out easy use.

The plug in (and control) is at the foot which means you have to get out in order to adjust anything which does detract from the overall experience.

That said, it was rather easy to use once you get used to it. It was also comfortable and the settings are distinctly different.

I’ve left it over a month to write my review, as I wanted to give my honest feedback after testing this sauna blanket properly. I can honestly say its the best money I’ve ever spent.
The build quality is almost perfect, nothing ever gets a perfect score, but you can tell this is a quality product from the moment you take it out the box.
If you’re looking for the perfect portable and easy store home sauna, with all the health benefits of infrared, then you’ve found it here. I know I must look like I’m on commission here, but I use this most days now and can tell when I’ve left it too long.
Its helped me drop weight, and I feel completely relaxed after a 45 min session. The fact I have persistent Afib means I can’t exercise as I want, so this helps after a long walk to add some cardio while detoxing the meds I take daily.
Its powerful, get’s nice and hot but without the heating up you get from a normal sauna. It gradually builds, and after about 10 mins I’m sweating constantly.
Forget the tent steam nonsense, if you want to save space or can’t afford one of the wooden full size home infrared sauna, invest in this and you will not be sorry!
