These are a great product, have had a one for a couple of years now and it’s been a good help. Ordered this one because I thought my old one wasn’t working , now I have two
Excellent value for the price,easy too clean and use being able too stop the turntable is an excellent feature.
I do like this oven, a lot cheaper to use than large conventional oven. I preferred my previous smart oven with a knob rather than a press pad for timing.
1st one I received had dents in top and a bent front leg that’s why I only gave it 4. Received another one quickly and this one is perfect. Really like it quite easy to use and clean and great price.

we were very pleased with this microwave, when delivered box was damaged in one corner a small cratch on the machine and it is working ok. more care in handling
I’ve only had this microwave for about 2 weeks and so far I’m very impressed! It is a big microwave so does take up a fair bit of space but then I remember that it’s not actually just a microwave! It’s a smart oven, it’s great at it fits a lot in and does warm up food but it also has a grill inside so it’s great for cooking things in too! It looks smart and is a great asset to my kitchen.
After my old microwave broke I thought I would go for a Samsung branded microwave to match other items in my kitchen. I am not disappointed. Top build quality, cool looking, super quiet, and cheapest price on Amazon over everywhere else. And as alway Prime next day delivery.

Easy on the eye and easy to use nice and big
My main quibble was lack of a comprehensive manual. There are some functions that are not explained

I love this product, it’s so much better than what we had before, good size – can load larger dishes. A little bulky on the back have learnt to live with that.

Bought this to replace old Samsung combi would give it 5 stars if was slightly easier to use and came with instruction book , lm not one for downloading things ,but think oven is a good purchase, and a to be able to stop turntable is a really good feature.

Very straightforward controls. Easy to pick up, even without going online for the instruction manual.
I haven’t tried the convection oven yet, but the rest is definitely up to scratch.
I would recommend this product.

It works OK I just can’t find how to set cooking time without pressing the up arrow or 30 seconds button multiple times.
Supplied user manual? was not very good (not much info. but works very well.
Great machine at a good price. Unless you are a technophobe it’s best to read the user manual as there are so many different facilities and programs on this microwave. I have a Samsung fridge/freezer and Samsung washer/drier. Never had any problems with either in the 4 years I’ve owned them.
Good microwave with plenty of features which I’m sure I’ll probably never use but it matches the Samsung ovens
Absolutely solid Machine. My last was a Little Litton. Had it for about 40 years. This one. A DREAM.
This replaced a similar – although efficient with the microwave, the oven could do better
Even at 200 degrees roasties don’t crisp up, the old oven went up to 230 C
Setting the time is a nightmare = as time goes up per 10seconds although designed to “scroll” – it won’t always do this.

It a very good appliance, I love SAMSUNG products very much.

Does nearly everything well apart from the grill which is not brilliant but ok I would certainly buy another one should i need to for the price its grea
It is being used as a general aid in every day usage.
No problem in is use.
Very easy to clean and maintain.
Good build quality and good performance. User experience is not as good as previous microwaves. Operation is not as simple and the user guide is not as clear as I would like. Setting time is ok but quite cumbersome.
Great combination microwave. Use it much more than my conventional oven and instructions pretty easy to follow.

I bought this microwave a couple of months ago. So far it’s doing good job, no problem at all. Most of the use i get from it to use as microwave, but i have also tried cooking, grilling functions and it has done the job well. Instruction are little tricky to understand at first instance but once you get hang of it then it becomes a lot easier to use different functions.
Defrost is real quick and doesn’t heat the food your defrosting, really impressed
For the price, this is an awesome product and does the job very well. Definitely recommend.
we already have a similar version of this combi microwave, it’s easy to use and we use the convection oven
most of the time. my 11 yr old grandson soon learned how to use it with adult supervision. we usually bake cakes in it and cook meat, my 17 yr old grandson cooks frozen pizzas with it, i actually had to ask him how to do it when i tried to do one, its easy to use the auto cook once you know how but i still failed. would definately recommend this to anyone.

As this equipment is multi-functional it is understandable that it is more complicated to operate than a dedicated machine (say a microwave or a grill) but this little beastie has both, and an air-fry and a hot-bast, thought these two features come down to a clever use of the fan oven.
Air frying is basically turbo fan oven, ie: air pushed rapidly over super hot elements, hot blast is simply a variant on this theme. This oven comes with a crisp plate, which heats the food from the bottom (by making the crisp plate very hot) in hot air mode, and the real clever shinanegans come with the magnatron + hot air/grill combo, for which programs are provided.
The stir-fry mode uses the maganatron, hot air and the crisper plate to make chips (fries) in 20 min, half the time my dedicated air-fryer takes.
The programs are a bit archaine and somewhat like Harry Potter one must utter the correct invocation for the right results, and like Harry Potter, one must attend Dark Arts class before mastering them, which in this case, comes down to reading the manual, which leaves something to be desired in its organisation and presentation, therefor a complete read through is recommended.
Fortunately the machine provided several ‘straight up’ options:- The aforementioned quick start button, a microwave button which allows you to change the power and time (this is done through the big ‘one press’ dial, having selected, say microwave you twiddle the knob for desired power, press the knob, and twiddle for time, then hit the start/quick start button. The grill and stir-fry are operated similarly, so rice, pasta, toast and chips all nice and easy.
Two criticisms, one: its rather heavy, possibly because of all the stuff in it. Two: not so easy to clean, the manual say the grill should flip down for easy cleaning (of it and the roof I assume) but this is not the case, this model does not have the flip down grill as mentioned in the manual, more over, the manual fails to mention how to flip the grill down, not withstanding, careful inspection of my unit show the grill is securely fastened to the roof and will do no such thing as flip in any direction.

This is more than a microwave oven. We use it heavily for making yogurt – makes delicious yogurt overnight (but you need the starting culture), dough proofing for Pizza and bread and of course as a traditional Microwave. It is quite roomy as well. Very happy with it.
Absolutely fantastic microwave and oven. Dough proving feature for making bread is great and we’ve enjoyed some fantastic fresh rolls. Highly recommend
Arrived a day earlier than expected. Will take a bit of getting used to all the controls. A bit fiddly putting in times, have to keep pressing a button instead of simply having a knob to turn. No Cancellation Button if you make a mistake entering a programme. Have to turn it off and start again. Instructions rather sketchy and print too small. A good price for a good looking piece of kit. No doubt I will learn in time but at 88 I am not so quick on the uptake. I have managed to use the Microwave and the Oven straightforwardly.
Just what I need for all my cooking, ideal for baking frozen fish and pizzas. Should have bought one a long time ago.
Good quality microwave, powerful and does the job. Size is adequate for a small family or a couple. Appears modern and very easy to use
This is a great combination microwave oven. Unfortunately I got a defective, refurbished modell, which stopped after 2 weeks of usage, but I was able to return it and get a full refund. Recommended product, but nor from Amazon Marketplace. Buy it from a reputable reseller instead.
This is a new technology combination microwave and I’m still learning how long to cook home baked items. The slim fry and heat blast are great for meals. The yogurt/bread setting is great but only needs a short warm-up.
Does everything I want it to do, Just the timing can only be increased by 30 seconds at a time.

Seems to do the job but not entirely happy with the build quality. Crack/flaw in the glass turntable, wonky screws on the case etc.
I don’t know why I didn’t buy one of these earlier! It’s amazing when just cooking for one or two, as it heats up much faster than my oven. I just wish you could use the oven hotter than 200degC (can’t make Yorkshire puddings in it) – hence the 4 stars.

Not had this microwave long but it seems to work well. The plate seems to vibrate a bit at times but don’t think its a problem. Not done too many things yet but happy so far. Lot of instructions with it and looking forward to putting them into practice. Its very smart and fits in well with my kitchen. A good buy I’d say for the price.
Nicely designed item. Have only used microwave so far, not grill or oven. The time set function is a bit annoying, as you can only reliably increase in 10 second increments.

Still dubious that you can use the metal racks in a microwave, when using combi microwave/grill and microwave/ convection oven.. but NOT when using microwave only.
Have been busy testing it out since Saturday, when it was delivered..Microwave, both combinations, the grill, the convection oven, all work flawlessly. Usually only ever used the old microwave for baked beans or heating milk etc..
Even did a casserole in it today and it was delicious.
Read the review mentioning the high pitch noise and can only say I’ve not had any problems so far and can only suggest, that particular customer, either has a faulty hearing aid, tinnitus or got a product with a very rare fault.
Very happy with the product, highly recommended, great price for al the features.
Only tiny little niggle I have, is setting the timer. I would prefer to have a numeric keypad, so say for 1:30, I would just type 130 and when you press and hold the up or down arrows, it increases or decreases a bit fast.. but having played with it for a while now, I’ve gotten used to it. So can’t deduct for that.
Incredibly smooth interior, which is a doddle to clean. grab yourself a pack of Oven Mate microwave wipes. Chuck one on the glass turntable, close the door, heat it up, wait a while, then wipe the interior and even the exterior clean.. AND they are biodegradable too, which is good for the environment. The old lemon juice and water trick , might sound like a great idea, but lemons aren’t cheap and I’d rather make a lemon drizzle cake any day

Comes with holding trays so you can microwave more than one dish at one time. Have tried the grill and it does work but mainly on top, the bottom does be left a bit soggy so the grill doesn’t circulate fully so good for toast but pizza maybe not so much, overall i do recommend it!
It is altogether too clever for me to master! I need a dummies guide to use it to its fullest extent. I can reheat and defrost, but it is capable of so much more. Not the microwaves fault – but I don’t find it easy to operate…..

The biggest disappointment is the promised 3 year warranty appears to be only 1 year (12 month) as stated in the papers that came with it! – UPDATE: well, I did manage to register for the promised 3 years, but the process was VERY cumbersome and requires research and a good effort to reach the correct web-page – shame on Samsung making it so difficult!

I’m particularly impressed by the Hot Blast feature when using the conventional oven and have had lovely crisp fish in batter and an excellent roasted chicken, which I cooked in my usual Le Creuset cast iron dish. I was a bit nervous about using it but the Hot Blast doesn’t use the microwave (whew!). The oven is a good size, much bigger than I thought. I’m looking forward to using the dough function when next making bread – sounds intriguing and probably a lot quicker than leaving it near the kitchen radiator and hoping for the best….
I’m sure this oven will be really useful for larger families, too, but – for me – it’s the perfect answer for solo cooks who want something that’s stylish and adaptable to their lifestyle.
