Great product. Delivery was a challenge as bulky so be sure to plan to route to its resting location. I had to plan two routes and had to remove doors to get the item installed. Connection to water was easy but if not technically minded then pay for installatio
Excellent value. Very efficient but ice flies out all over the place at speed. Would like to have a lower light inside fridge as it’s quite dark down there! Otherwise superb!
Easy to set up, the water cooler and ice maker is really handy.
And tons of space in the fridge, a major step up from my last fridge freezer!
I was expecting Samsung to do a more sturdy fridge it’s okay but not amazing for the price j expected a better quality product.
The delivery guys were amazing they struggled to delivery into my preferred room even if i follow the mesuare given in the pict i though was going to be ok, but unfortunately the mesuares in the picture is wrong should said without doors. But my delivery guys did a perfect job and they were very careful all the time. Well done guys pleased with my delivery.
The item itself is great, however if you select the deliver to room only the unit won’t fit into a normal door, so the couple that delivered it said they couldn’t take it to the allocated room as it wouldn’t fit through the door, this was my patio door with the stops removed so it’s wider than a normal door.
Reading the instructions they say you have to remove it from the box and remove the doors to fit through a normal door so don’t be misled and don’t pay the extra as it has to be unpacked by Amazon to get it in you house otherwise it will be left outside as in my case which fortunately was a dry day.

Easy to move. Filter is attached to rear. Fits nice. Like the way it keeps the food fresh. No frosting up.

Great fridge freezer and love the ice / water dispenser. Be aware, though, that the water is straight from the mains connection via a filter cartridge and isn’t chilled beyond normal temperature as such. Ice has choice of grapefruit segment sized pieces or crushed ice. Make sure your glass is tight up to the dispenser, as it comes out at about Mach1!
Plenty of storage in the fridge. Freezer is ok, but if you’re used to having a lot of produce in freezer it’s good to have a separate chest freezer too.
One negative and that’s the water and ice area. There isn’t a tray or anything there so the water can drip/splash right onto it and then drip down the front of the freezer door leaving stains behind.

Smart looking but this is the second one I’ve had as the ice maker is a very poor design as it is enclosed and becomes iced up if not used for a while.
The fridge arrived in peak lockdown and I ended up having to take the doors off to get it through my front door. It was very straightforward, just a few screws and disconnecting a cable.
Now the whole family enjoys the cold filtered water and the crushed ice and we’re never short on fridge and freezer space!

Door seals are excellent I can tell as they make a swish noise when you close the doors
It has castors so a bit easier to move about
Display info is not bright and a blue colour
Has all the right storage compartments and chilled down nicely when first purchased
Delivery was excellent delivered within 48 hours and well packaged and to the front door and on a Saturday as well.
Dislikes
Shelves that hold large 2ltr bottles are to shallow so if you open fridge door too quickly they tumble out so watch your toes
The filter is external at the back of the fridge to the water connections I prefer the integrated filter inside the fridge it’s easier to get at
Slightly less space than my previous FF on the freezer side doesn’t bother us much but a larger family might struggle getting in the weekly frozen food delivery
Ice cones out a bit to fast and too much at once so I use a plastic jug now rather than a glass
Other than the above I am happy with this item

My only problem with the delivery was that this enormous fridge was delivered onto my back lawn and I had to employ someone to lift it into my house and connect it, we are pensioners. Also the delivery guys were not wearing masks. I feel that the delivery guys should have lifted it into my kitchen. They used covid as an excuse not to finish the job of delivery. If they had worn masks they could have delivered it properly.
