I had a Samsung Smart oven already and this is a newer model. I am getting used to the new way of working it and look forward to using some of the new functions.
Just fit on worktop. It is quite big but works grea
Poor instructions for anything other than microwave only cooking/warming.
Am still discovering uses but have used it for cooking whole chicken….succulent…baked potatoes..crispy and fluffy
Nice looking microwave.
Light weight but robust in use.
Easy to clean.
Had to spend a while reading then re-reading the touch screen options.
I had to write out simple instructions for my parents to use whilst we were on holiday as not as straight forward to use if you don’t know.
Really good quality oven. This is our second one in 10 years of faithfull service.
This is almost a clone for the 9 year old model it’s replacing due to the control circuit board failing. The build quality is good and everything seems to do what’s needed.
While rennovating our kitchen we bought this as a temporary main oven and to replace an old microwave. It does everything really well, and the user interface is fairly straight forward once you’ve gotten used to it, with a decent range of fast cook and auto programmes. Only downside is it never seems to get to the highest temperature (200degC apparently) when used as an oven, and it’s only the very top that you get proper cooking/browning from the oven. The lowest rack is only good for slow cooking or heating through. But overall, very good and a decent product.

The Samsung support team has been fine but contractors they work with are appealing. Taken a month to get a simple bulb replaced which blew off on day 3. Can do with better service or replacement service for a machine that’s new. Other than not being able to see the food inside due to faulty bulb, can’t fault the machine

Seems like a well built machine. No problems do far. I does what’s it’s supposed to 🙂
