Very pleased, it did exactly what it was supposed to and was very easy to use.
I have ordered this product from Amazon UK. The delivery pack was received in time. However – when I opened the package, there was the case empty only. I immediately get in touch with the support team via email. They, contacted me to know what was the issue and after just 3 working days I have received a new package containing the missing pen.
This was a gift for my wife who is been using it for one month now. She’s very happy with her new pen as previously she had to manually take notes. Now she can catalogue an archive all her notes from all the books they need to study.

The instruction booklet is very clear and makes it very easy to set up. It’s mostly accurate but there are occasional spelling issues, so you need to read over it to check for any mistakes. But overall its a big time-saver especially with researching for coursework
Does take a bit of getting use to, but like a learning to ride a bicycle, once you get the hang of it…you just go.
OH and after sales service… AWESOME. I purchased this pen in 2016 (yep it’s still going) and the dangle broke.. dunno how BUT
I messaged Scanmaker thru Amazon
asking about purchasing a replacement and they offered to send the replacement FREEE OF COST. You read right. FREE OF COST. Now that’s the definition of after sales support/service.
If you write alot and often have to transcribe passages or paragraphs its really worth it.
En thorie c’est le un super bon lecteur. Il souligne super bien, se connecte facilement et peut presque tout lire.
En pratique… je l’ai utiliser 2 fois, le lecteur me disais de ralentir ou de garder ma ligne droite. J’ai perdu patience et j’ai pris surligneur orange la place
Il prodotto ottimo con qualche problema di lettura, a tratti, non perfetta e veloce.
Es til y si usas una regla para guiar la lectura reconoce el texto a la perfeccin.
Took a bit of getting used to but once you get a bit of practice it is very useful and quite effective.
I have been using this for a couple of days now and after comparing quite a few of the scanners I’m so glad I purchased this one.
Now after a couple of days use and getting to grips with it it’s been a huge time saver and all round 5 star produc
When I bought the product there were some issues with scanning too fast, curve/wrapping texts (which is mostly my fault as I have unstable hands in general) and sometimes a word or two is missed. Although it’s not a huge drawback to me, to some it may cause some issues if you rely on accurate readings for a project or other forms of data. It is a learning curve in general like most devices.
I recommend it to those who have some challenges with typing or writing in general and want something that can scan to a word processing program that doesn’t mind some minor scanning mishaps from time to time.
